Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan pembelajaran fisika dengan kerja laboratorium di tinjau dariketercapaian pemahaman konsep, sikap disiplin dan tangung jawab siswa SMA. Populasi penelelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri Megang Sakti, dengan sampel 2 kelas MIA, yaitu kelas eksperimen yang diberikan perlakuan pengelajaran dengan menggunakan kerja laboratorium dan kelas kontrol dengan perlakuan penmbelajaran dengan demonstrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan capaian pemahaman konsep, sikap disiplin dan tangung jawab siswa antara pembelajaran dengan kerja laboratorium dan demonstrasi. Berdasarkan hasil uji gain, pembelajran fisika dengan kerja laboratorium lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan demonstrasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep, sikap disiplin dan tangung jawab siswa SMA.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil kondisi fisik khususnya komponen kecepatan, daya tahan, kelincahan, dan daya ledak siswa sekolah sepakbola (SSB)  kelompok umur 15 tahun  tingkat elit dan non-elit di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey dengan sampel masing-masing berjumlah 30 siswa pada kelompok elit dan non elit. Komponen kondisi fisik siswa SSB kelompok umur 15 tahun tingkat elit memiliki profil kecepatan rata-rata 6,91 detik, daya tahan rata-rata 3,99 menit, kelincahan rata-rata 18,33, dan daya ledak rata-rata 52,80 cm, sedangkan tingkat non-elit memiliki profil kecepatan rata-rata 8,28 detik, daya tahan rata-rata 5,22 menit, kelincahan rata-rata 19,46, dan daya ledak rata-rata 48 cm dengan alat ukur kecepatan tes lari 50 m, daya tahan tes lari 1000 m, kelicahan dengan shuttle run test, dan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan tes vertical jump.  Profile of physical condition: speed, endurance, agility, and explosive power of 15 years old football school students (SSB) of elite and non-elite level in Yogyakarta Special Region province Abstract This research intends to investigate the profile of the physical condition of speed, endurance, agility, and explosive power of 15 years old Football School (SSB) students of elite and non - elite level in Special Region of Yogyakarta Province.  The method used was by survey where each sample consisted of 30 students at the elite and non-elite group. The physical condition components of  15 year age SSB students of elite level has average speed 6.91 seconds measured by 50 m sprint, aerobic endurance average 48.7 cc / kg / minute, agility average 18.33 measured by shuttle run, and leg muscle explosive power average 52.80 cm, while the non-elite level has speed profile average 8.28 seconds, durability average 39.43, agility average 19,46, and explosive power average 48 cm with 50 m run speed measurement test, aerobic endurance, agility by shuttle run test, and leg muscle explosive power by vertical jump test.

Abstract

Dewan Kehormatan Notaris berwenang melakukan pemeriksaan atas pelanggaran terhadap kode etik dan menjatuhkan sanksi kepada pelanggarnya sesuai dengan kewenangannya dan bertugas untuk : melakukan pembinaan, bimbingan, pengawasan, pembenahan anggota dalam menjunjung tinggi kode etik; memeriksa dan mengambil keputusan atas dugaan pelanggaran ketentuan kode etik yang bersifat internal atau yang tidak mempunyai masyarakat secara langsung;  memberikan saran dan pendapat kepada majelis pengawas atas dugaan pelanggaran kode etik dan jabatan notaris. Pelaksanaan sanksi yang dijatuhkan oleh Dewan Kehormatan Ikatan Notaris Indonesia sebagai organisasi profesi terhadap Notaris yang melanggar kode etik di, adalah Teguran;Peringatan;dan Schorzing dari keanggotaan Perkumpulan Namun sanksi tersebut di atas termasuk sanksi pemecatan yang diberikan terhadap notaris yang melakukan pelanggaran kode etik bukanlah berupa pemecatan dari jabatan notaris melainkan   pemecatan dari keanggotaan Ikatan Notaris Indonesia  sehingga walaupun notaris yang bersangkutan telah terbukti melakukan pelanggaran kode etik, notaris tersebut masih dapat membuat akta dan menjalankan kewenangan lainnya sebagai notaris, sehingga sanksi tersebut terkesan kurang mempunyai daya mengikat bagi notaris yang melakukan pelanggaran kode etik.Kata Kunci : Sanksi, Kode Etik Notaris, Dewan KehormatanPermalink : http://ejournal.undip.ac.id/index.php/notarius/article/view/1127

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dalam meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains dan  pemahaman konsep fisika. Jenis penelitian yang dunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi-experiment research menggunakan pretest posttest control group design. Popolasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas X MA Riyadhus Sholihin teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster random sampling kelas X MIPA 1 sebagai eksperimen dan kelas X MIPA 3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Keterampilan proses sains diukur dengan menggunakan tes esay untuk keterampilan proses sains intelektual dan observasi untuk mengukur keterampilan proses sains manual. Pemahaman konsep fisika siswa diukur dengan menggunakan tes objekti. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan Uji MANOVA dan korelari Pearson. Pemahaman konsep fisika siswa diukur dengan menggunakan soal tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains dan pemahaman konsep fisika siswa di kelas X MA Riyadhus Sholihin pada materi Suhu dan kalor.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan produk berupa handout fisika berbasis contextual teaching and learning yang layak untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar fisika siswa; (2) mengetahui besar peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa setelah menggunakan handout fisika berbasis contextual teaching and learning dan (3) mengetahui besar peningkatan hasil belajar fisika siswa setelah menggunakan handout fisika berbasis contextual teaching and learning. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (R&D) dengan model 4D (FourD Models), yaitu: tahap Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa lembar validasi handout, lembar observasi aktivitas belajar dan soal tes hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Handout fisika berbasis CTL hasil pengembangan layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar fisika siswa dengan kategori sangat baik;  2) Peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa dengan menggunakan handout fisika berbasis CTL ditunjukkan dengan nilai standard gain sebesar 0,72 dengan kategori tinggi dan 3) peningkatan hasil belajar fisika sebesar 0,92 dengan kategori tinggi.

Abstract

The results of the study show that the legal certainty of building rights over the management rights of the Klaten Regency Government, namely the Land of Land Use Rights on the land of Management Rights which are controlled by the Regional Government of Klaten Regency Right to Build according to the Minister of Home Affairs Decree Number: 511.2-1106 concerning Endorsement Decree of the Head of the Level II Regional Head of Klaten Number: 051/1493/1991 concerning the Cooperation Agreement for the Place of Business in the Construction of the All-Terrain (Plasa) Court of Klaten. And Addendum to Collaborative Agreement for Businesses in the Framework of Construction of the Klaten Multipurpose Base (Plaza) for 25 years ending on April 22, 2018, Building Utilization Rights on Management Rights also become deleted because the Regional Government of Klaten Regency in its Cooperation Agreement does not give space to third parties to extend or renew their rights. Authority of the Right to Build Building Rights on Klaten Regency Government Management Rights that HGB holders who no longer fulfill the conditions as mentioned above, within one year must release or transfer their rights to other parties who fulfill the requirements, if not implemented, the HGB delete because of law. Abstract

This research aims to develop and validation games to develop character in the students Football School under 12 years age group. This study was conducted using R and D. This study produced a product in the form of games related to the process of training, but can be used to develop the student’s character. Games that resulted from this research given the name “Tsu Chu Kid Futbol Games For Character Development”. Games have the flexible nature can be placed at the warm-up, core, and cooling at a football training process. The game must have at least two training purposes with the provisions of the first objective should be able to develop the character, and the second objective can develop one component among the components of the physical, technical, or tactics.

Abstract

This correlational study aims to determine the relationship between speed and agility on the football playing skills of young players. The sample consisted of 109 players with a mean age of 11.4 years. The sample had an average body weight of 38.5 kg, with a height of 148 cm. The sample had at least 3 months of practice experience in football school. It was conducted by first determining the speed of the players through a 40 m running test. Second, agility was measured a shuttle run test, while the basic football skills were measured using the David Lee skill test. The results showed that there was a relationship between speed, agility, and the football skills of the young players. This proves that football skills alone may not be able to describe the entire performance of players, as speed and agility are also important factors. Therefore, football coaches for young players are expected to pay attention to these factors as supporting components in improving player performance.

Abstract

Masalah yang mendasari pengkajian interferensi terhadap tuturan bahasa Madura setidaknya ada dua hal yakni interferensi dapat merusak pelestarian tuturan bahasa Madura yang baik dan benar, dan dapat merusak tradisinya. Interferensi dalam tuturan bahasa Madura mencakup interferensi leksikal, fonologi, morfologi, dan sintaksis. Target kajian sebagai berikut: (1) memperoleh gambaran tentang interferensi leksikal dari kata dasar atau kata jadian yang berbentuk kata serapan, kata sapaan, kata ungkapan dalam bahasa Indoenesia yang terkait dengan maknanya terhadap tuturan bahasa Madura pada acara tradisi mantu di Sumenep; (2) memperoleh gambaran tentang sebab terjadinya interferensi leksikal dari kata dasar atau kata jadian tersebut. Hal ini, didasarkan pada kajian teori interferensi leksikal kata dasar dan kata jadian tentang kata sapaan, kata serapan, kata ungkapan (idiom) serta kaidah tuturan bahasa Madura yang baik dan benar. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif dengan prosedur sebagai berikut. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah tuturan si petutur, informan, peristiwa, dan literatur dengan teknik perekaman tuturan, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kajian menghasilkan temuan dan pemberian makna terhadap adanya interferensi leksikal kata dasar dan kata jadian tentang kata sapaan, kata serapan, kata ungkapan (idiom) dari sejumlah petutur dalam pertuturan acara tradisi mantu. Terjadinya interferensi tersebut disebabkan minimnya perbendaharaan kata dasar dan kata jadian tentang tingkatan tuturan halus serta pemahaman penggunaaannya sehingga tidak mampu mewakilkan yang disampaikan. Hal ini dapat merusak kaidah tuturan bahasa Madura yang baik dan benar serta merusak kesakralan acara tradisinya. There are at least two problems that underlie the study of interference with Madurese speech, namely that interference can damage the preservation of good and correct Madurese speech and can damage its traditions. Bearing in mind, Madurese speech has a level of speech in which the term Madurese is called ondhagga bhasa. This is also because in general the Madurese are bilingual people who are able to master two or more languages. Interference in Madurese speech includes lexical, phonological, morphological, and syntactic interference. The targets of the study are as follows: (1) to obtain an overview of lexical interference from basic words or derived words in the form of loanwords, greeting words, idioms in the Indonesian language which are related to their meaning in Madurese speech at the in-laws tradition event in Sumenep; (2) obtain an overview of the causes of lexical interference from the root word or the derived word. This is based on the study of lexical interference theory of basic words and invented words regarding greeting words, borrowed words, idioms (idioms) and good and correct Madurese speech rules. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative research approach with the following procedure. The sources of data used are the speeches of the speakers, informants, events, and literature using speech recording techniques, interviews, observations, and documentation. The study resulted in findings and giving meaning to the existence of lexical interference from basic words and derived words regarding greeting words, borrowed words, idioms from a number of speakers in the speeches of the mantu tradition. The occurrence of this interference is caused by the lack of basic vocabulary and invented words regarding the level of fine speech and understanding of its use so that it is unable to represent what is conveyed. This can damage the good and correct norms of Madurese speech and damage the sacredness of its traditional events.

Abstract

Stunting is a problem that has national and international implications. Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that occurs when children experience stunted growth due to chronic malnutrition at critical periods, especially during the first 1,000 days of life, starting from pregnancy to age two. One of them is the need to prevent and reduce stunting rates by conducting Community Service (CS) activities by socializing with the community. PKM activities aim to increase community understanding to reduce stunting towards sustainable development (SDGs) through socialization activities in Sukamaju village, Cikeusal sub-district. CS activities consist of four stages: Identification of needs, Preparation, Socialization, and Evaluation. The results of PKM activities generally went well, and there was an increase in community understanding after participating in socialization activities. Stunting prevention is not a short-term effort; its impact will only be seen in the long term. Therefore, policymakers must have a solid long-term vision and patience in seeing the results that will be achieved to support sustainable development and the welfare of future generations
