Abstract

This study aims to look at the direct and indirect effects of communication and competence on employee performance mediated by work motivation at the General Election Supervisory Board of Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research was conducted at the Election Supervisory Board in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The approach used is quantitative. The population in this study were employees at the General Election Supervisory Board of Kuantan Singingi Regency, totaling 174 people. The sample is part of the population that has relatively the same characteristics and can be considered to represent the population using the Slovin technique so that the sample obtained with the Slovin formula is 121 samples. In distributing the questionnaires, the sampling method in this study used the Stratified Random Sampling technique. The results in this study say that Communication and Competence have a significant effect on work motivation. Communication, competence and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. Communication has a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation is able to mediate the effect of communication and competence on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor Motivasi, Kepemimpinan, dan Pelatihan terhadap Penerapan Teknologi Informasi dan pengaruhnya terhadap Kinerja pegawai Kementerian Agama Provinsi Riau. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kementerian Agama Provinsi Riau, penelitian ini menggunakan pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 21.0 untuk menguji reliabilitas, uji validitas, uji parsial (uji T) dan uji simultan (uji F) dengan uji path analysis. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 152 orang pegawai dengan jumlah Sampel Penelitian 110 pegawai di wilayah kerja Kementerian Agama Provinsi Riau. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Motivasi, Kepemimpinan, dan Pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Artinya semakin tingginya motivasi dalam diri seseorang dan semakin banyaknya pelatihan yang diikuti dengan serius dalam pelatihan dan semakin baiknya kepemimpinan maka kinerja pegawai akan baik dalam mewujudkan tujuan organisasi pada Kementerian Agama Provinsi Riau.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Dan Stress Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Untuk mengetahui Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Dan Stress Kerja Terhadap Dan Kinerja Pegawai melalui Kepuasan Kerja dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap kinerja. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah pegawai Pegawai Perwakilan BKKBN Provinsi Riau sebanyak 70 orang pegawai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 70 orang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Dan Stress Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Dan Stress Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan dan kepuasan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Leaders in the era of artificial intelligence face new dynamics that challenge traditional leadership models, including rapid technological disruption, organizational resistance, and increasing trust gaps between employees and executives. This study aims to explore the challenges, opportunities, and strategic transformations required for leadership in the context of artificial intelligence adoption. The research reviewed scientific articles published between 2019 and 2025 obtained through purposive sampling from databases such as Scopus, ScienceDirect, and ResearchGate, with inclusion criteria focusing on digital leadership, artificial intelligence, organizational change, and ethical implications. The systematic literature review method was used, supported by content analysis to identify and categorize themes. The findings indicate three major themes: first, leaders face challenges such as algorithmic bias, lack of digital literacy, and mental health pressures that may hinder organizational adaptation; second, artificial intelligence provides opportunities by enhancing decision-making accuracy, predictive analytics, and enabling inclusive human-machine collaboration; third, strategic transformation requires leaders to develop AI literacy, internalize ethical leadership, and establish long-term digital visions that balance efficiency with human sustainability. The study concludes that leadership effectiveness in the era of artificial intelligence depends not only on technological mastery but also on ethical responsibility, organizational adaptability, and strategic foresight. The implications highlight the urgent need for leadership training programs that integrate digital skills, ethical frameworks, and sustainability values to ensure organizational resilience in the future.
