Abstract

This research discusses the importance of maintaining Indonesian national identity in English language teaching and learning in the era of globalization. English as a global lingua franca is often considered to have the potential to erode local cultural values. Through a qualitative approach, this study analyzes the experiences and perceptions of 23 lecturers from the English Education Study Program of UIN Raden Intan Lampung. The findings show that the majority of lecturers emphasize the importance of integrating national identity into English education, despite facing challenges such as the dominance of Western perspectives in the curriculum and resistance to change. Proposed strategies include the use of local literature, project-based learning, as well as strengthening teacher training to support culturally responsive pedagogy. The research also highlights the role of technology as an innovative tool to connect students with their cultural heritage while improving English language skills. By identifying challenges and opportunities, the results of this study provide practical recommendations for creating a curriculum that strikes a balance between English proficiency and the preservation of Indonesia's national identity

Abstract

The enduring relevance of Islamic epistemology lies in its ability to harmonize spiritual and intellectual pursuits, providing a comprehensive foundation for addressing the ethical and operational challenges of modern educational systems. Despite its rich heritage, the application of Islamic philosophy of knowledge in shaping educational management strategies remains underexplored. This study investigates how Islamic epistemology, grounded in divine revelation (wahyu) and human reasoning (‘aql), can serve as a transformative framework for aligning ethical values with practical governance needs. By focusing on principles such as amanah (trust), shura (consultation), and adl (justice), the research demonstrates how these concepts can inform leadership, policy-making, and institutional governance in educational systems. Adopting a qualitative literature review approach, this study analyzes primary texts like the Qur'an and Hadith, alongside contemporary academic contributions, to contextualize Islamic philosophical principles within modern educational paradigms. The findings reveal the potential of integrating Islamic knowledge into educational governance structures, fostering environments that balance intellectual growth, moral integrity, and social responsibility. While limited to literature-based analysis, this research bridges the gap between theoretical discourse and practical application, offering a robust framework for future empirical validation and contextual adaptation. The proposed framework includes three core Islamic principles amanah (trust), shura (consultation), and adl (justice) which are operationalized across educational leadership, policy formulation, and institutional governance structures.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji integrasi filsafat ilmu dalam kurikulum pendidikan guru sekolah dasar melalui pendekatan studi literatur, telaah teoretis, dan analisis praktis. Filsafat ilmu diposisikan sebagai fondasi epistemologis, ontologis, dan aksiologis yang dapat memperkuat kualitas pemahaman calon guru terhadap hakikat ilmu, pembelajaran, dan nilai-nilai pendidikan. Studi ini mengidentifikasi keterbatasan penerapan filsafat ilmu dalam kurikulum pendidikan guru saat ini, serta merumuskan model integratif yang relevan dengan konteks pendidikan dasar. Melalui analisis literatur kritis dan telaah kurikulum dari beberapa LPTK di Indonesia, ditemukan bahwa filsafat ilmu belum terstruktur secara eksplisit dalam pembentukan kompetensi pedagogik calon guru. Hasil kajian ini menawarkan kerangka konseptual untuk integrasi filsafat ilmu yang bersifat kontekstual dan aplikatif, guna membentuk guru sekolah dasar yang reflektif, kritis, dan memiliki kesadaran epistemik dalam praktik pendidikan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi perumusan kebijakan kurikulum pendidikan guru yang lebih berakar pada landasan filosofis keilmuan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan sikap sosial dan spiritual menggunakan video pembelajaran berbasis PjBL. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian menurut ADDIE dengan lima tahapan yaitu: Analisys, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah random sampling, populasi penelitian ini adalah guru dan peserta didik kelas IV SDN 3 Karang Anyar, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah IVA sebagai kelas eksperimen yang akan dijadikan subjek uji coba dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian meliputi kelayakan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan produk. Kelayakan produk dilihat dari hasil validasi produk telah memenuhi kriteria valid, pada segi materi menunjukkan rata-rata sebesar 0,928. Segi bahasa menunjukkan rata-rata sebesar 0,891. Segi media menunjukkan rata-rata sebesar 0,889. Kepraktisan produk dapat dilihat dari rata-rata persentase respon pendidik sebesar 94,01% dengan interpretasi sangat praktis, sedangkan respon peserta didik sebesar 92,59% dengan interpretasi sangat praktis. Efektivitas produk dapat dilihat berdasarkan perbandingan nilai yang terdapat pada hasil rekapitulasi instrument penilaian lembar observasi pegangan guru dan instrument penilaian self assessement di kelas eksperimen yang membuktikan peningkatan signifikan dalam meningkatkan sikap social dan spiritual peserta didik. Hasil penelitian membuktikan terjadinya peningkatan jika dibandingkan hasil rata-rata pre-test dan rata-rata post-test. Hal tersebut menyatakan bahwasannya video pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini berhasil dalam meningkatkan sikap sosial dan spiritual peserta didik di kelas IV SDN 3 Karang Anyar.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Sosial Emosional (Social Emotional Learning/SEL) didasari oleh pemikiran bahwa terdapat banyak potensi untuk mengembangkan literasi digital. Penelitian ini mengkaji praktik pendidikan yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai sosial Indonesia, seperti gotong royong, tenggang rasa, dan etika pergaulan, dengan pengembangan keterampilan literasi digital. Literasi digital bukan hanya tentang keterampilan teknis dalam menggunakan dan berinteraksi dengan teknologi informasi; itu juga melibatkan keterampilan emosional seperti kesabaran, pengendalian diri, dan kemampuan menulis secara objektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitis dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber akademis dan non-akademik dengan menggunakan praktik pendidikan.

Abstract

The Novel Work Environment Model to Improve Teacher Performance: A Study at SMAN 1 Sungkai Jaya, North Lampung. Objectives: This study aims to create a good environment in order to improve teacher performance in SMA Negeri 1 Sungkai Jaya, North Lampung. In this study, a combination of two aspects of the work environment model was carried out to create a reflective and appropriate work environment model. Methods: This study uses qualitative methods with 50 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, documentation, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). Findings: The results showed that the social environment at SMAN 1 was good enough to produce good teacher outcomes, but improving communication caused discomfort between the teacher and school principal relations. The artistic environment at SMAN 1 shows that the teachers in carrying out the assignments given by the principal are going well, in an orderly and disciplined manner, but the quality of the learning tools is better than the difficulties in time. Conclusions: Model The reflective work environment has a good status on the relationship between the principal and the teacher because the teacher and the principal are not directly related. Keywords: Reflective work environment model, school, teacher performance. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpp.v9.i2.201906

Abstract

Abstract. Pengelolaan dokumen secara manual masih menjadi sarana utama dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya pemerintah desa, padahal saran dan prasaran yang diberikan oleh pemerintah pusat sudah memenuhi pengelolaan dokumen yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi maupun internet. Pelibatan teknologi tersebut memberikan dampak yang signifikan dalam pelayanan publik, sistem digitalisasi mampu meberikan kemudahan dalam kecepatan serta keamanan data. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan wawasan dan membekali pengetahun masyarakat secara teori maupun praktik dalam pengelolaan dokumen secara digital. Pengelolaan data secara digital memudahkan dari berbagai aspek palayanan yang diuraikan dalam pengabdian ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini pelatihan akan dilakukan melalui metode ceramah, simulasi, diskusi dan praktik, dan latihan, tahap pertama pemaparan tentang pengelolaan dokumen seara digital, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan praktik dan pendampingan. Evaluasi dilakukan diawal dan diakhir kegiatan pelatihan, selanjutnya hasil tes dianalisis dan diperoleh ketercapaian pengabdian. Hasil pelatihan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan perangkat desa, rata rata peningkatan diperoleh sebesar 31,7%. Seluruh peserta mampu melakukan pengelolaan dokumen secara digital yang melibatkan aplikasi perangkat lunak dan perangkat keras, serta mampu menjalan salah satu ataupun secara kombinasi. Sebagai dampaknya adalah masyarakat memperoleh manfaat pelayanan yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Salah satu kecamatan dipilih nantinya menjadi contoh bagi desa lain yang akan melakukan pengelolaan digitalisasi dokumen. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the reconstruction of Islamic values in education management through a philosophical approach and a constructivist paradigm. Strengthening values such as trust, fairness, sincerity, deliberation, and itqan is becoming increasingly important because management practices in various Islamic educational institutions still show administrative tendencies that ignore spiritual, ethical, and humanistic dimensions. To answer these problems, this study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the PRISMA 2020 model, which selects scientific articles published in 2020–2025 from Google Scholar, Crossref, DOAJ, and Garuda. Of the 72 articles identified, eight met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed through thematic analysis techniques. The results of the study show that Islamic values have a fundamental position in building an educational management paradigm that is not only oriented towards efficiency, but also on the formation of organizational character and spirituality. The values of trust and fairness strengthen the integrity and fairness of decision-making, the values of sincerity and deliberation encourage participation and harmonization of working relationships, while the value of itqan emphasizes the importance of professionalism and quality culture in education governance. The integration of these five values philosophically forms an ontological, epistemological, and axiological framework for Islamic education management that is contextual and adaptive according to the constructivistic paradigm. This research contributes to providing a systematic conceptual mapping of the role of Islamic values in education management, as well as offering a philosophical framework that can be used as a basis for the sustainable development of policies, leadership, and governance of Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of Islamic education management on the attainment of Islamic educational goals through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach and the Input–Process–Output (IPO) framework. The review is based on 15 verified articles published between 2020 and 2025 that are relevant to Islamic education management, the implementation of Islamic learning, and the development of student character. The analysis identifies thematic patterns across three key components: input (Islamic leadership, teacher competence, organizational culture, and infrastructure), process (implementation of an Islamic curriculum, instructional strategies, classroom management, and academic supervision), and output (moral conduct, character formation, spirituality, and learning outcomes). The findings indicate that the effectiveness of Islamic education management has a significant influence on the achievement of Islamic educational objectives, particularly through strengthening the quality of inputs that directly shape the learning process and educational outputs. The IPO model is shown to provide a comprehensive analytical framework for understanding the systemic relationship between educational governance, teaching processes, and Islamic-based learning outcomes. This study reaffirms the importance of integrated, value-oriented, and adaptive Islamic education governance as a prerequisite for the optimal realization of Islamic educational goals.
