Abstract

In Indonesia, the implementation of vaccination has been carried out according to presidential instructions through Presidential Decree No. At Pukesmas Lirik Indragiri Hulu Regency, the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination has been carried out, but there are still complaints about the registration flow, waiting room, queues that are not in accordance with arrivals and have not prioritized the elderly in queues and post-vaccination administration that is not in line with the queue. The purpose of the study was to determine the performance of officers, the level of satisfaction of Covid-19 vaccination patients, and the effect of service quality and patient satisfaction. This research uses quantitative research with descriptive method, conducted at Puskeamas Lirik Indragiri Hulu Regency with 98 respondents, namely patients who have vaccinated adults 26-45 years. The research was carried out by observation, data collection, and questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used univariate analysis, bivariate analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, and linearity test. Data processing using SPSS 16.0 data processing application. The results obtained based on the data processing in this study indicate that the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction which is strengthened by the test results which show that it is supported by the linearity test which produces a linearity significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 obtained from data processing through the application SPSS 16.0 .

Abstract

The quality of service can be said to be good if the service provided is in accordance with or more than the patient's expectations so that it can be said to be satisfactory. On the other hand, services that are not as expected by the patient can make the patient dissatisfied. At the Kebun Sikolos Health Center in Padang Panjang City, 3 out of 7 elderly patients were satisfied with the services provided by the health workers at the Kebun Sikolos Health Center, Padang Panjang City. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of health services on the satisfaction of elderly patients at the Kebun Sikolos Health Center, Padang Panjang City. This study uses a quantitative type of research using a descriptive design, carried out at Kebun Sikolos Health Center with 51 elderly patients as respondents. The results of the study can be seen from the level of satisfaction of elderly patients with high satisfaction with a value range of 92.2%. It can be said that there is an effect of service quality on patient satisfaction, in line with the results of good service quality. In the assessment of services using five dimensions, most of the elderly patients rate well on the dimensions of Reliability (Reliability) with a range of 64.7%, Responsiveness with a range of 47.1%, Assurance of 41.2%, and Empathy. (Empathy) of 68.6% . However, on the Physical Evidence (Tangible) variable, the majority of elderly patients rated less with a range of 52.9%. The conclusion of the study can be said that the quality of service at the Kebun Sikolos Health Center is good, it can be proven by the high satisfaction of elderly patients. Here it can be said that there is an influence of service quality on patient satisfaction, in line with the results of good service quality.

Abstract

Patient Safety is an important element to improve the quality of health services in the hospital, Patient safety is a system that makes patient care safer, including risk assessment, identification and management of patient risk, incident reporting and analysis, the ability to learn from incidents and their follow-up, and implementation of solutions to minimize risks and prevent injuries caused by errors due to carrying out an action or not taking action that should be taken The results of this study are the process in this study Influencing Health Worker Compliance with Patient Safety Policies in Inpatient Installations of Hospitals in Outpatient Admissions where the six patient safety targets in the hospital have been carried out quite well, the implementation of the six patient safety targets is also carried out both in the inpatient room and the polyclinic, However, from several interviews with patients, it was stated that the patient safety targets carried out in the hospital have not been fully met because there are still shortcomings such as the lack of effective communication methods to patients and not in accordance with the SKP. This study aims to find out about Influencing Health Workers' Compliance with Patient Safety Policies in Hospital Inpatient Installations. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive analytical approach. This study was conducted on February 9 - June 30, 2023. The informants in this study numbered 5 people and this study used the Content Analysis model.

Abstract

The family environment and children influence each other in the teaching and learning process. Parental attention, family economic conditions, home atmosphere, and learning facilities play an important role in shaping student learning outcomes. This study aims to investigate the influence of these factors on the learning process of grade III students at SMKN 3 Pekanbaru. A qualitative survey research design was used, involving 51 students selected through random sampling. Data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed using statistical data processing applications.. The results revealed positive, negative, and significant relationships between the factors studied and the learning process. Positive and significant factors such as parental attention, home atmosphere and learning facilities can improve students' learning process, while negative factors such as family economic conditions can hinder learning. The family environment has a positive, negative and significant influence. This should be a concern for parents in educating, guiding, providing learning facilities, and paying attention to their children. The linear equation model resulting from data analysis is Y= 0,275 – 0,139 + 0,159 + 0,536 + 0,060.

Abstract

The referral system is the implementation of health services that regulates the delegation of tasks and responsibilities of reciprocal health services both vertically and horizontally. The referral system has levels starting from the first level health facilities, one of which is the Community Health Center (Puskesmas). Public understanding of BPJS Health, especially regarding the referral system, is one of the factors that influence the high and low ratio of referrals at the Community Health Center. With the emergence of the Covid-19 outbreak, people in RW 003 Kulim Village are afraid to come for treatment at the nearest health facility. This statement was directly conveyed by local residents where they prefer to use natural herbal remedies that are chopped themselves. This is also related to the community's lack of understanding of the flow/tiered referral system in health facilities. In this article, the author describes the community service activities that have been carried out to increase the understanding of the local community about the Tiered Referral System in Health Facilities Community service activities carried out at the Nurul Ikhlas Mosque RW 003 Kulim Village, Kulim District. Before conducting counseling and finding the priority of this problem, the writer conducted a quantitative descriptive study using a survey method using a questionnaire with a total of 130 samples, with the accidental sampling technique in RW 003 Kulim Village. As for the results of this community service activity, the community already knows the flow/tiered referral system at health facilities and the requirements for their management.

Abstract

Mental health is the health that exists in a person where the person has a healthy soul and can carry out his daily life. If mental health is disturbed, then mental disorders or mental illness arise. Mental disorders can change the way a person handles stress, relates to others, makes choices, and triggers the desire to harm oneself. Some of the most common types of mental disorders include depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and psychosis. Some mental illnesses only occur in certain types of sufferers, such as postpartum depression that only affects mothers after giving birth and sexual abuse. This counseling aims to invite and inform PGRI High School students how to maintain and determine what symptoms when exposed to mental disorders and how to avoid sexual harassment. The result of this counseling is an increase in knowledge, understanding, and awareness about the importance of knowing the symptoms of mental health and how to avoid sexual harassment at a young age.

Abstract

Radiation is the transmitter and propagation of waves that carry energy through space or intermediate substances. In physics, radiation can be interpreted as a process in which energy moves through a medium or through space, and finally is absorbed by other objects. Gadgets as an electronic tool for communicating and accessing information are growing rapidly. The use of gadgets for students is urgently needed with the aim of supporting their learning, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic yesterday. Some examples of using gadgets as learning media such as the zoom application, gmeet, teacher's room, zenius and so on. Apart from being used for studying, gadgets are also used by students to play online games or open social media such as Instagram, Whatsup, TikTok, Youtube and others. The purpose of this community service is to determine the effect of gadget radiation on student achievement. This community service is Quantitative community service with a survey approach, samples were taken using the Probability Sampling technique with a sample of 30 respondents. The instruments used in community service are questionnaires and documentation. The classic assumption test uses a normality test, auticoleration test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test using a regression analysis with a significant value of 0.05 or 5%.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is still a disease that is feared especially in the tropical countries including Indonesia. Continuous efforts are needed in terms of preventing dengue hemorrhagic fever. The purpose of this activity is to provide an explanation of various ways to prevent dengue hemorrhagic fever and at the same time provide an opportunity for public to act as ambassadors for the environment. The method of this activity is in the form of community socialization. This socialization was considered quite successful, seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in asking questions about DHF. It can be concluded that this outreach activity is very useful in increasing knowledge and community participation in the prevention of dengue hemorrhagic fever.

Abstract

High blood pressure, better known as hypertension, is a disease that has received attention from all levels of society, considering the impacts it has both short and long term, so it requires comprehensive and integrated long-term management. Hypertension causes high rates of morbidity (sickness) and mortality (death). Hypertension is a disease that arises due to the interaction of various risk factors that a person has. Various studies have linked various risk factors to the emergence of hypertension. Hypertension, currently there is a tendency that urban communities suffer from hypertension more than rural communities. This, among other things, is related to the lifestyle of city residents which is associated with the risk of hypertension, such as stress, obesity, lack of exercise, smoking, alcohol and eating foods that are high in fat. As age increases, almost everyone experiences an increase in blood pressure, systolic pressure continues to increase until the age of 80 years and diastolic pressure continues to increase until the age of 55-60 years, then decreases slowly or even decreases drastically.

Abstract

Chikungunya is a disease caused by the Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) which is characterized by symptoms of high fever and very severe joint pain. The first Chikungunya case that occurred in Indonesia was in Samarinda City in 1973 and was recorded as an Extraordinary Event (KLB), then the case disappeared for approximately 20 years after which it began to appear again in 2001 in Sumatra where it was also recorded as an Extraordinary Event. (KLB). Recorded Chikungunya cases in 2001-2003 reached 3,918 total cases without deaths. This counseling aims to find out how high the death rate is caused by the Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) and find out how to prevent and treat the Chikungunya virus. The method used is outreach which is expected to increase public knowledge regarding Chikungunya disease such as symptoms, prevention and treatment methods.
