Abstract

Lodging is a business that has developed quite rapidly because competition between companies is getting tighter because of the increasing number of similar restaurants offered. This competition will have an impact on the company because the tighter the competition, consumers will have a selection of the product. MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) play a very large role in advancing the Indonesian economy. Apart from being one of the new job alternatives, MSMEs also played a role in encouraging the pace of economic growth after the 1997 monetary crisis when large companies experienced difficulties in developing their businesses. Abstract

Marketing is very important in line with the increasing and increasing needs of the community for quality products making competition tighter in a business environment that continues to grow. With good product marketing, it will be able to increase sales and seize market share. If that has happened then it can be ascertained that the company will 2 get maximum profit. If the marketing of the product is not done or is not appropriate, there will be a decrease in sales which will have an impact on the revenue received by the company. SWOT analysis is the systematic identification of various factors to formulate a company's strategy. This analysis is based on logic that can maximize strengths and opportunities, but simultaneously minimize weaknesses and threats.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) make the largest contribution to the provision of employment. In 2021, MSMEs accounted for 97% of the total workforce in Indonesia. MSMEs are considered one of the sectors that play a very important role in the economic recovery process in Indonesia. MSMEs cover various sectors of job creation, such as culinary, agribusiness, clothing, and so on. Various innovations are created by business people to maintain their business amid fierce competition. In this era of globalization, one of the trending MSME sectors is Cafe/Tavern/Coffee Shop. This place is often visited by various ages, from children to teenagers, to adults. Usually, cafes or taverns provide facilities such as wifi, free chargers, and seating for visitors who order drinks, coffee, tea or food. Therefore, the café can be used as a place to discuss, chat casually or negotiate business. Currently, MSME Cafe or Tavern players, continue to innovate so that consumers become interested in products from their business brands. Business actors must also choose a good marketing strategy to manage marketing communication effectively so that a strong association is formed. Through these brand associations, it is expected to form brand awareness of the company's product brands.

Abstract

This study explores Sabana Fried Chicken, an Indonesian MSME specialising in halal fried chicken. Examining its inception in 2008, vision, mission, and SWOT analysis, the research highlights key factors contributing to its success: unique taste, high-quality ingredients, and effective customer service. Despite strengths, challenges include location limitations and supply dependence. Opportunities for expansion, menu diversification, and delivery services are identified, while threats stem from strong competitors, changing consumer preferences, regulations, and economic conditions. The marketing mix analysis reveals an affordable pricing strategy, strategic outlet locations, limited yet effective promotional activities, and a product focus on halal, delicious, and nutritious offerings. This case study offers insights for MSMEs navigating the dynamic landscape of the fast-food industry.

Abstract

This study delves into the marketing strategies of Coto Makassar Daeng Memang, a South Sulawesi restaurant, within Indonesia's evolving culinary landscape. Utilizing Marketing Mix and SWOT analysis, the research unveils the restaurant's evolution, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Coto Makassar's success story, initiated in 1992, unfolds through a diverse menu. The Marketing Mix analysis underscores its affordable products, strategic location, and word-of-mouth promotion. The study concludes by highlighting the critical role of effective marketing for UMKM and the practical insights derived from Coto Makassar Daeng Memang's experience in navigating the competitive Indonesian culinary market.

Abstract

This study discusses the marketing strategies of Java Art Souvenir, an MSME in Jakarta Old Town known for its cultural heritage. The research employs a qualitative approach, focusing on the marketing mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) and SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) to understand the business dynamics. Java Art Souvenir, owned by Aldy Sanjaya, produces a variety of cultural souvenirs. The study highlights challenges in integrated marketing, particularly in coordinating communication channels. Recommendations include diversifying products, competitive pricing, leveraging the strategic location, and participating in cultural events. SWOT analysis reveals internal strengths in experienced HR and high-quality products, but weaknesses in digital presence and decreased business activity. Opportunities lie in online expansion and partnerships with local art institutions. Strategic recommendations involve creative product development, establishing partnerships, online visibility, and participation in digital marketing trends. In conclusion, addressing weaknesses and capitalizing on opportunities can enhance Java Art Souvenir's position in the dynamic Jakarta Old Town souvenir market.

Abstract

Kite is a traditional game that has been a popular game among children since time immemorial. Kites originated in China around 2500 years ago, this study has explained how the history of the Kite Museum, the contents of the Kite Museum and the condition of the Kite museum, this study uses qualitative methods, and the results of this study shows the number of Kite collections in this museum numbered 600, but the number continues to grow as the coming collections new from the local and foreign sailors and kites made by themselves by museum employees.

Abstract

Tourism development occurs as part of the growing community's economic growth and is a planned and structured activity. Directions, policies, strategies, and programs for tourism development must be in line with and synergistic with the direction of national tourism development policies so as not to deviate from the goals of tourism development. Tourism development must follow the principles of sustainability, which combine ecological, social, and economic sustainability. This strategic approach to sustainable tourism is recommended for small-scale local management and benefits the whole community. As well as benefiting local communities, ecotourism has a direct contribution to conservation efforts. Starting from the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation stages, integrated management is needed that can integrate the interests of all stakeholders.

Abstract

Ciliwung River is located in an area that has a lot of tourism potential. This paper aims to examine visitors' perceptions and satisfaction of the uniqueness and potential of Ciliwung River coastal ecotourism. The coast of the Ciliwung River is an area that has interesting ecotourism potential, but is still not widely known by the public. This research is expected to provide a better understanding of visitor perceptions and satisfaction with the uniqueness and potential of Ciliwung River coastal ecotourism. The research method used is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis to identify visitor perceptions and satisfaction with the uniqueness and potential of Ciliwung River coastal ecotourism. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The research results obtained are that the Ciliwung River is an enchanting place, displaying natural charm and its utilization for various human activities. The tourist attraction on the Ciliwung River is a tourist attraction in the form of natural charm with beautiful views and surrounded by greenery giving a natural feel, so that the tourist attraction on the Ciliwung River needs to be developed in a sustainable manner using the concept of ecotourism to attract tourists and improve the quality and sustainability of tourist attractions
