Abstract

This reseach aims to: (1) describe Thematic Learning in Distance Learning (e-learning) (2) describe the school's efforts to optimize Thematic Learning in Distance Learning (e-learning). This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects involved were the principal, teachers, students, and parents of grade V SD N Tegalayu No. 96 Surakarta. Research data collection techniques using observation and interviews. The validity of the research data used triangulation techniques. Data were analyzed using an interactive model, consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. As a result, Thematic Learning in Distance Learning goes according to schedule. Five days a week. The implementation of learning includes the planning stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The conclusions of the researchers are: (1) the implementation of thematic learning in distance learning at SD N Tegalayu No.96 Surakarta has run according to the schedule and (2) Efforts in implementing Thematic Learning in Distance Learning involve the efforts of the principal, teachers, students, and parents of students in improving learning optimization.Keywords: thematic learning, e-learning, distance education

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) perbedaan pengaruh media pembelajaran terhadap keterampilan menyimak cerita pendek pada siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan media audio visual dan media audio; 2) perbedaan pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap keterampilan menyimak cerita pendek pada siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi dan motivasi belajar rendah; 3) interaksi antara media pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap keterampilan menyimak cerita pendek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ekperimen semu desain faktorial 2x2. Berdasarkan analisis data disimpulkan bahwa (1) H0A ditolak, FA > F0,05;1;30; (2) H0B ditolak, FB > F0,05;1;30; (3) H0AB ditolak, FAB > F0,05;1;30

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of the application of video on the learning outcomes of students' poetry writing at SD Inpres 6/75 Manurunge, Tanete Riattang District, Bone. This research uses quasi-experimental research. The research variable was video as the independent variable and the result of learning to write poetry as the dependent variable. The research design used was pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were fifth-grade students of SD Inpres 6/75 Manurunge, Tanete Riattang Bone District. Researchers used saturated census/sampling. The research location is SD Inpres 6/75 Manurunge, TaneteRiattang District, Bone. Data collection was done by testing, before and after treatment. The data obtained from the test were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and inferential statistical techniques using SPSS 24.00 for windows. The results showed that there was a significant difference between students' learning outcomes to write poetry before and after the application of video in writing poetry at SD Inpres 6/75 Manurunge, Tanete Riattang District, Bone. This difference can be seen from the quality of learning outcomes after applying video better than before applying video in learning. The conclusion is that video has a positive effect on student learning outcomes at SD Inpres 6/75 Manurunge, Tanete Riattang District, Bone. The amount of the contribution of video through students' learning achievement to write poetry was 27.8% with a fairly good category, 72.2% was influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the abilities and problems in listening skills on the study group of 4th grade students of elementary school Bumi 1 No. 67 Surakarta in the academic year 2020/2021. This research regarding to four important elements, including listeners, speakers, talks, and situations and conditions. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The subjects used in this study were class teachers and 5 students who were members of one study group. The results of this research indicate that the ability of listening skills in the the 4th grade students of elementary school Bumi 1 No. 67 Surakarta in the academic year 2020/2021 is classified as low. The percentage of the total student results, namely 40% which states that 2 out of 5 students can reach the scores minimun (KKM). While 60% of the total percentage of students stated that 3 out of 5 students had a score below the set scores minimum (KKM). As for the problems in listening skills in the fourth grade study group can be found from every important element studied. The result of this research also encourage teachers to minimize the problems of listening skills

Abstract

This research servers as an effort to improve student’s reading comprehension skills through the application of the Cooperative Script model for student 5th grade of elementary school student at Surakarta on 2019/2020 school year. The subject of this study were 19 students from 5th grade of elementary school and class teacher. This research is a classroom action implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection methods used are observation, test, interview, and document analysist. This study uses descriptive data analysist with a qualitative approach that describe data obtained by researchers from the result of the implementation of the action. This study found success in increasing the average value from cycle I to cycle II, the average value of cycle I was 71,73 with classical completeness 36,84%, increasing in cycle II that was 85,18 with classical completeness 89,47%. The output of this study indicated that by applying the Cooperative Script learning model can improve student’ reading comprehension skill, student activity, and teacher performance

Abstract

The implementation of the learning curriculum during the Covid-19 pandemic is a challenge in the world of education. This study aims to reveal the implementation of the actual curriculum in the form of a combination of the core curriculum and the hidden curriculum through the analysis of learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. The subjects of this study were students of grade 6 SD Negeri Kalimacan, Kalijambe District, Sragen Regency which took place in the 1st semester of the 2020-2021 academic year. This study uses a qualitative approach method that is suitable in describing the problems that occur in the field. This type of qualitative research is a case study. The case study was chosen because of its suitability with a special ongoing problem, namely the implementation of the curriculum during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, document analysis. The various data collected are then processed through the stages of data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity trials were carried out through source and technique triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the curriculum during the Covid-19 pandemic was carried out by adjusting learning activities. The adjustment of these learning activities is by implementing the core curriculum and hidden curriculum through online and offline learning.

Abstract

Penggunaan lingkungan kolaborasi peer to peer dalam CIRC sangat bermanfaat di usia sekolah dasar. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, pembelajaran puisi di SD akan lebih layak jika disajikan secara terintegrasi dengan CIRC karena pembelajarannya bersifat reseptif dan produktif. Oleh karena itu pengembangan pembelajaran puisi berbasis tematik integrated melalui pembelajaran CIRC perlu dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan prototype pembelajaran puisi berbasis tematik integrated melalui CIRC di SD Kota Surakarta. Penelitian ini dirangkum menjadi empat tahap sesuai dengan kebutuhan penelitian, yakni (1) tahap penyusunan draf awal (prototype); (2) tahap pengembangan (3) tahap uji keefektifan, dan (4) desiminasi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini sebagai berikut: (1) pada tahap studi pendahuluan ditemukan bahwa pembelajaran puisi di SD masih belum sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa dan guru SD. Buku teks diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang puisi dan menulis puisi; (2) Pengembangan pembelajaran puisi dilakukan dengan menerapkan model CIRC; (3) Uji terbatas dan uji luas penelitian ini menghasilkan model pembelajaran puisi berbasis CIRC yang layak untuk siswa SD; (4) Uji keefektifan produk menghasilkan pembelajaran puisi yang dikembangkan dengan model CIRC yang efektif.

Abstract

Learning from texts can be said to be a common learning activity at all levels of education, including elementary school levels. One of the texts studied in elementary school is an explanation text. Explanation text is a text that explains what, why, and how a phenomenon occurs. The ability to understand text is needed in explanation text material because the text has a thinking structure that must be interpreted so that students are able to achieve the ability to understand text that has been determined as a learning goal. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and document analysis. The aspects studied were to determine the level of students' understanding of the explanation text including the structure of the content, language features, and the systematic preparation of the explanatory text.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh strategi Stratta terhadap kemampuan menulis percakapan siswa kelas IV UPT SD Inpres 6/75 Manurunge Kabupaten Bone. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi Stratta (variabel bebas), dan kemampuan menulis percakapan (variabel terikat). Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa kelas IV UPT SD Inpres 6/75 Manurunge berjumlah 43 siswa, dengan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu kelas IVB untuk kelas eksperimen dan kelas IVA untuk kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dengan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa data hasil posttets kelas eksperimen dan posttets kelas kontrol menunjukkan 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh. Kesimpulan penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan strategi Stratta terhadap kemampuan menulis percakapan siswa kelas IV UPT SD Inpres 6/75 Manurunge Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Kabupaten Bone dilihat dari hasil analisis uji Independent Sample t-Test yaitu thitung (4.032) > ttable (1,8288).
