Abstract

Human role in an organization is a very important asset that must be managed effectively, because of their uniqueness in the human resources are diverse and constantly evolving, so that the problem of human resources is also more complicated. In Indonesia the human resource problems that often occur is a job satisfaction. Workers demonstrated to demand a wage increase for reasons workload is not balanced with the remuneration given by the company.This study aimed to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to Islamic Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study is a quantitative study with explanatory research approach performed in BMT Maslahah Pasuruan. The population of this research is all employees of BMT Maslahah totaling 46 employees and the sample of this study were40 employees. The analysis methodis Partial Least Square (PLS) that is a tool of analysis using WarPLS 3.0. The results showed that job satisfaction has an effect on the Islamic OCB, satisfaction has an effect on the organizational commitment, OCB organizational commitment has an effect on the Islam, and organizational commitment mediated the effect of job satisfaction to theIslamic OCB.

Abstract

 The objectives of this research determine and analyze: the influence of organizational culture and work motivation toward job satisfaction; the influence of organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction toward toward administrator performance; the effect of job satisfaction as the mediator organizational culture and work motivation toward the administrator performance program community empowerment in Jayapura City Papua Province. Respondents of this study chairperson, secretary, treasurer and assistant tanaga community development programs in the city of Jayapura as many as 156 people. The instrument to collect the data was used a questionnaire, while the measurement scales used in this study are Likert scale. The analysis tool is used path analysis. The results of the study showed that organizational culture significantly influence job satisfaction and administrator performance. While no significantly effect of work motivation to job satisfaction but a significantly effect on the administrator performance. Job satisfaction is a partial mediating effect of organizational culture on the administrator performance, this suggests that organizational culture can result in administrator performance without going through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is not a mediating influence between work motivation on the administrator performance.

Abstract

Human resource management is critical and the focus of many organizations in achieving a competitive advantage. Based on previous studies that assessed the effect of employee performance has an impact on organizational culture, compensation, and employee motivation. From these studies need to be tested further with the addition / change of variables, among others, the effect of compensation on work motivation and performance, organizational culture on work motivation and performance of employees, through an empirical study of an administrative officer at UB PTIIK . From the results of this study concluded that the compensation has not been able to contribute to work motivation and performance. However, cultural organizations such as the application of the rules given employee influence on employee motivation PTIIK UB that will make a positive contribution to the performance of employees .

Abstract

xThe objective of the research is to understand the effect of compensation and work environment on work satisfaction and performance. Research population is the employee of Bank BTPN Malang Branchfor 68 people. Inferential Statistic Method is used in the data analysis, by utilizing Generalized Structural Component Analysis (GSCA). In this research, the direct and indirect effects of compensation and work environment on work satisfaction and performance are examined. Result of research indicates that there is a significant direct effect of compensation on work satisfaction. However, a significant direct effect of compensation on employee performance is absent. The employee often considers the wage, salary, and welfare indicators as low. Therefore, the manager is forced to produce a better match between wage, salary and welfare which are given to the employee to improve performance. There was no significant direct effectof work environment on work satisfaction, but there is significant indirect effect of work environment on work satisfaction through employee performance. It seems that the intermediate (intervening) is very necessaryfor the effect of employee performance on work satisfaction. There is a significant reci procal effect of work satisfaction on employee performance.

Abstract

Innovative work behavior is a key driver of technology-based service innovation in the hospitality industry. This study integrates innovative work behavior into Technology-Enabled Innovative Behavior and reconceptualizes organizational commitment into Technology Adoption Commitment to capture employees' psychological attachment to technology adoption underexplored area. Commitment to capture employees’ psychological attachment to adopting technologies. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership on Technology-Enabled Innovative Behavior, and through the mediating roles of paras-paros citizenship behavior and Technology Adoption Commitment. Using survey data from 377 employees of five-star hotels in Bali analyzed with PLS-SEM, the results show that transformational leadership significantly enhances Technology-Enabled Innovative Behavior, with Paras Paros Citizenship Behavior as a partial mediator, while Technology Adoption Commitment has no mediating effect. Higher Technology-Enabled Innovative Behavior is reflected in the frequent use of Property Management Systems, digital payment, and mobile check-in, whereas lower use of AI-driven customer service indicates areas for further innovation. The findings highlight that leadership and Paras Paros Citizenship Behavior provide strong cultural support, but innovation outcomes depend on the accessibility and integration of specific technologies. Strengthening leadership practices, local wisdom values, and the operational integration of underutilized tools can accelerate digital transformation in the hospitality industry.
