The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of poverty and economic growth on the Human Development Index in Tulungagung Regency. In this study's discussion, quantitative approaches with an explanatory approach were used to determine the link between variables that affect the hypothesis. The data used is secondary data from BPS Tulungagung Regency, and it covers a 10-year period from 2011 to 2020. The HDI is affected negatively and significantly by the partial regression of the poverty rate and the rate of economic growth. The HDI is influenced by both the poverty rate and the rate of economic growth, and the coefficient of determination in this study is 98.5%.

Economic development is one of the important indicators in regional development. The large number of Small and Medium Industries (IKM) spread across Indonesia has great potential to support domestic economic development and improve people's welfare. This study aims to determine the agglomeration mapping of Small and Medium Industries (IKM), as well as to study further related factors that cause the agglomeration of Small and Medium Industries (IKM) in Mojoagung District, Jombang Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that the agglomeration of Small and Medium Industries (IKM) in Mojoagung District, Jombang Regency tends to agglomerate in Dukuhmojo Village, Karangwinongan Village, Mojotrisno Village, and Mancilan Village, as well as the factors that cause the agglomeration of Small and Medium Industries (IKM), namely the factor of Raw Materials, Manpower, Marketing. and Accessibility.

The stability of the region can be shown in the economic growth. One's income can be used to examine welfare. MSMEs and the minimum wage are two sources of personal income. The goal of this study is to ascertain how Tulungagung's economic growth is impacted by the minimum wage and the number of umkm. Secondary data were used in this study, and literature studies were conducted to get them. The used data spans the years 2011 through 2021. Multiple linear regression is the analytical technique utilized to ascertain the impact of the minimum wage and the proportion of MSMEs on Tulngagung's economic growth. According to the study's findings, the number of MSMEs has an impact on Tulungagung's economic growth whereas the minimum wage has no bearing on it. The minimum wage and the proportion of MSMEs, meanwhile, have an impact on Tulungagung's economic expansion.

Pengembangan video tutorial untuk e-Learning matakuliah Statistik Ekonomi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan mahasiswa belajar Statistik Ekonomi yang rumit dengan lebih mudah. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk melihat Tingkat Kelayakan Media. Metode penelitian kuantitatif digunakan untuk melihat peningkatan motivasi siswa. Data yang diperoleh melalui distribusi kuesioner tentang motivasi dianalisis menggunakan uji beda berpasangan. Secara keseluruhan, responden menjawab bahwa mereka menyukai video tutorial E-Learning Statistik Ekonomi ini dengan alasan lebih fleksibel, menarik, dan interaktif. Penjelasan materi statistik sudah lengkap dan sangat membantu dalam belajar serta mendukung realisasi revolusi industri 4.0 dengan memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil analisis t-test sampel berpasangan, video pembelajaran secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi mahasiswa ketika belajar Statistik Ekonomi. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi industri berdasarkan metode location quotient (LQ), yaitu struktur perekonomian daerah berdasarkan metode Shift Share, yang dapat dilihat dari PDRB Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2018-2019. Analisis Location Quotient (LQ) sering digunakan untuk melihat perbandingan antara kawasan dan negara. Analisis transfer share biasanya digunakan untuk menganalisis peran suatu sektor atau transfer suatu sektor di suatu daerah ke sektor yang sama dalam perekonomian nasional. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa struktur ekonomi sektor pertanian, kehutanan dan perikanan telah bergeser atau berubah menjadi manufaktur. Untuk bidang informasi dan komunikasi, diharapkan semua aspek yang terkait khususnya pemerintah lebih memperhatikan bidang ini.. Kata Kunci: Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Location Quotient, Shift Share Abstract This study aims to analyze potential sectors based on Location Quotient (LQ) approach, regional economic structure based on Shift Share approach seen from Gross Regional Domestic Product of East Java Province in 2018-2019. Location Quotient (LQ) analysis is generally used to look at regional and national comparisons. Shift share analysis is generally used to analyze the role of a sector or shift a sector in the region to the same sector in the national economy. The study can be concluded that there is a shift or change in economic structure from agriculture, forestry and fishery sector to processing industry sector. For information and communication sector is expected for various related elements, especially the government to pay more attention to the sector. Sustainable development is a measure of development that takes into account economic, social and environmental aspects. The achievement of measuring development with GDP is unable to measure people's welfare and does not take into account aspects of environmental damage. Development in Indonesia is short-term and suffers from a trap of progress that damages the environment. This study aims to measure the achievements of sustainable development in Indonesia using the sustainable development index. The results of the study using the IPB 2 scenario are better than scenario 1. Based on scenario 2, it is unsustainable development with a sloping u-inverted curve according to the environmental kuznet curve hypothesis. Research shows that achieving sustainable development is shown by balancing the rate of growth with the rate of population. In achieving sustainable development, measures of sustainable development are needed for the scope of areas that are environmentally sound, as well as the implementation of carbon tax policies.

Objective: The outbreak of COVID-19 has had a significant impact on Indonesia's economy as a whole. The implementation of social distancing measures and subsequent Large-Scale Social Restrictions (LSSR) have led to companies downsizing and employees working from home. This has had a negative effect on the output of these companies and has necessitated action by the government to accelerate the recovery of all economic sectors. This study provides an overview of the student paradigm of entrepreneurship with a focus on the key variables of entrepreneurship education components, facilities and infrastructure, and entrepreneurial intention. Additionally, the study aims to explore the influence of these variables on entrepreneurial intention and to provide recommendations from student problem. Method: This research employs a quantitative and objectives addressed using two data analysis techniques: descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Results: The findings of this study indicate that entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intention, as do facilities and infrastructure. Additionally, the study found that entrepreneurship education and facilities and infrastructure both have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intention. Novelty: The focus of this research involves master's degree students which are still little researched because most previous research has examined undergraduate students or the general public.

According to kotler and keller (2016), it is consumer behavior to observe how Individuals or groups choose, buy, use and how goods, services, ideas or experiences meet their needs and activities. The purpose of this study is to know how the influence of quality, price and brand image on the decision to buy cheap used clothes in Surabaya. The research method that used in this study is the quantitative method with a descriptive analytical analysis using linear regression analysis using the results that variable product quality, price and brand image affect both partial and simultaneous overclothing purchase decisions in surabaya

The tourism sector has the potential to be the leading sector in order to increase regional income sources, with the aim of improving the welfare and prosperity of the people, encouraging regional development. By paying attention to the development of the tourism sector, it is able to encourage and be able to improve aspects of economic and social life, as well as norms that exist in society. This research uses a deductive approach, with data collection methods through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study with the development of tourism Puthuk Gragal climbing further increase income, so that people are able to meet needs such as education costs and health costs, as well as the opening of employment opportunities.
