Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam mengenai gaya hidup dan perilaku konsumsi masyarakat petani di Desa Purwoasri. Metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk merinci aspek-aspek tersebut. Teknik snowball sampling diterapkan dalam pengambilan sampel, dengan 9 informan utama yang dipilih berdasarkan rekomendasi dari informan kunci dan melibatkan representasi dari tiga dusun di Desa Purwoasri, yaitu Templek, Mlilir, dan Tanggungan. Informan utama dipilih berdasarkan kriteria tertentu, seperti menjadi petani aktif, warga asli desa, pencari nafkah tunggal atau telah menikah, dan berusia di atas 18 tahun. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Validitas data diuji dengan menggunakan triangulasi melibatkan sumber data, teknik analisis, dan periode waktu penelitian. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa persentase gaya hidup masyarakat petani dapat dikategorikan sebagai subsisters (11%), sustainers (23%), functionalist (22%), succeeders (22%), dan golden years (22%). Sementara itu, perilaku konsumsi masyarakat petani dapat diperinci menjadi perilaku konsumsi rasional sebanyak 80%, dan perilaku konsumsi irasional sebanyak 20%. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif tentang karakteristik gaya hidup dan perilaku konsumsi yang dapat menjadi dasar untuk pengembangan kebijakan atau program pembangunan yang lebih sesuai dengan realitas masyarakat petani di Desa Purwoasri.

Abstract

Sebagai agen penerus bangsa, sudah menjadi suatu keharusan bagi mahasiswa untuk mempunyai pemahaman yang baik, tidak terkecuali mengenai keuangan. Realita yang tidak bisa dikesampingkan bagi mahasiswa yaitu perubahan pengelolaan keuangan yang awalnya terbiasa diatur oleh orang tua menjadi mandiri ketika mereka diharuskan berkuliah jauh di kota lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat profil literasi mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Surabaya yang terdiri dari pengetahuan keuangan, sikap keuangan, perilaku keuangan, serta sosialisasi keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik convenience sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 270 responden. Instrumen penelitian dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara daring. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh rata-rata tingkat literasi keuangan mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Surabaya 82,7% (tinggi), pengetahuan keuangan 74,9% (sedang), sikap keuangan 86% (tinggi), perilaku keuangan 79% (sedang) dan sosialisasi keuangan 65,7% (sedang). Maka, perlu adanya upaya-upaya untuk meningkatkan keterampilan keuangan mahasiswa dalam program literasi keuangan lainnya.

Abstract

Objective: This research investigates the influence of organizational culture on knowledge sharing practices through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach that follows strict protocols to minimize bias. Method: The SLR process began with a literature search using Harzing's Publish or Perish on Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, and Scopus databases with the keywords “organizational culture”, “corporate culture”, “knowledge sharing”, “knowledge exchange”, and “knowledge transfer”, resulting in 320 initial articles (2019-2025). Inclusion criteria included English/Indonesian articles that presented empirical evidence on the causal relationship between organizational culture and knowledge sharing, while opinion articles, non-full text, and studies without explicit analysis were excluded. After a three-stage selection (title screening, abstract screening, full-text assessment), 78 articles were eligible for thematic analysis using NVivo 12. The main themes identified include: (1) the dominance of the collaborative culture dimension in facilitating knowledge sharing, (2) the ambivalent role of authoritarian leadership as both an obstacle and a driver of knowledge exchange efficiency, (3) technological literacy inequality as a critical moderator, and (4) the dynamics of knowledge hoarding in hierarchical organizations. Results: The analysis shows that 65% of the studies are concentrated on the corporate sector, while NGO and public service contexts account for only 12%. The main limitations lie in the methodological heterogeneity of the reviewed studies (65% quantitative, 28% qualitative, 7% mixed) and geographical bias (82% of studies from Asia and Europe). Novelty: Nevertheless, the synthesis of findings reveals a pattern that an organizational culture based on psychological safety and a non-monetary incentive system increases the intensity of knowledge sharing by 40%. This study recommends an integrative framework that combines Resource-Based View and Social Exchange theories for future studies.

Abstract

This research aims to map and combine modern typologies and definitions of organizational change based on a systematic literature review (SLR) in Scopus-registered literature from 2015 to 2025. Utilizing the PRISMA 2020 protocol, twenty research papers were thematically analyzed to understand conceptual trajectories and typological shifts in the literature on organizational change. The analysis identifies five distinct and broad typologies of change consisting of planned, emergent, incremental, transformational, and adaptive/hybrid, with flares to their boundaries. This study highlights a shifting paradigm towards adaptive and learning-based model from control and linear, to agility, digital transformation and resilience. Through the conceptual integration of classical and contemporary typologies and definitions, organizational change is shifted from being one discrete event to a continuous strategic capability. This review provides an elaborate conceptual mapping that draws the most theoretical learning and implications for adaptive leadership and sustainable organizational development.

Abstract

Students’ low achievement in economics has become a major concern and is presumed to be influenced by psychological factors, to be specific learning motivation, self-efficacy, and academic procrastination behavior. This study aims to examine the effects of these three variables on students’ economics learning outcomes. A quantitative approach with a causal research design was employed. The sample consisted of 206 tenth-grade students of SMAN 4 Sidoarjo selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation, and subsequently analyzed with SPSS through multiple linier regression analysis. The finding reveal that learning motivation and self-efficacy have positive and statistically significant effect on economics learning outcomes, while academic procrastination shows a negative and significant effect. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly influence learning outcomes and account for 25,2% of the variance, whereas the remaining 74,8% is explained by other factors beyond the research model. The result highlight the importance of strengthening students’ learning motivation and self-efficacy, as well as minimizing academic procrastination through effective instructional strategies. This study is limited to the variables examined and to a single school setting, therefore, future research is recommended to incorporate additional variables and involve broader research site to obtain more comprehensive findings

Abstract

Komitmen organisasional yang dimiliki karyawan dapat menentukan keberhasilan suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menguji pengaruh dari dukungan organisasional persepsian dan pengembangan karir terhadap komitmen organisasional di perguruan tinggi baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui keterikatan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tenaga kependidikan Universitas Negeri Surabaya, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 150 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada responden secara online, dan data yang didapatkan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan jika komitmen organisasional yang dimiliki oleh tenaga kependidikan dapat dipengaruhi oleh dukungan organisasional persepsian dan pengembangan karir secara langsung. Pengaruhnya juga dapat terjadi secara tidak langsung melalui peran mediasi dari keterikatan kerja karyawan.
