Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengevaluasi antecedent dari PB. Surya Tidar, PB. Jaya Agung, dan PB. Qiu Qiu, latar belakang dan perencanaan pembinaan, sarana dan prasarana, dukungan pemerintah dan masyarakat, ketersediaan sumber daya manusia, penerimaan pelatih, penerimaan atlet dan pendanaan, (2) mengevaluasi transaction, pelaksanaan program latihan, koordinasi, dan kesejahteraan, (3) mengevaluasi outcomes, prestasi atlet. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) antecdent dari klub-klub di Kota Magelang untuk memajukan perbulutangkisan di Kota Magelang, sarana dan prasarana yang ada cukup, pemerintah mendukung, sumber daya manusia tersedia, penyeleksian atlet dan pelatih asal jalan, hanya pendanaan pembinaan belum ada (2) Transaction, program latihan belum berjalan dengan baik, kesejahteraan belum layak, koordinasi sudah berjalan dengan baik, (3) Outcomes prestasi atlet belum maksimal. Saran dari hasil penelitian ini agar dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan perbaikan dan untuk mengoptimalkan keberhasilan pembinaan bulutangkis di Kota Magelang.This study aimed to (1) evaluate the antecedent of Surya Tidar badminton club, Jaya Agung badminton club, and Qiu Qiu badminton club, the background and training planning, facilities and infrastructures, society and government supports, the availability of human resources, coach enrollment, athletes enrollment and funding, (2) evaluate the transaction, training program implementation, coordination, and welfare, (3) evaluate outcomes, athlete achievement. This research concluded that, (1) the antecedent from the clubs in Magelang was for developing badminton in magelang city, facilities and infrastructure were available, government supported, human resources were available, athletes selection and coach enrollment were proceeded, but the funding for the training had not available yet, (2) transaction, the training program had not run well, the welfare was not appropiate, but the coordination had run well, (3) outcomes, the athletes’ achievement was not maximal. The result of this research is suggested to be used as an improvement material and for optimizing the success of badminton training in Magelang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi program menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan model pendekatan evaluasi program Countenance Model, sumber data penelitian meliputi pengurus PERSANI Pengkab Pati, pelatih senam, dan atlet senam di Kabupaten Pati. Teknik mengumpulkan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi data. Analisis datanya; reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian: atecendent dalam program pemusatan latihan senam di Kabupaten Pati tidak bisa berjalan dengan baik. Sarana prasarana tidak baik. Dukungan pemerintah masih minim. Sumber daya manusia sudah baik. Biaya program pemusatan latihan senam masih minim. Transcation pelaksanaan latihan program pemusatan latihan senam di Kabupaten Pati berjalan baik. Penerimaan atlet tidak ada seleksi khusus. Pelatih ditunjuk dari mantan atlet. Penggunaan sarana dan prasarana kurang baik, koordinasi sudah baik. Outcome program pemusatan latihan senam ada peningkatan hasil kemampuan atlet selama latihan dan peningkatan prestasi atlet. Kesejahteraan atlet dan pelatih masih kurang baik.This is a research on program evaluation by way of qualitative method, and program evaluation approach of Countenance Model; sources of data for this research are the District Board of the Indonesian Gymnastics Association (PERSANI) of Pati, all gymnasts and their coaches in Pati District. Techniques used to collect the data are by way of observation, interview, documentation, and data triangulation. Data analysis procedures: data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusion. Research result demonstrates: The antecedentcondition of the training center program didn’t develop quite well. The means and facilities were poor. Government support was inadequate. Human resources were improved. The training center program was poorly financed. The progress of thetransaction/ processof the training center program was good. There was no specific selection system developed to recruit the athletes. Coaches were former athletes. The means and facilities were poorly used, while the coordination was good. The outcomeof the training center program showed progress in the athletes’ skills during the training and increase in their performance. The athletes and their coaches’ welfare was not favorable.

Abstract

More than 50% of AIDS cases occur at the age of adolescence to adulthood. Therefore early knowledge should be given to prevent HIV/AIDS. The objectives of this study were to know the effect of roles of physical education teacher toward the students knowledge, to know the roles of mass media to students knowledge, to know the roles of physical education teacher toward students’ attitude, the roles of mass media to students’ attitude, students’ knowledge to students’ attitude in understanding prevention and danger of HIV/AIDS in Grobogan District. The population of this study was the whole students in Grade, i.e. 11 State Senior High Schools in Grobogan District or 3,397 students. The instruments used to collect data are questionnaires. The technique of data analysis that used was related to respondent description and description of research variables. (1) The roles of physical education teachers had no significant effect toward the students’ knowledge, (2) The roles of mass media had positive and significant effect toward students’ knowledge, (3) The roles of physical education teachers had positive and significant effect toward students’ attitude, (4) The role of the mass media proved to have no significant effect toward students' attitudes, (5) Students’ knowledge had positive and significant effect e toward students’ attitude; variable of students’ knowledge could not mediate the effect of physical education teacher toward students’ attitude on HIV/AIDS; and (7) Students’ knowledge could mediate the effect of physical education teacher toward students’ attitude on HIV/AIDS.

Abstract

The loss of interest and the decrease of students 'motivation towards the ball game is one of the students' difficulties in doing the punch because the batter has a very small cross-section, so the student's punch is rarely about the ball. Research using R & D development method. Procedures of development research conducted are: (1) potential and problem, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) design revision, (6) Product Testing, (7) trial usage. The subjects of this research are the students of 5th grade of Elementary School. Instruments and techniques of data collection using questionnaires, field notes, and documentation. The conclusion of this research is (1) "Smart hitter" ball beater modification product can be used as medium of learning of game of soccer ball for elementary school, (2) modification product of ball beater "Smart hitters" can be used to improve the capability of basic motion techniques to hit the ball for the basics. (3) "Smart hitter" ball bearing modifiers can be used for playing ball games for elementary school.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to introduce woodball sports towards elementary school students with modified tools and test the effectiveness of woodball kids in the physical education and health science learning in the small ball games of elementary school. This research method used research and development. The results of the research are tools and models of woodball kids games as an introduction to woodball sports in elementary school. The effectiveness of the tool in use is validated by woodball tool experts of 93% and the sports education expert of 96% in the good category. Tools and games used 48 students of 90% in the good category. The conclusions of this study are an effective woodball kids model has been produced to introduce woodball sports in physical education learning in elementary school. The important finding that underlies the creation of this woodball kids tool is the development of a woodball game model combined with the physical education where the woodball kids game model in the learning process uses media such as the woodball kids tool developed in this study. It is suggested that this woodball kids tool can be used for all elementary school students because it has proven effective as a learning medium.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze local government policies on the development and development of sports and health physical education teachers in West Sumbawa Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach. The methods used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects of this study were government agencies including Commission I DPRD, Department of Youth and Sports Education and Chairperson of MGMP Physical education Junior High School. Data is analyzed by triangulating data. The results of this study indicate that the local government policy on coaching and development of sports physical and health education teachers for Junior High School in West Sumbawa regency is seen in terms of policy program activities in improving teacher coaching and development in the form of activity programs contained in the Management Official Decree West Sumbawa Regency Regional Finance Number 23 of 2017 "Regarding the approval of the budget for the implementation of the regional work unit (DPA-SKPD) Department of Department of Youth and Sports Education West Sumbawa Regency's. Conclusions from the results of the research on local government policy on coaching and development of sports physical and health education teachers for Junior High School in West Sumbawa Regency have generally existed in general but specifically for coaching and development of sports and health physical education teachers do not yet exist. Therefore, it is hoped that the local government should make local regulations (PERDA) which regulates the policy on coaching and development teachers of sports physical education and health Junior High School in West Sumbawa Regency.

Abstract

To discuss culture, there is a scope of understanding the form and content of culture that has been clearly explained by Soekanto (2007) about universal cultural elements, as follows: (1) tool and equipment, (2) livelihood, (3) social system, (4) language, (5) art, (6) knowledge system, (7) religion. The research design is a plan and structure is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques use triangulation and with (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) conclusions. The results of this study: (1) the value of sports in culture associated with tools and equipment, (2) the value of sports in culture related to livelihoods, (3) the value of sports in culture related to social systems, (4) the value of sports in culture related to language, (5) the value of sports in culture related to art, (6) the value of sports in culture related to knowledge systems, (7) the value of sports in culture related to religion. Conclusion: that the value of sports in culture is related to 7 elements of culture Anak Dalam ethnic so much to study and analyze the implications of this research can add information and insight. Suggestions for the local government must pay more attention to the existence of Anak Dalam ethnic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Imagery training methods and hand-eye coordination on the exercise of ball batting practice of softball on the softball-baseball student's activity unit athletes of UNNES. The research method was using an experiment with a 2x2 factorial design. The sample was 22 athletes were taken by using purposive sampling technique. The instrument for a test of hitting the ball is Elrod softball batting tests of Johnson BL and Nelson JK, eye-hand coordination by catching-throwing tennis balls at a wall that had been given a target by Ismaryati in Tatag Efendi.  Data analysis technique was using ANOVA with two lanes. The results showed that   Imagery training methods (exercises internal and external imagery) effected on the result of batting practice balls softball-baseball students activity unit athletes of UNNES there were differences of influence between the level of hand-eye coordination high and low on the results of batting practice balls softball on the softball-baseball students activity unit athletes of UNNES and there were interactions between imagery training method (exercise internal imagery and external imagery) and hand-eye coordination (high and low) on the results of ball batting practice of softball on the softball-baseball students activity unit athletes of UNNES. The conclusion the imagery internal exercise had better influences on the results of a softball batting practice.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the influence of learning approach and eye-hand coordination on students learning outcomes of mini volley ball passing skills at Bulungan Elementary School. This research used an experimental method with the 2x2 factorial design. Research samples were 70 students who were taken by purposive sampling technique. The instrument for passing was Braddy Wall Volley ball Test from Johnson BL and Nelson JK, eye-hand coordination by throwing tennis balls on a wall that had been targeted by Ismaryati in Tatag Efendi. The technique used to analyze data is used in two ways with a computer program. The results showed there was a difference in the effect of the drill learning approach and playing on the results of learning the skills of playing mini volleyball, there was a difference in the learning outcomes of mini volley ball skills between students who have high and low eye-hand coordination, and there was interaction between learning approaches and eye-hand coordination on the results of learning skills playing mini volleyball. The conclusion of this research was playing approach-teaching had a better influence on students learning outcomes of mini volley ball passing skills at Bulungan Elementary School. Based on the results of the research, playing approach - teaching is can be used as a method to improve students' passing skills learning.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze: the effectivity difference between static target serving training method and dynamic target serving training method toward the float serve accuracy of the extracurricular volleyball students in Public Senior High School 3 Purwokerto. This research uses the experiment method along with factorial 2x2 design. The sampling method used is purposive sampling including ten female athletes and ten male athletes. The data analysis method used is Analysis of Variant (ANOVA) on the significance level (α) = 0.05. The variables of this research consist of two manipulative independent variables, namely static target serving training method and dynamic target serving training method, an attributive independent variable namely eye-hand coordination, and a dependent variable namely volleyball float serve accuracy. The results of the research are: the difference between static and dynamic target serving training method toward the float serve accuracy with the significance level of 0.001 and Fvalue = 16.791 > Ftable = 3.47. The difference between high eye-hand coordination ability and low eye-hand coordination ability toward float serve accuracy, with the significance level (α) = 0.000 and Fvalue = 140.698 > Ftable = 3.47. The interaction between serving training method (static and dynamic target) and eye-hand coordination (high and low), with the significance level (α) = 0.002 and Fvalue = 13.442 > Ftable = 3.47. This research concludes that there is significant influence between static and dynamic target serving training method toward float serve accuracy as well as high and low eye-hand coordination.
