Abstract

Hangtua Road in Palu City serves as a vital connector between the Talise and Tondo sub-districts, providing access to educational institutions, commercial areas, and residential zones. The road segment has shown visible structural damage at several points, raising concerns about its serviceability under increasing traffic demand. The problem addressed in this study is the decline in pavement performance, which threatens road safety and accessibility. The objective is to evaluate the stress and strain levels of the pavement, estimate its remaining service life, and propose appropriate maintenance solutions. A descriptive research method was employed, supported by field investigations. Primary data were collected from the Benkelman Beam (BB) deflection test and the Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP) test for CBR values. The maximum deflection recorded was 0.325 mm at STA 0+500, while the minimum was 0.168 mm at STA 0+700. The analysis indicates that the existing pavement structure can continue to serve adequately if supported by routine maintenance. The recommended solution is the application of a non-structural overlay, which is expected to extend the pavement's service life by approximately 10 years while accommodating projected traffic growth. These findings provide practical guidance for local road authorities in planning cost-effective and sustainable maintenance strategies.

Abstract

Abstrak — Di era informasi yang serba cepat, penilaian yang akurat dan objektif menjadi sangat penting, terutama dalam dunia pendidikan. Sistem penilaian tradisional sering menghadapi kendala seperti subjektivitas dan inkonsistensi, sehingga diperlukan metode yang lebih optimal. Salah satu pendekatan yang menjanjikan adalah penerapan metode Linear Congruent, yang dapat meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi dalam proses penilaian. Metode ini menggunakan teknik matematis untuk menghasilkan angka acak, yang dapat diterapkan dalam sistem penilaian secara sistematis dan terstruktur. Ini memastikan setiap komponen penilaian, seperti ujian dan tugas, mendapatkan bobot yang adil. Penerapan metode Linear Congruent tidak hanya meningkatkan akurasi hasil, tetapi juga memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih baik bagi siswa. Dengan penilaian yang objektif, siswa menerima umpan balik konstruktif, sementara guru dapat melakukan analisis mendalam terhadap kinerja siswa untuk perencanaan pembelajaran yang lebih efektif. Metode ini juga efisien dan mudah diimplementasikan dengan sumber daya terbatas, penting dalam konteks pendidikan yang sering mengalami keterbatasan waktu dan anggaran. Optimalisasi sistem penilaian dengan metode Linear Congruent juga berpotensi diterapkan di sektor lain seperti industri dan layanan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi efektivitas metode Linear Congruent dalam sistem penilaian serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk implementasinya, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas penilaian di berbagai bidang dan mendorong inovasi dalam metode evaluasi di masa depan.

Abstract

Perairan Sungai Siak Kampung Benayah terdapat beberapa alat tangkap yang digunakan dalam aktivitas penangkapan ikan, salah satunya adalah belat. Belat termasuk jenis perangkap dalam klasifikasi termasuk alat perangkap yang lain (other traps). Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui kontruksi alat tangkap secara umum, operasional penangkapan, tingkat keramahan lingkungan dan kelayakan usaha perikanan belat. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan pada Desember 2022 yang belokasi di perairan Sungai Siak. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan belat di Kampung Benayah tergolong teknologi penangkapan yang sangat ramah lingkungan. Dari hasil analisis usaha perikanan alat tangkap belat diketahui (NPV) dengan prediksi 10 tahun menunjukkan usaha kembali modal pada tahun pertama sebesar Rp 1.995.283.

Abstract

Latar belakang dari  penelitian ini adalah tidak adanya sistem pemantau pemakaian daya listrik di ruang laboratorium Teknik Elektro Unsurya sehingga terjadi drop Voltage atau tegangan turun yang terjadi secara tiba-tiba dan menyebabkan jaringan listrik mati. Hal ini sangat berbahaya karena dapat menyebabkan kerusakan pada alat-alat elektronik laboratorium. Maka penggunaan daya ini menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang harus diperhatikan di laboratorium karena banyaknya peralatan yang digunakan dan fasilitas lainnya yang aktif  dengan daya yang cukup besar. Metode yang digunakan untuk menangani masalah penggunaan beban berlebih dengan merancang sistem pemantauan penggunaan daya listrik menggunakan modul NodeMCU ESP8266 sebagai kendali utama yang memiliki fitur  jaringan internet,  modul PZEM yang merupakan sensor pendeteksi arus dan RFID yang berfungsi sebagai kunci akses daya serta monitoring home assistant yang terpantau melalui komputer maupun smartphone. Didapatkan berdasarkan hasil rancangan bahwa penggunaan jaringan listrik dapat dilakukan apabila diaktifkan menggunakan kartu RFID dan pemakaianya terpantau melalui home assistant. Sistem jaringan listrik akan cut-off secara otomatis saat penggunaan daya melebihi batas daya yang ditentukan pada percobaan ini yang di setting sampai batas maksimal 250 Watt. Kata kunci: home assistant, Modul NodeMCU, Modul PZEM, RFID, Smartphone

Abstract

Abstract Roads are designed with a design speed according to their function and level of service. Along with increasing age of the pavement, the road will experience damage which will have an impact on reducing the level of service. The purpose of this study is to determine the model of the relationship between the level of damage and vehicle speed. The research location is Jalan I Gusti Ngurah Rai, Palu City, Central Sulawesi Province. The method used to measure the level of damage is the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) and vehicle speed is measured using the Speed View GPS Pro Android application. The results of the level of damage associated with changes in vehicle speed of motorcycles, light vehicle and heavy vehicles. The resulting model shows that the relationship between value of IKP and vehicle speed is linear. The model that can be used to determine vehicle speed (V) for motorcycles (MC) and light vehicles (LV) with a VCR limit of 0.80 and road type 2/2 undivided. Keywords: road pavement; Pavement Condition Index; vehicle speed; road damage Abstrak Jalan dirancang dengan kecepatan desain sesuai dengan fungsi dan tingkat pelayanan. Seiring dengan bertam-bahnya umur perkerasan, jalan akan mengalami kerusakan yang memberi dampak penurunan tingkat pelayanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan model hubungan antara tingkat kerusakan dan kecepatan kendaraan. Lokasi penelitian adalah Jalan I Gusti Ngurah Rai, Kota Palu, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kerusakan adalah Indeks Kondisi Perkerasan (IKP) dan kecepatan kendaraan diukur dengan aplikasi Android Speed View GPS Pro. Hasil tingkat kerusakan dihubungkan dengan perubahan kece-patan sepeda motor, kendaraan ringan dan kendaraan berat. Model yang dihasilkan menunjukkan bahwa hu-bungan Indeks Kondisi Perkerasan dan kecepatan kendaraan adalah linier. Model-model yang dihasilkan dapat digunakan untuk menentukan kecepatan kendaraan (V) pada jenis kendaraan sepeda motor (MC) dan kenda-raan ringan (LV), dengan batasan VCR sebesar 0,80 dan tipe jalan adalah 2/2 tidak terbagi. Abstract

Air transportation is a mode of transportation still quite in demand, although recently there has been a decline in passengers. Syukur Aminuddin Amir Luwuk Airport belongs to the category of Class II Domestic Airport with airside facilities, a Runway with a size of 2,250 m x 45 m, a Taxiway 60 m x 18 m, and an Apron with a size of 315 x 15 m. The operation of several types of aircraft with a larger capacity occurs due to the increase in the number of passengers every year. An increase in the number of passengers will certainly have an impact on the number of aircraft movements, it is necessary to analyze how to determine the thickness of the runway pavement which is influenced by the type of aircraft that will operate based on the subgrade conditions that are there using the FAARFIELD method. The results of the evaluation on the thickness of the runway pavement which has a CBR value of 15%, with a pavement thickness of 215 mm for HMA Surface, 152 mm for Crushed Aggregate, and 200 mm for Uncrushed Aggregate with a service life of 20 years in 2040 it was found that the Subgrade CDF value was 0.00 and the HMA CDF of 0.86. The test results with FAARFIELD software change the pavement thickness for the base layer to 152 mm (minimum value) from the value of 100 mm. So planning the thickness of the pavement requires an additional layer of 52 mm.

Abstract

Rapid technological developments have changed business paradigms and interactions with consumers, encouraging the emergence of the concept of Society 5.0. This era emphasizes technological integration and collaboration between humans and machines. In the era of Society 5.0, digital marketing is the key to success for companies in achieving business goals. This article discusses basic digital marketing concepts, key marketing strategies, successful implementation, challenges, and solutions in running digital promotions. Through qualitative literature study methods, this article analyzes various sources to understand these concepts. The results show that identifying the target audience, creating relevant content, using digital channels, and digital analytics are the keys to success in digital marketing. In the Society 5.0 era, companies need to adopt a business strategy that includes advanced technology, a focus on user experience, collaboration, sustainability, and transformation to a platform-based business model. Nevertheless, companies are faced with challenges such as technological complexity, fierce competition, data security, changing trends, and limited resources. To overcome these challenges, companies need to have a deep understanding of trends and technology, creativity in strategy development, commitment to data security, and flexibility in adapting. In this way, companies can run digital marketing promotions more effectively and achieve marketing goals in today's digital era.

Abstract

Abstract This research adds the Training variable as a moderating variable which researchers believe can strengthen the influence of the Empowering Leadership Style variable on Employee Performance and the Training variable is believed to strengthen the influence of the Empowering Leadership Style variable on Employee Performance. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach that uses previous research as old records regarding Empowering Leadership Style, Employee Performance, and Training to find newness in this research. The data in this research is included in the primary data group because it was obtained directly from the data source through distributing online questionnaires to 300 motor vehicle sales spread throughout Indonesia. Abstract

Tax avoidance is part of the methods used by companies to reduce tax cost. Companies consider tax as burden, which can result in reduced company profit, so many companies carry out tax avoidance activities to minimize the tax burden so that company profits are large. There are factors that influence tax advoidance, including GCG, institutional/political ownership, internal control, family ownership and evironmental uncertainty. This reseacrh method uses quantitative research with descriptive analysis. The population was 10 companies with the research year 2019-2021 and the reseacrh sample obtained was 30 financial reports. Previous research discussing tax advoidance focused on company size and GCG, and many case studies were conducted on manufacturing companies. Therefore, this research tries to look at tax advoidance in property and real estate companies with internal control variables and political connections. This result of this research show that internal control variables and political connection have a negative effect on tax advoidance.
