Abstract

Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa pengaruh kualitas dari pelayanan dan citra suatu merek terhadap loyalitas yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pada pelayanan jasa di UPT. PSMB-LT Surabaya. Objek penelitian merupakan penyedia jasa pelayanan pengujian, kalibrasi dan sertifikasi produk di bawah naungan Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (Disperindag) Provinsi Jawa Timur yang setiap tugas fungsi dan kerja diatur dalam Undang-Undang dan Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 53 orang yang merupakan pelanggan yang telah melakukan proses pelayanan di UPT. PSMB-LT Surabaya dari tahun 2017 s/d 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan software IBM SPSS 25 dan AMOS 22. Penelitian ini menjabarkan adanya pengaruh yang positif antara Kualitas Pelayanan, Citra Merek, dan Kepuasan Pelanggan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Kualitas Pelayanan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan dan Loyalitas Pelanggan. Namun, Citra Merek hanya berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan dan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Kepuasan Pelanggan memediasi hubungan antara Kualitas Pelayanan dan Citra Merek terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan di UPT. PSMB-LT Surabaya.

Abstract

Although the COVID-19 pandemic has gradually improved, people's activities have not recovered to normal due to various conditions. This period is a transition period known as the "New Normal". Besides its impact on people's health, COVID-19 also affects other aspects, including the economy, education, and law. The economic impact highly touches low-medium class people including SMEs as the business activities which need to be halted due to PSBB (Large-Scale Social Restriction). Triple Helix is a SMEs' development model that links Science (S), Government (G), and Business (B). This article aims to examine whether Triple Helix with SGB Balanced model is possibly utilized to revive the Hijab SMEs business activity. This study is descriptive-qualitative research and analyzed using the Miles and Hubberman techniques. Data were obtained through online questionnaires and interviews from hijab craftsmen associating with two SMEs. The results show that respondents have successfully adapted to the New Normal and resumed their business activity by implementing technology and information given by the S (science) agent and the G (government) agent’s assistance. Therefore, it indicates that implementing Triple Helix provably revives the Hijab SMEs business activities.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Blended Learning learning model that was applied during the Covid-19 pandemic and is seen based on the responses of students. In addition, this research also aims to analyze how effectively the Blended Learning model is able to increase learning independence and student learning outcomes. This research belongs to the type of quantitative research that uses a quasi-experimental approach with a Posttest Only Control Group Design. The population in this study was class XI IPS at SMAN 1 Puri, Mojokerto. The sampling technique used was the Simple Random Side technique and obtained class XI IPS 1 as the control class and XI IPS 3 as the Experiment class. The research data comes from primary and secondary data. Primary data comes from posttest scores, independence questionnaires and student responses. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained based on documentation on the value and attendance of students. This research succeeded in proving that blended learning learning could be carried out with a percentage of 95.83%. The effectiveness of the Blended learning model shows a percentage of 73.84%. The implementation of the Blended Learning model is also effective in increasing learning independence which is shown in the Sign value (2-tailed) is 0.021 <0.05, and can also improve student learning outcomes shown in the Sign (2-tailed) value is 0.032 <0, 05.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior is valued as work-related behavior that is not related to the formal organizational reward system, and, in aggregate, encourages the effective functioning of the organization. This is shown from some data obtained that the teaching staff or lecturers of Universitas Negeri Surabaya (Unesa) from the existing basic tasks and functions, which consists of research and social services, are considered not enough to be done only during working hours. Therefore this study sees that OCB is conducted by a Unesa's lecturers. This study aims to determine the effect of Internal Branding and Brand Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for teaching staff. This research uses a quantitative approach, using the questionnaire method by determining accidental sampling. The formulation of the technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Through multiple linear regression analysis techniques, the findings in this study answer the research hypothesis between ain, (1) the influence of Internal Branding on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of teaching staff at Unesa has a positive impact, the coefficient results showed 0.183 (0.000 <0.05), then the first hypothesis test accepted, (2) Effect of Brand Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive effect, with a coefficient result of 0.44 (0,000 <0.05) then the results of the second hypothesis test are accepted, (3) Effect of Internal Branding and Brand Commitment on Organization Citizenship Behavior is stated Significantly, the F-count results show 136,299 (0,000 <0.5) then the results of the third hypothesis test are accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction, organizational culture, dan competence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in PT. Mubarak Ainama Kunt Surabaya. This research is quantitative. The data that will be used in this study is systematic data (numbers) which will produce conclusions that can be generalized. The data in this study use primary and secondary data. Primary data in the form of data obtained through questionnaires to 42 respondents as research samples and secondary data in the form of data company profile company. The statistical analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The measurement scale of this study uses a Likert scale The results of this study are job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This shows that better job satisfaction in the company, the higher the Organizational Citizenship Behavior felt by employees. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This shows that the better the organizational culture in the company, the higher the Organizational Citizenship Behavior felt by employees. Competence has no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Implementation of competencies is carried out conditionally according to the needs of the company not bound by a certain period. This shows that the good or bad implementation of competencies in the company will not affect the increase or decrease in Organizational Citizenship Behavior employees at PT. Mubarak Ainama Kunt Surabaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance through an organizational commitment to the employees of PT. Bhinneka Life Indonesia Surabaya branch. This type of research is quantitative research. The study used a saturated sample technique with a total of 50 permanent employees at PT. Bhinneka Life Indonesia Surabaya branch. From the results of statistical analysis, this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) and is assisted with smartPLS 3.0 software. This research shows the results of work-life balance has no relationship with employee performance. Work-life balance has a positive effect on commitment. While commitment has a relationship with performance. And the commitment variables can mediate the effect between work-life balance on employee performance. This study shows the results of work-life balance have a smaller direct relationship than an indirect effect on the performance of employee. The implications are based on results of research applied to companies that superiors can provide training to employees on the importance of managing the time between life at work and life outside of work such as life at home. Also, the employees can pay attention to their comfort while working or in receiving bonuses when the targets set by the company have been achieved. Supervisors can also provide other training to the employees to improve the quality of their work.

Abstract

Peran motivasi belajar dan kemandirian belajar sebagai faktor internal yang berpengaruh pada kinerja akademik penting dimilki peserta didik khususnya dalam implementasi pada pembelajaran dimasa pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan kemandirian dalam belajar peserta didik terhadap hasil belajar yang diperoleh saat pembelajaran daring dimasa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat kausalitas, teknik analisis data mengunakan regesi linier berganda. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 80 peserta didik dari kelas XI IPS SMAN 2 Nganjuk, sampel diperoleh dengan teknik propotional random sampling. Pada penelitian diperoleh hasil 1) Motivasi belajar berpengaruh dengan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran daring dimasa Covid-19 secara parsial, 2) Kemandirian belajar berpengaruh dengan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran daring dimasa Covid-19 secara parsial. 3) Motivasi belajar dan kemandirian belajar dengan simultan berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi peserta didik pada pembelajaran daring dimasa pandemi Covid-19. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa perolehan hasil belajar ekonomi peserta didik dapat ditingkatkan dengan mempertimbangkan faktor motivasi dan tingkat kemandirian belajar

Abstract

Dalam aktivitas belajar daring di era Covid-19 hasil belajar ekonomi peserta didik jurusan IPS MA Sunan Ampel masih belum tercapai optimal begitupun dengan tingkat self regulated learning dan tingkat self efficacy peserta didik  yang juga belum tercapai secara optimal. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya penelitianini adalah untuk menganalisa terkait pengaruh self regulated learning dan self efficacy terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi peserta didik jurusan IPS MA Sunan ampel dalam pembelajaran secara daring di era Covid-19. Jenis pendekatan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuantitatif sedangkan jenis penelitiannya adalah asosiatif kausal. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 92 peserta didik. Tahap pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan untuk tahap analisis data berbantu program SPSS. Hasil penelitian melaporkan  bahwa 1) self regulated learning berkorelasi positif  signifikan dengan hasil belajar ekonomi peserta didik dalam aktivitas belajar daring di era Covid-19, 2) self efficacy berkorelasi positif signifikan terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi peserta didik dalam aktivitas belajar daring di era Covid-19, 3) self regulated learning dan self efficacy secara bersama-sama berpengaruh kuat terhadap  hasil belajar ekonomi peserta didik dalam aktivitas belajar daring di era Covid-19

Abstract

Penelitian di latarbelakangi dengan adanya pandemic COVID-19 dan pentingnya penguasaan teknologi bagi pendidik dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran yang diwujudkan dengan adanya media pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan media M-learning berbasis Articulate Storyline untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan melibatkan ahli materi, ahli media dan ahli bahasa. Model  pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu Thiagarajan yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu Define, Design, Development dan Diseminasi. Untuk mengukur keberhasilan hasil belajar peserta didik maka menggunakan Uji Test dengan sebelumnya menggunakan uji hipotesis yaitu uji homogenitas dan uji normalitas. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa media M-learning berbasis Articulate Storyline untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik bersifat valid, praktis dan signifikan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui peranan teman sebaya dan kebiasaan belajar pada masa pandemi covid-19 terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi melalui motivasi belajar. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 80 peserta didik kelas XI IPS SMAN 2 Tuban, teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah proportional random sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis eksplanatori, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS. Temuan penelitian ini diantaranya : (1) Peranan teman sebaya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar; (2) Kebiasaan Belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar; (3) Peranan teman sebaya tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar; (4) Kebiasaan belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar; (5) Motivasi belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar; (6) Tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan peranan teman sebaya terhadap hasil belajar melalui motivasi belajar; (7) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan kebiasaan belajar terhadap hasil belajar melalui motivasi belajar. Kesimpulannya adalah pada masa pandemi covid-19 motivasi belajar menjadi faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar, dengan fokus kebiasaan belajar dari faktor intrinsik dan dukungan sosial diluar peranan teman sebaya dari faktor ekstrinsik.
