Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan untuk: (1)Mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan e-modul terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar mata kuliah teori teknologi sepeda motor PTO angkatan 2022 FT UNY (2) Mengetahui perbandingan keefektifan antara pembelajaran untuk kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen setelah diterapkan e-modul pembelajaran teknologi sepeda motor. Penelitian dilakukan di Departemen Pendidikan Teknik Otomotif FT UNY. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode quasi-eksperiment desain pretest posttest dengan subjek penelitian mahasiswa JPTO semester 2 angkatan 2022 sebanyak 91 mahasiswa. Validasi instrumen dilakukan dengan (expert judgment). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pretest-postest dan dilakukan pengujian normalitas dan juga homogenitas. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney U-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Adanya pengaruh e-modul pembelajaran terhadap nilai hasil belajar. Hal yang dapat diketahui dari hasil pembelajaran pada kelas eksperimen yang telah diberikan perlakukan dalam pembelajaran menggunakan e-modul pembelajaran yang mengalami peningkatan nilai rata-rata 37,03 dan naik menjadi 48,28. (2) Terdapat perbedaan keefektifan penerapan pembelajaran mahasiswa antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol setelah penerapan e-modul pembelajaran teori teknologi sepeda motor. Dapat diketahui dari selisih nilai kelas eksperimen 11,25 dan selisih skor kelas kontrol 1,67. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan Mann-Whitney U-Test, kesimpulannya bahwa memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, dengan nilai sig.= 0,003 < 0,05. Kata Kunci : Media pembelajaran; E-Modul; Teknologi Sepeda Motor ABSTRACT The study aims to: (1) Determine the effect of using e-modules on increasing learning outcomes in PTO motorcycle technology theory courses class of 2022 FT UNY (2) Knowing the effectiveness comparison between learning for the control class and the experimental class after applying the bicycle technology learning e-module motorcycle. The research was conducted at the Department of Automotive Engineering Education, Faculty of Engineering, UNY. This type of quantitative research uses a quasi-experimental method with a pretest posttest design with 91 students as research subjects in semester 2 of JPTO students, class of 2022. Instrument validation was carried out by (expert judgment). Data collection techniques used pretest-posttest and normality and homogeneity tests were carried out. Hypothesis testing using the Mann-Whitney U-Test. The results of the study show that: (1) There is an influence of e-learning modules on the value of learning outcomes. It can be seen from the learning outcomes in the experimental class that have been given treatment in learning using e-learning modules which experienced an increase in the average value of 37.03 and then rose to 48.28. (2) There are differences in the effectiveness of the application of student learning between the experimental class and the control class after the application of the e-module learning the theory of motorcycle technology. It can be seen from the difference in the value of the experimental class 11.25 and the difference in the score of the control class 1.67. The results of the hypothesis test using the Mann-Whitney U-Test, the conclusion is that it has a significant influence on learning outcomes, with a value of sig. = 0.003 <0.05. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai seberapa efektif penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis virtual reality (VR) dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik program pelatihan mekanik alat berat di United Tractors School Jakarta, khususnya pada materi maintenance excavator PC 200-8 M0. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari kebutuhan akan metode pembelajaran inovatif dalam pendidikan vokasional yang menghadapi keterbatasan sarana praktik dan risiko keselamatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimental dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest pada 14 peserta program upskilling dan reskilling. Instrumen penelitian meliputi tes pilihan ganda dan kuesioner persepsi peserta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari pretest (58,29) ke posttest (87,29) dengan nilai gain score 0,67 (kategori sedang). Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan media VR (p = 0,001). Respon peserta juga menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan tinggi terhadap efektivitas media dari segi konten, penyampaian materi, dan relevansi industri. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa media pembelajaran VR cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar dan keterlibatan peserta secara kognitif dan afektif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan lanjutan dengan pendekatan eksperimen yang lebih kuat dan cakupan peserta yang lebih luas untuk generalisasi hasil yang lebih mendalam. Kata kunci: virtual reality; hasil belajar; pendidikan vokasional; maintenance excavator; media pembelajaran Abstract This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of virtual reality (VR)-based instructional media on the learning outcomes of students enrolled in the heavy equipment mechanic training program at United Tractors School Jakarta, specifically on the maintenance of the PC 200-8 M0 excavator. The background of this study stems from the need for innovative learning methods in vocational education, which often face limitations in terms of practical facilities and safety risks. This research used a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design involving 14 participants from upskilling and reskilling programs. The instruments used included multiple-choice tests and participant perception questionnaires. The results showed a significant improvement in average scores from pretest (58.29) to posttest (87.29), with a gain score of 0.67 (moderate category). The Wilcoxon test revealed a statistically significant difference between the pre- intervention and post-intervention VR learning scores (p = 0.001). Participants also expressed high satisfaction with the media’s content quality, delivery, and industrial relevance. This study concludes that VR-based learning media are reasonably effective in enhancing both cognitive and affective engagement. The study recommends further research using stronger experimental designs and broader participant coverage to enable more comprehensive generalizations. Abstract

Background: Trigeminal neuralgia (TN), also known as tic douloureux, is a severe neuropathic pain disorder characterized by recurrent unilateral facial pain. Although pharmacological therapy remains the first-line treatment, a significant proportion of patients experience inadequate pain control or adverse effects. Alternative minimally invasive approaches are therefore needed. Case Presentation: A 26-year-old woman presented with a one-year history of severe, paroxysmal, electric shock-like pain on the left side of her face, with a Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score of 6. The pain was triggered by daily activities such as talking, eating, and brushing teeth. Clinical and laboratory examinations showed no abnormalities, and the patient was diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia. Pharmacological treatment with paracetamol and pregabalin provided only temporary relief. The patient declined invasive procedures targeting the trigeminal ganglion. Intervention and Outcome: The patient underwent ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve block targeting the supraorbital, infraorbital, and mental nerves using lidocaine and dexamethasone. Immediately after the procedure, the patient reported complete pain relief (VAS score 0). At 7 days follow-up, the patient discontinued medication without recurrence of symptoms. At 3 months follow-up, the patient remained pain-free. Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve block may serve as an effective and minimally invasive alternative for managing trigeminal neuralgia, particularly in patients who do not respond to pharmacological therapy or refuse more invasive procedures.

Abstract

Background: Surgical wound pain 24 hours after cesarean section is still a problem found in obstetric patients. Many drugs are used to reduce pain scores both orally, intravenously, transdermally and others. However, it is necessary to pay attention to the dosage of the drug so that it does not harm the postoperative patient. Other methods that can be used include preoperative administration of intrathecal morphine and administration of transversus abdominis muscle blocks. Methods :The study's experimental design uses a post-test only control group. Three groups were created from 108 cesarean patients who had no problems. As per standard protocol, the control group (K) had a cesarean section with intravenous analgesia after the procedure. The Intrathecal Morphine (M) group got preoperative intrathecal morphine in addition to the same treatment as the K group. Apart from receiving the same treatment as group K, the Transversus Abdominis Plane Block (B) group also underwent bilateral transversus abdominis muscle blocks guided by ultrasonography. SPSS for Windows Release 26.0 was used to process the data, and differences with a significance level of 0.05 were examined using the One-Way ANOVA test analysis and the Bonferroni Post Hoc test. Outcomes: Group B differed significantly from group K on the visual analogue scale (p value = 0.000). Similar results were obtained for Group M compared to Group K (p value = 0.000). Group B and group M differ significantly from one another, as can be shown, Compared to group M, group B's visual analogue scale is lower (p=0.000). Conclusion: Intrathecal morphine and transversus abdominis block are effective in reducing post-cesarean section pain. Obtained a lower pain score in the administration of transversus abdominis block compared to intrathecal morphine with a significant difference.

Abstract

Dalam program pengembangan wilayah pedesaan tidak dapat terlepas dari aspek-aspek sosial, ekonomi dan budaya. Aspek-aspek tersebut saling berkaitan erat satu sama lain, sehingga salah satu aspek tidak dapat diutamakan tanpa mempertimbangkan aspek lain. Oleh karena itu, sudah seharusnya kegiatan pengembangan Desa harus dilakukan secara partisipatif dengan melibatkan masyarakat desa. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan analisis potensi dan masalah untuk pengembangan desa agrowisata di Desa Mojorejo Kecamatan Selupu Rejang Kabupaten Rejang Lebong. Metode Partisipatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) digunakan untuk dapat menjaring informasi yang berada di seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Teknik PRA yang digunakan adalah pembuatan sketsa desa dengan melibatkan pemuda dan stakeholder desa. Dari kegiatan yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa pengembangan komoditi sayuran merupakan prioritas utama Desa Mojorejo sementara potensi wisata alam masih perlu dilakukan pengkajian secara komprehensif. Pengembangan sektor pertanian dari segi kualitas, kuantitas produksi serta perbaikan manjemen lahan dapat mendukung pengembangan agrowisata di Desa Mojorejo

Abstract

Ketersediaan informasi spasial lahan potensial menjadi faktor penting dalam mendukung pengembangan jagung secara berkelanjutan. Di Provinsi Bengkulu, khususnya Kabupaten Muko-Muko, Bengkulu Utara, dan Bengkulu Tengah, informasi kesesuaian lahan untuk budidaya jagung masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ketersediaan lahan potensial secara spasial serta menentukan lokasi prioritas pengembangan jagung. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografis melalui metode overlay berbobot dan matching berdasarkan kelas kesesuaian lahan S1 (sangat sesuai), S2 (cukup sesuai), S3 (sesuai marginal), dan N (tidak sesuai). Data yang digunakan meliputi peta administrasi, kemiringan lereng, status kawasan, izin usaha pertambangan, jenis tanah, dan curah hujan, serta data lapangan berupa drainase, tekstur tanah, kedalaman efektif, bahan kasar, batuan permukaan, dan pH tanah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa luas lahan potensial untuk pengembangan jagung mencapai 2.471,36 ha dengan dominasi kelas kesesuaian aktual S2 (cukup sesuai). Faktor pembatas utama pada seluruh jenis tanah adalah curah hujan (tc), sedangkan faktor pembatas lain yang spesifik meliputi kondisi drainase (rc) pada Alfisols, Inceptisol dan oxisols, serta retensi hara (nr) pada Oxisols. Secara umum, karakteristik media perakaran, tekstur, kedalaman tanah, dan kemiringan lereng tergolong sesuai (S1), namun keterbatasan iklim dan sifat kimia tanah menjadi kendala utama dalam optimalisasi produksi jagung. Sebaran lahan potensial cenderung berada pada wilayah dengan kondisi topografi relatif landai. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya perbaikan pengelolaan air dan kesuburan tanah menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan kelas kesesuaian lahan.
