Abstract

The Covid-19  pandemic has made hotels a place that is very vulnerable to virus transmission. The success of the government's policy to regulate and supervise health protocols in the hotel industry so that the transmission of Covid-19 can be prevented is needed. This study, the object of the study was the hotel industry located in the Matraman District, East Jakarta Administrative City. This study assesses the success of the East Jakarta Administrative City Tourism and Creative Economy Office tribes to have a role and responsibility in this supervisory activity. The hotels to be studied are 2 (two) samples and involve several tourists visiting these hotels. The method used is descriptive by triangulation of data interviewing 3 (three) parties to ensure the correctness of the data obtained. Researchers want to know the success of health protocols carried out by the tourism and creative economy offices of the East Jakarta administrative city to the hotel industry during the Covid-19  pandemic in the Matraman sub-district of the administrative city of east Jakarta.

Abstract

Media online memainkan peran yang penting dari pengembangan cafe. Di zaman sekarang media online dan suatu sistem aplikasi banyak dimanfaatkan untuk menyampaikan suatu berita yang ada, dan berbagai fungsi aplikasi telah dikembangkan dapat digunakan oleh semua orang melalui koneksi internet. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk Mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal berdasarkan analisis SWOT. Rencana penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode ini membahas hasil yang didapat dari kunjungan langsung, wawancara, dan pengarsipan yang selanjutnya dijadikan sebagai kesimpulan yang relevan dalam rumusan masalah yang ada. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa Cafe Kopipapi memiliki :Strength (S) Harga yang diberikan terjangkau bagi masyarakat, Lokasi yang strategis, Memiliki suasana yang kekinian, Bermitra dengan Instagram, Grab, GoFood, dan Zoomato, Fasilitas yang disediakan cukup baik, Memberikan rasa kopi yang enak. Weakness(W) Kurangnnya Staf, Tidak tersedianya ruang meeting, Promosi hanya dilakukan dimedia social instagram. Opportunities(O) Kemampuan pengembangan membuka inovasi baru dan membuka cafe ditempat lain, Memanfaatkan teknologi untuk memperomosikan produk, Loyalitas pelanggan, Ekonomi yang baik disekitar lokasi cafe, Memanfaatkan pembayaran non tunai yang ada. Threats(T) Adanya persaingan pasar, Adanya peraturan larangan berkumpul seperti saat kondisi covid 19.

Abstract

It cannot be denied that tourism is one of the largest and fastest growing industries in the world. However, in its development tourism has also experienced many challenges. This is what then triggers the emergence of various forms of alternative tourism, one of which is community-based tourism. The tourist village of Kedung Gede, South Jakarta is one of the tourist villages that implements community-based tourism. One of the main attractions of the Kedung Gede Tourism Village is the craft arts which are well looked after by the local community. The existence of this craft art is the main attraction for tourists who come to visit this village, where they have the unique opportunity to participate directly in craft art making activities.

Abstract

Community-based tourism has become an increasingly popular approach in developing tourist destinations in various regions. Kedung Gede Tourism Village has interesting natural potential and unique local culture which can be used as a main attraction for tourists. However, the presence of tourists will pose new challenges to natural and cultural preservation. So there is a need for involvement from local communities, such as the nature-loving community, in maintaining a balance between tourism development and environmental and cultural preservation in developing destinations in this tourist village. In this research, it was found that nature-loving communities act as facilitators in connecting tourists with nature and local culture. They also contribute to environmental conservation through reforestation programs and environmental awareness campaigns. Active community participation in managing tourism destinations has increased thanks to the involvement of this community.

Abstract

This study discusses the preservation of the attractiveness of the Uluwatu Temple, which is located in the Pecatu Traditional Village, South Kuta District, Badung Regency, after a pandemic that paralyzed the tourism sector for approximately 2 years. The COVID- 19 pandemic has greatly impacted the Indonesian economy and especially the Bali tourism sector. The decline in local tourists and foreign tourists who come to tourist destinations in Bali. With this, the tourism sector in Bali loses a source of income. The purpose of this research is to find out what causes Uluwatu Temple to bounce back after the covid-19 pandemic and how to preserve tourist attractions at Uluwatu Temple.

Abstract

Pura Luhur Uluwatu or Uluwatu Temple is located in Pecatu Village, Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali. Uluwatu Temple, also called Luwur Temple, is one of the six Sad Kahyangan temples, the main spiritual pillars located on the island of Bali. Piodalan or ceremony commemorating the founding of the Temple is held on Anggara Kasih day, in Wuku Medangsia in Caka calendar. This ceremony usually lasts for three days attended by thousands of Hindus, Pura Luhur Uluwatu is one of the best places in Bali to see the sunset, with views directly overlooking the Indian Ocean. Without a doubt, what makes Uluwatu Temple even more beautiful is the 250-foot cliff above the waves of the Indian Ocean. A small forest is located around Uluwatu and hundreds of herds of monkeys live there. Who is believed to be the guardian of the purity of the area. Uluwatu Kecak dance or Fire Dance has a unique music or tone. A dance accompanied by human voices and rattles as well as the voices of dozens of people, the Kecak dance or "Cak" dance or Fire Dance actually departs from the Sang Hyang ceremony, a traditional ritual tradition where dancers meet with the gods. Or the spirits of ancestors will be in an unconscious state when communicating.

Abstract

The tourism sector in this era of globalization has made many changes and has experienced rapid development. This is all aimed at increasing the quality and quantity of the destination. Therefore, it is necessary for the tourism sector to implement an ecotourism system for tourism objects that are owned to be responsible for the preservation of unspoiled areas, provide economic benefits and maintain cultural integrity for the local community. This research is related to the development of the Blangsinga waterfall tourist area into an ecotourism area. Around the waterfall area there are many adequate places, but around the waterfall itself there are still many shortcomings in terms of supporting facilities and the absence of insightful activities. Methods This research was conducted qualitatively, with reference to the theory of ecotourism and sustainable tourism. In order to obtain comprehensive data. The focus of this research is on Blangsinga Waterfall, Saba Village, Blahbatuh District. Data collection is carried out through interviews and academic literature studies that are able to examine and dig deeper by taking into account the background, socialization patterns and implications for local communities and foreign tourists.

Abstract

This research reviews literature studies on the development of tourist villages in Indonesia using the Community-Based Tourism (CBT) approach. Village Tourism is one of the efforts to develop a sustainable tourism sector, involving the active participation of local communities in the development process, and encouraging the preservation of local culture and nature. This literature study provides an overview of the development of the CBT concept in Indonesia, examines the factors that influence the success of tourist villages, and identifies the economic, social and environmental benefits that can be obtained through this approach. The results of this literature study show that the development of community-based tourism villages can make a positive contribution to local development, cultural preservation and sustainable development in Indonesia. Nevertheless, Challenges such as lack of managerial capacity and access to resources need to be addressed to improve the sustainability of tourism villages in the future. This study provides important insights for parties interested in developing sustainable tourism in Indonesia and similar countries.

Abstract

Tourism is the industry that is most in demand by people today. In its development and implementation, the tourism sector has become one of the industrial sectors that contributes to the country's largest GDP. Abstract

Taman Mini Indonesia Indah is one of the tourist attractions in Jakarta which has a very large area of 160 hectares and there are 26 pavilions (traditional houses), 13 museums, 10 tourist parks and public and special facilities located far apart. For this reason, visitors really need information services that can help find locations, information and facilities provided at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah.
