Abstract

The development of information technology will have an impact on the development of data. The existence of data might contain sensitive elements that are not intended to become public consumers. Anonymization is a technique that can be applied in publishing data with a different identity or anonymously. K-anonymity is an approach that can anonymization data. Besides that, the l-diversity and t-closeness approaches are also one of the advanced alternatives in data anonymization. The Mondrian algorithm can be implemented in k-anonymity. Therefore, we use the Mondrian algorithm for anonymizing clothing online transaction. The application of these methods can overcome the problem of data privacy contained in the dataset. The results obtained are that the application of the Mondrian algorithm in k-anonymity, l-diversity, and t-closeness has successfully performed data anonymization so that data cannot be consumed freely by other users.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought new media, one of which is Youtube, which is now one of the most widely used applications for internet users in the world. The growth of the audience which is known as viewers, is also suported by the contribution from the content creators or also known as YouTubers from Indonesian. The more the viewers grow, the more their demand for trend content are also grwoing at surprisingly speed in one of the topics which is H-pop. In this study, the author wanted to see the dominant topics that K-pop YouTubers often upload to support content creator. This research was conducted using the Latent Dirichlet Allocation method. The analysis was carried out on after using text mining on 2563 videos from 10 K-pop YouTuber accounts with more than 100,000 subscribers. To determine the optimal number of topics by looking at the value of perplexity and topic conherence. The results obtained are the top 5 topics that are the content material in the uploaded video. These topics include reactions to dance covers, unboxing on albums and conducting reviews, riddles from K-pop dances and vlogs together to discuss about covers and reactions to sounds on K-pop songs.

Abstract

The presence of user contact applications in the community as a means of preventing and overcoming the spread of COVID-19 can pose another risk to the potential dangers of protecting data privacy from contact tracing. This research examines more deeply related to user privacy policies through 3 (three) samples of android-based user contact applications that are used as a means of preventing, overcoming and controlling the spread of the COVID-19 virus in today's society and by reviewing the rules contained in the Presidential Regulation of the Republic. Indonesian No. 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE). The study in this study was prepared using the method of literature study, observation and qualitative analysis. A comparison was made regarding the data privacy of the three samples, which was then evaluated and matched with the form of the privacy policy according to Presidential Regulation No. 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE) and according to the ideal form of data privacy policy based on several experts. Comparative data is obtained through related applications and other electronic media which are then discussed together to conclude and evaluate the data privacy policies of the three sample applications. Based on this research, it can be concluded that privacy intervention to deal with damage and save lives is legal as long as its use is in accordance with regulations in the health, disaster, telecommunications, informatics and other related fields; in this case listed in the Presidential Decree No. 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE) and there needs to be an increase in efforts to maintain the security and confidentiality of user data privacy through continuous system and data maintenance, encryption of data privacy storage in the manager's data warehouse and added with other data privacy policies can guarantee the security and confidentiality of the privacy of user data.

Abstract

Nowadays, the amount of data published in the RDF format is increasing. Federated SPARQL query engines that can query from multiple distributed SPARQL endpoints have been developed recently. A federated query engine usually has different performance compared to the others. One of the factors that affect the performance of the query engine is the characteristic of the accessed RDF dataset, such as the number of triples, the number of classes, the number of properties, the number of subjects, the number of entities, the number of objects, and the spreading factor of a dataset. The aim of this work is to identify the characteristic of RDF dataset and create a query set for evaluating a federated engine.  The study was conducted by identifying 16 datasets that used by ten research papers in Linked Data area.

Abstract

Online news portals are currently one of the fastest sources of information used by people. Its impact is due to the credibility of the news produced by actors from the media industry, which is sometimes questioned. However, one of the problems associated with this medium used to obtain information is clickbait. This technique aims to attract users to click hyperbolic headlines with content that often disappoints the reader. This study was, therefore, conducted to determine: 1) existing dataset available. 2) The method used in clickbait detection which consists of data preprocessing, analysis of features, and classification. 3) Difference steps from the method used.

Abstract

Twitter is now considered as one of the fastest and most popular communication media and is often used to track current events or news. Many tweets tend to contain semantically identical information. When following an activity or news, sometimes in tweeting people do it in groups. Therefore, it is necessary to have a useful technique for grouping users based on the tweets similarities. In this study, cosine similarity method is used to examine the similarity of tweets between accounts, and a graph-based approach is proposed to detect communities. Graphs are first depicted from similarities between tweets and next community detection techniques are applied in graphs to group accounts that have similar tweets. The reason for using these two methods is that compared to other methods, the accuracy of cosine similarity is higher while Louvain can result a better modularity. From this research, it was concluded that cosine similarity and Louvain algorithm could be used in community detection on social media.

Abstract

In today's technological era, most human activities are closely related to digitalization. This causes data growth to increase dramatically. The potential for data dissemination is also very wide open, so that as the owner of personal data and active technology users, many people are worried that their data is not used properly by the parties concerned about the benefits, fairness, approval and confidentiality. Therefore a number of written rules were made such as Article 32 of the ITE Law relating to data use interference as a basis for rules. The importance of having an understanding and knowledge related to ethical basis and data processing methods is also necessary as a technical guide to direct all data processing activities. However, there are still many parties who ignore the rule. It is not true that the process of retrieving and processing data also makes the final result not in accordance with the original goal. In this paper we will explain some examples of technical data collection and processing methods. A description of ethical theory will also be given. Then the challenges and principles in data collection and processing will be written. The hope of this paper can make the data users involved can use the data as they should according to applicable ethics, methods and laws.Keywords: Data, Data Collection, Data Processing, Ethics, Data Ethics

Abstract

The massive advancement of technology is supported by the convenience and ease of transacting carried by fintech applicators, especially for the online loan (pinjol) experience is getting easier. However, the ease of it raises issues of unrest in the community, many complaints that arise such as unnatural bills, how debt collectors charge at the time of maturity, and the issue of sharing the borrower's personal data to the public. Another concern of the existence of online loans is the clarity of their legality, there are still many online loan applicators that are not registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). It leads to a negative attitude. The purpose of this study is to find out public sentiment towards the existence of online loans through social media Twitter. The study also wanted to find out if there were significant sentiment differences when bot accounts were in the dataset. Researchers obtained 941 lines of twitter data by not separating bot accounts. If the bot account is separated, the data becomes 432 data. After a deeper analysis, it was found that the tendency of sentiment towards online loans in the community was negative with a value of 45.6%. After separating the bot account from the dataset, the negative sentiment still dominated from the existing sentiment to 54.2%. So that it can be drawn another conclusion that the existence and absence of bot accounts in the dataset only gives a small influence on other sentiments, bot accounts do not change the initial conclusion that said public sentiment towards the existence of online loans tends to lead to negative attitudes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memetakan bentuk hubungan berdasarkan media sosial Instagram pelajar Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di Surabaya dengan menggunakan socimatrix yang merupakan bagian dari Social NetworkAnalysis. Hasil penelitian ini memetakan 18 kelompokberdasarkan 18 SMA di Surabaya, terdiri dari 1 sociogram besar dan 7 sociogram kecil, dimana setiap kelompok rata-rata berasal dari sekolah (SMA) yang sama. Sociogram besar terdiri dari 12 SMA. Akun yang paling dikenal oleh teman sekitarnya atau node terbesar berasal dari SMAN 7 Surabaya dengan 22 teman yang saling follow dengannya. Adapun akun yang memiliki pertemanan yang kuat atau link tertebal berasal dari SMAN 7 Surabaya dengan jumlah kesamaan followings dan followers sebanyak 360 akun atau senilai 6.00 pada link yang terbentuk. Pertemanan antar siswa perempuan (289) memiliki jumlah 2,5 kali dari jumlah pertemanan antar siswa laki-laki (115) dan pertemanan antar siswa perempuan memiliki jumlah hampir yang sama dengan pertemanan lawan jenis (284).

Abstract

AbstrakKisah sejarah sampai kemerdekaan Indonesia tak pernah lepas dari kurikulum pendidikan wajib belajar 12 tahun. Namun seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, hipotesis-hipotesis sejarah Indonesia juga ikut berkembang. hipotesis-hipotesis juga membantu sejarawan untuk melihat sejarah Indonesia menjadi lebih utuh. Untuk mendukung perkembangan tersebut, penulis mencoba mengimplementasikan algoritma Community Detection untuk mencari keterkaitan antar pahlawan nasional. Sumber data pahlawan nasional yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah id.dbpedia. Namun akibat inkonsistensi dan sedikitnya data yang disimpan di id.dbpedia, maka pengumpulan data tidak berhenti di id.dbpedia saja. Salah satu sumber data yang jumlah datanya lebih banyak dari id.dbpedia adalah Wikipedia. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dilakukan standarisasi secara manual, dan dibuatkan graf di Jupyter. Algoritma Community Detection digunakan untuk menemukan klaster-klaster komunitas pahlawan nasional Indonesia berdasarkan data daerah dan tahun. Community Detection menunjukkan bahwa data yang diolah dengan menggunakan Algoritma Greedy Modularity memiliki 16 komunitas atau kelompok. Selain itu, sebuah pola ditemukan pada 6 komunitas yang ada berdasarkan Algoritma Girvan Newman Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Algoritma Greedy Modularity menghasilkan lebih banyak klasifikasi komunitas.Kata Kunci: algoritma,  klasterisasi, deteksi komunitas, pahlawan nasional indonesia, daerah, tahun AbstractThe story of history Indonesia until Indonesia's independence has never been separated from the 12-year compulsory education curriculum.  However, along with the times, historical hypotheses in Indonesia also developed. Hypotheses also help historians to see Indonesian history more fully. To support this development, the author tries to implement the Community Detection algorithm to find linkages between national heroes. The data source for the national heroes used in this study is id.dbpedia. However, due to inconsistencies and the lack of data stored on id.dbpedia, data collection does not stop at id.dbpedia only. One of the data sources with more data than id.dbpedia is Wikipedia. After the data was obtained, then it standardized manually, and graphs were made in Jupyter. The Community Detection algorithm is used to find clusters of Indonesian national hero communities based on regional and year data Community Detection shows that the data processed using the Greedy Modularity Algorithm generates 16 communities or groups. In addition, a pattern was found in 6 existing communities based on the Newman Girvan Algorithm. So it can be concluded that the Greedy Modularity Algorithm produces more community classifications.Keywords:  algorithm, clustering, community detection, indonesian national heroes, region, years
