Abstract

Multimedia sangat dibutuhkan dalam proses pembelajaran khususnya bagi guru. Peran gurumerupakan kunci utama dalam pengelolaan proses pembelajaran dikelas. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah para guru untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran daring. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan dalam pelatihan pada kegiatan ini meliputi ceramah bervariasi dan latihan atau praktek. Hasil pelatihan yang akan dicapai berupa persepsi guru menjadi lebih leluasa memilih model, metode, maupun media yang di terapkan di masa pembelajaran daring melalui media pembelajaran online google classroom. Sebelum diberikan pelatihan, guru-guru SD Negeri 091316 Kabupaten Simalungun 100% belum pernah mengunakan media pembelajaran online google classroom, namun setelah pelatihan pembelajaran daring yang diberikan, para guru merasa bahwa dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran online google classroom dapat mempermudah proses penyampaian materi dalam proses pembelajaran.  Hasilnya seluruh guru-guru SD Negeri 091316 Kabupaten Simalungun setuju bahwa Google Classroom memuaskan dalam penggunaannya guna mendukung proses berjalannya pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

The online learning system (in the network) is a learning system without face to face directly between teachers and students but is carried out online using the internet network. Educators must ensure that teaching and learning activities continue to run according to the demands of the curriculum, even though students are at home. With a situation like this, teachers are required to make learning innovations related to the media that will be used to deliver online learning effectively. The diversity of teacher competency levels in carrying out online learning requires socialization activities for online classroom management in terms of using google classroom and making learning videos uploaded to youtube. Seeing these conditions, the service team from HKBP Nommensen University lecturers collaborated with school leaders at SMA Negeri 1 Sidikalang in terms of conducting socialization activities and online classroom management training through the learning media of google classroom and making learning videos uploaded on youtube. The results of the collaboration in the form of community service activities carried out can help teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Sidikalang as evidenced by the average teacher already having online classes and being able to manage online classes through Google Classroom and make good learning videos.

Abstract

Free tutoring services are one of the efforts to accelerate education acceleration programs in underdeveloped villages so that national education goals can be achieved. In this case, the service team from the University of HKBP Nommensen Medan together with students carried out socialization activities for free guidance services at the elementary school level located at SD Negeri 173361 Sibandang, Muara District, North Tapanuli Regency. The purpose of this activity was to find out problems related to learning during the covid-19 pandemic and their effects if the free tutoring service program was implemented. From the results of this socialization activity, it was found that the enthusiasm of students was fun because they received free tutoring services that they had never enjoyed before. This activity develops the motivation of the students in the school. The biggest hope of the students and teachers at the school is that this program can be sustainable in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Hasil Belajar pada Siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri 122345 Pematang Siantar. Penelitian ini mengambil seluruh populasi yang ada menjadi sampel dalam penelitian, yang dimana sebanyak 38 siswa seluruh kelas IV. Jumlah instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket untuk variabel X (Pengaruh Motivasi Belajar) dengan pernyataan angket 20 butir dan untuk variabel Y (Hasil Belajar Siswa) dengan pertanyaan soal 20 butir. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini ialah sampling purprosive sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini berupa validitas, reliabilitas, statistik deskriptif. Uji validitas untuk analisis butir angket dengan menggunakan program microsoft office exel, sedangkan uji reliabilitas angket dengan menggunakan rumus koefisien alpha. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, pengaruh motivasi dengan hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori tinggi dan terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil analisis data penelitian, terbukti harga rhitung = 0,768 yang artinya lebih besar dari 0,26 dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang positif antara pengaruh motivasi dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 122345 Pematang Siantar.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the lack of student interest in entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Learning Entrepreneurship Courses on the Interests of Students of the Economics Education Study Program for Entrepreneurship. This research was conducted at the University of HKBP Nommensen Pematang Siantar. The population in this study were 82 students and all the populations became a simple of 82 students in total sampling. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires (questionnaire). The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is a simple regression analysis technique. Based on data analysis using Excel, the equation Y = 13.447 + 0.890 X. Furthermore, the learning variable for entrepreneurship courses (????) has a positive and significant influence between learning entrepreneurship courses on the interest of Economic Education Students for Entrepreneurship. This can be seen from the results of Simple Regression calculations (t test) in the entrepreneurship course (????) carried out using excel which shows the value of thitung > ttabel (9.008 > 1.664) and a significant value (0.001 <0.05)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of campus infrastructure on student decision making in choosing courses at HKBP Nomensen Pematangsiantar University for the 2019/2020 academic year. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in the study was 103 students of economic education in the 2019/2020 academic year. The sample used in this study was 103 by taking the entire population of economics education students at HKBP Nommensen Pematang Siantar University T.A 2019/2020 using the sampling technique, namely the Saturated Sample. Based on data analysis using Excel, it was found that the infrastructure variable (X) had no influence on student decision making in choosing courses at HKBP Nomensen Pematangsiantar University for the 2019-2020 Academic Year. Where in testing the hypothesis of the infrastructure variable (X) where the t-count value is 10.06 > the t-table value is 1.660, it can be concluded that infrastructure (X) has a significant influence on decision making (Y). After carrying out inferential statistical analysis, the statistical equation obtained from linear regression is Y = a + bX. The statistical equation obtained in this study is Y = 1.207 + 0.998 X. This can be interpreted that if the decision-making value increases by one unit, the campus infrastructure will increase by 0.998. It can be concluded that H_0 is accepted and H_1 is rejected. In the sense that the infrastructure variable has no effect on student decision making in choosing to study at HKBP Nomensen Pematangsiantar University.

Abstract

. The results showed that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of the school environment on student learning outcomes, this result can be seen in the t test where the t value is greater than the t table (5.60> 1.660). 2) there is a positive and significant effect of learning discipline on student learning outcomes this result is seen in the t test where the t value is greater than the t table (5.76 > 1.660). 3) the school environment and learning discipline together affect student learning outcomes this result can be seen in the F test where the calculated F value is greater than the F table (112.64> 1.60955). The coefficient of determination test is known to be 0.2304, which means that 23.04% of environmental variables and learning discipline affect the social studies learning outcomes of class IX UPTD SMP Negeri 4 Pematang Siantar students.

Abstract

The research results show that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of emotional intelligence on student learning outcomes. This result can be seen in the t test where the calculated t value of emotional intelligence is 5.93 > t table value 1.660, which means this variable is significant. 2) there is a positive and significant influence of learning motivation on student learning outcomes. This result can be seen in the t test where the calculated t value of learning motivation is 5.60 > t table value 1.660, which means this variable is significant. 3) emotional intelligence and learning motivation together influence student learning outcomes. This result can be seen in the F test where the calculated F value is 123.06 > F table value 1.6107. The coefficient of determination test was found to be 0.25, which means that 25% of the emotional intelligence and learning motivation variables influence the social studies learning outcomes of class IX students at UPTD SMP Negeri 4 Pematang Siantar.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to determine (1) the economic learning outcomes of class NHT learning model on student learning outcomes in economics subjects in class XII IPS Tamansiswa Private High School Pematang Siantar. This research method uses quantitative experimental methods. This research was carried out at Tamansiswa Pematang Siantar Private High School. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling and consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class, totaling 60 students. This data collection uses pre-test and post-test results in the form of multiple choice questions. The data analysis techniques used in this research are normality test, homogeneity test and t-test. Based on the findings in this research, it shows (1) the economic learning outcomes of students using conventional learning in the control class obtained an average score of 65. (2) the economic learning outcomes of students using the NHT learning model obtained an average score of 74.33. (3) there is an influence of the NHT learning model on the economic learning outcomes of students in class XII IPS at Tamansiswa Private High School Pematang Siantar. This is proven by the results of the t-test which obtained tcount > ttable = 4.53 > 1.68 with a significance level of 0.05, so it can be stated that ha is accepted. The conclusion of this research is the student learning outcomes in economic subject taught by using NHT learning model is better than using conventional learning in class XII IPS at Tamansiswa Private High School Pematang Siantar.
