This research aims to explore the collaboration between the government, the community, and the private sector in developing Cibuntu Tourism Village and improving the economy of the local community and the Regional Original Revenue of Kuningan Regency. This research uses a qualitative method through a descriptive approach by taking the research location in Cibuntu Tourism Village, and the Kuningan Regency Youth, Sports and Tourism Office as a supporting location. The data collection techniques used are literature study, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study use the theory of Ansell and Gash (Astuti et al., 2020) which includes setting initial conditions, institutional design, leadership, and collaborative processes. In Ansell and Gash's theory, the leadership indicator is not optimal due to the lack of communication and cooperation between the Cibuntu Village government and the Kuningan Regency Youth, Sports, and Tourism Office. This research also identified supporting and inhibiting factors in the development of Cibuntu Tourism Village. Supporting factors include cultural potential, beautiful nature, socio-historical aspects, and agriculture and livestock. The inhibiting factors include lack of coordination, access far from the main road, lack of digital promotion, and inadequate human resources. The development of Cibuntu Tourism Village through Collaborative Governance can improve the economy of the local community and the Original Revenue of Kuningan Regency. However, to achieve optimal results, it is necessary to improve communication and cooperation between the village government and related agencies, as well as increase digital promotion and human resource development. Identification and utilization of local potential is also the key to success in the development of this tourism village.

Abstract

The era of globalization and advances in information technology have changed people's consumptive behavior in entertainment and music. Music is an important component in everyday life as a medium of self-expression. Research (Qadri, 2008),  (Asriyani, 2019) , and Raharjo (2018) highlights the importance of music concerts in maintaining cultural heritage and enculturation, as well as strengthening audience bonds with modern and popular attitudes while maintaining authenticity. The objective of this research is to identify and analyze how the phenomenon of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) related to the Coldplay concert in Jakarta is presented and disseminated through the TikTok platform. Additionally, this study aims to explore the role of TikTok as a social media platform in triggering and amplifying feelings of FoMO among users in this context. Furthermore, the research seeks to assess the impact of TikTok content about the Coldplay concert on user behavior, identify the demographic groups most vulnerable to FoMO through TikTok usage, and determine the influencing factors. This theory, developed by Katz and Gurevitch, was used from a concert-goer perspective, specifically the phenomenon of TikTok fear of missing out on the Coldplay concert in Jakarta. This research recorded details and collected data from five informants aged 20-29 who are fans of music concerts and Coldplay, using purposive sampling method. The interviews revealed that FoMO (Fear of Missing Out) plays an important role in individuals' motivation to follow music trends and entertainment events. FoMO negatively impacts mental and emotional health, as well as finances, and leading to consumptive behavior.

Abstract

The issue of gender equality is one of the social problems often faced by Indonesian society, especially in the context of issues involving women. This study aims to know and describe the construction of gender equality contained in the series "Cigarette Girl". In this study, the focus is aimed at the journey of "Jeng Yah" in fighting for her rights to achieve gender equality. By analyzing the visual depiction of each scene, the dialogue of the film, and the facial expressions of the players. The research method used to analyze is to use a qualitative approach with the analysis of Robert N. Entman's model framing theory. Entman divides this framing through 4 indicators, namely Define Problem, Diagnose Causes, Make Moral Judgment and Treatment Recommendation. Based on research that has been done, it shows that in the Cigarette Girl series, there is an issue of gender inequality and is felt by the character "Jeng Yah", this happens because there are still gender stereotypes that ultimately make women unable to realize gender equality.

This research focuses on understanding the factors contributing to misunderstandings in family communication, particularly within broken home families. A broken home refers to families experiencing disharmony or separation due to various factors, such as emotional conflicts, financial stress, or external pressures. The aim of this study is to explore these factors in-depth and provide practical solutions for improving interactions between parents and children in these families. Using a descriptive qualitative research method, the study analyzes communication patterns in dysfunctional families, providing a detailed understanding of the underlying issues. The findings reveal that openness in communication is crucial for rebuilding healthy parent-child relationships. Effective communication not only plays a key role in conflict resolution but also lays the foundation for creating a harmonious family environment based on understanding, trust, and mutual support. This research highlights the importance of nurturing family communication skills to strengthen family bonds and offers insights into how families can foster more positive and supportive relationships.

Abstract

Abandoned children have many experiences that come from harsh environments and not all of them are accepted by society. Therefore, special approaches and treatments are needed to help them develop their thinking processes, teach them how to build relationships between the past, present and future, and direct them towards patterns of behavior that are acceptable to society. This study uses qualitative research methods. This study uses qualitative data where this data is obtained from selected informants who are relevant and have the competence to provide the research data selected by the researcher. Data collection techniques were collected through documentation studies, interviews and observations. The results of this study show that the number of abandoned children in Cirebon City is around 70 people. The Cirebon city social service has a program to foster abandoned children, namely GSM, social guidance, family, understanding parenting and teaching and learning activities. This study uses the implementation theory of Van Meter and Van Horn The implementation stage can be seen from 6 important variables when achieving an implementation, namely: objectives and policy size, attitudes (disposition) of implementers, infrastructure and human resources, characteristics of implementing agents, communication activities and implementers between organizations, as well as the political, social and economic environment. The results of this study show that the policy of the Abandoned Children Development program at the Cirebon City Social Service is not optimal because of low budget sources, so the implementation of the policy has not fully met the standards. Social protection is aimed at helping the poor and vulnerable population, especially those who experience other welfare problems.

Abstract

Humans are created as social creatures that will not be separated from a life that needs each other. Because humans actually need help from others, every individual does not always get the same treatment from someone. Toxic Relationship is an event when you feel hurt, feel disadvantaged, feel uncomfortable, feel insecure, lack of affection, and the victim feels intimidated. The impact can flatten fear and traumu and make it difficult to interact socially. The method used in this study is qualitative with a phenomenological approach by explaining the phenomenon of experience that has been carried out by one of the individuals experienced with real events. The object was obtained by several subjects with data sources coming from interviews and data analysis was carried out by data reduction, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are two forms of violence, namely verbal violence and physical violence. Most of the problems obtained are about the bad treatment of their partners. This causes the victim to feel inferior and triggers his mental health.
