Abstract

Desa Huyula dan Pilomonu merupakan desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Mootilango, Kabupaten Gorontalo. Sebagian besar penduduk Huyula dan pilomonu bekerja sebagai petani, desa ini memiliki potensi yang baik seperti sumber daya hayati, sumber daya non hayati, sumber daya buatan, dan jasa-jasa lingkungan. Potensi sumber daya hayati desa huyula dan pilomonu dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan olahan pangan seperti VCO. Melalui program pengabdian masyarakat KKN Tematik Desa Membangun, telah dapat membantu pemenuhan Kesehatan masyarakat melalui pengolahan kelapa menjadi produk pangan, selain itu juga melalui program-program kerja yang tepat sasaran dan benar-benar dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat Desa huyula dan pilomonu telah dilaksanakan dengan pengembangan inovasi dan teknologi terbaru sehingga dapat berguna secara langsung bagi masyarakat untuk peningkatkan ekonomi, kesejahteraan masyarakat, peningkatan sosial budaya dan kesehataan untuk mendukung program Desa membangun dalam pencapaian SDGs. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan assessment di lapangan dirumuskan program kegiatan yang sangat penting dan erat kaitannya dengan kehidupan masyarakat adalah sebagai berikut : Pengelolaan dan pemasaran hasil produk pangan, Sosialisasi dan pelatihan pembuatan Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) dari Limbah Air Kelapa dan Gulma Siam, kegiatan Sosialisasi dan pelaksanaan Vaksin bagi masyarakat desa Huyula dan pilomonu, kegiatan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) untuk Anak SD dan SMP, Pemasangan Papan Keterangan Rumah Aparat dan Batas Dusun dan Penanaman 1000 Bibit Pohon (Buah)  Kata Kunci: Huyula dan Pilomonu, Produk Pangan, Kesehatan Masyarakat

Abstract

The learning tool that will be developed is Student Worksheet oriented High Order Thinking (HOTS). Based on interviews with science subject teachers at research school used was student worksheet not HOTS-oriented, which was still Middle Order Thinking Skills level. This study aims (1) determine validity of student worksheets oriented HOTS on environmental pollution material, (2) describe practicality of student worksheets oriented HOTS on environmental pollution material, (3) describe effectiveness of student worksheets oriented HOTS on environmental pollution material developed. Research development with the Four-D development model developed by Thingarajan consists of 4 stages: define, design and develop. The results of the study were seen from percentage of each aspect obtained from 3 validators, namely validator I of 97%, validator II of 73% and validator III of 100% with very valid criteria. In addition, practicality of student worksheets oriented HOTS is seen from three stages, namely student activities (88.28%), learning implementation (100%), and student responses to student worksheets oriented HOTS (87%) with very good criteria. The effectiveness of student worksheets oriented HOTS states that the results of pretest and posttest carried out during learning show different results, namely the posttest is greater than pretest result using N-gain score % with value of 78 categorized as effective. Thus, student worksheets oriented HOTS is feasible and can be used in science learning about environmental pollution. Novelty this research is to produce student worksheets oriented HOTS on environmental pollution material. Benefits of research can foster creativity of students to think at higher levels independently.

Abstract

Olele is a village with quite high tourism potential, one of which is medicinal plants which are quite high and varied. This study aimed to identify species of medicinal plants in the village and identify their potential as ecotourism support. It was conducted using an indepth interview technique with a qualitative type. The data obtained will then be documented and identified using the book and the Plant-Net application. The results showed that 17 species of medicinal plants were identified from the results of interviews, and then validation was carried out on domestic tourists who were in the village to find out the personal interests of each tourist. The development of tourist areas has also been responded positively by the community and local government.

Abstract

Penggunaan smartphone dan internet telah seimbang dan dimanfaatkan dengan baik khususnya di dunia pendidikan. Aplikasi quizizz adalah aplikasi multiplayer, quizizz adalah aplikasi pendidikan berbasis game, yang membawa aktivitas multiplayer kedalam group atau ruang kelas dan membuat kelas latihan lebih intraktif dan menyenangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui uji kevalidan, uji kepraktisan, dan uji kekefektifan dalam pengembangan instrument evaluasi menggunakan quizizz di kelas X SMA. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan menggunakan model four-D (4D) dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu (1) pendefinisian (Define), (2) Perancangan (Design), (3) Pengembangan (Develop),(4) Penyebaran (Disseminate). Penelitian ini hanya sampai pada tahap uji coba terbatas. Data hasil penelitian meliputi validasi diperoleh penilaian validator (materi 75%, ahli instrumen evaluasi 88%, aplikasi 74% dan guru biologi 77%) dengan kategori layak, sedangkan tingkat kepraktisan hasil aktivitas guru mendapat skor rata-rata 95,31% (sangat baik), aktivitas peserta didik dengan rata-rata 88,7% (sangat baik), hasil respon peserta didik memperoleh skor rata-rata 82,2% (sangat praktis). Instrument dan angket peserta didik di ujicobakan kepada 10 peserta didik di kelas X. Uji kefektifan berdasarkan hasil analisi N-Gain dengan skor rata-rata 0,60 (sedang). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrument evaluaasi menggunakan aplikasi quizizz yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran biologi khususnya materi perubahan lingkungan.

Abstract

In Indonesia, maize has a number of growth constraints and one of which is climate factor. The objective of this research was to determine the growth response of local maize variety. This research was conducted by applying a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two factors. The first factor is variety (V): pulut, siropu and jakaring (comparison) while the second factor is drought treatment (K) which comprises three treatments including control, drought for 45-55 days after planting (DAP), and drought for 55-65 DAP. In this case, all treatments are repeated three times. The research revealed that the growth of maize indicate different responses towards variety as shown by parameters of plant height, soil moisture content, cob diameter, cob length, cob weight with husks, cob weight without husks, dry weight of root, and number of cob row. Meanwhile the drought stress does not indicate significant response towards growth of maize the drought-tolerant variety of maize with parameter of number of cob raw is siropu local maize.Key words: staple food; local corn; drought stress; growth.

Abstract

This research is a development research that aims to produce learning tools in the form of Learning Implementation Plans (RPP), Student Worksheets (LKPD) and Creative Thinking Tests oriented to inquiry learning models that are, practical and effective, so that they can be used in the learning process. The results showed that the quality of the products produced based on practicality aspects in limited trials met very practical criteria with an average value of 95. In the broad trial it met very practical criteria with an average score of 100 and the response assessment of learners got a score of 50 on the limited trial and a score of 101 on the broad trial. The results of the creative thinking test field test are limited to the average value of the pretest answers, namely the Elaboration indicator at 5.3%, then the Fluency indicator at 3.3%, then Flexibility at 3.1% and the lowest is Originality at 0.2%. The average results of the post-test answers to students' creative thinking ability in the limited test found that the most percentage was the Fluency indicator at 15.9%, then the Elaboration indicator at 12.6%, then Flexibility at 6.3% and the lowest was Originality at 1%. In the main field test, the average value of the pretest answer is the Fluency indicator of 2.9%, then the Elaboration indicator of 2.6%, then Flexibility of 2.4% and the lowest is Originality, which is 0.1%. The average result of the post-test answers to the creative thinking ability of students in the main field test was found that the most percentage was the Fluency indicator of 5.2%, then the Elaboration indicator of 4.8%, then Flexibility of 3.9% and the lowest was Originality, which was 1%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the impact of the use of interactive learning media Articulate Storyline 3 on the learning results of students on the material of plant network systems in High School 1 Kabila. This type of research uses the form of true experimental design as a pretest-posttest control group design. The instrument used is a question of double choice to measure learning outcomes, implementation sheets and leaflets of students' activities as well as responses to the use of media articulate storyline 3. The study results were analyzed using an independent sample t-test based on the N-Gain acquisition. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in the student’s learning outcomes seen from the N-gain result obtained on average for the experimental class of 0.78 and the control class is 0.50. The performance of the expression class has an average of good categories with the largest number with the highest score of 89%, and the activity of the students in the exhibition class acquires a very active category with the greatest number of nials of 88%. Based on the results of the test of the hypothesis in the experimental class and control class obtained a Sign (2 tailed) value of 0.001 with a signification level (α) 0.05, so that the Sign value (2 tailing) is smaller than the signation level (a) 0.05, thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of Articulate Storyline 3 media on the study results of participants on the structure and function of tissue materials in plants.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to improve the science process skills of students who used the guided inquiry learning model on plant growth and development material. This type of research is quasi experimental in the form of Nonequivalent control group design. Population of all XII IPA classes. Samples of class XII IPA 1 (experimental) using guided inquiry learning model and class XII IPA 2 (control) with discovery learning model. Indicators of science process skills observed in this study consisted of aspects of observing, classifying, interpreting, predicting, asking questions, hypothesizing, using tools and materials, planning experiments, and communicating. The results of the study, science process skills in the experimental class the percentage is higher than the control class. In the experimental class, the aspect of observing was the highest aspect with a percentage of 88.39% while in the control class the highest aspect was the aspect of observing and asking questions with a percentage of 82.09% and 82.59%. The lowest percentage aspect is hypothesizing both experimental and control classes with a percentage of 80.36% and 58.04%. So the observation of the application of the guided inquiry learning model on plant growth and development material can improve students' science process skills.
