Abstract

Sampah merupakan penyumbang terbesar dan sangat berbahaya jika tidak dikelola dengan baik. Salah satu kota yang sering mengalami banjir akibat penumpukan sampah ialah Kota Curup. Kota Curup merupakan salah satu Kota yang terletak di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong. Kota dengan luas 1550,28 km2 mempunyai 15 kecamatan dan 156 desa/ kelurahan. Data pada tahun 2023 sampah yang dihasilkan dari 15 kecamatan ini sebanyak 37 ton/hari. Sampah kerap menjadi masalah merusak keindahan kota, menimbulkan bau tidak sedap, penyebaran penyakit dan banyak lainnya. Penyebab terjadinya penumpukan sampah karena kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat mengenai sampah. Semenjak dinonaktifkannya kotak sampah pemerintah daerah masyarakat semakin mengeluh karena banyak sampah yang terbengkalai dan menggangu sistem irigasi dan sumber air pembangkit listrik. Oleh karena itu salah satu warga setempat berinisiatif membentuk bank sampah. Banyak sampah ini dikenal dengan sebutan Bank Sampah Berkah (BSB). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi efektivitas bank sampah, mengevaluasi dampak dari adanya bank sampah berkah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian bahwa dengan adanya bank sampah masyarakat mempunyai kemampuan dalam mengelola sampah seperti memilah sampah dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya melalui tabungan sampah. Masalah yang kerap terjadi dapat diatasi, sampah menjadi bernilai ekonomi, kesadaran masyarakat meningkat akan pentingnya pengelolaan sampah. Menciptakan peluang kerja baru, menambah pendapatan bagi masyarakat sekitar, pendapatan masyarakat meningkat yang semulanya hanya dari satu sumber, hubungan antar masyarakat terjalin dan memberdayakan anak-anak disabilitas yang kerap mendapatkan kendala dalam mencari pekerjaan. Adanya BSB membawa keberkahan bagi semua dan diridhoi Allah swt karena Allah menyukai orang-orang yang bertaubat dan membersihkan diri.

Abstract

Independent learning is an essential element in an independent curriculum that is driven or led by a driving teacher. The analysis in this study uses qualitative methods. The main objective is to analyze and formulate the stages in implementing independent learning for driving teachers to realize an independent curriculum. As for the independent curriculum itself, in its implementation it is dynamic, flexible and changes according to the educational needs of each school. In planning independent learning activities, this can be done by: developing a learning framework, mapping competency standards and learning assessments, mapping learning according to the Pancasila student profile, and setting a flow of learning objectives. Whereas in implementing the independent curriculum, it can carry out learning contracts between teachers and students, carry out literacy and numeracy-based learning, and apply discussion and collaboration learning methods. The orientation of learning activities in the independent curriculum is the freedom of students and teachers in carrying out learning. So that learning that is oriented towards an independent curriculum can be carried out by free, creative and innovative in accordance with the interests of students and is able to develop their talents.

Abstract

Abstract Islamic boarding school as a native educational institution of Indonesia, has a dynamic education system. Implementation of the education system grows and builds the values of character in the nation and state. This can be proven; the life process built in Islamic boarding school contains the value of togetherness, democracy, mutual respect and tolerance among each other. This sense of togetherness and mutual respect are the foundation of the diversity of Indonesian. This condition can be established because the value of Pancasila (Five Principals) as a reflection in living life in boarding school has been implemented there for years. But now, Islamic boarding school is facing the modernization in the education system. But this change due to modernization will not diminish the value of native boarding school since the it has the elements such us Islamic scholars, the students of Islamic boarding school itself, the Quranic Yellow Book and mosques become the central of education which are deeply rooted in the system of education itself. Abstrak Pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan asli Indonesia, memiliki sistem pendidikan yang dinamis. Pelaksanaan sistem pendidikannya menumbuhkan dan membangun nilai-nilai karakter dalam berbangsa dan bernegara. Ini dapat dibuktikan, proses kehidupan yang dibangun di pesantren terkandung nilai kebersamaan, demokrasi, saling menghargai dan toleransi antara sesamanya. Rasa kebersamaan dan saling menghargai ini lah yang menjadi pondasi dari keberagaman bangsa Indenesia. Kondisi ini bisa terjalin karena di pondok pesantren memiliki panca jiwa sebagai refleksi dalam menjalani kehidupan di pondok pesantren. Menghadapi modernisasi pesantren mengalami “perubahan” dalam sistem pendidikannya. Namun perubahan ini tidak memudarkan kecirikhasan pondok pesantren. Karena unsur di dalamnya yang terdiri dari kiai, santri, kitab kuning serta masjid yang menjadi sentral pendidikannya sangat mengakar dalam sistem pendidikannya. Dalam menghadapi modernisasi pesantren mengalami “perubahan” dalam sistem pendidikannya. Namun perubahan ini tidak memudarkan kecirikhasan pondok pesantren. Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persepsi birokrat pendidikan, terkait pemberian izin belajar bagi calon mahasiswa khususnya PNS yang melanjutkan pendidikan ke program pascasarjana IAIN SAS Babel. Penelitian ini menjadi penting karena banyaknya persepsi birokrat pendidikan dalam mengintepretasikan dari Permen PAN dan RB, sehingga proses pemberian izin belajar banyak terkendala. Jenis Penelitian menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan yuridis empiris, yaitu menganalisa permasalahan dengan cara memadukan bahan-bahan hukum (yang merupakan data skunder) dengan data primer yang diperoleh di lapangan. Hasil penelitian persepsi birokrat pendidikan tentang izin belajar memiliki kesamaan. Namun, dalam mengintepretasikan Permen PAN dan RB tentang proses izin belajar yang dilakukan mahasiswa dengan status PNS baik dari kementrian agama dan pendidikan memikili hasil yang berbeda. This research is important because there are many education bureaucrats’s perception in interpreting the regulation of State Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform , so that the study permits is not easy to be issued. This research used field study with an empirical juridical approach, namely analyzing problems by integrating legal materials (which are secondary data) with primary data obtained in the field. The results of the study reveals that education bureaucrats’s perceptions about study permits are not different. However, there weredifferent results in interpreting the regulation of State Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform related to the process of study permits conducted by students who work as civil servant in the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Ministry of Education.Keyword: perception, study permit, Postgraduate Program

Abstract

One of the values of the Indonesian nation's character that must be developed in our education process is tolerance. This research is important in order to see the implementation of the inculcation of tolerance in religion through multicultural education. This study tries to answer questions about the implementation of the inculcation of students' tolerance in religious life through multicultural education in Setia Budi Sungailiat High School, Bangka Regency. The findings in this study are the inculcation of students' tolerance in religious life through multicultural education conducted at Setia Budi High School, is the application of one of the policies set by the school to create religious tolerance in the school environment. This inculcation of religious tolerance will go well, if all school members understand, respect each other, and value the differences arranged in a multicultural education concept.

Abstract

The focus of this research is focussed on the role of Islamic boarding school of Bahrul Ulum in anticipating youth naughty in sub district of Sinar Jaya Jelutung Sungailiat Bangka. With the objective is to describe the role of the Islamic Boarding School Bahrul Ulum in anticipating the attitude and the youth naughty. This reserach used qualitative research by using enthology method. the methods of collecting data by using interviews, observation, documentation, to answer the research question. The result of his research is that the role of the Islamic boarding school of Bahrul Ulum in the sosial community only about attending Tahlilan when there is one of the community deaths or there a thank giving party and have not been significant role in anticipating the youth naughty yet. This is caused by the Islmic Boarding school’s founder focuse more on the activities of the teaching learning process and guiding Islamic students in Islamic boarding schools and have not a special program in anticipating the youth naughty arround the Islamic boarding school. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode etnografi, bertujuan menemukan fakta, ternyata masih terdapat pondok pesantren yang tumbuh dan berkembang di tengah- tengah masyarakat yang hidup dalam kemajemukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sejarah berdirinya pondok pesantren Bahrul Ulum berawal dari ide para pejabat Kabupaten Bangka. Pola pondok pesantren Bahrul Ulum dikategorikan pondok pesantren khalafi. Sedangkan pola kepemimpinan dengan berpusat pada ketua yayasan. Peran Pondok pesantren Bahrul Ulum di masyarakat hanya sebatas menghadiri acara tahlilan ketika terdapat warga yang tertimpa musibah kematian atau pada acara hajatan. Dan belum memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam mengantisipasi kenakalan remaja. Hal ini disebabkan para pengelola pondok masih terfokus dengan aktivitas di dalam pondok pesantren serta belum memiliki program khusus dalam hal tersebut, padahal masih terdapat sebagian remaja memiliki perilaku “nakal” di Kelurahan Sinar Jaya Jelutung Sungailiat Bangka.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal: (1) To find out the learning outcomes of students before using the think pair share model assisted by the couple card media in thematic learning sub-theme I Cultural Diversity of my Nation Class IV MI Tarbiyatus Shibyan Sungai; (2) To find out the learning outcomes of students after using the think pair share model assisted by the couple card media in Thematic learning Sub-theme I Cultural Diversity of My Nation Class IV MI Tarbiyatus Shibyan; (3) To find out whether there is an influence on learning outcomes through the application of the think pair share model assisted by the couple card media on Thematic Learning Sub-theme I Cultural Diversity of My Nation Class IV MI Tarbiyatus Shibyan. This research includes Classroom Action Research (CAR) while the approach uses a quantitative approach. the researchers concluded that: 1)The learning outcomes of fourth grade students of MI Tarbiyatus Shibyan on thematic Sub-theme I Cultural Diversity of my Nation before using the Think Pair Share model assisted by Couple Card media have not reached the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) this can be seen from the learning outcomes of all students who did not reach the KKM with an average overall score of only 32,6%; 2) There is an increase in the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of MI Tarbiyatus Shibyan in thematic learning Sub-theme I Cultural Diversity of my Nation after using the Think Pair Share model with the help of Couple Card media, in the first cycle there were 23 students out of 31 students who had achieved KKM with an average overall score of 85,3%. In the second cycle there was an increase in the average score to 95,2% and all students reached the KKM score; 3) There is a significant effect of using the Think Pair Share model with the help of Couple Card media on the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of MI Tarbiyatus Shibyan in thematic learning of Sub-theme I Cultural Diversity of my Nation. This can be seen from the increase in the average value which was initially 32,6% to 85,3% and continued to increase to 95,2%.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menangah (UMKM) adalah salah satu motor  penggerak perekonomian Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan penguatan UMKM era Purbaya, yaitu penyaluran likuiditas sebesar Rp200 triliun ke bank Himbara untuk pembiayaan UMKM melalui KUR dan inovasi pajak berbasis QRIS, khususnya dari perspektif keadilan ekonomi Islam dan pemberdayaan umat. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kebijakan kualitatif dengan kerangka normatif-empiris Islam dan divalidasi melalui tringulasi sumber (dokumen kebijakan, fiqh ekonomi, data dampak UMKM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan ini sejalan dengan prinsip al-‘Adl (keadilan distribusi) dan Maslahah ‘Ammah (kemaslahatan umum), serta mengimplementasikan Hifdzh al-mal dan Hifdzh al-‘izzah sebagai tujuam Maqashid Syariah. Inovasi QRIS berfungsi sebagai Hisbah digital yang mendorong inklusi finansial. Namun, secara kritis, meskipun tujuan kebijakan ini bersifat alami, mekanisme penyaluran KUR yang masih berbasis bunga (riba) menjadikan kebijakan ini sebagai partially sharia-aligned policy, bukan kerangka pembiayaan publik Islam yang sepenuhnya utuh (fully Islamic public finance framework).

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine, find and describe the phenomenon or problems of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) at PT UBJ Logistik. This study is motivated by the importance of human resources in carrying out work. K3 is an effort to create a safe and healthy work environment for  workers, with the aim  of preventing work accidents, occupational diseases, and increasing work productivity. The purpose of this study is to determine the obstacles in the implementation of K3, to find solutions and overcome obstacles in the implementation of K3. This writing method uses qualitative descriptive, namely presenting a description of the problem or a certain condition without any special treatment of the object being studied. Data collection techniques are carried out using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the implementation of K3 carried out by PT UBJ Logistik is not good enough in implementing K3, because the K3 regulations applied by the company are not strict enough so that employees pay less attention to the importance of K3.
