Abstract

In developing a business in the wedding sector, Ohana Enterprise has created several wedding packages for brides-to-be who want to celebrate their wedding festively and efficiently. Researchers use the Observation study method and interviews. using qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques which will be analyzed using the 4P variable marketing mix strategy, price, place, product and promotion. With the aim of knowing the marketing strategies used in increasing sales of wedding packages in 2023. Based on the research that has been done, Ohana Enterprise offers wedding package prices depending on the type of options provided to increase sales of wedding packages at Ohana Enterprise in 2023 can be adjusted to client requests and the flexibility of the prices offered, the choice of venues provided is more than 50 venues, active promotion through social media content, Ohana Enterprise which has branches in various places, event and marketing teams that are actively involved in marketing carried out until the event takes place.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the relationship between organizational communication and policy making at the Tangerang City DPMPTSP Secretariat. The research background arises from the important role of communication in forming effective decisions and policies in public service organizations. The main objective is to analyze how the dynamics of organizational communication influence the quality of policies and the implementation process at the DPMPTSP Secretariat. The research method used is a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews with leaders, staff and related external stakeholders. Theme analysis was used to organize and interpret the data. The research results show that the quality of organizational communication greatly influences the effectiveness of policy making and its implementation. The findings of this research highlight the importance of clarity of organizational vision and goals, open communication between leadership and staff, and horizontal coordination between units. The implication of this research is the need to strengthen organizational communication as a strategy to improve the quality of policies and be responsive to community needs.

Abstract

An organization must strive to create a working environment where leaders and employees feel comfortable with each other. To this goal, leaders who have the power and ability to inspire their colleagues to do better in their work. Good leaders have the ability to give direction, correction, and evaluation to their subordinates to help them the goals of the organization. This research is categorized into exploratory research followed by descriptive research. Explorative research is an early study aimed at obtaining an idea of a subject of research that will be further studied. Descriptive study is a study whose purpose is to show (describe) something, and is non-experimental because the research is not under the direct control of the researcher.In delineating the communication patterns at BSI PT KCP Tangerang Terra Alto, the results of qualitative findings from in-depth interviews with employees and leaders describe the application of various forms of communication. Some respondents stated that face-to-face meetings provided opportunities for non-verbal expression and strengthened team members' connections. In the context of evaluating the effectiveness of communication, observational data show that the level of employee participation in policy discussions and implementation is a key indicator. In an in-depth study of the organizational communication and leadership patterns at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Tangerang Tanah High, the data findings describe the diversity and complexity of the internal dynamics of the organization. Adopting a holistic approach in the type of communication, involving both formal and informal elements, provides room for creative exchange of ideas. Despite the dominant digital media, the value of face-to-face meetings remains significant, enabling non-verbal expression and strengthening interpersonal connections. From these findings, it can be concluded that organizations face complex challenges in managing communication and leadership patterns. Strategic recommendations include optimizing leadership styles, developing communication skills, and setting up forums for exchange of ideas.

Abstract

Understanding the efficiency of the Dukcapil office in Tangerang Regency regarding the dissemination of information about the significance of obtaining birth certificates for children is crucial. This study adopts a qualitative research approach, specifically employing a case study design. The research framework incorporates the construction paradigm to assess the efficacy of public services provided by the Dukcapil office in Tangerang Regency regarding birth certificate information. The research findings reveal the Soppeng Regency Population and Civil Registration's public services' efficacy Office through the examination of various factors, including service procedures, time reliability, service costs, availability of facilities and infrastructure, employee competencies, and service offerings. Out of the six indicators gauging public service effectiveness, four exhibit positive outcomes. Consequently, it can be inferred that public services at Disdukcapil have been effective, albeit with room for improvement. In summary, the services at Disdukcapil have been conducted efficiently, with suggested enhancements for future refinement.

Abstract

Tambur Peh Cun is a tradition in the form of a festival that still continues today among the Chinese community in Tangerang, Banten. The term Peh-Cun means “boat racing” in Hokkien and consists of two words “Peh” which means “Paddle” or “Paddle” and “Cun” which means “Boat”. Tambur Peh-Cun or also known as "Gou", is one of a series of Peh-Cun ceremonies which is always celebrated on May 5 in the Confucian calendar. Qualitative Research with a Case Study Approach. According to Muhadjir, Qualitative Research is research that prioritizes issues of process and meaning/perception, where this research is expected to reveal various Qualitative information with thorough and meaningful descriptions and analysis, which also does not reject Quantitative information in the form of numbers or amounts. The research was carried out in several stages. The first stage begins with collecting information and observing the research location, then making appointments with resource persons and starting interviews, and preparing the final research report. This research aims to discuss the event strategy held by the Beon Tek Bio Association at the Peh Cun Festival in Tangerang City in 2023. This research uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach to understand and analyze the strategies implemented. Peh Cun is one of the most important festivals in Chinese culture. This festival is celebrated every 5th of the 1st month of Chinese New Year to commemorate the return of Dewa Nian, who is believed to be a god who brings disaster. The Beon Tek Bio Association has implemented a planned and structured event strategy in organizing the Peh Cun Festival in Tangerang City in 2023. This strategy includes aspects -aspects of goals and target audience, program content, and marketing. In terms of program content, the Beon Tek Bio Association presents various interesting and diverse Chinese cultural events. These events are designed to attract public interest and attention, as well as to introduce Chinese culture to the wider community.

Abstract

Internal quality assurance in schools is essential because it pertains to a school's confidence in complying to national education standards and achieving a nation's national education goals. In the discussion of this study, it is crucial to determine the degree to which Education Quality Assurance in primary schools is based on comparable research findings. The approach used to evaluate several learning outcomes is the matching evaluation strategy. In addition, the utilised systematic review is a Narrative systematic review, which carefully picks and conducts with discretion what the researcher has written about a subject or problem. As a consequence of the study's results, it was established that the education system and schools are responsible for ensuring that all students meet the criteria and using their resources effectively and efficiently. Especially elementary school, which is the foundation of education. Academic Quality Assurance is essential for attaining academic quality (teaching and learning procedures and curriculum) and structural provision (buildings and physical facilities) in accordance with predefined objectives and standards.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Program "Isi Piringku" yang dijalankan oleh Bidan Inspiratif PT Kimia Farma Tbk dalam membangun citra positif perusahaan di Desa Rancagong, Kabupaten Tangerang. Program ini merupakan upaya intervensi kesehatan untuk menurunkan angka stunting dan meningkatkan status gizi ibu hamil melalui edukasi gizi seimbang, pemberian makanan bergizi, serta pendampingan kesehatan selama masa kehamilan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif induktif dengan mengaitkan temuan empiris pada teori citra pada program tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Program "Isi Piringku" mampu memberikan dampak positif signifikan terhadap penurunan angka stunting di wilayah intervensi, serta meningkatkan citra positif PT Kimia Farma Tbk di mata masyarakat. Selain itu, program ini efektif dalam membangun hubungan harmonis antara perusahaan dan komunitas lokal melalui kolaborasi lintas sektor. Hambatan yang ditemui terutama dalam hal monitoring dan evaluasi lapangan dapat diatasi dengan kerja sama bersama lembaga sosial mitra. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa program CSR berbasis pelayanan kesehatan ibu hamil seperti "Isi Piringku" dapat menjadi strategi efektif untuk membangun citra perusahaan sekaligus mendorong peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

In a company, the communication style of a leader plays a crucial role, especially in addressing organizational problems such as a decline in employee performance. Using an inappropriate communication style may complicate the internal dynamics of the company and hinder efforts to resolve performance-related issues. The purpose of this study is to explore the communication style of a Generation Z leader in improving employee performance at Hawa Modelling School. This research employs a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the Gen Z leader at Hawa Modelling School adopts a two-way and open communication style to foster participative discussions and encourage employees to express suggestions and solutions regarding performance decline. A dynamic communication style is used to give appreciation and boost employee morale, while a structured style is applied when delivering instructions systematically to ensure focused and productive discussions. These four communication styles contribute to creating a comfortable work environment that supports improved employee performance.

Abstract

                This study aims to examine HR communication patterns in increasing work motivation among Generation Y employees at PT Eds Manufacturing Indonesia Automotive Wire and the obstacles HR faces in this effort. The research method used was qualitative, with data collected through observation, interviews with HR and several Generation Y employees, and documentation. Generation Y employees exhibit high absenteeism and low motivation, which impacts company productivity. Characteristics of this generation, such as the need for work-life balance and open communication, must be addressed. Despite the existence of reward and training programs, HR's role in fostering effective two-way communication remains crucial to increasing employee motivation, loyalty, and productivity.

Abstract

Guru generasi Z dikenal dekat dengan teknologi, kreatif, dan interaktif, sehingga gaya komunikasi mereka cenderung terbuka, santai, dan mudah diterima anak. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan gaya komunikasi guru Gen Z serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini di IGRA Cabang Kota Tangerang dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan guru Gen Z menggunakan komunikasi asertif, pendekatan personal, serta media interaktif seperti lagu, cerita, dan video. Mereka juga memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mendukung pembelajaran. Tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi perbedaan karakter anak, latar belakang sosial, serta faktor internal guru seperti emosi dan pengalaman mengajar. Analisis dengan teori interaksi simbolik menunjukkan guru Gen Z menyesuaikan diri dan membangun hubungan sosial dalam proses belajar.
