Abstract

Untuk menarik perhatian mahasiswa sebagai peserta didik, seorang tenaga pendidik dalam hal ini dosen dapat menggunakan pendekatan yang sesuai dengan karakteristik mahasiswa. Mahasiswa sebagai generasi z atau digital native, mempunyai ketertarikan yang besar terhadap dunia digital. Oleh karena itu, proses belajar mengajar dapat keluar dari zona tradisional dengan menggunakan metode heutagogis. Metode heutagogis ini diterapkan pada mahasiswa yang mengambil matakuliah perencanaan pembelajaran. Hasil yang diperoleh dari jawaban 185 mahasiswa terhadap angket persepsi mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran online menggunakan heutagogis menunjukkan hasil yang positif. Mahasiswa merespon pembelajaran online dengan pendekatan heutagogis dengan baik. Heutagogis ini diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu pilihan pengajaran yang baik bagi mahasiswa nantinya.

Abstract

Sosialisasi kegiatan pendampingan guru dalam manajemen evaluasi pembelajaran ini didorong oleh meningkatnya jumlah satuan pendidikan dasar di kota Pematangsiantar. Situasi ini menimbulkan masalah baru bagi guru-guru di tingkat pendidikan dasar yaitu dominasi guru honorer berkualifikasi pendidikan yang tidak linear dengan bidang keahliannya. Permasalahan ini sebagai dampak rendahnya pengalaman mengajar, penggunaan metode, media, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, tim pengabdi dosen bersama mahasiswa dari Universitas HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan pola pendampingan bagi guru-guru di SD Negeri 125138 Pematangsiantar. Metode pendampingan dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah: mengikuti Focus Group Discussion, orientasi, workshop, unjuk kerja, verifikasi, dan visiting ke sekolah. Hasil kegiatan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan guru dalam manajemen evaluasi pembelajaran ini,  87,25 % berdampak positif meningkatkan kompetensi dan keterampilan guru. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari adanya pemahaman yang benar dan sempurna pada guru tentang konsep dan urgensi evaluasi dalam program   pembelajaran dan cara pandang guru dan komitmen dalam melaksanakan evaluasi sudah semakin baik khususnya dalam proses manajemen evaluasi pembelajaran anak di SD Negeri 125138 Pematangsiantar untuk semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Dalam perspektif manajemen, kegiatan pengabdian dalam pola pendampingan, workshop, lokakarya, dan sejenisnya telah disusun secara terencana dan terprogram, sehingga mendapatkan dampak yang cukup baik untuk peningkatan proses pembelajaran di sekolah tersebut. Hasil kegiatan ini menyarankan kepada perguruan tinggi agar dapat berkesinambungan melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian dengan mencermati isu-isu tren dalam dunia pendidikan dasar serta membangun hubungan kerjasama antar lembaga, sehingga tujuan dari manajemen evaluasi pembelajaran dapat meningkat di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain knowledge regarding the influence of learning interest and learning motivation on IPS learning outcomes of adult students (SMP) Taman Siswa Academic Year 2024/2025.This research is a quantitative research with Microsoft Excel as the testing medium. The population in this research is 235 people, and the sample used is 148 people. The sampling technique used is Random Sampling. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire (survey). The hypothesis data collection technique uses multiple regression analysis and the coefficient of determination (R2).The research results show that: 1) there is a positive influence of learning interest on IPS learning outcomes of students, this result can be seen in the t-test where the calculated t-value of learning interest (6.854) > t-table value (1.655). 2) there is a positive and significant influence of learning motivation on IPS learning outcomes of students, this result can be seen in the calculated t-value of learning motivation (4.977) > t-table value (1.655), meaning that the variable is significant. 3) learning interest and learning motivation together influence student learning outcomes, this result can be seen in the F-test where the calculated F-value (7.1421) > F-table value (3.0584). The R Square coefficient of determination test is known to be 13.003, which means that 13% of the learning interest and learning motivation variables influence the IPS learning outcomes of adult students (SMP) Taman Siswa Academic Year 2024/2025, and 87% is the influence of other variables that are not examined in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is an influence on teachers' teaching skills and students' learning readiness on the PKK Class XI BDP SMK Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar academic year 2024/2025. The variables in this research are teachers' teaching skills and students' learning readiness as independent variables and learning outcomes as dependent variables. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research, with a population of all class Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and distributing questionnaires, while data analysis techniques used validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, f tests and coefficient of determination tests.Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that there was a significant influence between the teacher's teaching skills on the learning outcomes of class Then, there is a significant influence between learning readiness on student learning outcomes, this result can be seen from the value ????ℎ???????????????????? 2.19 > ???????????????????????? 1.985, and it is concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the teacher's teaching skills and learning readiness variables have an influence on the results studying class XI BDP students at SMK Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar. Then there is a joint or simultaneous influence between the teacher's teaching skills and learning readiness on learning outcomes, seen from the value ????ℎ???????????????????? (5.86) > value ???????????????????????? (3.09). The R Square coefficient of determination test shows that the influence of teacher teaching skills on student learning outcomes is 44.1% and the remaining 55.9% is influenced by other factors and the influence of learning readiness on student learning outcomes is 48.4% and the remaining 51.6% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence of learning model strategies Problem Based Learning on the cognitive learning outcomes of students in economics class X of Tamansiswa Private High School Pematangsiantar. The problem in this study is the economic learning outcomes on the material of distribution and consumption economic activities using the learning model strategy Problem Based Learning and models Teacher Centered Learning class X at Tamansiswa Private High School Pematangsiantar.This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is all students of class X of Tamansiswa Private High School Pematangsiantar with a total of 283 students. The sample in this study consists of 2 classes, namely class X Merdeka 3 and class X Merdeka 4 with a total of 71 students.Based on the results of descriptive analysis, it shows that the average economic learning outcomes in the material of economic activities, distribution, and consumption in classes that do not use the learning model strategy Problem Based Learning which is 72.70. Meanwhile, the average learning outcomes of students in classes that use learning model strategies Problem Based Learning which is 79.71. In the data analysis technique, the hypothesis test "t" is 5.277 ˃ 1.995 It can be concluded that it is accepted and rejected, meaning that there is an influence of the Problem Based Learning learning model on students' cognitive learning outcomes in Economics subjects.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of teacher leadership and teacher communication skills on the motivation to learn economics of class XI students at SMA Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar. The variables in this study are teacher leadership and teacher communication skills as independent variables and student motivation to learn economics as the dependent variable. This type of research is quantitative research with a population of class XI of 113 students and a research sample of 88 students. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and distributing questionnaires, while data analysis techniques used validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, f tests and determination coefficient tests.Based on the results of data analysis using excel, it states that there is a significant influence between teacher leadership on the motivation to learn economics of class XI students of SMA Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar, seen from the Tcount value of 65.26> Ttable 1.662. Then, there is a significant influence between teacher communication skills on the motivation to learn economics of class XI students of SMA Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar, this result can be seen from the Tcount value of 33.60> Ttable 1.662, and it is concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the variables of teacher leadership and teacher communication skills have an influence on the motivation to learn economics of class XI students of SMA Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar. Then there is a joint or simultaneous influence between teacher leadership and teacher communication skills on the motivation to learn economics of class XI students of SMA Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar, seen from the Fcount value of 42.937> Ftable value of 3.104. The R Square determination coefficient test is known to be 0.9809, which means that 98% of the teacher leadership and communication skills variables influence the motivation to learn economics of class XI students of SMA Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak putusan pengadilan terhadap gugatan Actio Pauliana dalam konteks kepailitan yang melibatkan jaminan fidusia. Fokus penelitian adalah pada putusan Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Niaga yang menolak gugatan Actio Pauliana yang diajukan oleh Kurator terhadap kreditor pemegang hak fidusia yang menjual harta pailit yang berstatus sebagai objek jaminan fidusia. Penelitian yuridis normatif ini menganalisis data yaitu penerapan Undang-Undang No. 37 Tahun 2004 tentang Kepailitan dan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang dan Undang-Undang No. 42 Tahun 1999 tentang Jaminan Fidusia, serta Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Niaga Semarang No. 17/Pdt.Sus-Actio Pauliana/2023/PN.Niaga.Smg Jo No. 20/Pdt.Sus.Pailit/2022/PN.Niaga.Smg terhadap gugatan Actio Pauliana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengadilan cenderung mengutamakan hak-hak kreditor pemegang hak fidusia dan putusan perkara aquo memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap proses kepailitan. Dengan pengakuan atas hak fidusia, harta pailit berkurang, sehingga mengurangi dana yang tersedia untuk pembayaran utang bagi kreditor lainnya. Hal ini juga membatasi upaya hukum yang dapat dilakukan oleh Kurator dan kreditor yang dirugikan. Di sisi lain, putusan ini memberikan kepastian hukum bagi pembeli aset dan memperkuat posisi kreditor pemegang hak fidusia dalam proses kepailitan.

Abstract

There is a need for supervision to be regulated in such a way as to anticipate the various opportunities for potential election legal problems to occur in the election implementation process. Bawaslu as a supervisory institution for the implementation of elections. At the peak stage of the 2024 election, namely the voting and counting of votes at the TPS, there are Polling Place Supervisors (PTPS), part of the lower level Bawaslu structure, who are the flagship of Bawaslu to make the election a success. PTPS is obliged to understand its duties, obligations and authority in carrying out its duties, because it plays a direct role in the field in the election process as the front guard. The functions of PTPS are: First, PTPS's function during elections at TPS is to supervise voting preparations. Second, all voting activities are supervised by PTPS so that they run smoothly according to the provisions. Third, oversee preparations for vote counting. Finally, supervise the implementation of the vote count until the results of the movement of the vote count from the TPS to the PPK. Based on the phenomena that occurred in the field during the General Election on February 14 2024, the HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar university service team disseminated the results of the implementation of PTPS duties and responsibilities in the Asuhan sub-district, Pematangsiantar City to the entire community and residents of the Asuhan sub-district, resulting in an open insight in the Asuhan sub-district community, as many as 83% understood. implementation of simultaneous regional elections that occurred in Indonesia, especially in the city of Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the innovative work behavior of the local government employees in North Sumatera Utara.This study investigates the hypothesis of the antecedents of innovative work behavior consist of transformational leadership style, psychological empowerment, and affective commitment.The sampling technique used is stratified random sampling and purposive sampling,. This study includes 40 indicators and 786 participants.SmartPLS was used to process respondent data, which was then analyzed using the Structure Equation Model (SEM). In this study, three hypotheses are tested. This study uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool from several selected areas. The results of this study are: (1) The transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the innovative work behavior of local government ASN in North Sumatra Province; (2) psychological empowerment has a positive and significant effect on the innovative work behavior of local government ASN in North Sumatra Province; (3) affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on the innovative work behavior of local government ASN in the province of North Sumatra
