Abstract

Digital transformation in MSMEs refers to the use of information and communication technology to increase efficiency, productivity and business competitiveness. Pancor Mas Written Batik from Bucor Kulon Village, Pakuniran District, Probolinggo Regency is one of Indonesian cultural products that has great potential to be developed. Digital business transformation is an important strategy in increasing the competitiveness of the MSME market. By adopting digital technology, it is hoped that Written Batik MSMEs can expand their market reach, increase operational efficiency, and provide added value to their products. The aim of this research is to identify challenges in the adoption of digital technology by the Batik Tulis Pancor Emas MSMEs in Bucor Kulon Village. This research uses a qualitative approach by taking primary data sources in the form of interviews, secondary data in the form of literature studies. The qualitative research paradigm is research that places humans as research subjects. The findings in this research show that the majority of Pancor Emas Batik Tulis MSME owners show a good understanding of the importance of digitalization, they realize that digital technology helps in marketing, inventory management, and communication with customers. The business has been running for more than 10 years, the number of employees is 7 people, the business owner's latest education is high school. From the level of adoption of digital technology, Batik Tulis Pancor Emas MSMEs still do not use e-commerce but use conventional marketing using outlets or kiosks spread across several places. MSMEs do not use E-Commerce in their sales so they do not experience significant sales, while MSMEs that have used E-Commerce have experienced an increase in sales.

Abstract

Abstract: The community economic empowerment program through a community-based donut home industry in Sumberanyar Village, Paiton District, Probolinggo, aims to improve production and marketing skills and support the economic welfare of the community. This program succeeded in improving participants' technical skills in donut making, strengthening marketing strategies, and contributing significantly to increasing participants' income. However, the program also faces several limitations, such as limited access to capital, obstacles to technology adoption, and fluctuations in market demand. The method used in this service is qualitative with a participatory approach which emphasizes the active involvement of the community in the service process. The implications of the success of this program show that community-based economic empowerment can be an effective model for improving local prosperity and has the potential to be replicated in other areas. To overcome existing limitations, additional support is recommended in the form of access to microfinance, advanced technology training, as well as product diversification and expansion of marketing networks. By implementing these recommendations, it is hoped that the program can achieve sustainability and provide a broader and more sustainable impact on the community Keywords: Empowerment; Community Economy; Home Industry

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of corporate governance, financial transparency, risk management, and corporate reputation on Gen Z investor confidence. Using a sample of 300 Gen Z investors, the research employs multiple regression analysis to assess the relationships between these variables. The findings reveal that all four factors significantly and positively impact investor confidence, with corporate reputation and financial transparency having the strongest influence. The results highlight that Gen Z investors value companies that demonstrate ethical governance, transparent financial practices, strong risk management, and positive reputations. The study offers valuable insights for organizations aiming to attract and retain Gen Z investors, emphasizing the importance of maintaining high standards in governance, transparency, risk management, and corporate image.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the factors that determine the success of cooperatives in the trade and industrial sectors in Probolinggo Regency. Cooperatives have an important role in the local economy, especially in supporting trade and small industrial activities. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving cooperative entrepreneurs in the region. The variables tested include management, capital, human resource capacity, access to markets, and government policy support. The research results show that good managerial factors, ability to adapt to the market, and government policy support significantly influence the success of cooperatives in this sector. On the other hand, limited capital and the low quality of human resources are the main obstacles in developing cooperatives. It is hoped that this research will provide insight for cooperative managers, policy makers and related parties in developing more efficient and sustainable cooperatives in Probolinggo Regency.

Abstract

Instilling an entrepreneurial spirit in students is not an easy thing, as an active student you must be able to divide your time, so that the student's responsibilities can be completed perfectly, starting a business for students who have a creative and innovative spirit within themselves by channeling it through a business that can produce, so that students can have income to meet their needs. Being an independent student who owns a business can make a person more responsible, strategic, innovative and productive. Where students will become familiar with the responsibilities that must be carried out in order to become an experience that can motivate the future. As students living in an era of disruption, you should understand better what an entrepreneur is, where within this scope there is active interaction between producers and consumers. Being an independent student can of course influence many things in life, if students have the courage to start opening an online or offline business, then besides cultivating and having an entrepreneurial spirit, students can also have income that can be used for semester payments and daily needs, so that students can lighten the responsibilities of both parents towards him. Any business that students start requires a process for its achievement. With several references and the best strategies used, this can facilitate the achievement of the student's efforts. Because what students need in a business is not only enthusiasm but also a perfect marketing strategy, aimed at development so that it can be known to many people. Becoming an independent student is not only for experience and income, but can also make you a smart student, a student who can motivate others and the younger generation, where independent students can be used as a reference for those who want to start a business.

Abstract

Industri ritel pakaian mengalami pertumbuhan signifikan seiring meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap tren berpakaian. Dalam persaingan yang ketat ini, kepuasan pelanggan menjadi faktor kunci dalam mempertahankan keberhasilan usaha. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Toko Pakaian Takasimura di Wangkal, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 96 responden yang ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regersi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi (R2), dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 22. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa harga dan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dengan nilai signifikansi X1 dan X2 sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan harga dan kualitas pelayanan juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai F hitung 108,800 dan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,701 menunjukkan bahwa 70,1% variabel kepuasan pelanggan dipengaruhi oleh harga dan kualitas pelayanan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi harga dan kualitas pelayanan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan di sektor ritel pakaian

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of training and development on employee performance at the Regional Planning, Research, and Development Agency (Bapelitbangda) of Probolinggo Regency. The study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population in this study includes all employees of Bapelitbangda, totaling 53 respondents, who were also used as the sample through purposive sampling. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test through SPSS. The results indicate that training has a significant partial effect on employee performance, as does development. Simultaneously, training and development also significantly affect employee performance. This finding suggests that to improve employee performance, the institution must continuously enhance training and development programs tailored to job demands and employee potential.

Abstract

This research is explanatory. The purpose of this study is (1) To analyze and determine the effect of service attitude aspects on customer satisfaction; (2) To analyze and determine the effect of service aspects Attention to customer satisfaction; (3) To analyze and determine the effect of service aspects of the Actions on customer satisfaction. The population in this study are customers who conduct financial transactions at Bank Jatim Capem Maron Probolinggo. Sampling at the time of the study using the method of accidental sampling took samples of anyone who was there or happened to be found when filling out the questionnaire. The results of this study are (1) Attitude has a significant and negative influence on Customer Satisfaction; (2) Attention has a significant and positive influence on Customer Satisfaction; (3) Action is the most dominant variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap efektivitas kinerja perangkat desa di Desa Kedung Rejoso, Kecamatan Kotaanyar, Kabupaten Probolinggo. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja secara simultan maupun parsial memengaruhi efektivitas kerja perangkat desa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perangkat desa Kedung Rejoso yang berjumlah 30 orang, sehingga teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang telah dimodifikasi menjadi empat pilihan jawaban. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas kinerja perangkat desa secara simultan maupun parsial. Secara parsial, motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh lebih dominan dibandingkan gaya kepemimpinan, dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,417 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Sedangkan gaya kepemimpinan memiliki koefisien regresi sebesar 0,150 dan nilai signifikansi 0,005. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,888 menunjukkan bahwa 88,8% variasi efektivitas kinerja dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut.

Abstract

This research explores the product innovation strategies implemented by the home-based business "Boss Gedhank" in response to increasing competition in the local snack industry. Located in Sumberanyar Village, Boss Gedhank specializes in banana chip products with unique flavor innovations such as spicy-sweet variants made from local spices. The business also diversified into spicy noodle products under the "Bos Pedas" label. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through purposive sampling, interviews with business owners and employees, direct observation, and documentation. The findings indicate that product innovation is the core strategy used to enhance competitiveness. This includes the creation of new product variants, leveraging digital marketing platforms such as Shopee and TikTok to expand market reach, and paying close attention to aesthetic packaging design. These innovations have succeeded in attracting a wider range of consumers and maintaining product appeal despite external challenges such as rising raw material costs and limited availability of certain banana types. The study concludes that consistent innovation, responsiveness to market trends, and strong branding through visual appeal are crucial for sustaining growth in the competitive home industry sector. Boss Gedhank's ability to adapt and evolve has enabled it to strengthen its position and gain a competitive edge in the local food market.
