Abstract

In 2022, 50,744 pregnant women were diagnosed with Hepatitis B, and 35,757 babies were born to infected mothers. Despite the majority of babies receiving HB0 and HBIg immunizations within 24 hours, 135 babies tested positive for Hepatitis B at 9-12 months of age. Maternal knowledge influenced the prevention behavior of transmitting Hepatitis B to infants. This study examines pregnant women's Hepatitis B prevention knowledge in Surabaya, analyzing factors like age, information, education, and gravid status. This research in Surabaya involved 115 respondents, utilizing a quantitative cross-sectional method at Tanah Kali Kedinding and Kalirungkut Health Centers from March to November 2023. Sampling was done through consecutive sampling, and knowledge was assessed using a questionnaire, analyzed through the Spearman statistical test. The study revealed that 72.2% of respondents had good knowledge about preventing Hepatitis B transmission to newborns. Bivariate tests showed a non-significant relationship between age and knowledge (p=0.290), while the relationship between information sources (p=0.02), last educational level (p=0.315), and gravid status (p=0.052) were significant. In conclusion, most respondents demonstrated good knowledge, and there was a correlation between information sources and knowledge, while age, last educational level, and gravid status did not significantly correlate with respondents' knowledge.

Abstract

The Community of Service Program, is a form of community service from educational institutions to the community as part of the implementation of higher education. One of the work programs of the KKN Posko 128 group is preventive socialization of bullying behavior that often occurs in educational environments. Bullying, whether physical, verbal, relational, or cyber bullying, has a significant negative impact on children's psychological development. Family and social environmental factors play a major role in the formation of children's character, which then has an impact on bullying tendencies. This study aims to analyze the causes and impacts of bullying and offer solutions as preventive measures through family education, social environment, and the active role of schools. By focusing on the role of the family in shaping children's behavior and the importance of the role of schools in preventing and handling bullying cases, it is hoped that it can reduce the incidence of bullying and improve children's psychological well-being.

Abstract

 Background : Reducing under five mortality is one of the SDGS aims for ensuring a healthy life and supporting wellbeing for all ages. When it comes to causes of death in babies and young children, acute respiratory infections always come in first. Cigarette smoke is one of the air pollutants that increases the occurrence of respiratory system disorders. The goal is to examine the connection between family members' smoking behaviors and the prevalence of ARI in young children. Methods: This literature review is sourced from various research articles, and official websites published in 2018-2022. Search articles using keywords, inclusion and exclusion criteria. Article assessment use CASP and article processing uses the Mendeley application Results: Determined 6 sources of articles that are feasible and relevant to be used after passing the critical appraisal stage. Conclusion: There is a connection between family members' smoking behaviors and the prevalence of acute respiratory infections..

Abstract

Media pembelajaran sangat berperan penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Pemilihan media pembelajaran yang tepat dapat meningkatkan hasil kemampuan siswa, khususnya dalam keterampilan menulis siswa dalam bahasa arab. Salah satu alternatif media yang dapat digunakan yaitu media video animasi. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana penggunaan media video animasi dalam pembelajaran maharah kitabah dan bagaimana penggunaan media video animasi dapat meningkatkan maharah kitabah pada siswa kelas II di MI Bilingual Al Ikhlas Kepanjen. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui penggunaan media video animasi dalam pembelajaran keterampilan menulis dan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab kelas II di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bilingual Al Ikhlas Kepanjen. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri atas dua siklus. Pada pra siklus memperoleh persentase ketuntasan belajar klasikal sebesar 62,06%. Siklus I memperoleh persentase kentuntasan belajar klasikal siswa sebesar 72,41% dan siklus II sebesar 89,65%.

Abstract

The code of ethics in the notary profession is not just a set of rules or codes of conduct, but also reflects the essence of integrity and responsibility that a notary must have. In providing services to clients, a notary not only acts as a legal professional, but also as a guardian of trust and legal certainty for the community. Therefore, it is important for notaries to understand and abide by their code of ethics conscientiously. The research method used is normative legal research. With a statutory approach, i.e. examining current laws and regulations, other relevant literature, and case studies related to the research topic. The results showed that the Code of Ethics is important for notaries in providing services to clients, maintaining integrity and professionalism. However, there are still cases of violations that harm the reputation of the profession. To prevent this, it is necessary to increase supervision, education, and training for notaries. Transparency and accountability in handling violations are also important. Public awareness of the importance of choosing notaries who comply with the code of ethics should also be increased through information campaigns. These steps are expected to ensure that notary services remain of high quality and trust.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus merupakan sekelompok kelainan yang ditandai oleh peningkatan kadar glukosa darah (hiperglikemia). Diabetes Mellitus disebut dengan the silent killer karena penyakit ini dapat menimbulkan berbagai komplikasi antara lain gangguan penglihatan mata, katarak, penyakit jantung, sakit ginjal, impotensi seksual, luka sulit sembuh dan membusuk/gangren, infeksi paru-paru,gangguan pembuluh darah, stroke dan sebagainya Tujuan studi kasus adalah untuk menurunkan kadar glukosa darah pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus melalui kunjungan rumah dengan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan dan pemberian seduhan jahe merah. Metode penerapan yang digunakan pada studi kasus ini yaitu deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan proses asuhan keperawatan yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosis, perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Studi ini dilakukan dengan cara pemberian pendidikan kesehatan dan seduhan jahe merah selama 7x kunjungan ke rumah. Pemeriksaan GDS sebelum (pretest) dan sesudah (posttest) yaitu memberikan pendidikan kesehatan dan seduhan jahe merah. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang telah ditentukan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam studi kasus ini menggunakan cara observasi langsung sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan dan seduhan jahe merah dengan mengukur kadar gula darah sewaktu menggunakan digital glukosa EasyTouch GCU ET-301. Subjek pada studi kasus ini yaitu 2 penderita diabetes mellitus. Kedua keluarga dilakukan asuhan keperawatan selama 7x kunjungan. Keluarga dan klien mampu memahami masalah kesehatan yang ada dan keluarga sangat kooperatif mengikuti tahapan implementasi yang dilakukan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT HIV infection in pregnancy is at risk of causing various complications in the mother and fetus, one of which is congenital abnormalities. This study aims to determine the prevalence of congenital abnormalities in pregnancy of women with HIV / AIDS. Retrospective descriptive study with cross-sectional design using medical record data of HIV-positive pregnant women at Dr. Soetomo Surabaya Hospital for the 2020-2022 period. There were 108 pregnant women with HIV, 3 of whom (2.8%) had congenital abnormalities in the fetus in the form of hydrocephalus, Dandy-Walker syndrome, and CPAM. Suspected to be associated with opportunistic infections and embryo-toxic effects of the ARV drug efavirenz. In pregnant women with HIV at Dr. Soetomo General Hospital, 3 (2.8%) pregnant women experience congenital abnormalities in the fetus, for that it is necessary to prevent and early detection of complications during pregnancy, as well as the selection of ARV regimens that are safer for fetal development. Keywords: Pregnancy With HIV/AIDS, HIV/AIDS, Congenital Abnormalities  ABSTRAK Infeksi HIV pada kehamilan berisiko menyebabkan berbagai komplikasi pada ibu dan janin, salah satunya kelainan bawaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prevalensi kelainan bawaan pada kehamilan ibu dengan HIV/AIDS. Studi deskriptif retrospektif dengan desain cross-sectional menggunakan data rekam medis ibu hamil HIV-positif di RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya periode 2020-2022. Ada 108 wanita hamil dengan HIV, 3 di antaranya (2,8%) memiliki kelainan bawaan pada janin berupa hidrosefalus, sindrom Dandy-Walker, dan CPAM. Diduga terkait dengan infeksi oportunistik dan efek toksik embrio dari obat ARV efavirenz. Pada ibu hamil dengan HIV di Rumah Sakit Umum Dr. Soetomo, 3 (2,8%) ibu hamil mengalami kelainan bawaan pada janin, untuk itu perlu dilakukan pencegahan dan deteksi dini komplikasi selama kehamilan, serta pemilihan regimen ARV yang lebih aman bagi perkembangan janin. Kata Kunci: Kehamilan Dengan HIV/AIDS, HIV/AIDS, Kelainan Bawaan

Abstract

The prevalence of dysmenorrhea in adolescents worldwide ranges from 41.7% -94%. This is caused by age at menarche, genetic, BMI, diet, duration of menstrual bleeding, smoking, coffee consumption and physical activity. Physical activity produces short-term non-specific analgesics thereby reducing pain. To determine the relationship between physical activity and primary dysmenorrhea in young women. This study used a systematic review by searching the literature from four e-databases namely Pubmed, Sciencedirect, Scopus, and Web of science. The inclusion criteria in this study were articles in the last 5 years (2018-2022), English literature, full text, open access literature, originalresearch and described physical activity with the incidence of primary dysmenorrhea in adolescents, while the exclusion criteria for this study were literature originating from non-research study, adolescents with secondary dysmenorrhea. Literature quality assessment uses a quality assessment tool from EPHPP (Effective Public Health Practice Project). From the 9 (nine) articles reviewed, it was found that all articles had a relationship between physical activity and primary dysmenorrhea. Physical activity is associated with primary dysmenorrhea in female adolescents.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak di salah satu puskesmas di Surabaya melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan melaksanakan pelatihan Training of Trainer (ToT) berjenjang bagi kader kesehatan untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Pelatihan kepada kader kesehatan menggunakan metode deteksi dini kehamilan resiko tinggi yang telah disusun di dalam buku saku. Deteksi dini kehamilan resiko tinggi dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sederhana yang dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat secara umum utamanya kader kesehatan. Kader kesehatan diajarkan cara pengukuran LILA, tekanan darah maupun pemeriksaan kesehatan sederhana lain yang menunjang pelaksanaan deteksi dini kehamilan resiko tinggi. Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan kader dari awalnya rata-rata nilai pretest 87,72 mengalami peningkatan pada hasil post test dengan rata-rata nilai 91,6. Sehingga kegiatan ToT kader kesehatan dapat memberdayakan masyarakat dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader dalam mendeteksi kehamilan resiko tinggi.

Abstract

Appraisal service companies are entities tasked with determining the true value of wealth or property for various trade transaction purposes, but they currently face a range of economic and legal challenges. This study analyses the appraisal team's principles of justice and legal responsibility in setting the minimum bid value for auctioned collateral. Employing a normative legal research method, this research draws on statutory, conceptual and case approaches supported by primary legal material. The findings show that the appraisal team is legally responsible for the values they determine for collateral auctions, with the liability encompassing three main areas, including civil liability. If the team is proven to have violated the provisions of the auction as mentioned in PMK Number 228 / PMK.01 / 2019 concerning Public Appraisers, they may face administrative sanctions, such as written warnings, restrictions on certain appraisal services, suspension of permits, or permit revocation. Furthermore, the Government has provided legal protection to auction buyers with good faith who participate in auctions in compliance with applicable regulations. Fairness must be achieved and upheld through just procedures to ensure fair results, giving all parties equal standing and rights in the auction process.
