Abstract

MIRAI is an online registration application launched by Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. To find out the extent to which the utilization and views of the public regarding the MIRAI online registration application, it is necessary to test the technology acceptance model. The technology acceptance model is a theory that explains the state of technology users accepting and using technology. The variables used by the researcher are the perception of the ease of using technology and the perception of the usefulness of technology to determine a person's behavior in using technology. The general objective of this study is to determine the effect of the technology acceptance model on online registration at the Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province.This research used a quantitative descriptive research design with purposive sampling method according to the researcher's criteria and a sample of 99 users of the MIRAI online registration application. This research was conducted on June 22 – July 29, 2022 at the heart disease polyclinic and internal medicine polyclinic at the Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province.The results showed that the perception of convenience can affect a person's attitude towards the use of the MIRAI online registration application through a linearity test of 0.094. And the perception of usefulness can affect a person's attitude towards the use of the MIRAI online registration application through a linearity test of 0.086, so that both hypotheses are significant because the value > 0.05 obtained from data processing through the SPSS 26.0 application.The conclusion of this research is the implementation of the TAM acceptance model that has been made has obtained the factors that affect user acceptance of the use of MIRAI and the variables there is an influence. The suggestion from this research should then be able to develop a TAM research model using more variables.

Abstract

The quality of service can be said to be good if the service provided is in accordance with or more than the patient's expectations so that it can be said to be satisfactory. On the other hand, services that are not as expected by the patient can make the patient dissatisfied. At the Kebun Sikolos Health Center in Padang Panjang City, 3 out of 7 elderly patients were satisfied with the services provided by the health workers at the Kebun Sikolos Health Center, Padang Panjang City. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of health services on the satisfaction of elderly patients at the Kebun Sikolos Health Center, Padang Panjang City. This study uses a quantitative type of research using a descriptive design, carried out at Kebun Sikolos Health Center with 51 elderly patients as respondents. The results of the study can be seen from the level of satisfaction of elderly patients with high satisfaction with a value range of 92.2%. It can be said that there is an effect of service quality on patient satisfaction, in line with the results of good service quality. In the assessment of services using five dimensions, most of the elderly patients rate well on the dimensions of Reliability (Reliability) with a range of 64.7%, Responsiveness with a range of 47.1%, Assurance of 41.2%, and Empathy. (Empathy) of 68.6% . However, on the Physical Evidence (Tangible) variable, the majority of elderly patients rated less with a range of 52.9%. The conclusion of the study can be said that the quality of service at the Kebun Sikolos Health Center is good, it can be proven by the high satisfaction of elderly patients. Here it can be said that there is an influence of service quality on patient satisfaction, in line with the results of good service quality.

Abstract

Patient safety is an important element to improve the quality of health services in the hospital. Patient safety is a system that makes patient care safer, including risk assessment, identification and management of patient risks, reporting and analysis of incidents, the ability to learn from incidents and follow-up, as well as implementing solutions to minimize risks and prevent injuries caused by errors resulting from carrying out an action or not taking action that should be taken The results of this research are the process in this research of Patient Safety Policy Analysis In the Inpatient Installation of the Arifin Achmad Regional General Hospital, Riau Province, in the reception of outpatients, the six patient safety targets at the Arifin Achmad regional general hospital have been implemented quite well, the implementation of the six patient safety targets is also carried out well in the treatment room. Ianp and polyclinics, however, several interviews with patients showed that the patient safety targets carried out in hospitals have not been fully met because there are still deficiencies such as a lack of effective communication methods with patients and are not in accordance with the procedures. Abstract

Background : Performance measurement plays a major role in the world of organizations, one of which is hospitals, due to the performance appraisal it can be seen the effectiveness of determining a strategy and its implementation within a certain period of time. Objective: The research objective was to determine the performance of Madani Hospital in Pekanbaru City using the Balanced Scorecard method. Method : The research was conducted using a quantitative method. Result : The results showed that the performance of Madani Hospital Pekanbaru City in terms of customers showed that inpatients expressed satisfaction with the services provided, although there were several indicators that were unsatisfactory, while from a financial perspective the economic ratios, efficiency and effectiveness were generally good, then the internal business perspective of the performance of RSD Madani Pekanbaru City can be seen from the ratios of BOR, ALOS, TOI, and BTO which show results that are not ideal values. From the ratio of GDR and NDR which shows good results, it means that the ratio of GDR and NDR in Pekanbaru City Hospital is ideal according to the provisions of the Directorate General of Community Health and Medical Services. Conclusion : Then the results of the study using the Balanced Scorecard approach can be concluded that the performance of Madani Hospital in Pekanbaru City with a score of 0.09 is included in the "Enough" category.

Abstract

Public Health Centers are part of the health service that aims to organize health and is responsible for health development in the work area. Interest in visiting a health center is one of the most important things in improving health services in the community. One of the factors that influence interest in visiting a health center is accreditation. However, the actual accreditation of health centers is not well known among the general public. People are more familiar with criteria such as the quality of human resources, economy, location, facilities and service time. The method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach at Rejosari Health Center, Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City. The community who participated in filling out the questionnaire was 100 people, the people who filled out the questionnaire were adult men and women with an average age of 18-40 years. Based on the data obtained, it shows that the quality of human resources has a negative influence on the interest in visiting. Then the economy, location, facilities and time have a positive influence on the interest in visiting the health center by the community. The results of this study also show that the selected factors have a model fit with the interest in visiting shown by the r value of 75.3%. The linear equation model obtained in the analysis of factors affecting interest in visiting is Y = 0.211 - 0.116 X1 + 0.149 X2 + 0.063 X3 + 0.385 X4 + 0.046 X5+e.

Abstract

The referral system is the implementation of health services that regulates the delegation of tasks and responsibilities of reciprocal health services both vertically and horizontally. The referral system has levels starting from the first level health facilities, one of which is the Community Health Center (Puskesmas). Public understanding of BPJS Health, especially regarding the referral system, is one of the factors that influence the high and low ratio of referrals at the Community Health Center. With the emergence of the Covid-19 outbreak, people in RW 003 Kulim Village are afraid to come for treatment at the nearest health facility. This statement was directly conveyed by local residents where they prefer to use natural herbal remedies that are chopped themselves. This is also related to the community's lack of understanding of the flow/tiered referral system in health facilities. In this article, the author describes the community service activities that have been carried out to increase the understanding of the local community about the Tiered Referral System in Health Facilities Community service activities carried out at the Nurul Ikhlas Mosque RW 003 Kulim Village, Kulim District. Before conducting counseling and finding the priority of this problem, the writer conducted a quantitative descriptive study using a survey method using a questionnaire with a total of 130 samples, with the accidental sampling technique in RW 003 Kulim Village. As for the results of this community service activity, the community already knows the flow/tiered referral system at health facilities and the requirements for their management.

People who do not understand the BPJS health tiered referral system can experience deep obstacles in getting health services. In this article, the author describes the community service activities that have been carried out to increase public understanding of the BPJS health tiered referral system. This activity was carried out in the community area of ​​RW 001 Kel. Kulim district. Kulim Using the method of distributing brochures, lectures and Q&A. As for the results of this community activity, the community has been able to understand the BPJS Health tiered referral system. This activity can also help the community in obtaining health services.

Abstract

Mental health is the health that exists in a person where the person has a healthy soul and can carry out his daily life. If mental health is disturbed, then mental disorders or mental illness arise. Mental disorders can change the way a person handles stress, relates to others, makes choices, and triggers the desire to harm oneself. Some of the most common types of mental disorders include depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and psychosis. Some mental illnesses only occur in certain types of sufferers, such as postpartum depression that only affects mothers after giving birth and sexual abuse. This counseling aims to invite and inform PGRI High School students how to maintain and determine what symptoms when exposed to mental disorders and how to avoid sexual harassment. The result of this counseling is an increase in knowledge, understanding, and awareness about the importance of knowing the symptoms of mental health and how to avoid sexual harassment at a young age.

Abstract

Radiation is the transmitter and propagation of waves that carry energy through space or intermediate substances. In physics, radiation can be interpreted as a process in which energy moves through a medium or through space, and finally is absorbed by other objects. Gadgets as an electronic tool for communicating and accessing information are growing rapidly. The use of gadgets for students is urgently needed with the aim of supporting their learning, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic yesterday. Some examples of using gadgets as learning media such as the zoom application, gmeet, teacher's room, zenius and so on. Apart from being used for studying, gadgets are also used by students to play online games or open social media such as Instagram, Whatsup, TikTok, Youtube and others. The purpose of this community service is to determine the effect of gadget radiation on student achievement. This community service is Quantitative community service with a survey approach, samples were taken using the Probability Sampling technique with a sample of 30 respondents. The instruments used in community service are questionnaires and documentation. The classic assumption test uses a normality test, auticoleration test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test using a regression analysis with a significant value of 0.05 or 5%.
