Abstract

PT. Hamdan Jaya Makmur is a company that runs in the field of Machining, Engineering, Fabrication, Stamping, and Trading Company, which produces products for small, medium and modern industries. Less than optimal maintenance system with corrective maintenance causes PT. Hamdan Jaya Makmur often experiences machine failure. Based on historical data, it can be seen that the lathe machine type SS-850 experienced very high downtime. Therefore, it is necessary to plan optimal and preventive maintenance of the machine in order to produce according to the target and increase the reliability of the machine. The purpose of this research is to determine the time interval and cost of preventive replacement on components of the lathe machine type SS-850 at PT. Hamdan Jaya Makmur. The method used in this research is the Age Replacement method, namely by determining critical components, determining the distribution pattern of damage, determining distribution parameters, and calculating MTTF and MTTR, where the results obtained are preventive replacement time intervals, and calculating preventive replacement costs. The results obtained from this research are that there are four critical components on the lathe machine type SS-850, namely electric components with a preventive replacement time interval of 11 days and a preventive replacement cost of Rp.3,080,679,253, bearing components have a preventive replacement time interval of 14 days and a preventive replacement cost of Rp.4,931,989,307, the gearbox component has a preventive replacement time interval of 33 days and a preventive replacement cost of Rp.11,621,532,829, and bolt and nut components have a preventive replacement time interval of 11 days and a preventive replacement cost of Rp.1,615,296,412.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company that produces pharmaceutical products for livestock. Most of the raw materials for veterinary drugs consist of B3 powder (toxic and hazardous materials). Waste from the production process is unavoidable, one of the types of waste produced by PT. XYZ is B3 powder wastes. According to the Environmental Service (DLH) B3 waste cannot be directly discharged into the environment, therefore PT. XYZ uses 3rd party services in processing B3 waste disposal. PT. XYZ produces powdered B3 waste at an average of 267.12 kg/month, the cost that must be incurred by the company to manage B3 waste and the value of loss of raw materials is Rp. 28,094,703.70/year. This study aims to design a system for the minimization of B3 waste by using a Soft System Methodology (SSM) approach. The proposed changes from this research use the 3R principle (reduce, reuse, recycle). The implementation of the proposed changes can result in cost efficiency incurred by the company for B3 waste management of Rp. 18,368,995.87/year.

Abstract

The environmental uncertainty due to the COVID-19 pandemic poses severe challenges for all parts of the supply chain in the tourism industry. The focus of the Indonesian government is to improve the condition of the tourism industry, which has experienced a decline in the number of tourists due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A supply chain tourism industry framework was developed through the Support System Facilities (SSF) variable to map the actors in the tourism industry activities in an uncertain environment due to COVID-19. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and literature study. The results of this study are the tourism industry supply chain conceptual framework which states that there are several stages in distributing services and support systems and facilities to tourists, namely through suppliers, tour operators, tour agencies, and tourists. This finding has practical implications for the government in making a policy strategy.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has encouraged the adoption of Augmented Reality (AR) as a strategic innovation in various industries, but its application in Indonesia remains limited due to low awareness and a lack of an integrated innovation strategy. This research aims to develop a strategy to strengthen AR technology through the integration of the Stimuli-Organism-Response (SOR) model, the concept of Open Innovation (OI), and Organizational Performance (OP), with a case study on PT. X in the city of Bandung. A mixed methods approach was applied, combining qualitative and quantitative analysis using the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) method to determine the priority of the strategy, as well as Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the relationships between variables. The results showed that stimuli in the form of interactivity, augmentation, and AR aesthetics had a significant influence on internal organizational factors (organisms) and subsequently affected user behavioral responses, including reuse intentions. Meanwhile, open innovation plays an important role in strengthening organizational competitiveness through external collaboration, with inbound innovation being the most dominant factor. The research also resulted in three main strategies: improving interactive features and user experience, developing high-quality visual content, and strengthening collaborative networks through open innovation. The integration of SOR, OI, and OP models has proven effective in shaping a holistic, data-driven AR development strategy. The conclusion states that this approach can increase the adoption of digital technology and make a real contribution to organizational performance and digital economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

PT XYZ faces challenges in declining product quality due to production defects exceeding the optimaltolerance limit of 2% per period for six consecutive periods. This research aims to identify and addressdefects, offering action strategy recommendations to mitigate and prevent their recurrence during theproduction of grey fabric on RRC shuttle loom machines. The study utilizes an integrated analysis method,combining Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The researchhighlights five major defect types in grey fabric products, constituting 80% cumulatively. These defectsinclude pickbar issues, ambrol (fraying), tears, broken threads, and skipped weaving. Twelve root causescontributing to these defects in RRC shuttle loom production are identified and evaluated based on theirRisk Priority Number (RPN), categorized into classes A, B, and C with varying risk intensities. Two rootcauses from Class A, constituting 20% cumulatively, are identified as primary defect causes. These issuesinvolve the fit of the weaving reed and discrepancies in the let-off and take-up motion mechanism on theloom machine, each with an RPN value of 648. Action strategy recommendations are provided for thesetwo root causes, collectively contributing to 20% of the overall problem percentage. The objective is toprevent the recurrence of the five major defect types, accounting for 80% of the cumulative percentage.This comprehensive approach aims to rectify the identified issues, ensuring a higher standard of productquality in the textile manufacturing process

Abstract

The decline in the performance of the food and beverage sector by -3% for the food sector and -26.39% for the beverage sector in the second quarter of 2020 due to the outbreak of Covid-19 necessitated an analysis of the sustainability of the food and beverage industry. This research aimed to analyze the sustainability of the industry. A monitoring system for the sustainability of the food and beverage industry was an essential tool to ensure that the sector operated sustainably and contributed positively to the environment and society. Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) could be used to analyze and visualize the sustainability performance of the food and beverage industry based on various relevant dimensions or factors. The simulation results of Rapid Assessment of Food and Beverages (RAP-FB) indicated an overall high level of sustainability at 64.89%. In summary, the research showed that the food and beverage (F&B) industry's sustainability could be assessed through various dimensions and factors (such as Gross Domestic Product (GDP), energy efficiency, and workplace safety) contributed significantly to its overall sustainability. The monitoring system based on MDS could provide valuable insights to enhance the industry's performance and ensure its continued positive impact on the environment and society.

Abstract

PT X adalah sebuah perusahaan distributor alatberat yang memiliki jaringan luas di seluruh Indonesia. Salahsatu faktor kunci keberhasilan dalam penjualan alat beratadalah kemampuan untuk memberikan layanan purna jualyang komprehensif, termasuk penyediaan suku cadang untukperbaikan dan pemeliharaan alat berat pelanggan. PT Xmemiliki beberapa permasalahan yang menyebabkan tidakefektifnya kinerja rantai pasok yang terjadi di perusahaan. PTX memiliki beberapa permasalahan yaitu terdapatnya gapwaktu keterlambatan pada produk scania dengan target di PTX. Kemudian proses aliran rantai pasok yang belum efektifmengakibatkan sales performance pada perusahaan tidakmencapai target. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untukmenentukan bobot prioritas KPI dan melakukan analisisevaluasi KPI secara lebih mendalam denganmempertimbangkan bobot prioritasnya, terutama dalamkonteks peningkatan kinerja rantai pasok di masa depan.Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahmenggunakan model Supply Chain Operation Reference(SCOR). Secara umum, performa perusahaan telah mencapaitingkat yang memadai, dengan mencapai agregat sebesar51,25%. Dalam analisis ini, terdapat 8 KPI yang menunjukkanhasil yang kurang memuaskan dengan warna merah, 6 KPIlainnya menunjukkan hasil yang sedang dengan warna kuning,dan 5 KPI menunjukkan performa yang baik dengan warnahijau, berdasarkan rentang pencapaian nilai yang telahditetapkan dalam sistem traffic light. Abstract

PT United Tractors Tbk merupakan memilikibeberapa lini bisnis yakni, Mesin Konstruksi, KontraktorPenambangan, Pertambangan Batu Bara, Pertambangan Emas,Industri Konstruksi, dan Energi. Untuk lini bisnis MesinKonstruksi, United Tractors merupakan distributor untukbeberapa produk spare parts alat berat salah satunya ialahBomag. Perusahaan memiliki beberapa permasalahan yangmenyebabkan tidak maksimalnya rantai pasok yang terjadi diperusahaan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan target rencana danrealisasi stok spare parts tidak tercapai dengan target rencanaperusahaan. Kemudian dengan aliran rantai pasok yang tidakmaksimal dibuktikan dengan banyaknya pemangkukepentingan dalam pengambilan keputusan membuat setiapproses menjadi tidak efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk menilai kinerja rantai pasok dengan merancang KeyPerformance Indicator (KPI) yang ada di United Tractorsdengan menggunakan metode Supply Chain OperationReference (SCOR) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).Dengan mengetahui model referensi manajemen rantai pasokyang ada di perusahaan dapat menjadi acuan dalam perbaikansistem rantai pasok yang ada. Kemudian Analytical HierarchyProcess (AHP) digunakan dalam penentuan bobot prioritasdalam model referensi manajemen telah dirancang gunamenjadi evaluasi dari kinerja rantai pasok yang ada. Abstract

PT. Dirgantara Indonesia merupakanperusahaan yang focus pada sektor industry penerbangan.Salah satu hasil produksi dari PT. Dirgantara Indonesia adalahkomponen untuk pesawat airbus A350. Berdasarkan data daripabrik PT Dirgantara Indonesia tingkat produksi masih beradadi bawah target pengiriman yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya.Dalam hal ini, pabrik PT Dirgantara Indonesia belummempunyai tolak ukur dalam melakukan evaluasi kinerjarantai pasok perusahaan yang menyebabkan konsep SupplyChain belum dilaksanakan dengan maksimal. Supply ChainOperation Reference (SCOR) digunakan dalam mengukurperformansi pada suatu perusahaan. Tools dibutuhkan padapenerapannya agar Key Performance Indeks (KPI)diidentifikasi dan kemudian dikombinasikan dengan metodeAnalytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dalam menentukan sertamemutuskan prioritas indikator-indikator yang harusdiperbaiki di masa mendatang. Selanjutnya yaitu perancangansistem monitoring yang dipakai dalam memverifikasi semuaproses sudah berdasarkan perencanaan. Dari hasilpengumpulan dan pengolahan data yang sudah dilakukan,didapatkan 11 KPI perspektif BSC pengukuran kinerja rantaipasok pada aktivitas produksi pabrik PT Dirgantara Indonesia.Rancangan sistem pengukuran kinerja yang sudah dilakukandalam penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft excel.Hasil analisis korelasi antara sistem monitoring denganefektivitas proses produksi dapat disumpilkan bahwa hubunganantara kedua variabel tersebut signifikan yang kuat.
