Abstract

Implementasi Cloud Computing dalam Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pelayanan Kantor Desa Ulumamis Situnggaling adalah penelitian yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pelayanan administrasi di desa tersebut. Pemilihan topik ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan akan sistem yang terintegrasi dan mampu mengelola data secara optimal, mengingat saat ini proses pengolahan data di kantor desa belum terorganisir dengan baik sehingga menghambat kinerja dan kualitas pelayanan publik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi riset kebutuhan sistem, pengumpulan dan analisis data, serta perancangan dan pembuatan sistem berbasis web menggunakan teknologi cloud computing. Pengumpulan dan analisis data bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang relevan dan akurat guna mendukung perancangan sistem. Setelah itu, dilakukan perancangan dan pembuatan sistem berbasis web yang menggunakan teknologi cloud computing untuk memastikan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan dapat diakses dengan mudah, aman, dan efisien Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik, mampu meningkatkan kecepatan dan akurasi dalam pengolahan data serta mempermudah proses pelayanan administrasi kepada masyarakat. Sehingga dengan adanya sistem informasi manajemen berbasis website ini, data dapat diakses secara real-time dan terpusat, sehingga mengurangi risiko kesalahan dan kehilangan data. Selain itu, sistem ini juga memungkinkan integrasi yang lebih baik antar berbagai bagian administrasi, sehingga proses kerja menjadi lebih efisien dan terkoordinasi.

Abstract

Sukarno is known not only as the proclaimer of Indonesia and the originator of Pancasila but also as a national figure who introduced the ideas of NKRI and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika into the Indonesian state system. This study aims to examine the essence and existence of both ideas philosophically and then analyze their relationship, and based on that analysis, predict the future of NKRI: Will Indonesia remain with the unitary ideology (NKRI), or could it change to federalism (RIS State)? By using a philosophical research methodology, this study found: First, although NKRI concerns the form of the state and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika as the motto of the Indonesian State, their essence is the same, namely regarding the political ideology of a modern state: "unity in diversity." With this philosophical ideology, Indonesia, which has a diversity of tribes, customs, languages, and religions, has existed since its founding. Second, the NKRI (unitarism) and the RIS State (federalism) have different constitutional bases. The NKRI is based on the 1945 Constitution, while the RIS State is based on the 1949 RIS Constitution, but their philosophical basis is the same, namely Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. Therefore, in the future, Indonesia can remain a Unitary State and become a Federal State. However, although the form of the Unitary State can change to a Federal State in the future, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika remains valid. This is Sukarno's contribution to the State of Indonesia, past, present, and future.

Abstract

The development of religious fanaticism that is not in accordance with the constitution and state ideology is certainly very dangerous. The current government has promoted a program to strengthen religious moderation as a strategic step taken. However, the source of strengthening religious moderation is considered still minimal to bring up Pancasila as a basic value as well as the philosophy of the Indonesian nation. Whereas Pancasila is a guideline for the life of the Indonesian nation that shapes the character and character and personality of the nation. The purpose of this research is to present the values of Pancasila as the basis for strengthening religious moderation in Indonesia. This qualitative research method is a literature study using a philosophical normative approach. This literature research optimizes references about Pancasila and strengthening religious moderation in Indonesia. The results of the research present Pancasila which is very rich in values that are a source in strengthening religious moderation. Key values in religious moderation are found to be very diverse and very rich in the formulation of Pancasila. The power of Pancasila as a source of strengthening religious moderation can strengthen and strengthen Indonesian society in moderate religion.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based major prediction system by applying a linear regression algorithm to enhance transparency and accuracy in the selection process. The system predicts 14 available majors at SMK N 1 Percut Sei Tuan, including: Civil Construction and Housing Engineering, Modeling and Building Information Design, Geomatics Engineering, Electrical Installation Engineering, Electrical Power Network Engineering, Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering, Audio Video Engineering, Machining Engineering, Welding Engineering, Light Vehicle Engineering, Motorcycle Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer and Network Engineering, and Television Production and Broadcasting. The system uses report card scores from the 5th and 6th semesters of junior high school as predictor variables, including Bahasa Indonesia, Mathematics, Science, and English. The system development method includes data collection through observation, literature study, and interviews, as well as system design using PHP, HTML, JavaScript, MySQL database, and XAMPP. System modeling was carried out using UML (Unified Modeling Language), which includes use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, and activity diagrams. The linear regression algorithm is implemented by calculating subject averages, regression coefficients, and intercepts to predict student acceptance. The results of the study, based on five student data samples, show that M. Dafi and Ahmad Suhendra were not eligible for any major. Adellya Saputri and Alfit Septian were accepted into one major, Television Production and Broadcasting. Meanwhile, Ummi qualified for five majors: Modeling and Building Information Design, Audio Video Engineering, Welding Engineering, Light Vehicle Engineering, and Television Production and Broadcasting.

Abstract

This study aims to design a decision support system to determine the best concrete quality using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) algorithm. Concrete is the primary material in construction, possessing various mechanical properties and characteristics that define its quality. At the Concrete Laboratory of Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara (UISU), the determination of concrete quality is still conducted manually, relying on subjective experience, which can lead to inconsistencies in assessment. Therefore, developing a system based on the SAW algorithm is necessary to enhance efficiency and objectivity in selecting the best concrete. The research process begins with data collection on concrete samples, covering parameters such as compressive strength, water volume, setting time, cement content, and aggregate quantity. Each criterion is assigned a weight based on its importance, followed by normalization to align scale values. The SAW algorithm is then applied to calculate the final preference values for each concrete sample, ultimately generating a recommendation for selecting the highest-quality concrete. The study results show that Concrete C achieves the highest final score (0.94706), followed by Concrete A (0.88328) and Concrete B (0.76292). The study concludes that the SAW algorithm effectively enhances objectivity and accuracy in determining the best concrete quality.

Abstract

The form of the final project at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra, Medan is not only in the form of a thesis but can also be in the form of a journal article. Final thesis and journal articles have different forms, ranging from writing formats, templates, to the number of pages that must be completed. In terms of writing, students sometimes experience difficulties and obstacles ranging from difficulty finding data, running out of ideas, writer's block, discipline to unproductive writing. Therefore, to see the effect of journal articles as a substitute for thesis on student writing productivity, it is necessary to conduct research using three indicators, namely completion targets, processing time, and the number of references used. This study uses mix method research methods with data collection through questionnaires and literature study. After conducting research, which was based on productivity indicators, it was found that there was no effect of journal articles as a substitute for thesis on the writing productivity of each student.

Abstract

Freshwater fish its the food sources with profitable sales, consistent care can achieve the maintenance process until successful. Freshwater fish that have a high selling value include Gurami and Catfish. Gurami fish sales per seedling Rp. 3,000 and Lele fish sales start from Rp. 1000 to Rp. 0.500. Fish care needs to be considered to maintain its quality. Various problems are also experienced by farmers. The slow identification process makes fish affected by the disease faster and loses. Several factors inhibit the fish is of illegal drugs, overfeed, and environmental unhygiene conditions. The role of experts that is not sufficiently available makes limited information about controlling fish diseases so that it takes time and costs little. Utilizing technological progress, expert systems can help to solve problems that previously could only be solved by an expert. The Forward Chaining Method is a method on an expert system that is able to do a reasoning with advanced forward techniques. The Certainty Factor method is a method that can give a degree of confidence in a disease. An expert system built to identify freshwater fish diseases was built into the deep android operating system by the Waterfall development method. Data taken includes as many as 10 symptom data and 29 disease data implemented into the system. With this expert system in place, it aims to provide benefits to facilitate access in adding information about fish diseases so that countermeasures become faster

Abstract

Pejalan kaki memiliki hak yang sama dengan pemakai jalan lainnya pengendara motor atau mobil yang kerap kali pejalan kaki menjadi korban pengendara lain yang merasa superior. Berdasarkan dengan keselamatan pejalan kaki terutama di lingkungan sekolah, lokasi studi adalah Zebra Cross akses jalan SMP Negeri 1 Kolaka yang terletak di jalan Pemuda, lokasi tersebut dipilih dikarenakan berada di jalan arteri primer yang masuk wilayah perkotaan dan jalan nasional sehingga keberadaan Zebra Cross terhadap lalu lintas kendaraan dianggap sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku dan persepsi penyeberang jalan pada Zebra Cross di jalan pemuda depan SMP Negeri 1 Kolaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pada waktu jam masuk dan jam pulang sekolah, untuk perilaku penyeberang SMP Negeri 1 Kolaka yang menyeberang melalui Zebra Cross lebih sedikit di bandingkan dengan penyeberang di luar Zebra Cross, waktu rata-rata penyeberang jalan yaitu 6,88 detik/ 88 orang, jumlah kendaraan pada jam masuk sekolah dari dua arah sebanyak 11.219 kendaraan/minggu dan pada jam pulang sekolah dari dua arah sebanyak 11.380 kendaraan/minggu. Sedangkan untuk persepsi penyeberang jalan dari 88 responden mengatakan pemahaman tentang Zebra Cross 81,81% mengatakan tahu, keamanan menyeberang di Zebra Cross 88,64% merasa aman, sosilalisasi tentang Zebra Cross 7,95%, pernah mengikuti sosialisasi, 92,05% merasa tidak pernah mengikuti sosialisasi, faktor sulitnya menyeberang di Zebra Cross 64,77% mengatakan kendaraan terlalu padat dan kencang, 12,5% merasa pandangan terhalang terhadap parkir liar dan pedagang kaki lima, 22,73% megatakan jarak terlalu jauh, fasilitas pejalan kaki di Zebra Cross 51,14% mengatakan cukup, belum memadai 40,91% dan ditambahkan jembatan penyeberangan 7,95%.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi berdampak kepada perkembangan dari kebutuhan manusia akan keberlangsungan hidupnya. Tidak jarang juga perkembangan teknologi dan informasi telah merambah ke berbagai bidang diantaranya bidang industri, pendidikan, dan lain sebagainya. PT. Dayamega Pratama ialah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi laptop. Permasalahan yang timbul pada PT. Dayamega Pratama adalah ketika persediaan tidak cukup untuk memenuhi keinginan konsumen, hal tersebut akan mengurangi margin keuntungan yang diperoleh, selama ini PT. Dayamega Pratama mengantisipasi hal tersebut dengan memesan barang ke distributor lain, namun hal tersebut tidak terlalu efektif dan berdampak pada waktu tunggu yang diterima konsumen. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam proses distribusi laptop. Algoritma deterministik digunakan untuk memastikan bahwa distribusi dilakukan secara adil dan optimal berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan, seperti prioritas kebutuhan, kondisi inventaris, dan jadwal pengiriman. Dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini, beberapa modul utama dikembangkan, termasuk manajemen inventaris, pengelolaan permintaan, penjadwalan distribusi, serta pelaporan dan analisis data. Hasil dari pengembangan aplikasi ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi atau aplikasi yang dibangun dengan mengimplementasikan algoritma deterministik dapat digunakan dengan baik tanpa ada kendala apa pun sehingga sistem distribusi dan pelayanan pada PT Dayamega Pratama menjadi efektif dan efisien. Penggunaan algoritma deterministik dalam manajemen distribusi laptop dapat meningkatkan kecepatan dan keakuratan distribusi. Selain itu, aplikasi ini juga menyediakan antarmuka yang user-friendly, sehingga pengguna dari berbagai level teknis dapat menggunakannya dengan mudah dan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan pada PT. Dayamega Pratama.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi komputer sebagai sistem memberikan banyaknya dampak positif diantaranya kemudahan dalam mengolah, mencari, menyimpan, dan pengembalian data. Dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, perusahaan telah memanfaatkan sistem informasi di berbagai departemen dan operasi karena semakin besarnya dampak globalisasi dan teknologi. Di antara departemen yang paling banyak memanfaatkan sistem informasi manajemen adalah manajemen sumber daya manusia. PT. Asuransi Umum Bumida, sebuah perusahaan jasa keuangan yang beroperasi di Indonesia, menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan data SDM yang masih bergantung pada teknik manual. Sistem manual yang digunakan memunculkan berbagai masalah, misalnya duplikasi data, data yang hilang, dan ketidakdisiplinan karyawan karena belum adanya sistem absensi otomatis. Dalam rangka mengatasi kendala tersebut, penelitian mengajukan rancangan pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen SDM berbasis web, yaitu Human Resource Information System (HRIS). sistem berhasil dibangun sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Dengan adanya sistem ini dapat meningkatkan kinerja HRD dalam memanajemen sumber daya manusia di PT. Asuransi Umum Bumida dan memudahkan proses pendataan, pengolahan, dan pelaporan yang berkaitan dengan absensi, cuti, dan penggajian. Sistem berfokus pada rangkaian proses pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang mencakup data karyawan, absensi, pengajuan cuti dan penggajian. Pada sistem ini terdapat fitur undangan pegawai menggunakan e-mail agar pegawai dapat login ke dalam sistem untuk meng-update data personal secara mandiri, serta melakukan pengajuan libur cuti, dan dapat melihat perhitungan gaji secara rasional.
