Background: Physical education in elementary school plays an important role in building physical literacy, increasing physical activity, and motivating students to achieve optimal learning outcomes. However, the relationship between these factors has not yet been studied holistically, so a more in-depth study in elementary schools is needed. Methods: This type of research is correlational research using a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was elementary school students in grades IV, V, and VI. The sample is 270 students. This study used purposive sampling for 8-12 years. Sampling in this study used tests and questionnaires for tests conducted on aspects of physical literacy, IPAQ (International Physical Activity Questionnaire), motivation, and observation of student learning outcomes. Data analysis using the SPSS version 25.0 data processing application program with normality, linearity, and correlation tests. Finding/Results: Physical literacy, physical activity and motivation data and learning outcomes are normal. The same thing also happened in the linearity test on the four aspects. Physical literacy to learning outcomes is positively correlated. 0.000 < 0.05. Physical activity to learning outcomes is positively correlated. 0.007 < 0.05. Motivation to learning outcomes is positively correlated. 0.000 < 0.05. Future research can focus on developing and testing intervention programmes that integrate these three variables to improve student learning outcomes holistically. In addition, it is important to conduct studies that explore causal relationships through experimental designs, as well as consider differences in influence across educational levels, from primary to tertiary. Conclusion: Physical literacy, physical activity, and motivation are specific to the learning outcomes of physical education. In sports, there are several contributing factors including physical, technical, and psychological aspects. Among these, psychological factors particularly an athlete’s mental abilities play a significant role in performance. This study aims to examine the relationship between self-confidence, concentration, and goal setting on routine training scores. This research employed a test survey with a correlational approach and a cross-sectional design, meaning data was collected at one point in time. The sample consisted of 15 athletes, selected using a total sampling technique. The instruments used to collect data included: (1) Self-Confidence Scale, (2) Grid Concentration Test (GCT), (3) Goal Setting Scale, and (4) Training Score records. The results showed a strong and positive correlation between self-confidence, concentration, and goal setting with routine training scores. Specifically, self-confidence had a significant correlation with training scores (Sig. 2-tailed = 0.004), concentration (Sig. 2-tailed = 0.000), and goal setting (Sig. 2-tailed = 0.025). Furthermore, the combined influence of self-confidence, concentration, and goal setting on training scores was also significant, with a Sig. F Change value of 0.000 and an R square (R²) of 0.852. This indicates that 85.2% of the variance in training scores can be explained jointly by these three variables. The study concludes that self-confidence, concentration, and goal setting are significantly and simultaneously associated with routine training scores. The development of psychological aspects such as self-confidence, the ability to focus, and structured training goals is a crucial part of athlete development, particularly for archers in the BPPLOP Archery Program of Central Java, in order to achieve optimal training outcomes.

This community service activity aims to enhance the competencies of sports practitioners and academics in understanding and applying the science of biomechanics to support improvements in athlete performance through the use of technology at the Sports Science Laboratory. The method employed was a participatory observation approach. The activity was held over two days and involved 30 participants from various universities in Indonesia. The first day of the event consisted of three sessions: a presentation on the benefits of biomechanics for coaches, academics, and sports instructors; sports motion modeling using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Computer Fusion; and the theory of biomechanical feedback in sports skill acquisition. Each session lasted 75 minutes, comprising 45 minutes of presentation and 30 minutes of discussion, with an active participant engagement rate of 16.7%. The second day focused on demonstrations and hands-on practice with biomechanical instruments, including a body analyzer, 3D motion analysis, gait analysis, electromyography (EMG), Smart Speed, Contemplas CMJ, HumanTrak, and APECS. The results of the activity showed that the combination of lecture-based instruction and laboratory practice was effective in strengthening participants’ understanding of motion analysis, the interpretation of biomechanical data, and the application of technology in performance evaluation and injury prevention for athletes. However, this activity still had limitations regarding the number of participants and did not utilize standardized evaluation instruments. Therefore, similar activities need to be developed with a broader participant base and more comprehensive evaluation methods.
