Abstract

The Mina Karya Fishery Product Marketers Processing Group (Poklahsar) is a business group in Tambaklorok, Semarang, that processes marine products. It currently faces limitations in product processing and diversification, marketing, and finance. This group has the potential to grow and reach a broader market. PKM activities aim to increase POKLAHSAR 'Mina Karya' capacity to diversify processed mangroves and optimize marketing and financial management capabilities. Activity methods include training, assistance in using appropriate technology related to mangrove-processed diversification, and finance and marketing management skills. The results of PKM activities are an increase in the capacity of Poklahsar Mina Karya in diversifying processed mangrove production and the ability of the results of PKM activities to increase the capacity of Poklahsar Mina Karya in production, marketing, and finance. Spinner machine assistance accelerates the draining process to only 10 minutes and durability for three months. The disc mill flouring machine technology helped diversify products and increase Marketing and finance training, helped partners expand market reach to a national scale, and optimized business management, creating new economic opportunities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, dukungan organisasi, dan keterampilan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Honda Nusantara Sakti Cabang Semarang, dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel perantara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang memungkinkan analisis data secara statistik untuk memahami hubungan antarvariabel dalam konteks organisasi. Sebanyak 56 karyawan tetap menjadi sampel penelitian yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, dukungan organisasi, dan keterampilan karyawan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berperan sebagai variabel perantara yang memperkuat hubungan antara variabel independen dan dependen.Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kinerja karyawan dapat dicapai melalui pengembangan gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif, dukungan organisasi yang optimal, peningkatan keterampilan karyawan, serta motivasi kerja yang tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan bagi perusahaan dalam merumuskan kebijakan strategis yang berfokus pada peningkatan kinerja melalui pendekatan manajerial dan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Work discipline refers to employees' awareness and willingness to comply with all organizational regulations and applicable social norms. The phenomenon of inadequate work discipline among employees can be observed in their lack of adherence to work responsibilities and established policies. The interaction between the work environment, organizational culture, leadership style, and job satisfaction plays a crucial role in improving work discipline. This study aims to examine the influence of the work environment, organizational culture, and leadership style on the work discipline of employees at the Faculty of Nursing and Health Sciences (FIKKes), Muhammadiyah University of Semarang. This research adopts an explanatory approach with a quantitative methodology. The population of this study consists of all employees registered at FIKKes, Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang (UNIMUS). The study uses a census sampling method, involving all 138 FIKKes UNIMUS employees. The analysis method employed in this research is SMART Partial Least Square (PLS). The test results indicate that the work environment, leadership style, and job satisfaction positively influence employee discipline. Additionally, the work environment positively impacts employee job satisfaction. Work discipline is also affected by the work environment through job satisfaction as a mediating factor. However, organizational culture has a negative impact on both discipline and job satisfaction. Moreover, leadership style does not influence job satisfaction. Neither leadership style nor organizational culture affects work discipline through job satisfaction as a mediating variable.

Abstract

Dalam menjalankan sebuah organisasi dibutuhkan sumber daya yang kompeten dan memiliki daya saing untuk menghadapi persaingan global. Berbagai cara untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja organisasi salah satunya dengan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan ialah analisis deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian membuktikan komitmen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT PNM, sehingga hipotesis diterima. Persepsi Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT PNM, sehingga hipotesis diterima. Selanjutnya variabel motivasi kerja berperan sebagai variabel moderasi dalam hal ini motivasi kerja memperkuat hubungan antara komitmen terhadap kinerja karyawan. Artinya komitmen akan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan jika motivasi kerja tinggi, sehingga hipotesis diterima. Kemudian variabel motivasi kerja juga memperkuat hubungan antara persepsi kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini juga berarti persepsi kepemimpinan bisa berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan jika motivasi kerja tinggi, sehingga hipotesis diterima. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan secara signifikan, sehingga hipotesis diterima.Kebijakan HR harus fokus pada pengembangan dan pemeliharaan komitmen karyawan melalui kebijakan yang meningkatkan keterikatan dan loyalitas, seperti pengakuan, pengembangan karir, dan keadilan organisasi.

Abstract

The Women Farmers Group Karya Bersemi in Rejosari Village, Karangawen District, Demak Regency. They recently received assistance with a Manual Oven using gas power from the government, but they have not been able to operate it. The Community Service Team from the Postgraduate Master Management (MM) Study Program at the University of Semarang (USM) is to provide training on how to process agricultural products into ready-to-eat food. Its purpose is to create food diversification. Second, capacity building and innovation to make processed agricultural products. Third, introduce marketing through social media. The last is to provide simple bookkeeping and counseling to separate family finances and business results. The activities' purpose can be implemented to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for Villages 5 by 2030. SDG 5 is to create conditions that place all villagers in have the same position, without discrimination against women. The indicator for achieving the goal of SDG Desa 5 is the availability of space and opportunities for the involvement of women in the planning and implementation of village development like the KWT Karya Bersemi.Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Karya Bersemi di Desa Rejosari Kecamatan Karangawen Kabupaten Demak baru-baru ini memperoleh bantuan Oven Gas menggunakan tenaga gas dari pemerintah, akan tetapi mereka belum bisa mengoperasikannya. Tujuan dari kegiatan Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dari Program Studi Magister Manajemen (MM) Pascasarjana Universitas Semarang (USM) ini adalah memberikan pelatihan cara mengolah hasil pertanian menjadi olahan pangan siap makan sebagai salah satu upaya untuk menciptakan diversifikasi pangan. Kedua, peningkatan kemampuan dan inovasi membuat produk olahan hasil pertanian. Ketiga, mengenalkan pemasaran melalui media sosial Instagram dan Whatsapp. Terakhir adalah memberikan pelatihan pembukuan sederhana serta penyuluhan untuk memisah keuangan keluarga dan hasil usaha. Harapannya dengan kegiatan dapat mengimplementasi tercapainya Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Desa 5 pada tahun 2030. Tujuan SDGs 5 adalah terciptanya kondisi yang menempatkan semua warga desa dalam posisi adil, tanpa diskriminasi terhadap perempuan. Indikator tercapainya tujuan SDGs Desa 5 ini adalah tersedianya ruang dan kesempatan bagi keterlibatan perempuan dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembangunan desa seperti adanya KWT Karya Bersemi ini.

Abstract

This Study aims to analyze the role of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance with extrinsic motivation as a moderating variable in KPP Pratama Semarang Candisari. This study used quantitative methods by using questionnaires to collect the necessary data. The sample in this study amounted to 104, obtained through the census method. Structural equation model (SEM) was used to analyze data with  Partial Least Squares (PLS) tool version SmartPLS 3.2.9. The finding showed that transformational leadership and organization culture has a significant positive directly effect on employee performance. Extrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect in moderating the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance. Extrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect in moderating the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

This study examines how corporate social responsibility (CSR) affects sustainable performance and business resilience using stakeholder relationships and innovation capacity as mediating variables. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Square technique is used for data analysis. The sampling method used a purposive method with a total sample of 151 people. A systematic questionnaire was used to gather primary data. According to the study's findings, stakeholder connections and innovative ability have been directly and positively impacted by corporate social responsibility. Stakeholder relationships having the ability to innovate positively impacts the resilience of businesses. Meanwhile, relationships between stakeholders and innovation capacity influence sustainable performance, mediated by business resilience. The theoretical implication of this research is that CSR will increase business resilience and sustainable performance if CSR can create relationships between stakeholders and innovation capacity.

Abstract

Traffic Police have duties and functions in enforcing traffic discipline regulations and improving traffic awareness. This research purposes determining factors that can improve the performance of police members of the Semarang Police traffic unit. The variables in this research are teamwork, competence and bureaucracy, the dependent variable is performance with the intervening job satisfaction as mediating variable. This research is conducted through quantitative methods using questionnaires as data collecting. Around 58 police members of the Semarang Traffic and Police Traffic Unit participated in this study. The path analysis is used with support by SmartPLS program. The results show that teamwork, competence and bureaucracy influence performance and job satisfaction. However, job satisfaction has no effect on performance and has not succeeded in becoming an intervening variable in this research.

Abstract

In the banking sector, employee performance is crucial for ensuring service quality and institutional competitiveness. This study examines whether training programs at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Karangayu Branch significantly affect employee performance and the extent to which competence and productivity mediate this relationship. It also aims to contribute theoretically by addressing prior research gaps and providing practical insights for improving training and employee development in the industry. The variables studied include training, performance, competence, and productivity within an empirical research model. Data were gathered from 65 employees of the Karangayu branch through interviews and analyzed using Partial Least Squares-based Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to assess direct and indirect relationships. Results show that competence serves as a key mediator linking training to performance, while productivity also mediates this causal pathway. Training enhances productivity, which then boosts performance, making productivity a reinforcing intermediary that strengthens the relationship between training and performance.
