Abstract

The use of information technology, especially e-commerce, has brought about fundamental changes in the way business is conducted. This article presents a literature review of how business development can be achieved through implementing e-commerce strategies. E-commerce not only provides greater access to consumers but also opens up new opportunities for business actors to increase operational efficiency, optimize supply chains, and expand market share. The discussion began by detailing recent developments in e-commerce technology and their impact on business transformation. Next, the focus is placed on business development strategies that can be implemented by business people to optimize the benefits of e-commerce. This research highlights the importance of adaptation and innovation as key elements in facing changing market dynamics. By understanding the potential of e-commerce and implementing the right strategies, businesses can gain a significant competitive advantage and achieve long-term success.

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in the life of every individual, especially during childhood. Therefore, educational institutions need to develop effective marketing strategies to attract new students. The focus of this research is to evaluate the educational marketing strategies implemented by Kalukubula Preschool Branch Kalukubula with the aim of increasing interest from new students.The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection is conducted through in-depth interviews with various stakeholders, including the school principal, teachers, and parents. The research results indicate that Kalukubula Preschool Branch Kalukubula employs several educational marketing strategies, involving the development of quality educational programs, innovation in the learning system, improvement of facilities, and effective promotion. The findings of this research reveal that the educational marketing strategies implemented by Kalukubula Preschool Branch Kalukubula have successfully increased interest from new students through the development of quality educational programs, innovation in the learning system, improvement of facilities, and effective promotion

Abstract

Abstrak Bencana  alam dapat meninggalkan banyak  dampak  negatif kepada wilayah dan masyarakat yang terdampak, seperti kerusakan  infrastruktur,  wabah  penyakit, permasalahan sosial dan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan Usaha Mikro dalam melanjutkan usaha di bidang produksi dengan bantuan dari Islamic Relief di kawasan yang terdampak bencana likuifaksi di Petobo. Bantuan ini diselenggarakan sebagai bagian dari upaya pemulihan ekonomi dan rehabilitasi pasca-bencana untuk membantu Usaha Mikro setempat. Metode analisis penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan survei, wawancara, dan observasi terhadap Usaha Mikro yang menerima bantuan dari Islamic Relief di Petobo. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dengan adanya bantuan Islamic Relief, sangat memberikan gambaran lebih baik tentang perkembangan usaha mikro, serta membantu dalam merancang strategi perbaikan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang sesuai dan menyesuaikannya dengan karakteristik bisnis mikro. Hal ini juga menunjukkan bahwa bantuan Islamic Relief memberikan dampak peningkatan yang signifikan, mampu memperluas pangsa pasar dari usaha dan peningkatan pelanggan baru pada kinerja pelaku Usaha Mikro. Kata Kunci: Perkembangan, Pemulihan, Usaha Mikro,Islamic Relief Abstract Natural disasters can leave many negative impacts on affected areas and communities, such as infrastructure damage, disease outbreaks, social and economic problems. This research aims to analyze the development of Micro Enterprises in continuing business in the production sector with assistance from Islamic Relief in areas affected by the liquefaction disaster in Petobo. This assistance was provided as part of economic recovery and post-disaster rehabilitation efforts to help local Micro Enterprises. The research analysis method used involves surveys, interviews and observations of Micro Businesses that receive assistance from Islamic Relief in Petobo. The results of this research show that the assistance of Islamic Relief really provides a better picture of the development of micro businesses, as well as helping in designing appropriate improvement and economic growth strategies and adapting them to the characteristics of micro businesses. This also shows that Islamic Relief's assistance has had a significant improvement impact, being able to expand the market share of businesses and increase new customers on the performance of Micro Business actors. Abstract

This study aims to assess and analyze whether the marketing strategy STP (Segmentation, targets, and position) to the level of sales has been implemented by Upnormal Coffee Beach in Palu which has reached more than one year (2021- 2022). This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all employees of Upnormal Coffee while the sample of this research is all employees of Upnormal Coffee as many as 36 employees as respondents using saturation sampling, the sampling technique when all members of the population were used as a sample. The data collection techniques were performed by means of a questionnaire conducted interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of this study with multiple linear regression analysis, regression equation Y = 8,944+ 0.164 X1 + 0.061 X2 + 0,032 X3 + e. Basedonn statistical analysis data, the indicators in this study is valid and the variables are reliable. In the classical assumption, in said that indicator otherwise normal distribution and correlation Linear in significance between each independent variable and the dependent variable, to the amount of influence Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning are all having a positive direction and not significant in their influence on the level of sales in Upnormal Coffee in the city of Palu

Abstract

Pombewe Huntap is a relocation place for residents affected by disasters in Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi, especially for residents from Oloboju, Jono Oge, Loru, and Pombewe Villages. The majority of Pombewe Huntap residents work in the agriculture, livestock and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sectors. MSMEs have a vital role in national economic growth, but their development in Pombewe Huntap still faces obstacles. The purpose of this research is to find the best way to develop MSMEs to improve the economy of the Pombewe Huntap community in Sigi Regency. The results showed that Pombewe Huntap MSMEs face major problems related to capital, marketing, and production. This study suggests the village government to improve existing programs to support MSMEs, including training, financial assistance, and provision of equipment, as well as consistent evaluation of results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan dan kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap minat beli ulang di Shopee (studi kasus pada Masyarakat Kecamatan Bungku Timur Kabupaten Morowali). Metode penarikan sampel dengan menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling tepatnya Sampling Purposive sebesar 60 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dan kemudian di olah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Metode analisis yang digunakan merupakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kepuasan dan Kepercayaan secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap Minat Beli Ulang di Shopee (Studi Kasus Pada Masyarakat Kecamatan Bungku Timur Kabupaten Morowali). Kemudian Kepuasan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang di shopee (studi kasus pada masyarakat kecamatan bungku timur kabupaten morowali) dan kepercayaan secara persial berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang di shopee (studi kasus pada masyarakat kecamatan bungku timur kabupaten morowali). Koefisien determinasi memperlihatkan nilai R Square sebesar 0.558 atau 55,8% dan sisanya sebesar 44,2% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian.

Abstract

Desa Masaingi, Kecamatan Sindue Kabupaten Donggala memiliki potensi usaha wisata yang belum optimal karena pengelolaan yang kurang baik. Kondisi ini disebabkan oleh rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap manajemen keuangan. Dimana mayoritas pelaku usaha belum memiliki pembukuan yang memadai dan masih kurang memahami urgensi pembukuan keuangan, serta masih cenderung mengambil keputusan berdasarkan intuisi dan pengalaman. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi pelaku usaha mengenai pembukuan sederhana. Metode yang digunakan adalah Sosialisasi, diskusi, demonstrasi, serta monitoring dan evaluasi melalui tiga tahapan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasilnya terjadi peningkatan kemampuan pelaku usaha dalam membuat pembukuan keuangan, yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan usaha Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pelatihan, terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman dan kemampuan pelaku usaha dalam menyusun pembukuan keuangan. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan skor rata-rata 70, yang meningkat menjadi 109,51 pada post-test, dari total skor 130. Peningkatan sebesar 56,4% ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan telah berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku usaha dalam mengelola keuangan secara lebih sistematis dan berbasis data, sehingga mendukung mereka dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih rasional dan terukur. Simple Bookkeeping Training for Pangi Beach Tourist Enterprises in Masaingi Village, Donggala Regency Abstract Masaingi Village in Sindue District, Donggala Regency, has tourism business potential that remains underdeveloped due to inadequate management. This situation stems from the community's limited understanding of financial management, where the majority of business owners lack adequate bookkeeping practices and do not yet recognize the importance of financial records. They often continue to make decisions based on intuition and experience. To address this, our program aims to educate business owners on basic bookkeeping. The methods employed include socialization, discussion, demonstration, along with monitoring and evaluation through three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results show a significant improvement in the ability of business owners to maintain financial records, which can be used as a basis for business decision-making. Evaluation of the training outcomes revealed a notable increase in participants' understanding and skills in financial bookkeeping. The average pre-test score was 70, which rose to 109.51 on the post-test, out of a total score of 130. This 56.4% improvement indicates that the training successfully enhanced participants' understanding and skills in systematic and data-driven financial management, supporting them in making more rational and informed business decisions.

Abstract

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Dunia bisnis yang semakin kompetitif menjadikan kegiatan promosi memegang peranan penting dalam menarik perhatian konsumen dan mendorong mereka untuk melakukan pembelian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas strategi promosi dalam meningkatkan minat pembelian di PT Bumi Nyiur Swalayan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, melibatkan Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada konsumen yang berbelanja di PT Bumi Nyiur Swalayan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi memiliki peran vital dalam mendorong kesuksesan penjualan produk. Kombinasi promosi offline dan online yang diterapkan, seperti pemasangan spanduk dan promosi melalui media sosial, terbukti efektif meningkatkan minat beli konsumen. Promosi offline memberikan pengalaman langsung kepada konsumen, sementara promosi online memperluas jangkauan pasar. Strategi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan penjualan, tetapi juga memperkuat loyalitas konsumen terhadap PT Bumi Nyiur Swalayan. Kata Kunci: Promosi, Minat Pembelian, Strategi Pemasaran, PT Bumi Nyiur Swalayan   ABSTRACT   The increasingly competitive business world makes promotional activities crucial in attracting consumer attention and encouraging purchases. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of promotional strategies in increasing purchase interest at PT Bumi Nyiur Swalayan. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to consumers shopping at PT Bumi Nyiur Swalayan. The results of the study show that promotion plays a vital role in driving product sales success. The combination of offline and online promotions, such as banner placements and social media promotions, has proven effective in boosting consumer purchase interest. Offline promotions provide consumers with a direct experience, while online promotions expand market reach. Abstract

In today’s world, both national and international companies are increasingly producing environmentally friendly products and services as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, which positively impact the environment and society. Scarlett Cosmetics is one such company. This study aims to explore the green marketing strategies implemented by Scarlett Cosmetics. A virtual ethnographic approach was employed, utilizing online observation techniques with a "lurking" method on relevant platforms. The study found that Scarlett’s green marketing strategy includes: 1) the use of glass bottles to promote eco-friendly products, 2) environmental awareness campaigns through the #SayangiDiriSayangiBumi program, and 3) a commitment to sustainability. The findings suggest that Scarlett’s green marketing strategy not only enhances its brand image but also fosters increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
