Abstract

Perencanaan karir yang efektif dan berbasis kompetensi menjadi elemen kunci dalam pengembangan talenta, terutama di tengah akselerasi transformasi digital yang mengubah struktur dan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi perencanaan karir berbasis kompetensi terhadap pengembangan talenta di era digital. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei terhadap karyawan muda dari sektor teknologi digital. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling, dengan kriteria responden berusia di bawah 35 tahun dan bekerja di perusahaan berbasis teknologi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner skala Likert, yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan melalui regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga dimensi strategi perencanaan karir berbasis kompetensi secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap pengembangan talenta. Secara khusus, career goal setting berkontribusi pada peningkatan orientasi inovatif, self-assessment meningkatkan fleksibilitas kerja, dan competency mapping mendorong pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi strategi perencanaan karir berbasis kompetensi mampu meningkatkan kesiapan individu dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan program pengembangan sumber daya manusia berbasis kompetensi sebagai strategi peningkatan daya saing organisasi. Abstract Effective and competency-based career planning is a key element in talent development, especially in the midst of accelerating digital transformation which is changing the structure and needs of the world of work. This research aims to analyze the influence of competency-based career planning strategies on talent development in the digital era. The research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with a survey method of young employees from the digital technology sector. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, with the criteria being that respondents were under 35 years old and worked in technology-based companies. The instrument used is a Likert scale questionnaire, which has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression. The research results show that the three dimensions of competency-based career planning strategies have a significant positive effect on talent development. In particular, career goal setting contributes to increasing innovative orientation, self-assessment increases work flexibility, and competency mapping encourages the use of digital technology. These findings confirm that the integration of competency-based career planning strategies can increase individual readiness in facing the challenges of the digital era. Therefore, this research recommends strengthening competency-based human resource development programs as a strategy to increase organizational competitiveness.

Abstract

The integration of ICT has positive effects on current education in secondary schools, especially in teaching Analytical Exposition text writing by using Quora social media and Canva applications. The objectives of this study were to examine students' Analytical Exposition text writing performance and to determine the students’ perceptions of the integration of the applications. A survey questionnaire was collected to gain in-depth information about the integration of applications. By using a sequential explanatory mixed-methods design, the data were collected both quantitative and qualitative. The sample was 36 students of eleventh graders of social programs which was divided into the experimental and control groups. The data collection included giving a pretest and a posttest, followed by a survey questionnaire. The findings indicated that participants in the experimental group achieved a statistically significantly higher score in the writing posttest (70), p < .000 compared to the control group. The questionnaire were obtained applying the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) to assess students’ views on technology use: performance expectations, effort expectations, social influences, and facilitating conditions. The results revealed that the integration applications have positively effects on performance expectations, efforts expectations, social influences and facilitating conditions. The facilitating condition was the highest influence (74.3%) on the students’ perceptions of the learning writing performance, followed by social influence (61.12%), effort expectations (60.19%) and performance expectation (58.33%). The applications facilitated the students’ critical thinking, constructing the ideas and creativity in the writing performance. Furthermore, it also made the students more creative and interactive in the classroom.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah adanya fenomena pengaruh globalisasi yang menyebabkan masuknya informasi-informasi terbaru yang membuat konformitas pada mahasiswi meningkat karena keinginan untuk tidak ketinggalan tren terbaru mengenai lingkungan sosial mereka yang mengakibatkan meningkatnya perilaku konsumtif mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konformitas dengan perilaku konsumtif pada mahasiswi di Universitas X, di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan subjek berjumlah 210 orang mahasiswi Psikologi Angkatan 2023 yang menempuh pendidikan di Universitas X. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini yaitu skala konformitas dan skala perilaku konsumtif. Analisis hasil penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi Product Momment dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.657 (r = 0.657) dan nilai signifikansi 0.000 (p < 0.05). Berdasarkan data tersebut, ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara Konformitas dengan perilaku konsumtif pada mahasiswi Universitas X. Semakin tinggi konformitas, maka semakin tinggi perilaku konsumtif pada mahasiswi.

Abstract

Human breast milk is a uniquely complex biological fluid renowned for delivering essential nutrients to newborns. Beyond its nutritional value, it also contains important immunological components that play a fundamental role in infant health and development. This review explores the immunological characteristics of breast milk, highlighting its diverse array of immune cells and bioactive molecules, including secretory IgA, cytokines, and chemokines. These components actively contribute to the maturation of the infant’s immune system, strengthen defenses against infections, and facilitate the development of a balanced gut microbiome. This discussion also explores how the immune components in breast milk function to benefit infants, examining their protective mechanisms and developmental impacts. Additionally, it addresses how storage conditions—such as freezing, refrigeration, or pasteurization—may alter the integrity and effectiveness of these vital immune factors. Furthermore, the influence of external environmental factors, including maternal diet, stress, and exposure to pollutants, is considered for their potential effects on the immunological quality of breast milk. For this literature review, relevant studies were systematically searched across multiple academic databases, including PubMed, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, ResearchGate, and Elsevier. The search was limited to publications from the past ten years. Emerging research underscores the adaptive nature of breast milk and its profound impact on early-life immunity, offering valuable insights for optimizing infant feeding practices and potential clinical applications.

Abstract

Background: Angiogenesis is the formation of new blood vessels, is crucial for cancer growth and metastasis, including in epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC). Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) regulates angiogenesis, and its elevated mRNA expression is linked to poor prognosis in cancer. Genetic variations, such as the rs699947 polymorphism in the VEGF gene, can affect VEGF expression and contribute to cancer progression.Objective: The primary aim of this study is to examine the distribution of the VEGF rs699947 polymorphism and its correlation with VEGF mRNA expression levels in patients with low-grade and high-grade EOC at Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, Indonesia.Methods: This research is a cross-sectional analysis involving 65 normal female whole blood samples and a total of 80 ovarian cancer biopsy samples, including 15 ovarian cysts as expression calibrators, along with 36 low-grade and 29 high-grade EOC samples. The distribution of genotypes and alleles of the VEGF rs699947 polymorphism was assessed through ARMS PCR analysis, while VEGF mRNA expression was quantified using real-time qPCR.Results: Significant differences were observed in both genotype (p<0,01) and allele (p=0,000) distributions between the normal and cases group. The relative mRNA expression of VEGF was significantly elevated in both low-grade and high-grade EOC. Individuals with the homozygous VEGF rs699947 AA genotype exhibited the highest mRNA expression compared to other genotypes. In contrast, individuals carrying the CC genotype showed the lowest correlation with VEGF mRNA expression in both low-grade and high-grade EOC.Conclusion: This study shows that the A allele of VEGF rs699947 is correlated with increased VEGF mRNA expression in EOC patients, particularly in those with the AA genotype. Conversely, the C allele may offer a protective effect against EOC, as the CC genotype is linked to lower VEGF mRNA expression. Genetic screening for VEGF rs699947 could facilitate early detection and inform targeted therapeutic strategies.

Abstract

Background: Immunization is important in health services to protect vulnerable individuals from PD3I. Immunization efforts make a significant contribution to increasing the Human Development Index related to one of its components, such as life expectancy, because it can avoid unwanted deaths, if not addressed immediately it will have an impact on increasing cases of Extraordinary Events and the spread of disease will accelerate. Especially during the the Covid-19 pandemic which caused restrictions on activities which certainly had an impact on participation in immunization visits at Posyandu. Objective: To determine factors that influence the obedience of mothers bringing their toddlers to get basic immunization during the Covid-19 pandemic in Mekarjaya Village, Tangerang Regency. Methodology: Using a cross sectional approach, a sample of 100 mothers who had toddlers. The research instrument was a questionnaire that had been tested valid and reliable, bivariate analysis had been done by the Chi Square test. Results: there is a significant relationship between knowledge, attitudes, motivation, family support and the role of cadres with mothers' compliance to bring toddlers to get basic immunization during the co-19 pandemic in Mekarjaya Village. Conclusion: Internal factors are the main factor for mother's compliance to bring their toddler to get immunization. It is hoped that mothers who have toddlers can increase their knowledge about the importance of immunization through various media and reliable sources.

Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan jaman yang semakin modern dan cepat seperti sekarang ini tentu saja memengaruhi gaya hidup masyarakat dalam kebutuhan primer salah satunya pada fashion. Hal ini memberi pengaruh yang besar kepada konsumen terutama mahasiswa di kota besar seperti Surabaya yang memiliki persepsi terkait baju dengan gaya kekinian, berasal dari merk terkenal, dan memiliki harga yang murah seperti thrift clothes import. Persepsi seperti ini memiliki keterkaitan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian pada mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan subjek 55 orang mahasiswa Psikologi di Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Analisis korelasi data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pearson product moment. Hasil analisis korelasi data sebesar 0,753 (r = 0,753) dengan taraf signifikansi linier 0,000 (p<0,05) menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif dan linier antara persepsi konsumen dengan keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: persepsi konsumen, keputusan pembelian, thrift clothes import Abstract The development of an increasingly modern and fast age as it is today certainly affects people's lifestyles in the primary needs of one of them in fashion. This has a big influence on consumers, especially students in big cities such as Surabaya who have perceptions related to clothes with contemporary style, come from famous brands, and have cheap prices such as thrift clothes import. Such perceptions have an association with product purchasing decisions. This study aims to find out the relationship between consumer perception of purchasing decisions in psychology student. This research is a quantitative study with the subject of 55 students of Psychology, State University of Surabaya. The data correlation analysis in this study used pearson product moment. The results of data correlation analysis of 0.753 (r = 0.753) with a linear significance of 0.000 (p<0.05) showed a positive and linear relationship between consumer perception and purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstrak Work engagement menjadi faktor penting untuk memaksimalkan kinerja karyawan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Bojonegoro untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik. Work engagement dapat dipengaruhi oleh kapasitas personal individu, salah satunya yaitu psychological capital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara psychological capital dengan work engagement pada karyawan PDAM Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang karyawan. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi product moment pearson dengan bantuan SPSS Statistics 24.0 for windows. Hasil analisis data memiliki nilai koefisiensi korelasi sebesar 0,880 (r=0,880) dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p<0,005) yang menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara psychological capital dengan work engagement pada karyawan PDAM Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Work engagement can be influenced by individual personal capacity, one of which is psychological capital. This study aims to determine the relationship between psychological capital and work engagement among PDAM Bojonegoro employees. Subjects in this study amounted to 50 employees. Data analysis used Pearson product moment correlation test with the help of SPSS Statistics 24.0 for windows. Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan keterikatan karyawan pada karyawan PT. X. Metode penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap dengan minimal masa kerja 5 tahun dimana sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 karyawan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan skala yang terdiri dari skala persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan skala employee engagement. Berdasarkan pada hasil analisis data menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.655. Maka, bisa disimpulkan bahwasannya terdapat hubungan signifikansi positif dan kuat antara kedua variabel. Maknanya bahwa apabila tingkat persepsi dukungan organisasi yang dimiliki oleh seorang karyawan tinggi maka semakin tinggi keterikatan karyawan pada diri karyawan tersebut, dan sebaliknya bila persepsi dukungan organisasi yang dimiliki oleh seorang karyawan rendah maka semakin rendah employee engagement yang dimiliki oleh karyawan tersebut. Abstract

Pemimpin dengan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dapat membantu perusahaan dalam meraih tujuan positif dengan memberdayakan para karyawan untuk melakukan hal yang terbaik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dengan motivasi kerja karyawan di PT.X. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 82, sedangkan sampel yang diambil memiliki kriteria yaitu merupakan karyawan tetap dan sudah memiliki masa kerja selama 2 tahun lebih di PT.X, yaitu sebanyak 61 Karyawan 30 orang digunakan sebagai uji coba tryout dan sisanya sebanyak 31 orang sebagai subjek pengambilan data penelitian. Hasil analisa penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara persepsi kepemimpinan transformasional dengan motivasi kerja. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 (sig < 0,005), sehingga hipotesis pada penelitian ini diterima. Korelasi pada penelitian ini sebesar 0.589. hal ini berarti hubungan antar variabel masuk dalam kategori kuat. Ketika karyawan memiliki persepsi gaya transformasional yang baik maka motivasi kerja juga ikut meningkat. Kata kunci : Persepsi Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Motivasi Kerja.
