Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assess (1) the effect of educational background on employee performance, (2) the effect of work experience on employee performance, (3) the effect of motivation on employee performance, and (4) the effect of educational background and work experience on employee performance .The causal research approach is taken in this study. The sample of this study were all employees of the Boyolali Regency BPBD office, totaling 54 people. The data comes from the results of employee questionnaires and is assessed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques.The research results obtained show that (1) educational background affects employee performance can be seen from p-value = 0.037 < a = 0.05 (2) work experience does not affect employee performance can be seen from p-value = 0.696 > a = 0.05 (3) motivation affects employee performance can be seen from p-value = 0.002 <0.05 (4) educational background and work experience affect employee performance can be seen from p-value = 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Instagram social media ads, product variants and service quality affect purchasing decisions at Amanda Brownies Boyolali branch. The population in this study was consumers who were Amanda Brownies Boyolali branch. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires with a sample of 97 respondents. The research method used is quantitative method. Testing of data instruments is carried out with validity tests and reality tests, for data analysis used normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heterokedasticity tests, and hypothesis tests to find out whether the variables have a significant relationship. The results of the study partially show that the advertising variable with the value of sig. 0.822 > 0.05 which means insignificant. While the variable product variant with sig value. 0.071 > 0.05 which means insignificant and quality of service with S value. 0.000 < 0.05 which means significant. The results of the study with the calculation of the F-test obtained the sig value. (0.000) < 0.05 which means that advertising variables, product variants and service quality simultaneously influence purchasing decision variables. Based on the calculation of the Adjusted Rsquare value, it shows that advertising variables, product variants and service quality together are able to explain service decision variables with a value of 0.504 or 50.4%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the impact of online shops on Instagram in changing the consumer lifestyle of students in the Management Study Program at Boyolali University. This research uses qualitative methods and data is analyzed descriptively. Qualitative data was collected by distributing questionnaires with open questions. The first research stage is to collect data by interviews and observations, the second is to analyses the results of the interviews, then discussion and conclusions. Management Study Program students, in this case represented by selected respondents, experienced lifestyle changes, although not significant. Even though 73% do not buy products because of the lure of prizes, 87% of students are influenced to shop because of advertisements on Instagram and 100% of students follow celebrities or celebrities. Students should be wiser in spending their money and better understand advertising styles that will lead to consumer behavior and not have to follow selebgrams so as not to have an impact on their desire to style like their idol artists. Abstract

This study investigates the factors influencing the purchase intention and consumer purchase decisions of Korean skin care products. Three factors, namely the Korean wave, social media, and reference groups, were included in this study. The number of samples used was 300 students with certain criteria using a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM method using Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results showed that the Korean wave, social media, and reference groups significantly and positively affected consumer purchase intention. Furthermore, this study also found a significant and positive influence between social media and purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the Korean wave and reference group variables do not significantly impact purchasing decisions. In addition, buying interest influences consumer purchasing decisions. The conclusion of this study proves that Korean wave social media and reference groups affect consumer purchase intention behavior. Social media influences consumer purchasing decisions, while the Korean wave and reference groups affect purchasing decisions. Furthermore, the study results show that purchase intention can mediate the relationship between the Korean wave, social media, and reference groups on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge sharing, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di MTs N 7 Boyolali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 57 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian uji hipotesis atau uji (t) menunjukkan bahwa knowledge sharing, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai yaitu sebesar 0,361 > 0,05, 0,450 > 0,05 dan 0,646 > 0,05. Uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan 0,017. jika di hitung dengan rumus determinasi maka hasil yang di dapatkan 0,017 x 100% = 1,7%. Bahwa variabel independen mampu menjelaskan sekitar 1,7% variabilitas dalam kinerja pegawai. Studi ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi manajemen dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai melalui knowledge sharing, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja. Kata Kunci : knowledge sharing, motivasi kerja,lingkungan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the influence of knowledge sharing, work motivation and work environment on employee performance at MTs N 7 Boyolali. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, reward, danpunishment terhadap kinerja karyawan di Yayasan Solopeduli Ummat Pusat di Karanganyar. Metodepenelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yangdisebarkan kepada 39 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitianuji hiopotesis atau uji (t) menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan punishment memiliki pengaruhsignifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yaitu sebesar 0,007 < 0,05 dan 0,050 < 0,05, sementara rewardtidak berpengaruh signifikan yaitu sebesar 0,573 > 0,05. Uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa ketigavariabel independen secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan 0,603 jika di hitung dengan rumus determinasi maka hasil yang didapatkan 0,603 x 100% = 60,3%. bahwa variabel independen mampu menjelaskan sekitar 60,3%variabilitas dalam kinerja karyawan. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan metode Balanced Scorecard dalam mengukur kinerja pegawai dari segi perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif bisnis internal, perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan demi meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada organisasi sektor publik yaitu Pemerintah Desa Kalinanas, Kecamatan Wonosamodro, Kabupaten Boyolali. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pemerintah desa, pegawai bumdes, badan permusyawarahan desa dan masyarakat desa yang memenuhi kualifikasi sebagai responden dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah 91 responden. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dimana dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara langsung dan menyebarkan kuesioner serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini pada perspektif keuangan pemerintah desa kalinanas cukup baik, penggunaan anggaran dana yang sesuai target, transparansi anggaran pada publik dan pemetaan pengeluaran yang terukur, pada perspektif pelanggan indeks kepuasan masyarakat tergolong kurang baik, prosedur pelayanan yang kurang memuaska dam keadilan pelayanan yang belum sama, pada perspektif bisnis internal masih kurang baik, pengelolaan badan usaha milik desa yang kurang maksimal, fasilitas masyarakat desa yang belum memadai dan kurangnya respon pemeritah dalam mengikuti perkembangan tekhnologi yang ada, pada perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan tergolong sudah cukup baik, kapasitas pegawai yang memadai, lingkungan kantor yang nyaman serta perhatian pemerintah dalam mengadakan pelatihan kerja dan keleluasaan dalam berpendapat. Kata kunci : Perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif bisnis internal, perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran, meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to know the impact of implementation Balanced Scorecard method in measuring employee performance from a financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective, learning and growth perspective in order to improve employee performance in public sector organizations, namely the Kalinanas Village Government, Wonosamodro District, Boyolali Regency. The population and sample in this study were village government employees, BUMDEs employees, village consultative bodies and village communities who met the qualifications as respondents using the Slovin formula, totaling 91 respondents. This type of research is quantitative descriptive where data collection uses direct interview methods and distributes questionnaires and documentation. The results of this research from the financial perspective of the Kalinanas village government are quite good, the use of budget funds is according to targets, budget transparency to the public and measurable expenditure mapping, from the customer perspective the community satisfaction index is classified as poor, service procedures are less than satisfactory and service fairness is not the same. , from an internal business perspective it is still not good, management of village-owned enterprises is not optimal, village community facilities are inadequate and the government's response is lacking in keeping up with existing technological developments, from a learning and growth perspective it is considered quite good, employee capacity is adequate, a comfortable office environment as well as government attention in providing job training and freedom of opinion. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakuan untuk menilai bagaimana strategi pengembangan karir serta gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berdampak pada performa karyawan di PT Patria Tama Perkasa, Semarang. Penelitian kali ini memanfaatkan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui pengumpulan data lewat pengisian kuesioner. Sampel pada penelitian kali ini terdiri dari 40 pekerja. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis multilinear. Secara parsia, variable pengembangan karir tidak berpengengaruh secara signifikan sebesar 0,056 < 0,05. Secara parsial, variable kepemimpinan transformasional dengan signifikansi 0,052 > 0,05 atau artinya tidak berpengaruh. Sedanfkan secara simultan variable pengembangan karir dan kepemimpinan transformasional dengan nilai signifikan sebesr 0,005 < 0,05 berfampak pada kinerja karyawan. Beirdasarkan uiji koeifisiein deiteirminasi meinuinjuikkan nilai 0,260 (20%) variasi variabel strategi pengembangan karir dan kepemimpinan transformasional secara simultan mampu menguraikan variabel kinerja karyawandi PT Patria Tama Perkasa. Kata Kunci : kinerja karyawan, strategi pengembangan karir, kepemimpinan transformasional. ABSTRACT This research aims to investigate how career development strategies and transformational leadership impact the performance of employees at PT Patria Tama Perkasa in Semarang. The study employed a quantitative approach, gathering data through surveys from a sample of 40 employees. Data analysis utilized multiple linear regression. Individually, neither the career development variable (0.056 < 0.05) nor the transformational leadership variable (0.052 > 0.05) showed a significant effect. However, when considered together, these variables significantly influenced employee performance (0.005 < 0.05). The coefficient of determination indicated that 20% (0.260) of the variance in employee performance could be attributed to these variables, while the remaining 80% was due to other factors not examined in this study. Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada era modern saat ini keberhasilan suatu perusahaan tidak hanya bergantung pada kualitas layanan dan produknya, tetapi juga pada daya tarik karyawan yang lebih baik karena tekanan persaingan Generasi Z. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengetahui pengaruh Employer Branding dan E-Recruitment terhadap Niat Lamaran Kerja Generasi Z melalui analisis. Penggunaan teknik purposive sampling dalam penelitian ini diperlukan karena sampel hanya diperoleh dari karyawan generasi Z dan calon karyawan PT Panca Wira Putra Colomadu Karanganyar, dan digunakan SPSS versi 26 sebagai alat analisis. Formulir Google digunakan untuk mengirimkan kuesioner kepada karyawan saat ini dan calon karyawan, yang memberikan informasi. Total sampel 61 responden. Employer Branding memiliki dampak yang signifikan dan menguntungkan terhadap Lamaran Kerja di PT Panca Wira Putra Colomadu Karanganyar dengan hasil uji t 0,004. Berdasarkan penelitian ini minat melamar di PT Panca Wira Putra Colomadu Karanganyar tidak dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh E-Recruitment dengan hasil uji t 0.057. Uji Simultan diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel-variabel independen memiliki hubungan positif terhadap niat melamar kerja generasi Z di PT Panca Wira Putra Colomadu Karanganyar dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000. This research seeks to determine the influence of Employer Branding and E-Recruitment on Generation Z's Job Application Intention through analysis. The use of purposive sampling technique in this study is necessary because the sample is only obtained from generation Z employees and prospective employees of PT Panca Wira Putra Colomadu Karanganyar, and SPSS version 26 is used as an analysis tool. Google forms were used to send questionnaires to current and prospective employees, who provided information. There were 61 respondents in total. Employer Branding has a significant and favorable impact on job applications at PT Panca Wira Putra Colomadu Karanganyar with a t-test result of 0.004. Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) memainkan peran penting dalam ekonomi Indonesia karena mereka menyediakan stabilitas nasional dan menyediakan lapangan kerja. UMKM perlu menggunakan teknologi di era digital. Salah satu contohnya adal ah digital marketing melalui media sosial seperti affiliasi TikTok, yang membantu UMKM menjangkau pasar dengan biaya yang lebih murah. Menurut kegiatan sosialisasi di Desa Jelok, afiliasi TikTok dapat meningkatkan penjualan, kesadaran merek, dan daya saing UMKM. UMKM harus mengadopsi strategi ini untuk menghadapi tantangan di era digital.
