Abstract

This study collects data through observation, documentation, interviews, questionnaires, and case studies to examine the effects of leadership, communication skills, competence, and motivation. There were 1,084 workers surveyed from across 13 different offices and departments in the Klaten district. Purposive sampling is a technique used by academics. A total of 130 employees from various government offices in the Klaten regency will serve as the study's sample population (8 percent of the total population). Researchers will select 10 respondents from each office, agency, and department in the region. In this study, we used SPSS version 24 to conduct a multiple regression analysis. Research and analysis yielded variables measuring professionalism, integrity, productivity, and expertise in all areas of the Klaten provincial government's organizational structure for effective management. value of adjusted R square (R2) equal to 0.644%. Determination or contribution of variables such as professionalism, integrity, competence, and performance on the job to organizational effectiveness in the Klaten regency's administrative arm, the Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD). The total increase in other variables, such as work ethic, workplace discipline, education, and so on, is just 35.6%.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze The influence of discipline on the work productivity of employees of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes, Central Java II, The influence of motivation on the work productivity of employees of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes, Central Java II, This research is categorized as a quantitative research type. The population and sample in this research were all employees at the Central Java II Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes, namely 151 people. And 50% of employees, namely 75 employees, were sampled, so this research used a saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it was concluded that Discipline had a significant/not significant effect on work productivity at the Regional Office of DJP Central Java II, Motivation had a significant effect on employee work productivity at the Regional Office of DJP Central Java II, Competence has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Regional Office of DJP Central Java II, and Work culture has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Regional Office of DJP Central Java II.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to determine the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims in terms of service, facilities, price perception, and trust at the Surya Madina Surakarta Umrah Bureau. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive research. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, randomly selected 79 pilgrims, from a population of 786 Umrah pilgrims at the Surya Madina Umrah Bureau. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that is tested for validity and reliability, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression methods. Data processing in this study uses SPSS software version 30. The results of this study indicate that service, price perception, and trust have a positive and significant effect partially on the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims at the Surya Madina Umrah Bureau. While facilities have a positive but not significant effect on the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims at the Surya Madina Umrah Bureau.

Abstract

Research was conducted to determine the influence of leadership, motivation, competence, and work environment on employee performance. With the census method, a sample of 38 respondents was obtained and the data analysis used was a classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and determination coefficient test. The research variables consist of dependent variables, namely employee performance, independent variables, namely leadership, motivation, competence, and work environment. The population in this study was 38 respondents. Based on the results of hypothesis testing and discussions that have been carried out, it can be concluded that there is an influence of leadership, motivation, competence, and work environment on employee performance in Prokopim Klaten Regency. Based on the research and discussion conducted, the results of the Adjusted R Square (R²) value of 0.818 or 81.8% were obtained. The remaining contribution of other variables only amounted to 18.2% such as work ethic, work discipline, education and others.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the role of disruptive marketing innovation as a moderator of the influence of marketing mix strategy, green marketing and social media marketing on purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques through surveys of consumers of Salatiga Cassava SMEs. Model and hypothesis testing uses SEM (Partial Least Square) analysis using SmartPLS. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion carried out in the previous chapter, the conclusions that can be drawn are as Marketing mix strategy has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and disruptive marketing innovation. Green marketing does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions but has a significant effect on disruptive marketing innovation. Social media marketing does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions but social has a significant effect on disruptive marketing innovation. Disruptive marketing innovation has a significant effect on purchasing decisions but does not moderate or weaken the direction of the relationship between marketing mix strategy and green marketing on purchasing decisions but Marketing innovation moderates or strengthens the direction of the relationship between social media marketing on purchasing decisions.  Keywords: purchasing; disruptive innovation; marketing mix; green marketing; social media

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of competence and organizational commitment on performance with job satisfaction as a mediator. This study uses a non-experimental descriptive quantitative method with a survey and cross-sectional design. The unit of analysis of this study uses individual answers that represent their respective opinions, in this case members of the Polri Polres Sukoharjo which will be analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). In this study, the independent variables used are competence (X1) and organizational commitment (X2) and the dependent variable used is performance (Y). In this study, the intervening/mediating variable used is job satisfaction (M). The population in this study were 108 members of the Polri Polres Sukoharjo and then they would become research respondents who would provide answers to the statement items given. This study uses a small sample in a certain group so that the minimum sample that must be met is 70 respondents. The data collection methods used in this study are observation, documentation, questionnaires and literature studies. The data analysis technique used in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The conclusion from the results of testing, analysis and discussion in the previous chapter is that Competence does not affect job satisfaction in members of the Sukoharjo Police Department, Organizational commitment, Job satisfaction, Competence affects the performance of members of the Sukoharjo Police Department. Organizational commitment does not affect the performance of members of the Sukoharjo Police Department. Job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between competence and the performance of members of the Sukoharjo Police Department. Job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between organizational commitment and the performance of members of the Sukoharjo Police Department.
