Abstract

This article aims to deepen knowledge about the importance of the concept of consumer well-being  in marketing research, as well as to build propositions related to the potential for consumer well-being and its consequences for marketing outcomes. Through an in-depth study of the existing literature, it can be revealed that CWB is an important construct in marketing research and consumer behavior. CWB measurement can be done by measuring consumer satisfaction which contributes to several positive states of consumers in the form of positive emotions, attachments, relationships, meaning, and achievement (PERMA). In addition, this article succeeded in building a proposition that brand authenticity can have a significant effect on CWB and marketing outcomes in the form of consumer citizenship behavior. The relationship between these variables is based on self-determination theory.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of restorative justice in resolving domestic violence cases against children in Indonesia. Domestic violence against children is a serious problem that continues to increase every year, requiring a legal approach that not only punishes perpetrators but also focuses on victim recovery and family harmony restoration. This research uses normative juridical method with statutory and conceptual approaches. The results show that restorative justice can be applied in domestic violence cases against children based on Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2024, Police Regulation Number 8 of 2021, and Attorney General Regulation Number 15 of 2020. However, its application must consider the power relations between perpetrators and victims, the severity of violence, and the child's best interests. This study concludes that restorative justice can be an effective alternative in resolving domestic violence cases against children as long as it prioritizes victim recovery, involves child protection institutions, and does not neglect legal accountability. Recommendations include the need for clear guidelines for applying restorative justice in domestic violence cases against children and strengthening the capacity of law enforcement officer.

Abstract

The Imam's tofu and tempeh industry in Central Lampung Regency produces two main types of products: tofu and tempeh. Additionally, the industry processes tofu dregs into a third product, gembus tempeh. This study aimed to identify the production performance and waste management of Imam's tofu and tempeh industry using the quick scan method. The data used are in the form of primary data and secondary data. The data obtained are presented in the form of mass balances and graphs. The research results show that improvements need to be made in the aspects of technology, management, production processes, and waste management. Water consumption in the Pak Imam industry is still relatively high, that is, 2,251.68 liters per day. This has an impact on the high volume of waste produced, which is 2,119.98 liters per day. Potential waste that has not been optimally utilized is found in the crushing stage (tempeh production) and extraction stage (tofu production). It is necessary to carry out maintenance on waste storage ponds due to silting. In addition, there are problems with the cleanliness of the place and equipment, so that the resulting product is less hygienic.

Abstract

This study aimed to optimize fermentation time and Ghalkoff microbial concentration on the chemical and microbiological characteristics of organic Robusta coffee as an alternative to civet coffee. The method used was Response Surface Methodology (RSM) with a two-factor Central Composite Design (CCD), consisting of fermentation time (24, 48, 72 hours) and Ghalkoff microbial concentration (20%, 25%, 30% w/v). Parameters analyzed included caffeine content, chlorogenic acid content, total microbial count, and sensory evaluation (cupping test). The results showed that optimal conditions were achieved at a fermentation time of 72 hours and a microbial concentration of 30% (w/v), yielding the lowest caffeine content of 1.55%, the highest chlorogenic acid content of 6.81%, and a cupping score of 84, closely approaching that of commercial civet coffee (85). The caffeine content obtained meets the SNI 01-3542-2004 requirements for ground coffee quality grades I and II. Fermentation using Ghalkoff microbes was proven effective in improving the chemical and sensory characteristics of organic Robusta coffee and has potential as a more ethical and sustainable alternative to civet coffee production.
