Abstract

Salah satu yang dikategorikan rentan terhadap bencana tersebut ialah anak-anak. Anak-anak berisiko lebih tinggi menderita trauma dan tekanan jika dibandingkan orang dewasa. Oleh karenanya, anak-anak perlu diberdayakan untuk mengurangi dampak dari bencana. Suatu langkah sederhana untuk memperkenalkan konsep bencana alam adalah dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif. Pelaksanaan penelitian dan pengembangan bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif sebagai sarana edukasi kesiap-siagaan bencana tsunami pada anak. Hal ini dilakukan berdasar pada upaya untuk mengurangi risiko bencana pada anak, yang mana anak-anak merupakan golongan yang rentan terhadap suatu bencana. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ialah metode research and development dengan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Development dan Dissemination). Proses pengumpulan data akan dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) hasil pengujian functional testing menunjukkan semua fitur yang dimuat pada media dapat berjalan dengan baik, (2) hasil validasi media dengan para ahli (ahli materi, media dan bahasa) menunjukkan skor rata-rata 4.25 yang berarti sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media yang telah dikembangkan dapat digunakan.

Abstract

This research focuses on villages where the community mostly works in the small-scale gold mining sector (ASGM), namely Hulawa Village and Buladu Village, North Gorontalo Regency. Mercury has remained being used by the community in this location for gold processing since a long time. It is important to increase the environmental literacy of the community around the ASGM area considering the dangers of mercury to health and the environment. This study aims to improve the environmental literacy of the community around ASGM regarding the mercury dangers to health and environment. Raising the community environmental literacy is carried out through a mercury dangers awareness campaign by playing videos of mercury dangers, distributing mercury-free gold processing leaflets, resources person explanation concerning mercury impact. Public knowledge about the dangers of mercury before and after the campaign was measured through questions. This study shows that there is a rise in the number of people who understand the dangers of mercury after a mercury awareness campaign. The increase in the number of people who understand the mercury dangers shows that audio-visual and printed media are effectively used to increase public awareness of the dangers of mercury in ASGM areas.

Abstract

The Waste Bank Program is one of the programs aimed to solve waste problems and can help contribute to the community to build the community's economy. The method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the waste bank on the socio-economic community in Banten province. Based on data analysis of the impact of the waste bank program on the socio-economic community in Banten, namely 41.5%, it can be said that the waste bank program has contributed to the socio-economic development of the community, namely the results of the Waste Bank can be used to help buy daily necessities, recycle (recycle). items that are not used, reuse items from the waste bank program and teach people to be creative by utilizing unused items (reduce). Thus the waste bank program has an impact on the socio-economic community. One of which is contributing to growing the economy, managing waste into goods of economic value, recycling waste to reduce waste that is not of value, and reusing recycled goods. The existence of the waste bank program has an economic, environmental, social and educational impact. 1) From an economic point of view, the waste bank provides a role like banks in general, namely there is a process of saving from the acquisition of waste that has been weighed in the form of waste savings, buying and selling waste. 2) Seen from the environmental perspective, the impact of the waste bank is very beneficial for the local community, because the existence of a waste bank can reduce the volume of waste in the community's living environment and final disposal site. 3) Seen from education, the Waste Bank manager teaches customers the importance of waste that can be managed, has economic value by making crafts and recycling unused waste.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the level of land erosion hazard that occurs with the characteristic category of moderate and bad land erosion levels, the total erosion hazard that occurs is 669.65 ha, so it has an impact on land cover changes in the Mount Padang area which resulted in Edp exceeding its 4.2 ton limit. . The purpose of this study is to formulate spatial-based erosion mitigation directions in the Mount Padang area to the level of land erosion that occurs. The type of research used is R&D (Research and Development) through the stages of studying and understanding previous research, field surveys, and finally conducting literature studies in formulating spatial-based mitigation directions for the level of land erosion hazards that occur. The findings were obtained by the authors formulate spatial-based erosion mitigation directions in the form of spatial-based map-making actions in the Mount Padang area, as well as providing socialization to local communities in the Mount Padang area to be able to manage their lands properly.

Abstract

This research is based on the Government’s lack of concern for the risk of Kaba Volcano eruption. Lack of preparedness of disasters, socialization for disaster mitigation, availability of the evacuation routes, or early warning systems in Kaba Volcano. On the other hand, with disaster preparedness, the damage and casualty figures can be minimized. The purpose of this study is to formulate the mitigation priority direction of Kaba Volcano eruption. Data collecting used interviews, observation and collecting relevant information. Then the data are grouped according to the danger levels criteria, the vulnerability, and the risks. Data processed by scoring and analyzing with AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). The results show that the direction of Bukit Kaba eruption mitigation priorities as follows: measured and periodic training and disaster simulation aspect is (0.832), coordination and collaboration in anticipating disasters is (0.813), human resources preparation is (0.801), evacuation route and site is (0.799), and the early warning system is (0.795).

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to describe the existence of maudu lompoa sociocultural solidarity in a review of cultural geography. The life of the community has undergone many shifts in lifestyle, especially individual and meterialistic attitudes, of course if this continues to occur it will cause social conflicts. Therefore, it is necessary to implement the values ​​of solidarity in people's lives. Values ​​derived from national identity so that people's lives run with peace and prosperity. These values ​​reside in many local cultures run by the community. In the Cikoang community, the values ​​of social solidarity are still well preserved in the procession of the Culture of the lompoa. This research is a descriptive study with an ethnographic approach. The results of the study show that the cultural change of maudu lompoa which is influenced by the environmental, social and economic conditions of the Cikoang community turned out to further strengthen the social and cultural solidarity of the people from time to time. The existence of Cikoang community social solidarity in maudu lompoa culture is able to be implemented in daily life.

Abstract

Konten Pembelajaran telah menjadi bagian penting dalam pembelajaran di masa pandemi saat ini. Pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan jejaring sangat mudah diakses. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang rancangan konten pembelajaran geografi pariwisata berbasis wisata pantai botutonuo berintegrasikan photography essay. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Deskriptif eksplorasi yang akan mendeskripsikan fenomena secara konprehenship. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Desain penelitian dilakukan dengan analisis kebutuhan, yang disesuaikan dengan rencana pembelajaran semester, capaian pembelajaran dan karakteristik materi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa 1). Hasil analisis kebutuhan materi geografi pariwisata berdasarkan capaian pembelajaran menunjukan sumber belajar dari Wisata pantai botutonuo antara lain Sumber daya wisata pantai Botutonuo, Pendukung wisata pantai Botutonuo, Wisatawan Pantai Botutonuo, Kawasan Wisata Pantai Botutonuo dengan 11 sub bagian yang memiliki  Materi Pembelajaran yang sesuai yaitu Daya Tarik Wisata, Daya Tarik wisata dari Unsur alami, Daya tarik wisata dari unsur non alami, Jenis sarana pendukung wisata, Jenis prasarana pendukung wisata, Kebutuhan dasar wisatawan, Karakteristik wisatawan, Toponimi wisatawan, Komponen dasar Wisata, Atraksi wisata, Amenitas, Aksesibilitas. 2) Komponen wisata yang menjadi sumber belajar antara lain atraksi wisata (pesisir pantai botutonuo, Vegetasi, dan Spot dermaga), amenitas (penginapan, gasebo, menara pandang botutonuo, market, warung makan, tempat ibadah, toilet, area parkir, penerangan) dan akessibilitas (bandara, pelabuhan, terminal, akses jalan). Sebagai kesimpulan Wisata Pantai Botutonuo yang berintegrasikan photography essay memiliki karakteristik yang bersesuaian dengan materi geografi pariwisata, capaian pembelajaran dan karakteristik materi yang terfokus pada komponen wisata. Sehingga dapat menjadi rekomendasi yang efektif kepada pihak terkait, bahwa Wisata pantai Botutonuo yang berintegrasikan photography essay dapat dijadikan sebagai konten pembelajaran pada materi geografi pariwisata.

Abstract

Dunia pendidikan tidak bisa terlepas dari kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan termasuk perkembangan teknologi media pembelajaran. Melalui penggunaan teknologi media pembelajaran diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Apalagi pada era covid-19 ini, proses pembelajaran tidak sepenuhnya dilakukan dengan tatap muka sehingga diperlukan media pembelajaran sebagai bagian alat bantu. Inilah hal yang mendasari penelitian ini dilakukan. Jenis penelitian ini ialah jenis penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen. Tehnik  pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes yang dianalisis melalui tahap 1) uji validitas konstruksi dan uji tingkat kesukaran, dan 2) uji prasyarat yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan pengujian hipotesis. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII dan sampelnya ialah siswa kelas VIII A dan VIII B SMP Negeri 1 Ujan Mas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan media Lectora Inspire dilakukan pada kelas VIII B sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII A sebagai kelas kontrol. Pada pretest, hasil belajar kelas kontrol adalah 60 dan kelas eksperimen adalah 57,78. Setelah dilakukan penggunaan media Lectora Inspire, kelas kontrol memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 67,32 dan kelas eksperimen sebesar 72,24. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran Lectora Inspire lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol yang melakukan pembelajaran dengan media lain.

Abstract

The research study aimed to determine the errors that eleventh-grade students of SMA N 2 Muaro Jambi made in arranging the structure of noun phrases and the dominant errors that students made in arranging the structure of noun phrases. The method used in this research is descriptive. The population is the eleventh-grade students of SMA N 2 Muaro Jambi. The sample taken through the cluster random sampling technique was class XI IPA 1. This research used a test as the instrument to collect the data. The test showed that the students made more errors in arranging the structure of noun phrases were additions. The percentage of errors was 45,18%.On the contrary, the lowest errors that the students made in arranging the structure of noun phrases were misorderings, and the percentage was only 10,37%. From the result of this research, it can be concluded that the students were confused about arranging the structure of noun phrases especially related to addiction. It was caused by the lack of knowledge about common noun functioning as modifiers to modify the Noun in noun phrases.
