Abstract

This research explores comprehensive risk management strategies in hydroponic melon cultivation, with a case study on EMJe's Farm. The hydroponic farming sector faces various complex challenges that require a systematic approach to risk mitigation. The research aims to identify, analyze, and evaluate various risks that affect the productivity and sustainability of hydroponic melon farming. The research methodology used both qualitative and quantitative approaches, including field observations, in-depth interviews with management, and analysis of company documents. The research identified four main risk categories: production risk, market risk, technology risk, and environmental risk. Results show that the implementation of structured risk management can reduce potential losses by 60% and improve operational stability. Key research findings include the importance of continuous monitoring systems, diversification of crop varieties, use of advanced technology, and strategies to anticipate market fluctuations. This study makes a significant contribution to understanding the dynamics of risk management in modern hydroponic farming systems, with practical implications for similar agribusiness actors. Research recommendations include the development of integrated risk management protocols, human resource capacity building, and adoption of innovative technologies to minimize uncertainty in hydroponic melon production.

Abstract

This business feasibility study aims to analyze the business potential of Happy Cake, which sells bento cakes, using descriptive qualitative research methods. Data were collected through analysis of market and marketing, operational and production, human resources (HR), financial, and legal aspects. The results showed that the business has good prospects, with high demand from young people and university students. Marketing through online platforms has proven effective in reaching the target market. In the operational aspect, production capacity needs to be increased to meet the growing demand. In the financial aspect, the business shows promising profit potential with affordable start-up capital. Legally, the business can run by complying with applicable regulations. Overall, Happy Cake is considered feasible to establish and has good growth potential.

Abstract

This analysis discusses risk management in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises as an important aspect of business sustainability. With increasingly competitive markets and increasing economic uncertainty, it is necessary to implement effective risk management strategies to minimize potential losses. This research identifies the types of risks commonly faced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises including financial, operational and market risks. Through Interview, and Observation. This research also explores the best practices in risk management that have been implemented. The purpose of this business research is for business people to understand risk management which is likely to happen and have an impact on the business they run. Results show that a good understanding of risk and implementation of appropriate mitigation strategies can improve resilience and performance. The results obtained for this "cabinet making" research are in order to develop policies that can improve risk management capabilities among Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

Abstract

Empowering micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through digital marketing training is one of the tangible contributions made by community service students (KKN) in Cihampelas Village. This program was designed to address the challenges faced by small business owners in promoting their products in the digital era. The main activities included providing education on digital marketing strategies, designing business logos that represent product identity, and assisting in branding so that MSMEs can adapt to technological developments. In addition, students offered technical guidance on the use of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business as effective promotional tools. Special assistance was also provided to introduce the use of Google Maps, enabling local businesses to become more visible and easily accessible to potential customers. Through an interactive approach, the training emphasized not only theoretical knowledge but also hands-on practice that participants could directly apply to their businesses. The outcomes of the program revealed improvements in digital literacy, greater awareness of the importance of business identity, and enhanced skills in utilizing digital platforms for promotion. Participants’ enthusiasm was evident through their active involvement in discussions and practice sessions, indicating that the need for digital skills among MSMEs is very high. Although there were still some limitations in technical mastery, this program successfully created a positive impact and opened opportunities for sustainable development of MSMEs in Cihampelas Village. It is expected that, after the program, local entrepreneurs will continue to develop their digital skills, allowing them to compete and expand their market reach in an increasingly competitive global environment.

Abstract

Penelitian berusaha mengurai transformasi manajemen kompetensi guru dalam bingkai kebijakan, perspektif ini dipilih agar mampu mengetahui pada tataran tingkat messo dalam mentransformasikan kompetensi guru sesuai kebutuhan daerah. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskrptif. Instrument pengumpulan data melalui studi dokumen, Focus Group Discusion (FGD), wawancara, dan survei. Metode tersebut digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data terkait praktik transformasi kompetensi guru TK di Kulonprogo. Transformasi kompetensi guru menjadi prasyarat dalam rangka pemulihan kualitas pendidikan pasca pandemi. Akan tetapi, belum ditemukan adanya transformasi kompetensi guru selama pandemi maupun pasca pandemic yang benar-benar disusun oleh pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Kulon Progo untuk turu TK. Adapun program-program peningkatan kompetensi guru justru banyak lebih dirasakan sebelum adanya pandemic. Meskipun selama pandemi terdapat program peningkatan kompetensi guru dengan moda daring yang dapat diikuti guru secara mandiri, namun hasilnya tidak bisa dirasakan secara nyata karena minimnya komitmen dan konsistensi guru selama pelatihan. Adapun peningkatan kompetensi guru justru datang dari pemerintah pusat dengan program guru penggerak dan sekolah penggerak. Hal ini menjadi pekerjaan rumah bagi Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kulon Progo untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru TK dalam menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas belajar peserta didik dalam rangka membekali mereka pada kebutuhan tantangan global.This research sought to unravel the transformation of teacher competence management within the policy framework, this perspective was chosen to , at the messo level,  the transformation of teacher competencies in regard to the regional needs. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection instruments are in the form of document studies, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), interviews, and surveys. This method was used to collect data related to the transformation practice of kindergarten teachers' competencies in Kulonprogo. Transformation of teacher competencies is a prerequisite in the recovery framework of post-pandemic education. However, there has not been any transformation of teachers' competences during the pandemic or post-pandemic that was actually arranged by the local government of Kulon Progo Regency for kindergarten teachers. As for programs to improve teacher competence, they were even more recognized before the pandemic. Even though during the pandemic there was a teacher competency improvement program using an online mode in which teachers could participate independently, the results were hardly noticeable due to the lack of commitment and consistency of teachers during training. The increase in teachers' competences actually came from the central government with the guru penggerak and sekolah penggerak programs. This is the homework for the Education Authorities of  Kulon Progo District to improve the competences of kindergarten teachers to maintain and enhance the quality of student learning and prepare them for the global challenges.

Abstract

Mulai 2017, pemerintah pusat memberlakukan kebijakan zonasi sekolah untuk mengatasi problem ketimpangan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Kebijakan zonasi sekolah diyakini pemerintah pusat mampu mewujudkan pemerataan kualitas pendidikan antar sekolah dan berkeadilan. Berangkat dari pandangan ideal tersebut, metode studi evaluasi kebijakan digunakan untuk menilai sejauhmana kebijakan zonasi sekolah mampu mencapai tujuannya, yaitu pemerataan kualitas pendidikan antar sekolah. Berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang lebih menyorot sekolah-sekolah negeri "˜favorit', studi ini memberikan fokus perhatian pada sekolah-sekolah "˜non-favorit' pada jenjang sekolah menengah pertama di Kabupaten Sleman. Dalam proses evaluasi kebijakan, metode kuantitatif deskriptif digunakan untuk menilai kualitas input sekolah antara sebelum dan sesudah kebijakan zonasi sekolah diterapkan. Penelitin ini menggunakan data dokumen berupa nilai input siswa berbasis nilai akademik siswa pada waktu sebelum dan sesudah kebijakan zonasi sekolah diterapkan. Data dokumen ini kemudian dianalisis menggunakan tahap seleksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Studi ini menemukan bahwa sekolah-sekolah yang menempati rangking 15 terbawah atau "˜non-favorit', dari sebelum dan sesudah kebijakan zonasi sekolah diterapkan, posisi distribusi input sekolah masih tidak berubah.Starting in 2017, the central government implemented a school zoning policy to address the problem of inequality in the quality of education in Indonesia. The government believes that the school zoning policy can realize an equal and equitable quality of education between schools. Departing from this ideal view, the policy evaluation study method is used to assess the extent to which school zoning policies are able to achieve their objectives, namely equal distribution of education quality between schools. In contrast to previous research, which focused more on 'favorite' state schools, this study focuses on 'non-favorite' schools at the junior high school level in Sleman Regency. In the policy evaluation process, descriptive quantitative methods are used to assess the quality of school input before and after the school zoning policy is implemented. This research uses document data in the form of student input scores based on students' academic scores before and after the school zoning policy was implemented. This document data is then analyzed using the stages of data selection, presentation, and conclusion. This study found for schools ranked in the bottom 15 'non-favorites' before and after the school zoning policy was implemented, the position of the school input distribution remained unchanged.

Abstract

Industri MICE merupakan salahsatu industri yang paling terdampak pandemi COVID-19. Semenjak pandemi industri MICE diseluruh dunia merugi sebesar USD 145 miliar, hal itu diperparah dengan 30% investor yang menarik diri. Industri MICE di Indonesia pun tidak luput dari dampak pandemi COVID-19. Mengutip data Indonesia Event Industry Council (Ivendo), potensi kerugian yang dialami industri MICE di Indonesia mencapai Rp 2,69-6,94 triliun. Dengan diberlakukannya tatanan kehidupan sosial baru, industri MICE dituntut untuk mampu beradaptasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan arahan disain arsitektur yang mengadopsi kriteria kehidupan sosial baru agar dapat diterapkan pada venue industri MICE kedepannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah diskriptif kualitatif dengan penekanan pada studi literatur dan wawancara. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah pedoman terkait aspek ruang, material, dan fisika bangunan pada venue industri MICE yang mencakup ruang rapat (meeting room), ruang konvensi (convention room), dan ruang pameran (exhibition room).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis aktivitas untuk meningkatkan minat dan motivasi siswa terhadap olahraga di sekolah dasar. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini melibatkan siswa kelas IV dan V di beberapa sekolah dasar. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan observasi selama pelaksanaan pembelajaran olahraga dengan model berbasis aktivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan minat dan motivasi siswa setelah penerapan model pembelajaran ini. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis aktivitas dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif untuk mendorong partisipasi siswa dalam olahraga di sekolah.

Abstract

An adaptive curriculum allows for learning that is more responsive to the individual needs of students, who differ in terms of learning pace, interests, and learning styles. With a flexible curriculum, teachers can adapt materials and teaching methods to accommodate these differences, creating a more inclusive and effective learning environment. This study aims to examine the implementation of an adaptive curriculum for children with special needs through a comprehensive literature review. The results of the review show that an adaptive curriculum can significantly improve the engagement and academic success of children with special needs by providing a personalised approach based on the strengths, weaknesses, interests, and individual needs of each student. Effective implementation requires the role of trained teachers, technological support, active parental participation, and synergy between school, home, and community. In addition, supportive government policies, including clear regulations and adequate budget provision, are crucial to the successful implementation of this curriculum. Overall, this literature review confirms the great potential of the adaptive curriculum in improving the quality of education for children with special needs, noting the importance of continuous multi-dimensional support.

Abstract

Bata merah press majalengka berdiri pada tahun 2012, yang dimana sebelumnya bernama cbl bata merah. Jumlah produk yang dihasilkan dalam 8 hari produksi sebesar 3.800 bata. Dalam menghasilkan 3.800 bata itu membutuhkan tanah (bahan) sebanyak 1 dam truck, untuk konsumsi bahan bakar dalam satu kali produksi membutuhkan 10 liter solar per hari. Terdapat postur kerja yang bias pada UMKM Bata Merah Press Majalengka sehingga menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan dan nyeri pada beberapa bagian anggota tubuh sehingga menurunya konsentrasi, waktu produksi dan biasa mengakibatkan kecelakaan kerja, ataupun Cedera jangka panjang dalam bahasa Inggris disebut sebagai "chronic injury." Berdasarkan hasil wawancara pada saat studi lapangan rata-rata penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan kerja tersebut adalah menurunnya konsentrasi karena sering terjadinya nyeri pada salah satu bagian anggota tubuh terutama pada bagian punggung, leher dan lengan, oleh karena itu peneliti menggunakan Metode REBA ( Rapid Entire Body Assessment ) untuk menganalisis postur kerja operator tersebut. Setelah dilakukan pengolahan data, diketahui postur kerja Oprator pencamuran bahan masuk dalam kategori tingat resiko tinggi dengan sekor akhir hingga 8. Oprator pemotongan masuk dalam kategori tingat resiko sedang dengan sekor akhir hingga 7. Oprator pengambil bata merah dari mesin pemotongan masuk dalam kategori tingat resiko sedang dengan sekor akhir hingga 6. Oprator pengambilan bata merah dari tempat penyimpanan pertama masuk dalam kategori tingkat resiko tinggi dengan sekor akhir hingga 8. Oprator penaruhan bata merah pada tempat penjemuran masuk dalam kategori tingkat resiko sedang dengan sekor akhir hingga 7.
