Abstract

Abstract:  This study aims to analyze the problems faced by fifth-grade teachers in integrating Islamic values into the teaching of Natural Science (IPA) in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). The integration of science between Islam and IPA is an important aspect, as stated in KMA No. 450 of 2024. Through this decision, learning in Islamic education institutions not only focuses on the cognitive development of students but also on the formation of students' attitudes and religious character. However, in practice, there are still problems faced by teachers in implementing IPA learning that is integrated with Islamic values. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this study are two fifth-grade teachers (V-A and V-B) at MI Roudlotul Uqul. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data is analyzed through reduction, presentation of data, and drawing conclusions. Data triangulation is conducted to ensure the validity of the data. The results of this study found that the problems faced by teachers are divided into two factors. The internal factors stemming from the teachers themselves include a lack of understanding of the concept of integration, limited integrative pedagogical competence, and the motivation and teaching habits of the teachers. Meanwhile, the external factors include a lack of facilities and infrastructure, curriculum policies, as well as support from the environment and academic culture in schoolsAbstrak: Kajian Ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis problematika yang dihadapi guru kelas V dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keislaman pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). Adanya integrasi keilmuan antara Islam dan IPA menjadi bagian penting, sebagaimana yang tercantum dalam KMA No.450 Tahun 2024.  Melalui keputusan tersebut, Pembelajaran pada satuan Pendidikan Islam tidak hanya berfokus pada perkembangan aspek kognitif siswa, namun juga pada pembentukan sikap dan karakter religius siswa. Namun, pada prakteknya masih terdapat problematika yang dihadapi guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran IPA yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai keislaman. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dari kajian ini yaitu dua orang guru kelas V (V-A dan V-B) di MI Roudlotul Uqul. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis melalui reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Triangulasi data dilakukan untuk memastikan keabsahan data. Hasil dari kajian ini menemukan bahwa problematika guru terbagi menjadi dua faktor. Faktor internal yang berasal dari personal guru meliputi kurangnya pemahaman guru terhadap konsep integrasi, terbatasnya kompetensi pedagogik integratif, dan motivasi serta kebiasaan mengajar guru. Sedangkan dari faktor eksternalnya meliputi kurangnya sarana dan prasarana, Kebijakan Kurikulum, serta dukungan lingkungan dan budaya akademik di sekolah.

Abstract

Madrasatul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School is an Islamic boarding school that has a tahfidzul qur'an program. Students who memorize the Qur'an thoroughly are the priority of the Ustadz/Ustadzah/Boarding Teacher (musyrif) in guiding students for 24 hours. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Boarding Teacher in strengthening students' memorization. Data collection was carried out using interview and documentation techniques by asking research questions to the boarding teacher about his role in strengthening students' memorization, after the data was collected, data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of the study showed that the role of the musyrif teacher in strengthening memorization can be seen from the aspects of murojaah, mentoring and coaching, the use of various tahfidzul qur'an learning methods, providing memorization targets to students, providing services and guidance to students who have difficulty following the tahfidzul qur'an program. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the strength or weakness of students' memorization is determined by the role of the dormitory teacher (musyrif) in achieving the students' memorization targets so that the students can obtain a lot of memorization and mutqin.

Abstract

This study aims to determine to what extent the education system of Islamic boarding schools (known as Pondok Pesantren) is related to the model of interpersonal communication and pesantren students (known as santri) readiness to learn can contribute to their success while taking the level in higher education. The authors used the quantitative method as the research approach. This research was conducted at the Pondok Pesantren "Anwarul Huda" Karang Basuki, Malang. To solve the problems in this study, two statistical analysis techniques were used, namely descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicated that first, most of the santri studying at higher educational institutions (universities) had poor interpersonal communication, quite good learning readiness, and good learning outcomes. Second, the santri’s interpersonal communication model and learning readiness significantly contribute to university learning outcomes achievement by 7.6% and other factors that influence the rest. This analysis indicates that santri’s interpersonal communication and learning readiness have not been optimally carried out in Islamic boarding schools. Therefore, every educator should always provide directions to generate and develop santri’s interpersonal communication model and learning readiness to maximize their learning outcomes in higher education.

Abstract

Pemahaman terhadap hukum waris merupakan aspek penting dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat karena berkaitan langsung dengan pembagian harta peninggalan dan keharmonisan hubungan keluarga. Kenyataannya, masih banyak masyarakat yang belum memahami pengaturan dan hak-hak ahli waris menurut hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia. Kondisi tersebut juga ditemukan pada Jama’ah Kaum Ibu Masjid Mujahidin Pekanbaru, di mana sebagian besar anggota belum memiliki pengetahuan yang memadai mengenai hukum waris, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahpahaman dan perselisihan antar ahli waris. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan edukasi mengenai pentingnya memahami hukum waris guna mencegah konflik keluarga. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup tiga sistem hukum waris yang berlaku di Indonesia, yaitu hukum waris perdata, hukum waris Islam, dan hukum waris adat, beserta prinsip, asas, dan unsur-unsur penting di dalamnya. Melalui kegiatan sosialisasi ini, diharapkan Jama’ah Kaum Ibu Masjid Mujahidin dapat memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif mengenai hukum waris, mampu menentukan sistem hukum yang sesuai dengan keyakinan dan adat yang dianut, serta mengimplementasikannya secara adil sehingga dapat meminimalkan potensi perselisihan antar ahli waris di kemudian hari.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology, globalization, and the increasing intensity of business competition in recent years have made internal environment analysis an increasingly crucial aspect in determining an organization’s competitive advantage. This article aims to comprehensively synthesize the concepts and applications of internal environment analysis, including resources and capabilities, value chain analysis, core competencies, and SWOT analysis in the context of modern business. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by examining 30 scientific articles obtained from Google Scholar, SINTA, and accredited journals within the 2021–2026 period. The selection process was carried out through stages of screening titles, abstracts, and full texts based on predetermined inclusion criteria. The synthesis results indicate a shift from partial internal analysis approaches toward more integrative approaches, where organizational success is determined by the ability to manage resources, optimize the value chain, and develop core competencies that are adaptive to external environmental changes. In addition, SWOT analysis remains a dominant tool; however, it tends to be static and requires data-driven development. This article concludes that the integration of traditional approaches with the utilization of digital technology is key to enhancing the effectiveness of internal environment analysis in the modern business era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning outcome assessment and the relationship between authentic assessment concepts and practice in the field. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Pekanbaru City. Participants included PAI teachers, the principal, and students selected through purposive and snowball sampling techniques. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results showed that assessment was still dominated by cognitive aspects through written tests, while affective and psychomotor assessments had not been implemented optimally and systematically. Time constraints, administrative burdens, and minimal training were the main inhibiting factors. These findings indicate a mismatch between authentic assessment concepts and learning practices. This study contributes to enriching studies on PAI learning evaluation and emphasizes the importance of strengthening teacher competencies and policy support. Further research is recommended to develop a more applicable and contextual authentic assessment model.

Abstract

ENGLISH: Islamic Religious Education Learning Strategy Based on Self-Regulated Learning in Enhancing Students' Metacognition at Al-Izzah International Islamic Boarding SchoolObjective: This study aims to analyze the learning strategies employed by teachers to enhance students' metacognition through a Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) approach at Al-Izzah IIBS Batu High School. Method: This study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing a case study design. Data was obtained through interviews with the principal, vice principal for curriculum, Islamic Education teachers, homeroom teachers, and students. Results: The improvement of students' metacognition at SMA Al-Izzah IIBS Batu is achieved through a Self-Regulated Learning (SRL)-based Islamic Religious Education teaching strategy that involves teacher reflection and the development of students' learning independenc. Conclusion: Students' self-regulated learning (SRL) abilities influence their metacognition, which, in turn, shapes their learning independence and readiness to become lifelong learners. Contribution: This study contributes to the implementation of Self-Regulated Learning in Islamic Religious Education, enhancing metacognition and fostering life skills such as independence, responsibility, and self-awareness among students.INDOENSIAN: Strategi Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Berbasis Self-Regulated Learning Dalam Meningkatkan Metakognisi Siswa di Al-Izzah International Islamic Boarding SchoolTujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam meningkatkan metakognisi siswa melalui pendekatan berbasis Self Regulated Learning (SRL) di SMA Al-Izzah IIBS Batu. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum, guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, wali kelas dan siswa. Hasil: Peningkatan metakognisi siswa di SMA Al-Izzah IIBS Batu tercapai melalui strategi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam berbasis Self-Regulated Learning (SRL), yang melibatkan refleksi guru dan pengembangan kemandirian belajar siswa. Kesimpulan: Kemampuan Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) peserta didik memberikan pengaruh terhadap metakognisinya, yang pada akhirnya membentuk kemandirian belajar dan kesiapan menjadi pembelajar sepanjang hayat secara berkelanjutan. Kontribusi: Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam penerapan Self-Regulated Learning pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, yang meningkatkan metakognisi dan menumbuhkan keterampilan hidup seperti kemandirian, tanggung jawab, dan kesadaran diri pada peserta didik.
