Abstract

The development of science, culture and Islamic civilization, among others, is marked by the presence of a number of great scholars whose works can still be found easily to this day. In addition to writing various kinds of Islamic religious knowledge, such as interpretation, hadith and fiqh, the scholars also wrote books that discussed Arabic grammar and literature, namely nahwu, sharaf, balaghah, bayan, ma'ani and bade' sciences. Among the books that discuss the science of Arabic grammar is Ibn Malik's Alfiyah. This book is very popular among scholars and students at Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia in particular and in the world in general. Besides being read and understood, this book is also generally recited before the fardlu prayer, and memorized. One of the reasons is because everyone who wants to study religion is required to master grammar with its various branches as a tool to understand various Arabic literature, hereinafter referred to as the Yellow Book (because the paper is yellow), or the Gundul Book (because the writing does not use signs). read). By using authoritative library data, this paper will further explore the intellectual tradition practiced by Ibn Malik through his work Alfiyah. This paper begins by presenting a brief biography of the author of the Alfiyah book, its contents, the intellectual tradition that he adheres to, as well as the winged meaning of several stanzas contained in the book.

Abstract

This paper presents the conceptual design of hybrid energy system used in railway application. The hybrid system with batteries and energy storage double-layer capacitor is a new technology that is used under extreme climatic conditions, especially in daytime temperature up to 50°C, high relative humidity, dust and heavy rain. It is a combination of double-layer capacitors and traction batteries. It draws power both externally and from braking energy. In order to reduce CO2 emissions to the environment, energy-saving drives and energy storage are used. Also, in public transportation, Sitras Hybrid Energy System (HES), hybrid energy storage system for trams, has been developed which combines a double-layer capacitor with a nickel-metal hydride battery. The storage not only allows driving without overhead lines, it also enables braking energy to be recovered. A reliable cooling system is required to ensure that the performance of the battery and the capacitor storage is maintained for as long as possible. The results of finite element model showed the robustness for railway application. The computational model refers to proof of static and dynamic strength in accordance with EN12663. A cooling system for a tram using this innovative technology was designed and qualified for the "Qatar Education City People Mover System (PMS)" project.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to uncover tourist preferences for various accommodation types, including hotels in Samosir Regency. These preferences include attractiveness, facilities, and hospitality. Research methods: This study uses a qualitative approach through secondary research with data collection from online reviews. The sample consists of 50 accommodations in Samosir Regency based on Google Reviews with ratings > 3.0 and more than 30 reviewers. Data was collected by searching on google.com/travel with a total search result or population of 118 items, and a sample of 50 was obtained using the purposive method with the provisions of the Google Review Summary where the Rating Review was > 3.0; and the Number of Reviews >30 reviewers. Data were analyzed based on the Component Review using a Likert scale for 3 elements of the tourism industry, namely (1) Attraction that consists of atmosphere, location, and property; (2) Facilities consisting of Amenities, Bathrooms, and Bedroom; and (3) Hospitality which consists of Service, Cleanliness, and Food. Result and discussion: The analysis result revealed that the element of attraction shows a very satisfying preference from tourists. In second place is a satisfying preference for hospitality elements. Meanwhile, the facilities element shows the lowest preference or is unsatisfactory. This description of preferences shows that among the elements of tourism, improving the quality of hotel/accommodation facilities can be the biggest priority in efforts to develop tourism in Samosir Regency in providing high satisfaction and return visits. Implication: As a tourist destination, Samosir Regency, which relies on the Lake Toba area, has experienced an increase in tourist visits from year to year, both foreign and local tourists. This is facilitated by the general public's access to information and locations using information technology and the Internet.

Abstract

The result of science literacy in Indonesian students has been satisfactorily yet. The government has introduced some new learning strategies. The research is aimed to finding some learning strategies can improved literacy science.  The research was conducted in Indonesian school involving 213 participants who are divided into study groups using several learning strategies. Research involved all student on 10 th grade in that school. Improvement of science literacy was analyzed by N-gain and  comparing some strategies of learning was analyzed by Anova followed Turkey. The results shows the impovement of science literacy in the learning by using scientific approach was not as good as inquiry approach, Argument Driven Inquiry (ADI), and Science Technology Education Matematics (STEM).  The results of science literacy finding the improvement in science literacy of students who learn by using scientific approach comparing using scientific approach is similar to the one using Science Technology Scociety (STS) strategy.

Abstract

Tofu dregs are one of the high-protein feed ingredients and it is highly palatable for livestock, particularly ruminants. However, tofu dregs have the main disadvantage, i.e., they easily deteriorate due to their high water and protein contents. Fermentation of tofu dregs may be applied in order to prevent such deterioration. The aim of this experiment was to evaluate tofu dregs as influenced by fermentation and tannin extract from acacia bark on in vitro rumen fermentation and digestibility parameters. The experimental treatments were: NK (tofu dregs without fermentation and 0% tannin), NA (tofu dregs without fermentation and 2% tannin), FK (tofu dregs with fermentation and 0% tannin), and FA (tofu dregs with fermentation and 2% tannin). Data were analyzed by analysis of variance according to a randomized complete block design with four treatments and four replications. Results revealed tofu dregs with fermentation treatment have a significant increase (P<0.05) in gas production, and ammonia but do not affect other parameters such as propionic acid and butyric acid on fermentation products. Opposite to the rumen fermentation product, the tannin gives a significant effect (P<0.05) on all digestibility parameters so can be concluded tofu dregs with fermentation and tannin approaches affect to rumen fermentation product and tannin has a weaker effect than fermentation even though 20 g/kg addition decrease digestibility of rumen in vitro.Keywords: ruminal fermentation product, silage, tannin, tofu dregs

Abstract

This research aims to discuss: (1) How is ta'zir implemented at the Fadliliah Tambak Sumur Waru Islamic Boarding School, Sidoarjo?; (2) How does ta'zir at the Fadlillah Tambak Sumur Waru Islamic Boarding School, Sidoarjo, apply discipline to students? This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use interviews, participant observation and documentation. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data is carried out through extended participation, diligent or consistent observation, triangulation and peer checking. The results of this research explain that (1) the Fadlillah Waru Sidoarjo Islamic Boarding School provides disciplinary guidance to students in order to achieve educational goals in the Islamic boarding school environment. This disciplinary action takes the form of giving punishment (ta'zir), for example going bald, destroying the Koran and so on. Disciplinary action against students at the Fadlillah Waru Sidoarjo Islamic boarding school is a way of disciplining boarding school administrators towards problematic students so that they obey the rules that have been set and agreed upon by the management of the boarding school. The application of punishment is also understood as a means of educating students so that it has a deterrent effect and does not repeat it again; (2) Ta'zir is considered an effective method in the process of disciplining students. However, this does not necessarily become the main step in the disciplinary action. Sometimes these actions actually make students feel depressed.

Abstract

The background to the problem of this research is that the ability to read the Yellow Book among santri has decreased from year to year, many santri who graduate in a relatively short time are required to master various fields of science, interest in learning for today's santri is much different from that of santri in the past, technological developments, and challenges in learning to read the yellow book. This research method is a descriptive qualitative method in the form of field research, research data is collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis using data reduction analysis processes, data presentation and data verification. Based on the research results it was found that: a). The strategies used in reading the book of Fathul Muin using the Prakom method in increasing the understanding of students at the Tikusuddiniyah Deliberative Council at the Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata Panaan Palengaan Pamekasan Islamic Boarding School are the sorogan, bandongan, lecture, mudzakara, wetonan, question and answer, and rote methods. b). Supporting and inhibiting factors: The Strategy for Reading the Book of Fathul Muin Using the Prakom Method in Improving the Understanding of Santri at the Deliberative Assembly of Politikenuddiniyah at the Mambaul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Bata-Bata Panaan Palengaan Pamekasan is the presence of experienced mentors in the field of scripture, the perseverance and tenacity of the santri in following the teaching and learning activities outside the clock. KBM, several pages containing discussions of Nahwu Sharraf, the existence of a biblical-based environment, learning environment or joint learning facilities. The inhibiting factors are: limited time availability, lack of enthusiasm or motivation, lack of sense of belonging to their students, difficulty in finding tutors, some have difficulty in putting the knowledge of nahwu and sharraf into practice. Latar belakang masalah penelitian ini yaitu kemampuan membaca kitab kuning dikalangan santri mengalami penurunan dari tahun ke tahun, banyak santri yang lulus dengan waktu relatif singkat yang dituntut harus menguasai berbagai bidang ilmu pengetahuan, minat belajar untuk santri sekarang jauh beda dengan santri dulu, perkembanagn teknologi, dan tantangan dalam belajar baca kitab kuning. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dalam bentuk penelitian lapngan, data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dengan proses analisis reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa : a). Strategi yang digunakan dalam Baca Kitab Fathul Muin Dengan Metode Prakom Dalam Meningkatkan Pemahaman Santri Di Majelis Musyawarah Kutubuddiniyah Pondok Pesantren Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata Panaan Palengaan Pamekasan adalah metode sorogan, bandongan, ceramah, mudzakara, wetonan, tanya jawab, dan hafalan. b). faktor pendukung dan penghambat Strategi Baca Kitab Fathul Muin Dengan Metode Prakom Dalam Meningkatkan Pemahaman Santri Di Majelis Musyawarah Kutubuddiniyah Pondok Pesantren Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata Panaan Palengaan Pamekasan adalah keberadaan pembimbing yang berpengalaman dalam bidang kitabiyah, ketekunan dan keuletan para santri dalam mengikuti KBM dan diluar jam KBM, beberapa halaman yang memuat pembahasan nahwu sharraf, keberadaan lingkungan yang berbasis kitabiyah, lingkungan belajar atau fasilitas belajar Bersama. Adapun faktor penghambat yaitu: ketersediaan waktu yang terbatas., kurangnya semangat atau termotivasi, kurangnya rasa memiliki kepada anak didiknya, kesulitan dalam mencari pembimbin, sebagian ada yang kesulitan dalam memperaktekkan ilmu nahwu dan sharraf.

Abstract

Cow feces is the rest of the digestive process of the livestock body, while coffee grounds are the rest of coffee brewing, and both are organic materials with fixed carbon that can be utilized as fuel. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the addition of coffee grounds in processing dairy cow feces into briquettes on physical properties (color, texture, density), chemical properties (moisture content, ash content, volatile matter, and fixed carbon), and energy value (calorific value, temperature, flame duration). This research method is experimental, with four treatments, each consisting of five repetitions. The treatments in this study consisted of P1 (100 g dairy cow feces + 20 g coffee grounds), P2 (100 g dairy cow feces + 40 g coffee grounds), P3 (100 g dairy cow feces + 60 g coffee grounds), P4 (100 g dairy cow feces + 80 g coffee grounds). The data obtained were analyzed statistically with ANOVA at = 5%. Further tests were carried out using the Duncan test. The results showed that the addition of coffee grounds to dairy cow feces briquettes had a significant effect (p<0.05) on physical properties (density), chemical properties (moisture content, ash content, volatile substances, fixed carbon) and energy value (calorific value, temperature, and flame duration). The addition of 80 grams of coffee grounds (P4) gave the best effect on the performance of dairy cow feces briquettes with a moisture content of 6.94%, ash content of 25.47%, volatile matter of 18.58%, fixed carbon  of 49.02%, calorific value of 3717 cal/gr, temperature of 463°C.

Abstract

AbstractThe result of this study aims to determine the patterns of scientific and Islamic integration on the curriculum of study programs applying the Indonesian National Qualification Framework, or commonly called KKNI. This study is conducted by using qualitative approach while utilizing document, field observation, and interview as the data collection techniques of this study. Generally, integrated lesson plans with Islamic and Indonesian values in the curriculum of study programs at the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University in which based on KKNI is still not well-documented. The suitability among ‘graduate profiles’ as the identity of each graduate program was still not proportional directly to the learning achievements or learning outcomes in which has became the reference of the learning implementation. The vision of integration, developed by the university’s stakeholders, has not been well-implemented, either in written documents or in implementation. Nevertheless, in the implementation of learning, most of the study programs, have already integrated the science, Islamic and Indonesian values, both in scientific contexts—for instance, applied in the learning methods, in teaching materials, in the lecture activities—and in the utilization of the Qur’an as one of the sources of lectures.AbstrakHasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola integrasi keilmuan dan keislaman pada kurikulum program studi yang menerapkan Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia, atau yang biasa disebut KKNI. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif sambil memanfaatkan dokumen, observasi lapangan, dan wawancara sebagai teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini. Secara umum, rencana pembelajaran terpadu dengan nilai-nilai Islam dan Indonesia dalam kurikulum program studi di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah di mana berdasarkan KKNI masih belum terdokumentasi dengan baik. Kesesuaian antara 'profil lulusan' sebagai identitas setiap program pascasarjana masih belum sebanding secara langsung dengan prestasi belajar atau hasil pembelajaran di mana telah menjadi referensi dari pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Visi integrasi, yang dikembangkan oleh para pemangku kepentingan universitas, belum diimplementasikan dengan baik, baik dalam dokumen tertulis atau dalam implementasi. Namun demikian, dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, sebagian besar program studi, telah mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai sains, Islam dan Indonesia, baik dalam konteks ilmiah - misalnya, diterapkan dalam metode pembelajaran, bahan ajar, dalam kegiatan kuliah - dan dalam pemanfaatan Alquran sebagai salah satu sumber kuliah.  How to Cite : Sofyan, A., Fauzan., Sayuti, W. Abstract

Student worksheets are teaching materials in the form of summary sheets of material and activities that aim to facilitate student understanding. The increasing damage to morals and the normalization of free association and cases of free sex have become problems among teenagers due to the crisis sexual education. Therefore, this research aims to educate students about the impact of promiscuity and sexual education through the development of student worksheets on the concept of the reproductive system. This research was conducted at the Madinatunnajah Islamic Boarding School senior high school. The research method used is ADDIE by applying 4 stages of ADDIE, namely analysis, design, development, and implementation.  The trial of the student worksheet was conducted on 11th grade high school students consisting 13 boys and 18 girls. The research results were assessed based on validation of the media and materials by the validators and the student response questionnaires. The percentage of media validation results was 91.24% and material validation was 86.98%. The overall cumulative validation result was 89.11%. The percentage of student response questionnaire results from 4 assessment indicators was obtained; interest 89.11%, language 90.52%, usefulness 91.40%, and content quality 91.36%. Thus, it can be concluded that the student worksheet developed is suitable to be used as an additional teaching material in biology learning.ABSTRAKLKPD (Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik) merupakan bahan ajar berupa lembaran-lembaran ringkasan materi dan kegiatan yang bertujuan memudahkan pemahaman peserta didik. Semakin tergerusnya akhlak dan normalisasi pergaulan bebas serta kasus seks bebas menjadi masalah di kalangan remaja akibat krisisnya pendidikan seksual. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi peserta didik tentang dampak pergaulan bebas dan pendidikan seksual remaja melalui pengembangan LKPD pada konsep sistem reproduksi manusia. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MA Pondok Pesantren Madinatunnajah Jombang. Metode penelitian   yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE ( analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation) dengan mengaplikasikan 4 tahap, yaitu analysis (menganalisis), design (mendesain), development (mengembangkan), dan implementation (mengimplementasikan). Uji coba LKPD dilakukan kepada peserta didik kelas XI yang terdiri dari 13 putra dan 18 putri. Hasil penelitian dinilai berdasarkan validasi media dan materi serta angket tanggapan peserta didik. Diperoleh persentase hasil validasi media sebesar 91, 24% dan validasi materi sebesar 86,98%. Hasil akumulasi validasi secara keseluruhan adalah 89,11 %. Persentase hasil angket tanggapan peserta didik dari 4 indikator penilaian diperoleh; ketertarikan 89,11%, kebahasaan 90,52%, kemanfaatan 91,40%, dan kualitas isi 91,36%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan sebagai bahan ajar tambahan pada pembelajaran biologi di kelas.
