Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of teacher leadership and teacher communication skills on the motivation to learn economics of class XI students at SMA Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar. The variables in this study are teacher leadership and teacher communication skills as independent variables and student motivation to learn economics as the dependent variable. This type of research is quantitative research with a population of class XI of 113 students and a research sample of 88 students. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and distributing questionnaires, while data analysis techniques used validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, f tests and determination coefficient tests.Based on the results of data analysis using excel, it states that there is a significant influence between teacher leadership on the motivation to learn economics of class XI students of SMA Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar, seen from the Tcount value of 65.26> Ttable 1.662. Then, there is a significant influence between teacher communication skills on the motivation to learn economics of class XI students of SMA Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar, this result can be seen from the Tcount value of 33.60> Ttable 1.662, and it is concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the variables of teacher leadership and teacher communication skills have an influence on the motivation to learn economics of class XI students of SMA Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar. Then there is a joint or simultaneous influence between teacher leadership and teacher communication skills on the motivation to learn economics of class XI students of SMA Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar, seen from the Fcount value of 42.937> Ftable value of 3.104. The R Square determination coefficient test is known to be 0.9809, which means that 98% of the teacher leadership and communication skills variables influence the motivation to learn economics of class XI students of SMA Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak putusan pengadilan terhadap gugatan Actio Pauliana dalam konteks kepailitan yang melibatkan jaminan fidusia. Fokus penelitian adalah pada putusan Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Niaga yang menolak gugatan Actio Pauliana yang diajukan oleh Kurator terhadap kreditor pemegang hak fidusia yang menjual harta pailit yang berstatus sebagai objek jaminan fidusia. Penelitian yuridis normatif ini menganalisis data yaitu penerapan Undang-Undang No. 37 Tahun 2004 tentang Kepailitan dan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang dan Undang-Undang No. 42 Tahun 1999 tentang Jaminan Fidusia, serta Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Niaga Semarang No. 17/Pdt.Sus-Actio Pauliana/2023/PN.Niaga.Smg Jo No. 20/Pdt.Sus.Pailit/2022/PN.Niaga.Smg terhadap gugatan Actio Pauliana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengadilan cenderung mengutamakan hak-hak kreditor pemegang hak fidusia dan putusan perkara aquo memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap proses kepailitan. Dengan pengakuan atas hak fidusia, harta pailit berkurang, sehingga mengurangi dana yang tersedia untuk pembayaran utang bagi kreditor lainnya. Hal ini juga membatasi upaya hukum yang dapat dilakukan oleh Kurator dan kreditor yang dirugikan. Di sisi lain, putusan ini memberikan kepastian hukum bagi pembeli aset dan memperkuat posisi kreditor pemegang hak fidusia dalam proses kepailitan.

Abstract

There is a need for supervision to be regulated in such a way as to anticipate the various opportunities for potential election legal problems to occur in the election implementation process. Bawaslu as a supervisory institution for the implementation of elections. At the peak stage of the 2024 election, namely the voting and counting of votes at the TPS, there are Polling Place Supervisors (PTPS), part of the lower level Bawaslu structure, who are the flagship of Bawaslu to make the election a success. PTPS is obliged to understand its duties, obligations and authority in carrying out its duties, because it plays a direct role in the field in the election process as the front guard. The functions of PTPS are: First, PTPS's function during elections at TPS is to supervise voting preparations. Second, all voting activities are supervised by PTPS so that they run smoothly according to the provisions. Third, oversee preparations for vote counting. Finally, supervise the implementation of the vote count until the results of the movement of the vote count from the TPS to the PPK. Based on the phenomena that occurred in the field during the General Election on February 14 2024, the HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar university service team disseminated the results of the implementation of PTPS duties and responsibilities in the Asuhan sub-district, Pematangsiantar City to the entire community and residents of the Asuhan sub-district, resulting in an open insight in the Asuhan sub-district community, as many as 83% understood. implementation of simultaneous regional elections that occurred in Indonesia, especially in the city of Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran IPS yang diduga dipengaruhi oleh kondisi sosial dan rendahnya minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kondisi sosial dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas VII Di UPTD SMP Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII sebanyak 11 kelas dengan jumlah siswa 334 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik proportional random sampling sehingga sampel yang diambil adalah 88 orang.Data dikumpulkan melalui angket untuk variabel kondisi sosial dan minat belajar, serta nilai tes mata pelajaran IPS sebagai indikator hasil belajar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji regresi linier sederhana, regresi linier berganda, uji-t, uji-F, dan koefisien determinasi.Pengujian persyaratan analisis dilakukan dengan uji normalitas mengugunakan chi kuadrat, berdasarkan perhitungan kedua variabel berdistribusi normal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kondisi sosial terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan (thitung=9,99 > ttabel=1,987) dan ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan (thitung=10,860 > ttabel=1,987) Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa (Fhitung = 69,91 > Ftabel = 3,10). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,6496 menunjukkan bahwa 64,96% variasi hasil belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh kondisi sosial dan minat belajar, sedangkan sisanya 35,04% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Spinning Wheel learning media on learning outcomes in Social Sciences (IPS) for Class VII students at SMP Swasta Teladan Pematangsiantar. Spinning Wheel learning media is a type of learning media that can create a more enjoyable and engaging learning atmosphere. This research uses a quantitative approach with an experimental method (quasi-experimental) of the Nonequivalent control group design type. The population of this study was all Class VII students at SMP Swasta Teladan Pematangsiantar. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, which involves selecting samples based on specific considerations that align with the desired criteria to determine the number of samples to be studied. Two classes were involved: an experimental class that used Spinning Wheel learning media and a control class that used a conventional learning model without the aid of media. Student learning outcome data was collected through learning outcome tests (pretest and posttest). The results showed a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students taught using Spinning Wheel learning media and those taught using a conventional learning model without the aid of learning media. The significance values for the pretest of the experimental class were 0.108 and for the posttest of the experimental class were 0.110, while for the pretest of the control class they were 0.104 and for the posttest of the control class they were 0.172. In the Kolmogorov Smirnov column, values > 0.05 indicate that the data is normally distributed. In the homogeneity test, the pretest results for the control and experimental classes were 1.563, and the posttest results for the control and experimental classes were 0.053, meaning the data is homogeneous because it is < 1.882 (F-table) at a significance level of 0.05. In the hypothesis test, the calculated t-value for the pretest of the experimental and control classes was 2.555, and for the posttest of the experimental and control classes, the calculated t-value was 1.712. Comparing these to the t-table value of 1.672, where t-calculated > t-table, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning there is an influence of Spinning Wheel learning media on student learning outcomes. The N-gain test results were 0.553 for the control class with the conventional model, which falls into the medium category, and 0.556 for the experimental class with Spinning Wheel media, also falling into the medium category. The Coefficient of Determination test showed an R-squared value of 0.611, which is close to 1, indicating that Spinning Wheel learning media significantly influences learning outcomes. Thus, Spinning Wheel learning media is effective in improving student learning outcomes in Social Sciences.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning interest and the utilization of learning resources on students' academic achievement in economics among Grade XI students at SMA Swasta Teladan Pematangsiantar. The background of this research stems from the low scores in the odd semester final exam for economics, indicating a lack of interest in learning and suboptimal use of available learning resources. This study employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive research design. The population consists of all Grade XI students at SMA Swasta Teladan Pematangsiantar for the 2024/2025 academic year, totaling 243 students. A proportional sampling technique was used to select 90 students as the sample. Data were collected using questionnaires for the variables of learning interest and the utilization of learning resources, as well as documentation of midterm exam (UTS) scores in economics as an indicator of academic achievement. Data analysis techniques include simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The prerequisite test used chi-square normality tests, and the results showed that the data were normally distributed. The analysis results showed a positive and significant effect of learning interest on academic achievement (tcount=7.946 > ttable=1.987) and a positive and significant effect of the utilization of learning resources on academic achievement (tcount=6.124 > ttable=1.987). The F-test results also showed that both variables simultaneously had a significant effect on students' academic achievement (Fcount=24.627 > Ftable=3.10). The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.361, indicating that 36.1% of the variation in students' academic achievement was influenced by learning interest and the utilization of learning resources, while the remaining 63.9% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the Jigsaw Type Cooperative Learning Model on student learning outcomes in Social Studies (IPS) for eighth-grade students at UPTD SMP Negeri 12 Pematangsiantar in the 2024/2025 academic year. The research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The sample was selected through purposive sampling: class VIII-4 as the experimental group using the Jigsaw Type Cooperative Learning Model, and class VIII-3 as the control group using the conventional (lecture) method, with 32 students in each class. The research instrument consisted of a multiple-choice test with 25 items, which had been tested for validity, reliability, difficulty level, and discriminating power. The validity test showed that all items were valid (r count > r table = 0.349), with the highest validity coefficient being 0.8019 and the lowest 0.3665. The instrument's reliability was 0.807 > 0.396, indicating that the test was reliable. The normality test indicated that both classes had normally distributed data (X² count < X² table), and the homogeneity test indicated that both groups were homogeneous (F count = 1.025 < F table = 1.804). The results showed that the experimental class had an average score of 80 with a standard deviation of 10.36, while the control class had an average score of 74.25 with a standard deviation of 10.10. The t-test revealed t count = 2.21 > t table = 1.67, indicating a significant difference in learning outcomes between the two classes. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Jigsaw Type Cooperative Learning Model has a significant influence on student learning outcomes in Social Studies and is more effective than the conventional method.

Abstract

Pendidikan berkualitas tinggi membutuhkan sinergi antara budaya sekolah yang kuat dan infrastruktur yang memadai untuk mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran. Studi lapangan ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen untuk mengeksplorasi integrasi budaya disiplin dan fasilitas infrastruktur komprehensif di SMA Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar, Indonesia, yang meliputi ruang kelas, laboratorium sains dan teknologi, perpustakaan, fasilitas olahraga, unit kesehatan sekolah (UKS), layanan konseling, tempat ibadah, dan koperasi sekolah. Berdasarkan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) Indonesia dan prinsip Total Quality Management (TQM), yang menekankan peningkatan berkelanjutan dan keterlibatan semua pemangku kepentingan, temuan menunjukkan sinergi yang efektif antara unsur budaya sekolah dan dukungan infrastruktur. Integrasi ini membentuk ekosistem pembelajaran holistik yang meningkatkan keterampilan akademik siswa, pengembangan karakter, pertumbuhan spiritual, kesehatan fisik dan mental, serta keterlibatan ekstrakurikuler. Sinergi ini secara langsung berkontribusi pada pencapaian standar kualitas pendidikan, yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang berpengetahuan, disiplin, toleran, sehat, dan sangat kompetitif. Studi ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya penyelarasan yang disengaja antara budaya dan infrastruktur dalam pendidikan menengah untuk memastikan hasil kualitas yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Dalam prestasi akademik, peranan seorang dosen yang termasuk dalam faktor ektrinsik dari mahasiswa sangat berpengaruh dalam keberhasilan. Apabila keprofesionalan seorang dosen tinggi maka sangat mempengaruhi keberhasilan dari seorang mahasiswa. Permasalahan yang timbul adalah bagaimana prestasi akademik mahasiswa dalam proses belajar mengajar pada program studi pendidikan ekonomi di Universitas HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar serta faktor-faktor apakah yang mempengaruhi peningkatan prestasi belajar tersebut. Untuk mengumpulkan data peneliti mengunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan ketua program studi, para dosen dan mahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi di Universitas HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar. Penelitian di lakukan ini adalah termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dan dalam pengumpulan data, menggunakan metode observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan prestasi akademik mahasiswa program studi pendidikan ekonomi di Universitas HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar melalui Profesionalistik dosen di program studi pendidikan ekonomi di Universitas HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar Semester Ganjil Tahun Akademik 2024/2025.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi kelas XII di SMA Negeri 4 Pematangsiantar Tahun Ajaran 2025/2026. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 102 siswa kelas XII IPS, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dan diperoleh 50 siswa sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket dan dokumentasi hasil belajar siswa. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan bahwa seluruh item pernyataan dinyatakan valid dengan nilai r hitung > r tabel (0,361). Uji reliabilitas memperoleh nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,878, yang berarti instrumen reliabel. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dengan nilai signifikansi 0,200 > 0,05. Uji regresi linier sederhana menghasilkan persamaan Y = 66,196 + 0,876X, dengan nilai t hitung = 6,381 > t tabel 1,675 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R² = 0,458) menunjukkan bahwa 45,85% variasi hasil belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber belajar, sedangkan 54,17% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Dengan demikian, semakin efektif siswa memanfaatkan internet dalam proses pembelajaran, maka semakin tinggi pula hasil belajar yang diperoleh pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi. Pemanfaatan internet terbukti menjadi sumber belajar yang efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di era digital.
