Abstract

Quantum Learning is Learning in the form of tips, instructions, strategies and the whole learning process that can sharpen understanding and memory, and make learning as a fun and useful process, quantum learning can be said as a learning model that emphasizes to provide meaningful benefits and also emphasizes on the level of enjoyment of students.Learning activities in Early Childhood is an activity that seeks to integrate students in an integrated manner by taking into account the learning environment factors, student characteristics, characteristics of the study area and various learning strategies, both delivery, management and organization of learning. In the Edutainment book of Early Childhood Education there are various types of edutainment models that can be applied to early childhood. One of them is by playing and singing. Playing is very important for early childhood becausetheirtime is a period or age of play. There is no reason not to consider playing activities as learning activities. There are three reasons that underlie the emergence of the concept ofedutainment: This positive feeling (happy / happy) will accelerate learning, while negative feelings such as sadness, fear, threatened, and feeling unable to slow down will slow down the learning process or even stop altogether. If someone is able to use his potential reasoning and emotions accurately,then it will make a jump in learning achievements that were not unexpected. If every learner can be motivated appropriately and taught in a way that respects their learning style and modality, then they will all be able to achieve optimal learning outcomes. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of remuneration on teacher motivation at Al Amin High School, Pamijahan District, Bogor District. The research method used was an inferential type of research with a quantitative approach, with the subjects of the study being teachers of Al-Amin High School and the respondents of this study were all teachers of Al-Amin High School. Sampling was carried out using the method of probabilistic sampling, namely using a saturated sample. Data collection by questionnaire method. The data analyzes used in this study are descriptive respondent analysis, descriptive statistical analysis of variables, hypothesis testing using normality test, homogeneity and hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis and t-test. The results of the study, processed with the computer program SPSS version 16.0 for Windows, showed that the r2 value was 0.477, which means that 47.7% of charismatic leadership affects the work ethic of teachers in the Modern Man Ana Islamic boarding school, and the remaining 52, 3% influence of other factors not included in this study. The results of hypothesis testing using a simple linear regression analysis show that compensation affects the motivation of teachers at Al-Amin High School, Pamijahan District, Bogor. The results showed that the value of the beta coefficient (β) was 0.812, indicating that the compensation had a positive effect on the motivation of teachers at Al Amin High School, Pamijahan District, Bogor District. The contribution of the compensation effect to the work motivation of teachers is (∆R2) 0.477 or 47.7%; this shows a significant effect, so this study was able to prove the hypothesis. The value of the regression coefficient of 0.812 indicates that with an increase in compensation by 0.812; teacher's work motivation increased by 0.812; tcount of 4.576 > ttable 2.068, so we can conclude that the compensation variable (X) affects the teacher's work motivation (Y) Compensation has a significant impact on teacher motivation. Thus, this study responds to the proposed hypothesis that compensation has a positive and significant effect on the motivation of teachers at Al Amin High School, Pamijahan District, Bogor District. Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a population of various nationalities, languages, cultures and religions. The diversity of the Indonesian nation is enshrined in the motto Bhinek Tunggal Ika, which has different meanings, but is still one. When one does not understand, is not aware of, and does not want to understand the existence of diversity, there will be tension or radical action. it is in this context that the idea of religious moderation becomes important. One of the activities of NU in the field of education is learning and daily practice in real life. This practice should be aimed at students. This study is qualitative and fact-based and discusses religious moderation in education. The research method used is the study of literature. This study aims to determine the significance of religious moderation in NU's perspective education. Thus, this study attempts to explore and find things related to religious moderation in education. Diversity is the destiny of the Creator. Diversity will be a gift if we can manage it and use it properly, otherwise diversity will be a disaster if we cannot manage it. The main way to manage diversity is to know and understand each other. Religious moderation is very important to prevent extreme views leading to radical action, terrorism, and so on. Nahdalatul Ulama, as one of the largest organizations in Indonesia, is not silent about the emergence of these various ideologies and movements. To overcome the problem of radicalism, Nahdlatul Ulama put forward an idea, namely Islam Nusantara. The results of this study show that Nahdlatul Ulama is highly supportive of the idea of religious moderation or Islamic wasatiyah. Religious moderation is the key to creating tolerance and harmony. Islam calls upon its people to be tawazun (balance), tasamukh (tolerance), i'tal (straight and firm). These three characteristics are part of the religious moderation that must be instilled in students so that students will have moderate characteristics in the life of the nation and state. Abstract

The quality of teacher service is very important in educational organizations to achieve the stated goals. Early childhood education is very important, fundamental, and strategic in building human resources and preparing a qualified generation of the nation, so it must be implemented as well as possible. Kindergarten teachers must be well prepared in order to provide quality services. Based on the above background, this study aims to look at and find efforts and strategies that can be used to improve the quality of teacher services through strengthening professional competence, personality, and job satisfaction for Kindergarten teachers in Bogor City. This research uses correlational research method, the research is conducted using quantitative methods and data collection is carried out through a questionnaire. then explained by statistical analysis and analyzed by regression analysis. The study population was 298 private Kindergarten teachers with A accreditation in Bogor City. The research sample of 171 respondents was determined by the Slovin formula, selected using proportional random sampling method. The results of quantitative research found that professional competence that emphasizes the ability to develop teaching materials, learning approaches, and developing teaching materials can improve teacher quality. Personality that emphasizes awareness, friendliness, emotional stability, openness to experience, extraversion can improve the quality of teacher services. Job satisfaction that emphasizes salary, employment, promotion opportunities, supervisors, colleagues can improve the quality of teacher service. Based on this research, the stronger the professional service competence, personality, and job satisfaction, the higher the teacher quality. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between professional competence and the quality of teacher services with the coefficient of determination r2y1 = 0.417. There is a positive and significant relationship between personality and service quality with the coefficient of determination r2y2 = 0.515. There is a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction and service quality with the coefficient of determination r2y3 = 0.463. This shows that the quality of teacher services can be improved by increasing professional competence, personality, and job satisfaction. The results of the SITOREM analysis on professional competence, personality, job satisfaction and teacher service quality show that there are indicators that are priority to be improved, namely: emotional stability, agreeableness, extraversion, pay, job, promotion opportunities, supervisors, designing learning approaches, developing teaching materials, develop professionalism, responsiveness. The indicators that need to be maintained are: openness to experience, conscientiousness, co-workers, reliability, tangibles, assurance, and empathy

Abstract

The problem of low science literacy needs to be used as a reference by the government in improving the learning system in Indonesia. This study aims to produce teaching materials in the form of STEM-Based Electronic Student Worksheets (E-LKPD) to Improve Science Literacy Skills in Environmental Change Materials. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4-D development model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The development process goes through a validity test of 2 experts, a readability test of 15 students, and a field trial by 1 biology teacher and 35 students. The results of the study showed that the developed E-LKPD had an average validity percentage of 85.2% with very feasible criteria. In the readability test, the average percentage of E-LKPD reached 86.2% with very feasible criteria. While in the field trial, the responses of teachers and students showed very feasible criteria with percentages of 81.25% and 82.25%. There was an increase in the average creative thinking ability measured through the test instrument. The average result of creative thinking ability before the implementation of E-LKPD was 57.3 while after the implementation of E-LKPD it increased to 79.6 with an N-Gain of 0.50 in the moderate category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that E-LKPD is very feasible to use in learning activities and there is an increase in scientific literacy skills after the use of E-LKPD in the learning process.

Abstract

The development of science, culture and Islamic civilization, among others, is marked by the presence of a number of great scholars whose works can still be found easily to this day. In addition to writing various kinds of Islamic religious knowledge, such as interpretation, hadith and fiqh, the scholars also wrote books that discussed Arabic grammar and literature, namely nahwu, sharaf, balaghah, bayan, ma'ani and bade' sciences. Among the books that discuss the science of Arabic grammar is Ibn Malik's Alfiyah. This book is very popular among scholars and students at Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia in particular and in the world in general. Besides being read and understood, this book is also generally recited before the fardlu prayer, and memorized. One of the reasons is because everyone who wants to study religion is required to master grammar with its various branches as a tool to understand various Arabic literature, hereinafter referred to as the Yellow Book (because the paper is yellow), or the Gundul Book (because the writing does not use signs). read). By using authoritative library data, this paper will further explore the intellectual tradition practiced by Ibn Malik through his work Alfiyah. This paper begins by presenting a brief biography of the author of the Alfiyah book, its contents, the intellectual tradition that he adheres to, as well as the winged meaning of several stanzas contained in the book.

Abstract

The role of Islamic Religion College in developing the peace is evidenced by the effort to implement The Five Pilar (Pancasila) Education as the foundation to grow the nationalist and citizenship awareness of Religious people. In the contestation of Jakarta Governor Election, 4 Islamic Religion Colleges contributed in keeping the peace and conduciveness. The role of State Islamic University (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta in the implementation of The Five Pilar (Pancasila) Education as the effort to develop the peace through curriculum approach integrated in lecturing class is always being integrated by the Islamic-Indonesian values as the academic wisdom and the understanding of wasathon (Moderate) Islamic thought in the moderation of religiuos in order to avoid either the extremism understanding or liberalism as the religious wisdom. Regarding to the role of Muhammadiyah University Jakarta, it empashizes the Muhammadiyah social values to be the spirit in conducting the education. This is written in Muhamamdiyah College Duty (Darma Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah), namely: Al-Islam, Muhammadiyah values, education, research and dedication to the society as academic wisdom. Afterwards, the principle of peace and advanced Islam as religious wisdom. Then, Islam University Jakarta plays a role in conducting the peace through academic and non-academic activities integrated by Islamic values in every single of it. The Islamic Studies (dirasah Islamiyah) in Islam University Jakarta is becoming the main subject in all majors for 4 semesters. This is also becoming both the academic wisdom and the religious one performed by the college. The other one is Nahdhotul Ulama University Jakarta, it has the mechanism of conflict resolution as the effort to develop the peace in Jakarta with Islamic-Indonesian values. It aims to develop its students through Pesantren model in order to improve their academic and to apply religious wisdom through Islam Archipelago (Nusantara) as the special characteristic in growing the awareness of nationalism and religiousness. This research employs descriptive qualitative method and in order to provide the balance of the data, the researcher undertakes interview with The Commission of Fatwa Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) and The commission member II of The Republic Indonesia Parliament (DPR RI). The factors which influence the implementation of The five pilar (Pancasila) education in order to develop the peace after Jakarta governor election, namely: the endurance of citizen, detection and early response system to the conflict in the form of communication among the society, and the empowerment of citizen as the effort to cultivate the citizen’s awareness regarding the political issue.

Abstract

Community service is an integral part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, aiming to provide real contributions in addressing social issues. The Community Service Program (KKN) conducted through BMT Syahida IKALUIN serves as a platform for student empowerment in designing and implementing social programs relevant to community needs. This service activity aims to describe the involvement of students in initiating various social programs while enhancing their leadership, communication, and analytical skills in the field. Programs such as Jumat Berkah (Blessed Friday), Peduli Lansia (Elderly Care), Finance First Seminar, Book Waqf, and Talk-Biz x ELC Workshop demonstrate the students’ active contributions to improving community welfare. These activities were also supported through collaborations with partners such as Baznas, Dompet Dhuafa, and Rumah Sehat. The results of this community service indicate that students, despite limited resources, were able to provide creative and impactful solutions. Therefore, the KKN program proves to be an effective medium for creating synergy between higher education institutions and the community in addressing social problems sustainably.ABSTRAKPengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan bagian dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan sosial di masyarakat. Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) yang dilaksanakan melalui BMT Syahida IKALUIN menjadi sarana pemberdayaan mahasiswa dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan program sosial yang relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bentuk keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam menginisiasi berbagai kegiatan sosial serta meningkatkan kemampuan kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan analisis mereka di lapangan. Berbagai program yang dijalankan, seperti Jumat Berkah, Peduli Lansia, Seminar Finance First, Wakaf Buku, dan Workshop Talk-Biz x ELC, menunjukkan kontribusi aktif mahasiswa dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini juga melibatkan kolaborasi dengan berbagai mitra seperti Baznas, Dompet Dhuafa, dan Rumah Sehat. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa, meskipun dengan sumber daya terbatas, mampu memberikan solusi kreatif yang berdampak positif. Dengan demikian, kegiatan KKN menjadi wadah efektif dalam menciptakan sinergi antara perguruan tinggi dan masyarakat dalam menyelesaikan persoalan sosial secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Mata kuliah utama yang disebut "Pengantar Studi Islam" memiliki posisi strategis untuk membentuk kerangka pemikiran dan orientasi keilmuan mahasiswa di Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam (PTKI). Tujuan dari Jurnal ini adalah untuk memberikan penjelasan tentang bagaimana Pengantar Studi Islam sangat penting untuk pengembangan program pendidikan tinggi Islam. Penulis menemukan bagaimana Pengantar Studi Islam membantu mengintegrasikan pendidikan, memperkuat identitas keislaman, dan menangani masalah modern seperti sekularisme, radikalisme, dan globalisasi nilai dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif dan kajian pustaka. Dalam Pengantar Studi Islam sangat penting untuk memperkenalkan epistemologi Islam secara menyeluruh dan menjadi fondasi untuk membangun karakter keilmuan mahasiswa muslim.

Abstract

Jamu dan jahe merah merupakan obat tradisional Indonesia yang telah digunakan secara turun-temurun karena khasiatnya dalam mengatasi berbagai gangguan kesehatan. Penggunaan  obat   tradisional merupakan   warisan   nenek   moyang   Indonesia   yang   diperoleh secara empiris. Jamu  merupakan  minuman  kesehatan  yang  dapat  dimanfaatkan khasiat  dan  keamanannya  dalam  meningkatkan  imunitas. Meskipun saat ini perhatian lebih banyak difokuskan pada peningkatan manfaat jamu dan jahe merah, potensi efek samping konsumsinya sering diabaikan. Jahe merah secara tradisional dikenal efektif untuk meredakan masuk angin, rematik, perut kembung, mual, batuk berdahak, migrain, serta meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh dan memperbaiki sistem pencernaan. Tanaman   obat   yang   jumlahnya   sangat   banyak   dan   dapat dimanfaatkan   dilingkungan   rumah   terurutama  di tingkat desa, tetapi masyarakat belum mengetahui  menfaat  dan  cara  pengolahan  tanaman tersebut dalam meningkatkan imunitas. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan ibu rumah tangga di Desa Pargumbangan, Kecamatan Angkola Muaratais, Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan dalam mengolah jamu jahe merah menjadi produk instan yang lebih praktis dan bernilai jual. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan yang melibatkan dosen, mahasiswa, dan warga setempat, khususnya ibu rumah tangga yang tidak memiliki penghasilan tetap. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi program, pelatihan pembuatan serbuk jamu jahe merah, serta pendampingan produksi. Diharapkan, pasca pelatihan peserta mampu memproduksi jamu jahe merah skala rumah tangga dan memasarkan produknya secara mandiri, sehingga dapat meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga di desa tersebut
