Abstract

Peranan UMKM di Indonesia termasuk salah satu yang terpenting karena UMKM dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan yang akan mengurangi pengangguran yang ada di Indonesia. Salah satu upaya peningkatan dan pengembangan UMKM dalam perekonomian nasional dilakukan dengan mendorong intensitas kewirausahaan kepada para pelakunya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas, inovasi dan lingkungan eksternal terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada UMKM Sekarwangi Snack di Kelurahan Pudakpayung. Penelitian ini merupakan kausalitas studi, dengan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh pelaku UMKM Sekarwangi Snack di Desa Pudakpayung dengan total sampel yaitu 51 responden. Sampel yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus. Teknik analisis dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kreativitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan keberhasilan usaha. Inovasi berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Lingkungan eksternal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. The role of MSMEs in Indonesia is one of the most important because MSMEs can create jobs which will reduce unemployment in Indonesia. One of the efforts to increase and develop MSMEs in the national economy is to encourage entrepreneurial intensity among the perpetrators. This research aims to determine the influence of creativity, innovation and the external environment on business success at Sekarwangi Snack MSMEs in Pudakpayung Village. This research is a causality study, with data collection carried out by distributing questionnaires to all Sekarwangi Snack MSMEs in Pudakpayung Village with a total sample of 51 respondents. The sample obtained in this research used the census method. Analysis technique using multiple linear regression method. The results of this research show that the creativity variable has a positive and significant effect on business success. Innovation has a positive effect on business success. The external environment has a positive and significant effect on business success.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Electronic Word of Mouth dan Brand Image terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Shopee. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa fakultas ekonomika dan bisnis Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Semarang Kelas regular pagi yang berjumlah 312 mahasiswa. Sampel diambil berdasarkan Mahasiswa FEB Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Semarang kelas regular pagi; mempunyai aplikasi dan akun shopee; dan pernah berbelanja di marketplace shopee sebanyak 80 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis linier berganda dengan asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian secara parsial variabel Electronic Word of Mouth dan Brand Image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of using complete feed containing protected soybean groats on the production performance and feed efficiency of fattening thin-tailed sheep. Protection using 37% formaldehyde as much as 1% of dry soybean groats to bypass protein during rumen fermentation. A total of 15 male thin-tailed sheep, aged 12 months with an initial body weight of 23.43±1.40 kg were divided into 3 groups of feed treatments, namely the first group (P1) complete feed 100%, (P2) complete feed 90% + protected soybean groats 10%, and (P3) complete feed 80% + protected soybean groats 20%. Protection of soybean groats using 37% formaldehyde was given as 1% dry matter. The research design used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). Data were analyzed using analysis of variance, and differences between treatments were further tested with Duncan's Multiple Range Test. The results showed a significantly different effect (P<0.001) on dry matter consumption but not significantly different (P>0.05) on daily body weight gain, relative daily body weight gain, feed conversion, and feed efficiency. The conclusion of the research was that the use of complete feed containing 20% protected soybean groats was efficient due to its ablity to increase dry matter consumption and the FCG produced was low so that higher IOFC was obtained.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to provide outreach through knowledge about feeding management and parasitic diseases in horses. Community service activities by the TAP&D (Tropical Animal Production and Disease) Research Group were held at the Bendi Horse Sukoharjo community group on June 25, 2023, in Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java. Data were collected using interviews and observation. All data obtained were then analyzed descriptively. The horses used are descendants of Banyuwangi horses. This bendi is used by the owner to attract or transport tourists who come to Sukoharjo Square every Monday to Sunday. The horses used are generally small, and some are even skinny. After analyzing horse faeces in the laboratory at the start of the pre-survey, it was found that 100% of the bendi horses in the association were infected with worms. Diseases in horses can also be caused by poor feed management. So, the solution is to provide education on maintaining good horse practices, especially feed management. The next problem is that the feed given to horses usually consists of long grass, so the horse doesn't eat all the parts. The solution we provide is a grass chopper. After the service activities were carried out, farmers increased their knowledge regarding parasitic diseases in horses and good feed management. This service activity concludes that horse farmers have increased knowledge about good horse care and about horse diseases.

Abstract

Erupsi gunung ruang pada awal tahun 2024 memaksa 1304 warga Kelurahan Bahoi mengungsi karena terdampak paling parah akibat dekatnya jarak yaitu 4.4 Km. Bencana melumpuhkan perekonomian karena rumah dan tempat usaha rusak. Kelompok Nelayan Harapan yang yang menghasilkan tangkapan ikan julung turun pesat 60.000/orang/hari atau 240.000/orang/minggu dan alat pengasapan rusak total. Sentuhan Iptek kepada Kelompok Nelayan Harapan adalah pukat penangkap ikan julung, modernisasi ruang pengeringan ikan, alat penepung ikan dan alat pengemasan dengan desain eksklusif dilengkapi dengan inovasi pemasaran secara online. Pemberian pukat penangkap ikan meningkatkan jumlah tangkapan ikan 300% dari 500 ekor/minggu menjadi 1.500 ekor/minggu. Ruang Pengeringan yang awalnya kapasitas pengeringan meningkat menjadi 1,500 ekor ikan julung untuk 1x pengeringan. Mesin penepung ikan menghasilkan 10 Kg/hari x Rp. 300.000 atau Rp. 9.000.000/bulan. Marketplace yang disediakan berupa media sosial Instagram untuk peningkatan jumlah produksi sebesar 50% sudah tersedia dengan jualan hasil ikan julung kering (ikan roa) dengan pengemasan yang inovatif. Setelah pelatihan, penerapan dan pendampingan dilaksanakan kelompok diharapkan dapat melanjutkan penerapan teknologi dan ilmu yang diberikan tim pelaksana untuk kemajuan Mitra Sasaran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing and marketing of consumer relations on consumer loyalty, especially for Traveloka train ticket consumers in Semarang City. The number of samples in this study amounted to 100 respondents using a random sample method. Respondents in this study were consumers of Traveloka train tickets in Semarang city using a Likert scale. The analysis technique in this research is descriptive quantitative. The research results obtained are that there is a positive and significant influence between digital marketing and consumer relationship marketing variables on consumer loyalty. These results provide a basis for Traveloka to increase customer loyalty by providing service satisfaction by implementing digital marketing and consumer relationship marketing Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari pemasaran digital dan pemasaan hubungan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen, terkhusus untuk konsumen tiket kereta api Traveloka di Kota Semarang. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebesar 100 responden dengan mnggunakan metode sampel secara acak. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen tiket kereta api Traveloka di kota semarang dengan menggunakan skala likert yang kemudian diolah dengan mnggunakan SPSS. Teknik analisis pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel pemasaran digital dan pemasaran hubungan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Hasil ini memberikan dasar acuan bagi Traveloka untuk meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen dengan memberikan kepuasan layanan dengan menerapkan pemasaran digital dan pemasaran hubungan konsumen

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk pendidikan. Media sosial menjadi salah satu platform utama dalam penyebaran informasi dan pemasaran digital. Perguruan tinggi termasuk Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 (UNTAG) Semarang, perlu beradaptasi dengan tren digital guna meningkatkan daya tarik dan minat calon mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi visual dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat masuk mahasiswa di UNTAG Semarang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 92 mahasiswa semester satu tahun akademik 2024/2025, yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan teknik simple random sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi visual instagram dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat masuk mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi UNTAG Semarang untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pemasaran digital melalui media sosial serta memperbaiki kualitas pelayanan guna menarik lebih banyak calon mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Hedonic Shopping, Price, and Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) on impulsive buying behavior on the TikTok Shop platform. The research subjects are students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Semarang who have made purchases via TikTok Shop. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling combined with proportional sampling, resulting in a total of 76 respondents. Primary data were collected through questionnaires, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that the Hedonic Shopping variable has a negative and significant effect on impulsive buying. In contrast, Price and FOMO variables show a positive and significant influence. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.701 suggests that these three independent variables collectively explain 70.1% of the variation in impulsive buying behavior. These findings suggest that while hedonic motives do not always lead to impulsive purchases, attractive pricing and social pressure stemming from FOMO are key drivers of impulsive buying behavior among students. The results offer important implications for marketers in designing effective strategies on social commerce platforms like TikTok Shop.

Abstract

Sukamukti Village, located in Tanjungmedar District, Sumedang Regency, is grappling with a severe digital divide that necessitates immediate attention. Consequently, the village faces significant challenges posed by limited technological infrastructure and inadequate community knowledge regarding internet utilization, largely attributed to low digital literacy rates. This predicament threatens to impede various aspects of village development, encompassing economic growth, education, and administrative governance. To address this issue, a proposed solution involves leveraging digital transformation to foster MSME development through the integration of e-commerce platforms and web-based applications. These solutions aim to enhance inventory management efficiency, improve public services, and promote transparency. Research findings indicate that community members have demonstrated improved comprehension of digital technology. Implementation of this application has yielded more effective inventory management, mitigating the risk of asset misappropriation and streamlining public administrative services provided by the village government. Furthermore, the development of e-commerce features has empowered local MSME stakeholders to market their products digitally, expand their customer base, and increase revenue.
