Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Information Technology and Social Media Marketing on Purchase Intention (Case Study of CV.SOREN in Salatiga) partially and simultaneously. Sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The primary research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents containing statements about Information Technology, Social Media Marketing and Purchase Intentions. Data analysis tool with validity and reliability tests. Classical assumption test in the form of Normality test, Autocorrelation test, Heteroscedasticity test, Multicollinearity test. using multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the hypothesis using the t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. Data processing uses the SPSS 2023 program. With the results of the research, (1) Information Technology has no effect on Purchase Interest, the value of t count < t table, namely the value of 1,833 < 1,984. (2) Social Media Marketing has a significant effect on Purchase Intention t count > t table with a value of 12.864 > 1,984, (3) Information Technology Social Media Marketing has a significant effect on Purchase Intention that the value of F count > F table is 265,813 > 3.09 then the significance value is < 0.05 equal to 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence between work discipline, compensation, and work environment on employee performance at UD. Amik Art Gallery. In this study using quantitative methods with primary data collection techniques through questionnaires. The population in this study was 62 people and then a saturated sample of 62 respondents was taken. The data is processed using SPSS. The results showed that based on the results of the t hypothesis test, the work discipline variable had a significance value of 0.092 > 0.05 which means that partially the work discipline variable has no effect on employee performance. The compensation variable has a significance value of 0.213 > 0.05 which means that partially the compensation variable has no effect on employee performance. Work environment variables have a significance value of 0.028 < 0.05 which means that partially work environment variables affect employee performance. Based on the F test, a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 is obtained which means simultaneously the variables of work discipline, compensation and work environment affect employee performance. Abstract

Marketing strategy is one way to win the competition in a sustainable superior manner for goods or services companies. Marketing strategy can be seen as one of the bases used in preparing company plans in the field of marketing. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this study was carried out by observing and distributing questionnaires to buyers of Kimi Chilli Branded Stores. Based on the results of research testing on segmentation variables, it is known that the p value (sig) is 0.000 <0.05. Based on the test results on the target market variable, it is known that the p value (sig) is 0.927> 0.05. Based on research on the market position variable, the p value (sig) is 0.000 <0.05. 05. This shows that simultaneously market segmentation, target market & market position have a positive effect on the image of Kimi Chilli Branded Stores

Abstract

Student organizations in schools play an important role as social institutions that support character building and the development of students’ social and leadership skills. However, in practice, many students still perceive school organizations merely as formal or administrative activities, resulting in low participation and limited understanding of their educational value. This condition highlights the need for socialization activities that emphasize meaningful organizational learning. This community service activity aims to strengthen students’ understanding of the role of school organizations as social learning spaces. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed involving 30 eleventh-grade students at SMK Muhammadiyah 04 Boyolali. Data were collected through observation, discussion notes, and students’ responses during interactive sessions.The activity was conducted through teacher coordination, material preparation, material presentation, and discussion and question-and-answer sessions. The results indicate an improvement in students’ understanding of the functions and benefits of student organizations as social institutions. Students showed increased awareness of the importance of cooperation, discipline, responsibility, and communication, as well as greater motivation to actively participate in school organizations. These findings suggest that participatory and dialogical socialization is effective in promoting meaningful organizational learning and supporting students’ character development.

Abstract

This outreach program aims to improve students' understanding of organizational management as part of an effort to develop a young generation with organizational insight at SMA Negeri 1 Ampel. The implementation of this outreach program is motivated by the importance of providing students with management concepts, organizational structures, and self-management skills so they can participate actively and effectively in various school organizational activities. The outreach program is delivered through material presentations and the use of interactive media in the form of Kahoot games designed to facilitate students' understanding of management concepts in a more engaging, enjoyable, and easily applicable way. Evaluation is conducted using a questionnaire covering five aspects: understanding of management concepts, awareness of the importance of management in life, effectiveness of interactive media, motivation to become leaders, and the ability to organize and plan for the future. The evaluation results show that this outreach program is able to broaden students' horizons, increase leadership motivation, and help them focus more on designing future goals. Thus, this outreach program is considered effective in supporting the development of a young generation with organizational insight in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This activity focuses on guiding the students of class X MA Ma'arif Cepogo in forming communication ethics in themselves. In addition, this activity aims to distribute information and knowledge about proper communication ethics, to improve the character of students at MA Ma'arif Cepogo. Through this community service activity, it is hoped that the students of class X MA Ma'arif Cepogo will get an idea of how to communicate well. The methods applied in this community service include direct socialization to students of class X MA Ma'arif Cepogo regarding communication ethics education in the school environment, with stages of introduction to the development of moral values in the school environment network, as well as the implementation of community service activities. This socialization event received a positive response from the school, especially the students, because it provided an understanding and knowledge related to good communication ethics in accordance with the school's vision in forming student characters who maintain norms of politeness and togetherness in interactions, as well as providing a positive influence on the school community as a whole.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan utama dalam Penelitian ini supaya mengetahuai seberapa besar pengaruh dari masing -masing variabel dan juga secara simultan terhadap komitmen afektif pada karyawan di KN Jaya Simo Boyolali. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 52 responden yang merupakan karyawan KN Jaya Simo Boyolali, dipilih menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang didasarkan pada filsafat positivisme dan bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan data numerik di lapangan, di uji menggunakan analisis data dilengkapi dengan ujianalisis regresi linier berganda, dari uji t menunjukan gaya kepemimpinan tranformasional berpengaruh terhadap komitmen afktif sebesar 0,003, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap komtmen afektif sebesar 0,013, disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen afektif sebesar 0,058 dan hasil uji koefisien determinasi secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 47,8% berpengaruh terhadap komitmen afektif. Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Komitmen Afektif. ABSTRACT The main objective of this research is to determine the extent of the influence of each variable and also simultaneously on affective commitment in employees at KN Jaya Simo Boyolali. The research sample consists of 52 respondents who are employees of KN Jaya Simo Boyolali, selected using a saturation sampling technique with a quantitative approach based on positivism philosophy and aims to collect numerical data in the field, tested using data analysis equipped with multiple linear regression analysis tests, the results of the t-test show that transformational leadership style has an effect on affective commitment of 0.003, work motivation has an effect on affective commitment of 0.013, work discipline does not have an effect on affective commitment of 0.058 and results of the simultaneous coefficient of determination test show that 47.8% has an effect on affective commitment, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside this study. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi, kompensasi, dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Tara Konveksi Ngemplak, Boyolali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 40 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian uji hiopotesis atau uji (t) menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi (X1) dan kompensasi (X2) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yaitu sebesar 0,018 < 0,05, dan 0,006 < 0,05. Sementara beban kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan yaitu sebesar 0,129 0,05. Uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan 0,452 jika di hitung dengan rumus determinasi maka hasil yang di dapatkan 0,452 x 100% = 45,2%. bahwa variabel independen mampu menjelaskan sekitar 45,2% variabilitas dalam kompetensi. Ketiga variabel ini hendaknya dilakukan peningkatan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang optimal. Kata Kunci : komunikasi, kompensasi, dan beban kerja. ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the effect of communication, compensation and workload on the performance of CV employees. Tara Ngemplak Convection, Boyolali. The research method used was quantitative by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 40 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 26. The results of the hypothesis test or (t) test show that communication (X1) and compensation (X2) have a significant influence on employee performance, namely 0.018 < 0.05, and 0.006 < 0.05. Meanwhile, workload does not have a significant effect, namely 0.129 > 0.05. The simultaneous test shows that the three independent variables together have a significant influence on employee performance. The coefficient of determination shows 0.452. If calculated using the determination formula, the result obtained is 0.452 x 100% = 45.2%. that the independent variables are able to explain around 45.2% of the variability in competence. These three variables should be improved so that they can increase optimal employee performance. Keywords: communication, compensation, and workload.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, komunikasi, dan job stress terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT Laba Indoagro Nusantara Kabupaten Boyolali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner melalui google forms yang disebarkan kepada 30 responden. Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, komunikasi, dan job stresss tidak mempunyai pengaruh secara langsung terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara simultan variabel independen mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Nilai koefisien determinasi diperoleh sebesar 0,043 menunjukkan variabel independen mampu menjelaskan sekitar 4,3% variabilitas dalam prestasi kerja karyawan sedangkan sisanya 95,7% diduga dijelaskan oleh variabel - variabel lain .

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen, disiplin kerja, dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja anggota KPPS pada PPS Desa Penggung Kecamatan Boyolali Kabupaten Boyolali PEMILU 2024. penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitaif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota KPPS Desa Penggung pada PEMILU tahun 2024, diambil secara purposive sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 63 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. menggunakan analisis regresi liner berganda, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan budaya kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan teerhadap Kinerja anggota KPPS desa Penggung pada pemilu tahun 2024 yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi (p value) < 0,05, sedangkan komitmen tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota KPPS Desa Penggung pada pemilu tahun 2024 yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi (p value) > 0,05. komitmen, disiplin kerja, dan budaya kerja secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kinerja sebesar 72% dan selebihnya sebesar 28% dipengaruhi faktor lain diluar model penelitian ini.
