Abstract

Legally, the main purpose of land registration is to create legal certainty and ensure the protection of the law. But at the level of its implementation, the legal certainty of land registration is yet to be felt by the community. This means that in fact along our lives are still considered to be no legal certainty of the existence of land registration in this country, because the certificate has not fully guarantee the land rights of a person. This fact needs to be overcome by transplanting certainty and legal protection in the system of registration of land rights with justice. It can be done through: transplant certification bureaucracy in the system of registration of land rights and transplantation of responsibility system of BPN/ Land Office officials.

Abstract

In the negative publication system with positive elements in agrarian law in Indonesia at the implementation level, there are still a number of weaknesses, both weaknesses from the aspect of the norms for the purpose of land registration, aspects of legal responsibility and the system of imposing sanctions. There will be 3 (three) weaknesses in the Negative Publication System (positive elements) which are used as the basis for Land Registration by Government Regulation/PP Number 24 of 1997, namely: first; the norming system because it is imperative (norm imperative) and open (openbaar norm) which provides an opportunity for other parties to prove that they are the real owners of the land, thus resulting in legal disputes that must be resolved through the courts; second; the norm of legal responsibility for BPN/Kakan Land Officials who make mistakes in the implementation of land registration is not regulated in a negative publication system with positive elements, so that BPN/Land Office officials are not legally responsible when a certificate of land rights is canceled or declared invalid by a court decision; and third; norms and system for imposing sanctions for Land Registration Officers (BPN officials) who make mistakes in the implementation of land registration in Government Regulation/PP Number 24 of 1997 is not regulated. Keywords: Negative Publications, Positive Elements, and Agrarian Law.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the benefits of tax planning in a construction company, where income tax is subject to Final Income Tax (the size of costs does not affect taxation). This study employs a qualitative method with an ethnomethodology and case study approach, and data collection is conducted through observation and in-depth interviews. Observation activities are carried out in the Accounting department (responsible for tax audits and document inspections), the Finance department (responsible for VAT and Income Tax articles 4, 23, 22), HRD (responsible for Income Tax 21, non-monetary benefits, and vehicles), and the Internal Audit department (responsible for samples projects). The results of this study indicate that tax avoidance can enhance company performance, whether through motivated human resources due to the company bearing the income tax burden or increased profits due to efficiency and effectiveness. Through the findings of this study, the authors hope that tax avoidance can be executed efficiently and integrated as much as possible into the company's current processes, making it easy, and cost-effective to implement.

Abstract

The Indonesian state is based on the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia which emphasizes that the Indonesian state is not only based on power (power state) but also based on law (rule of law). Indonesia is a country with natural resources in the form of coal and minerals. However, the activities carried out by the community sometimes violate the law because mining is carried out without permits or illegal mining. The research method used is empirical juridical. The formulation of the problem studied and analyzed is the factors that influence law enforcement against illegal sand mining activities (excavating c) carried out by village heads in the Kikim district, Lahat district. The result is the legal factor itself. There is no legal umbrella that gives permanent legal power to the police to control illegal mining practices. Second, the Law Enforcement Factor, namely the lack of socialization of law enforcement, is a factor causing the rise in illegal sand mining crimes. Weak supervision and law enforcement give the impression of giving freedom and not deterring illegal sand mining perpetrators

Abstract

Abstract

A trial using formula Pepti Junior (Nutricia, Holland) containing short chain peptides (SCP) was done for treating 35 children suffering from chronic diarrhoea with protein inaldigestion/malabsorption. The other 30 children who suffered from those diseases were treated with non-SCP formula, as a control. Tryptic activity test of duodenal juice was performed 2 or 3 times with a 4-week-interval. The results indicated that the gaining of body weight and improvement of protein maldigestion was better in SCP group compared with non-SCP group (p <0.01). However, the acceptance of non-SCP f ormu/a was better than SCP f ormu/a (p < 0.05); this might be due to higher tasteless MCT content in the SCP formula. No significant difference was found in duration of diarrhea during the period of treatment between the 2 groups. The explanation of these findings is that the intestinal mucosa can absorb protein better in the form of di- or tripeptide than that of free amino acids, even when the mucosal integrity was impaired due to chronic diarrhoea. It can be concluded that SCP is beneficial for treating protein maldigestion/malabsorption in chronic diarrhoeal children.

Abstract

This study explores women’s leadership in community-based organizations through a case study of the Moeldoko Center. Based on the author's experience as Chairwoman, it highlights the challenges women face in patriarchal settings. Using PESTEL analysis and an ethnographic approach, the study reveals that from 2021–2024, collaborative and transformational leadership styles dominated. These styles fostered synergy, open communication, and strategic innovation—such as alternative food programs, legal aid, and Moel Coffee. Women’s leadership emerged as a driver of inclusive and sustainable transformation. The research enriches leadership theory with a gender perspective and offers practical insights for similar organizations in Indonesia.
