Abstract

This community service program aims to empower the people of Mangunsari Village, Gunungpati District, Semarang City through purple sweet potato-based donut innovation. The main problem is the low added value of purple sweet potatoes, which are only sold raw, and limited knowledge of processed product diversification. The implementation method included training in donut making, packaging, branding, and marketing management for 25 participants. Results showed a significant increase in participant knowledge from 38% to 87%, with 92% of participants able to produce high-quality donuts. The optimal formulation using a 37.5% substitution of purple sweet potato puree resulted in an organoleptic acceptance level of 84-88%. Value-added analysis showed a 1,025% increase in economic value with a profit margin of 260%. The "Sate Donat Mini 17" business group was formed, with 48% of participants actively producing, generating additional income of IDR 1.8-3.5 million per month. The program has had a positive impact on community economic empowerment and increasing the added value of local commodities. Abstract

AbstractMitra Karya Farm, located in Gemolong, Sragen, Central Java, not only produces processed goat milk products, but has also developed early education on goat milk processing for children. This study aims to analyze the potential appeal of Mitra Karya Farm in introducing goat milk processing as Edutourism using IFE and EFE matrices approach. This study uses IFE and EFE analysis techniques to find the potential value of tourism at Mitra Karya Farm and the processed products it produces. The findings show that Mitra Karya Farm has the potential to become an edutourism destination with an IFE score of 3.29 and an EFE score of 2.90, which places it in the IE matrix quadrant IV, namely growing and developing. This indicates that the edutourism activities already taking place at Mitra Karya Farm can become a new tourism potential by making improvements to perfect the tourism activities so that they are not inferior to other tourist destinations located around Mitra Karya Farm. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis IFE dan EFE untuk mencari nilai potensi wisata pada peternakan Mitra Karya Farm serta produk olahan yang dihasilkan. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa Mitra Karya Farm memiliki potensi menjadi sebuah eduwisata dengan skor IFE sebesar 3,29 dan EFE sebesar 2,90, yang menempatkan dalam matrik IE kuadran IV yaitu bertumbuh dan membangun. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan eduwisata yang sudah terjadi pada Mitra Karya Farm dapat menjadi potensi wisata baru dengan melakukan perbaikan untuk menyempurnakan kegiatan wisata agar tidak kalah dengan destinasi wisata lainnya yang terletak disekitar Mitra Karya Farm. Rekomendasi dari hasil analisis penelitian ini mencakup penguatan promosi digital, peningkatan fasilitas wisata, pengembangan aktivitas edukatif agar memiliki daya saing lebih.

Abstract

Agricultural and livestock businesses need development towards a better direction. One of the potentials for developing livestock and agricultural businesses is found in Kudi Village, Wonogiri Regency. This area faces challenges such as extreme poverty, susceptibility to landslides, and drought due to its topographical conditions. This program focuses on empowering two main partners, namely Gapoktan Kudi Makmur in the agricultural sector. Situation analysis identified a number of priority issues, including: the cashew processing production process, which is still manual, unhygienic, and high-risk; limited market access and the absence of product standardization. The implementation of community service activities adopts a sequential five-stage methodology, namely socialization, training, technology application, mentoring and evaluation, as well as institutional strengthening to ensure sustainability. Monitoring and evaluation results show significant progress. Notable achievements that have been realized include improvements in the quality and quantity of cashews, the establishment of the 'Kudiro' product brand, increased production capacity, and the diversification of processed cashew products. The conclusion of this community service activity is that an integrative approach combining technology transfer, human resource capacity building, and institutional strengthening has proven effective in creating a sustainable impact. This community service program provides solutions to technical problems at the production level and builds a cashew agricultural economic ecosystem.

Abstract

Community service activities aim to transfer knowledge and technology related to the prevention and treatment of foot-and-mouth disease. The activity was carried out on June 22, 2025, at the Gemah Ripah livestock group, Jatikuwung, Gondangrejo, Karanganyar. The method used in the community service activities was Participatory Action Research (PAR). The community service began with an initial visit to the livestock group to identify the problems farmers faced. The activity continued with a group discussion on foot-and-mouth disease and its prevention and treatment. The following agenda item was to practice with a chopper machine and implement biosecurity using an electric tank. Monitoring and evaluation were conducted to monitor livestock health after the program. The results of the community service activity showed that 81.75% of livestock group members were of productive age, the majority of farmers were junior high/high school graduates, and they had an average of 6-10 years of livestock experience. The morbidity of foot and mouth disease reached 88.9% with a mortality rate of up to 5.5%. Implementation of biosecurity in livestock groups is still low (18.75%), and vaccination has been carried out by 43.75% of livestock breeders. 83.3% of farmers handled sick livestock themselves. Through group discussions and practical activities, farmers' knowledge increased by 60.6%. The conclusion is that this community service activity improved farmers' knowledge, which can serve as a basis for disease prevention and management.

Abstract

This study develops a Value Engineering model for hospital buildings that is in accordance with the rules of building technical standards in Indonesia. This standard includes Government Regulation, Regulation of the Minister of Health, and Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing. This model aims to, obtain Variable Criteria that meet the requirements of Design eligibility, obtain Solution Strategies for fixing Variables that are less qualified to produce design recommendations with the lowest cost or net and highest benefits, and Provide a Value Engineering model that can be used to assess Design Feasibility, Variables that meet and do not meet the requirements, Strategies for fixing less qualified variables, Strategies for obtaining Design Recommendations at the lowest price or net  benefit as high as possible. The results of the model can be applied to the design phase in planning.  This Value Engineering Model is  an Abstract Development of a soft system model with DSS (Decision Support System).

Abstract

Penguatan regulasi terkait telemedisin dan sistem informasi kesehatan mendorong fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan mengadopsi sistem informasi rumah sakit, termasuk peresepan elektronik, sebagai strategi peningkatan keselamatan pasien. Meskipun demikian, kesalahan resep masih kerap terjadi akibat tulisan tangan yang tidak terbaca, informasi yang tidak lengkap, serta alur manual pengantaran resep dari poliklinik ke instalasi farmasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi implikasi layanan telemedisin melalui peresepan elektronik dan pemanfaatan grup WhatsApp dalam meningkatkan keamanan pengobatan di RSI Sunan Kudus. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam kepada dokter dan apoteker yang terlibat dalam penggunaan resep elektronik dan komunikasi melalui grup WhatsApp pada layanan telemedisin. Instrumen wawancara telah diuji validitas kontennya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan triangulasi sumber untuk meningkatkan kredibilitas temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peresepan elektronik meningkatkan keamanan pengobatan melalui peningkatan keterbacaan, akurasi, dan integrasi dengan data klinis pasien, sehingga menurunkan risiko kesalahan resep, duplikasi terapi, dan kejadian terkait obat. Selain itu, komunikasi antara dokter dan apoteker menjadi lebih efektif. Namun, layanan pendukung kepatuhan pengobatan berbasis telemedisin masih terbatas dan sebagian besar dilakukan secara manual melalui grup WhatsApp, terutama pada pasien tuberkulosis untuk pengingat pengambilan obat. Implementasi telemedisin melalui peresepan elektronik dan grup WhatsApp di RSI Sunan Kudus memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan keamanan pengobatan. Kombinasi keduanya memperkuat koordinasi tenaga kesehatan, meningkatkan keterlibatan pasien, serta berkontribusi pada pencegahan medication error, meskipun masih memerlukan pengembangan sistem yang lebih terintegrasi dan terstandar.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui cemaran residu antibiotik, Salmonella, formalin, serta mengetahui nilai pH pada daging ayam broiler di pasar tradisional dan pasar swalayan Kota Surakarta. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 sampel daging ayam broiler bagian paha yang diperoleh dari pasar tradisional dan pasar swalayan di Kota Surakarta. Pengujian sampel dilakukan di Laboratorium Produksi Ternak, Fakultas Peternakan, Universitas Sebelas Maret dan di Balai Besar Veteriner (BBVet) Wates Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat residu antibiotik golongan penisilin pada 13,33% sampel yang berasal dari swalayan. Selain itu, residu antibiotik golongan makrolida juga ditemukan pada 26,67% sampel dari pasar tradisional dan 66,67% sampel dari pasar swalayan. Cemaran Salmonella ditemukan pada 6,67% sampel dari pasar tradisional. Hasil uji formalin menunjukkan bahwa semua sampel daging negatif mengandung formalin. Nilai pH sampel daging pada penelitian ini adalah normal, yaitu 5,73±0,46 untuk sampel dari pasar tradisional dan 5,73±0,59 untuk sampel dari swalayan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat residu antibiotik golongan penisilin pada daging ayam broiler dari pasar swalayan, dan golongan makrolida pada daging ayam broiler di kedua jenis pasar. Cemaran Salmonella ditemukan pada daging ayam broiler di pasar tradisional, namun tidak ditemukan adanya cemaran formalin. Nilai pH daging ayam broiler di pasar tradisional dan swalayan di Kota Surakarta tergolong normal.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Bank BPR syariah yang digerakkan dengan sistem bagi hasil serta orientasi maslahah (kebaikan) dan kehalalan telah mendorong kompetisi perbankan yang bertumpu pada bunga. Namun begitu, kepercayaan masyarakat untuk berinvestasi melalui perbankan syariah masih relatif rendah. Ini menjadi latar untuk melakukan penelitian tentang apa penyebab rendahnya kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap perbankan syariah. Persepsi dan nilai nasabah menjadi orientasi peneliti menduga penyebab tinggi rendahnya tingkat kepercayaan BAnk (BPR) Syariah di Kota Semarang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi dan nilai nasabah terhadap kepercayaan bank BPR Syariah di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi. Instrumen dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan teknik non probability sampling berdasar Convvenience Sampling yaitu berdasarkan kemudahan ditemui tanpa membedakan responden moslem dan non moslem terhadap 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Persepsi dan Nilai Nasabah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Tingkat Kepercayaan Bank. Kata kunci: persepsi, nilai, kepercayaan ABSTRACT BPR syariah bank is driven by the sharing system as well as the orientation maslahah (kindness) and halal banking has encouraged competition resting on an interest. However, public confidence to invest in Islamic banking is still relatively low. This is the backdrop to do research on what causes of low public confidence in the Islamic banking. Perception and value customers into high orientation researchers suspect causes low levels of trust banks (BPR) Sharia in Semarang. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the perception and value of customers' confidence BPR Syariah bank in Semarang. This study uses a quantitative method by regression analysis. Instruments in data collection using a questionnaire with non-probability sampling technique based Convenience Sampling is based on the ease encountered regardless respondent moslem and non-moslem on 100 respondents. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi, kemudahan transaksi dan kepercayaan terhadap menggunakan SPayLater. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat Generasi Z (usia 18-29 tahun) di Kota Semarang yang menggunakan layanan SPayLater. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang yang tersebar di 5 kecamatan yaitu Gunungpati, Banyumanik, Gajahmungkur, Tembalang, dan Pedurungan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan proporsional random sampling. variabel eksogen (bebas) terdiri dari promosi, kemudahan transaksi,dan kepercayaan,yang mempengaruhi variabel endogen (terikat), yaitu keputusan pembelian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh tersebut adalah analisis regresi linier. Hasil analisis data, diketahui bahwa variabel eksogen yang meliputi promosi, kemudahan transaksi, dan kepercayaan memiliki dampak searah dan berarti secara statistik terhadap penggunaan SPayLater dengan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05. Artinya Peningkatan promosi, kemudahan transaksi, dan kepercayaan terbukti mendorong penggunaan SPayLater di kalangan Gen Z Kota Semarang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing, product variety, and café atmosphere on consumer repurchase intention at Hero Coffee Indonesia. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method with purposive sampling. The respondents consisted of Hero Coffee consumers who had made at least two purchases within the last three months and followed the café’s official social media accounts. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics. The findings indicate that social media marketing, product variety, and café atmosphere each have a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase intention. Simultaneously, the three variables also significantly influence repurchase intention, suggesting that digital engagement, diverse menu offerings, and a comfortable café environment are key drivers of customer loyalty. Theoretically, this study contributes to the development of consumer behavior models in the coffee industry, particularly in understanding factors influencing repeat purchases. Practically, the findings provide strategic insights for Hero Coffee Indonesia’s management in designing more effective marketing initiatives, optimizing product offerings, and enhancing the café atmosphere to strengthen customer retention and increase repurchase intention.
