Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berfokus untuk membantu masyarakat mitra yang bergerak di bidang kewirausahaan dalam memanfaatkan potensi pemasaran digital dan mengembangkan bisnis Badan Usaha Milik Desa Ponokawan. Lokasi mitra berada di Desa Ponokawan, Kecamatan Krian, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Permasalahan yang ditemukan yaitu kurangnya pemahaman tentang kewirausahaan. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah pelatihan pemasaran digital dalam mengembangkan bisnis dan mempromosikan produk Badan Usaha Milik Desa Ponokawan. Metode kegiatan yang dilaksanakan adalah; 1) analisis kebutuhan dan pendataan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Karang Taruna), 2) penyusunan materi melalui media power point, 3) pelaksanaan kegiatan dari bulan Juli s/d Desember 2023, 4) hasil dan luaran kegiatan sosialisasi terdiri dari pamflet, publikasi jurnal, media massa, video, dan 5) evaluasi pelaksanaan program melalui penyebaran angket secara langsung di badan usaha milik desa (Karang Taruna). Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa peserta Badan Usaha Milik Desa Ponokawan dapat mengembangkan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah secara efektif melalui pemasaran digital, sehingga dapat mencapai pasar yang lebih luas dan meningkatkan pendapatan.

The purpose of this study is to see how big the influence of motivation (X1) and satisfaction employee (X2) on the performance of employee (Y) is based on the gaps that occur in the field BAZNAS the Province of east Java . In this study, the method used is quantitative by using the explanotary reseach approaches. Respondents who used amounted to 32 people. For data collection using online questionnaire or google form with the size of the likert scale t to employees BAZNAS the Province of East Java and the test conducted using test instruments that test the validity and reliability. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. The results of data processing of this research is motivation significant effect on employee performance with a value of 1% < 5% and tcount (2.760) > ttable (2,160) and satisfaction employee significantly effect the performance of employees with a value of 0% < 5% and tcount (4.856) > ttable ( 2,160) as well as the results of R2 is 53.2% of the remaining 46,8% influenced by other variables.

Abstract The purpose of this research aims to determine whether the shariah compliance (X1) and good corporate governance (X2) affect the loyalty of customers of (Y) bank BRI Syariah Kantor Cabang Sidoarjo. The sample used in this research were 80 respondent from the customers of bank BRI Syariah Kantor Cabang Sidoarjo. The data collection method used in this study was by distributing questionnaires or numbers via online Google Form to the customers of bank BRI Syariah Kantor Cabang Sidoarjo who has any product at there. This research used the Instrumen Test, Multiple Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Test. The results of this study indicate that shariah compliance has a positive effect on loyalty of the customers. In addition, good corporate governance also influences positively and significantly on the loyalty of the customers. Shariah Compliance and Good Corporate Governance also influence 0,356 or 35,6% to loyality of the customers Bank BRI Syariah KC Sidoarjo and also 64,4% were influenced by another factor.

This research is aimed to see the impact of achievement motivation and compensation toward the performance of funding marketing employees in Muamalat Bank Surabaya Branch. This study uses a saturated sample by involving the intire population to be sampled. In thi study there were 30 employee of funding marketing in Muamalat Bank Surabaya Branch from 3 different branches namely The Main Branch Office-Mas Mansyur, The Main Branch Office-Darmo, and The Main Branch Office-Mayjend Sungkono. The data collection technique applied in this research is a questionnaire with a list of questions addressed to the respondent using a Likert scale in the checklist-shaped with 5 options answer. The test measuring instruments such as multiple linear regression and hypothesis test consists of t-test, f-test, and determination coefficient (R2) are employed as the data analysis technique. The finding resulted that, simultaneously, the variable of achievement motivation and compensation is positively influenced the performance of funding marketing employees in Muamalat Bank Surabaya Branch. Meanwhile, partially, it resulted that achievement motivation and compensation are significantly and positively impacted the performance of the employees. While the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test gives an effect of 46.2% on the performance of marketing funding employees at Muamalat Bank Surabaya. While the remaining 53.8% of the variables are put outside the research.

Cosmetics are one of the needs of women to support their appearance, especially a muslim woman who want to look beautiful without having worry about the provisions of islam. The development of cosmetic industry is growing rapidly to innovate and accept the challenges. The purpose of this research to determine the simultaneously effect of halal label, brand image, and online consumer review on purchasing descision of Wardah Cosmetics. The sample is 100 muslim women respondents who have used or bought Wardah cosmetics in Surabaya. Data collection methods used in this research was a likert scale questinnaire. Data analysis techniques usedare the instrument test, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis test. The results of this research are halal label and brand image significantly influences purchasing decision,while online consumer review doesnt significantly influence Wadah cosmetics purchasing decisions.

This study aims to describe the implementation and impact of muzara'ah on the welfare of farmers and rice field owners in Glinggang village. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. Data sources used in the form of informants, namely small farmers and rice land owners in Glinggang Village. There are two data in this study, primary data and secondary data. Data in the form of sentence expressions spoken by informants. Collecting data in this study by observation, interviews, and record techniques Data analysis method used in this study is a qualitative analysis method in the form of inductive reasoning. Data verification uses technical triangulation. This research produces (a) management of human data sources and (b) the impact of muzara'ah for the welfare of farmers and rice field owners in Glinggang Village, Sampung District, Ponorogo Regency.

A broker is a trade intermediary between a seller and a buyer who must have buying and selling practices according to Islamic law so that the contract is valid and does not prohibit actions that are prohibited. The purpose of this study is to see and understand the practice of buying and selling used cars at MGC Garage Madiun from an Islamic legal perspective. The research approach was descriptive qualitative. Data collection through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were collected at the MGC Garage Madiun showroom with showroom owners, brokers and buyers. The results of this study explain that the practice of buying and selling used cars by brokers at MGC Garage is generally in accordance with the principles of Islamic business ethics, including the principles of tawhid, help, honesty, trust, mutual agreement (pleasure), transparency, and responsibility. The practice of brokerage has also fulfilled the pillars and legal requirements of buying and selling in Islam. However, the improvement of payment methods from conventional banks to Islamic banks so that contract transactions from an Islamic perspective run perfectly.

The Islamic economy in Indonesia continues to grow rapidly. This growth cannot be separated from the role of many institutions that run with sharia principles, especially Islamic banking. This study has the purpose of analyzing the growth rate of Islamic banks in 2017-2019. The method used is Multiple Linear Regression to determine the growth of Islamic banking in Indonesia. This study uses the variables of assets, third-party funds, profit for the year, and financing. This study uses quarterly time-series data from the first quarter of 2017 to the fourth quarter of 2019 and is obtained from the Islamic Banking Statistics data of the Financial Services Authority. The results of this study, namely the variables of assets, financing, profit for the year, and third-party funds affect the growth rate of Islamic banks in Indonesia. Assets and profits for the year have a significant positive effect, while financing and third-party funds have a negative effect on the growth of Islamic banks in the 2017-2019 period. During that period, the growth of Islamic banks in Indonesia fluctuated but growth in each variable increased.

This research was conducted to analyzeweather inflation and rupiah exchange rate have an influence on the NAV Islamic mutual funds. Data used in this research is monthly statistical data ranged from 2015 until 2017. This research used multiple linear resgression analysis with T-test, F-test and R Square. The result of this research shows that partially, inflation has a relevant influence towards NAV Islamic mutual funds and rupiah exchange hasn’t a relevant influence towards NAV Islamic mutual funds. Financial distress is a condition in which a company cannot generate revenue because it is unable to meet or cannot pay its financial obligations. In order for the banking company can overcome the condition of financial distress is required the existence of a judgment against the bank's health level using RGEC. This research aims to know the influence of NPF (credit risk), FDR (liquidity risk), the size of the Board of Commissioners (GCG), ROA (earning ratios), and CAR (Capital) against financial distress was measured using a model of Altman Z-score modification at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia 2012-2016 Period. Analysis techniques are used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the NPF, the size of the Board of Commissioners and the CAR do not affect significantly to financial distress in Bank Muamalat Indonesia 2012-2016 period. While FDR and ROA effect significantly to financial distress in Bank Muamalat Indonesia 2012-2016 period.
