Abstract

Abstrak:Kegiatan pelatihan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) “Permen Susu” di Dusun Ngade, Desa Gogodeso, Kecamatan Kanigoro, Kabupaten Blitar, Provinsi Jawa Timur, Indonesia bekerjasama dengan salah satu UMKM rintisan Badan Umum Milik Desa (BUMDes) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM melalui pemahaman perhitungan harga pokok produksi, penentuan harga jual, pencatatan akuntansi sederhana dan peningkatan nilai produk melalui inovasi bentuk produk. Selama ini, UMKM menentukan harga pokok produksi dan harga jualnya dengan cara memperkirakan biaya yang timbul tanpa memperhitungkan rinciannya. Hal ini karena pengetahuan pengelola UMKM dalam menentukan harga pokok produksi serta pencatatan akuntansi masih sangat sederhana. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui pendampingan serta pelatihan dalam pengolahan susu sapi menjadi permen susu yang dapat dikonsumsi oleh semua kalangan masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengelola UMKM, terciptanya produk olahan susu sapi yang bernilai jual tinggi serta mampu mendukung program kerja Desa Gogodeso.Abstract:"Candy milk" Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) training activities in Ngade Hamlet, Gogodeso Village, Kanigoro District, Blitar Regency, East Java Province, Indonesia in collaboration with one of the pioneering SME Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) aims to increase revenue UMKM through understanding the calculation of the cost of production, determining the selling price, recording simple accounting and increasing the value of products through innovation in the form of products. During this time, SMEs determine the cost of goods manufactured and selling prices by estimating costs incurred without taking into account the details. This is because the knowledge of MSME managers in determining the cost of production and accounting records is still very simple. The method of implementing community service is carried out through assistance and training in processing cow's milk into milk candy which can be consumed by all members of the community. The results of this activity are the increased knowledge and skills of MSME managers, the creation of high-value processed cow milk products and being able to support the work program of Gogodeso Village.

Abstract

Batang Pisang merupakan limbah pertanian yang mengandung selulosa sekitar 60-65%, hemiselulosa 6-8%, dan lignin 5-10%, dan sisanya adalah zat ekstraktif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media campuran batang pisang dan jerami dengan beberapa perlakuan yang berbeda yang ditanam didalam keranjang terhadap produktivitas jamur merang. Metode penelitian yaitu rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 2 faktor dan 3 kali ulangan. Faktor 1 campuran jerami dan batang pisang : (J1) 0 g : 2000 g, (J2) 500 g : 1500 g, (J3) 1000 g :1000 g, (J4) 1500 g : 500 g, (J5) 2000 g : 0 g. Faktor 2 ketebalan media: (K1) 25 cm, (K2) 30 cm, (K3) 35 cm. Parameter yang diukur adalah jumlah, berat basah dan diameter tubuh buah jamur merang. Data diuji dengan analisis anova 2 jalur. Berdasarkan analisis varians menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media campuran jerami dan batang pisang dengan perbandingan berbeda memberikan pengaruh terhadap jumlah tubuh buah tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap berat dan diameter tubuh buah jamur merang. Berdasarkan analisis varians menunjukkan bahwa ketebalan media tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap jumlah, berat dan diameter tubuh buah. Perlakuan terbaik jumlah tubuh buah jamur merang adalah (J5K2) 11,00 buah, sedangkan terendah (J4K1) 5,67 buah. Perlakuan terbaik berat basah tubuh buah jamur merang adalah (J1K1) 163,33 g, sedangkan terendah (J3K2) 83,67 g. Perlakuan terbaik diameter tubuh buah jamur merang adalah (J2K3) 3,25 cm, sedangkan terendah (J5K3) 2,29 cm.

Abstract

Karbohidrat merupakan nutrisi yang paling dibutuhkan miselium jamur untuk tumbuh. Tepung biji jewawut memiliki kandungan karbohidrat yang lebih tinggi, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai pengganti kentang untuk pembuatan bibit F0. Kentang mengandung  19,10 g karbohidrat, sedangkan tepung biji jewawut memiliki kandungan karbohidrat sebesar 68,32 g. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan miselium bibit F0 jamur tiram dan jamur merang yang ditumbuhkan pada media tepung jewawut dengan konsentrasi yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial terdiri dari 2 faktor yaitu konsentrasi media tepung biji jewawut dan jenis jamur. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan rerata pertumbuhan miselium jamur terbaik pada J2T2 (Konsentrasi tepung biji jewawut 15%, indukan jamur merang) yaitu dengan diameter 3,1 cm dan miselium yang rapat. Sedangkan rerata pertumbuhan miselium jamur terendah pada J1T3 (Konsentrasi tepung biji jewawut 20%, indukan jamur tiram) dengan miselium yang tidak mengalami pertumbuhan.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to, the inheritance pattern of Tjipta Boedaya’s Wayang Orang. The method of the research was qualitative method by using the approach of interdicipline which utilized etnochoreology study, anthropology, and sociology. The inheritance pattern of Tjipta Boedaya’s Wayang Orang. The location of the reasearch was at Padhepokan Tjipta Boedaya, dusun tutup ngisor. The technique of the data collection was using observations, interviews, and study dokumen, the technique of data validation was using triangulation, member check, and making thick description. The technique of the theory data analysis was using the concept which has been arraanged before and throughed four analysis stages which were data collection, reduction, presentation, and verification. The result of the research inheritance pattern of Wayang Orang divided into two paths, they were family path and environment path. Inheritance which been inherited including stories, themes, movements, cosmetics,and accompaniment. Inheritance pattern through family and environtment became the key of the establishment of Tjipta Boedaya’ Wayang Orang.

Abstract

The capital market is one of the economic drivers and representations for assessing the condition of companies in a country. Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) as one of the institutions in the capital market has 24 types of indexes that can be used as main indicators that reflect the performance of capital market, two of them are the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) and the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). CSPI and JII movements are influenced by several factors, both from domestic and from foreign, such as inflation and the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA). Modeling of CSPI and JII in this study was carried out using biresponses spline truncated nonparametric regression methods using Graphical User Interface (GUI) R with the intention of facilitating the analysis process. This method is used because there is a correlation between CSPI and JII and there is no specific relationship pattern between the response variable (CSPI and JII) and the predictor variable (inflation and DJIA). The best biresponses spline truncated model is determined by the order, number and location of the knots seen based on minimum GCV criteria. By using monthly data from January 2016 to December 2019, the best biresponses spline truncated model is obtained when the model for CSPI is in order 2 and the model for JII is in order 3 with 2 knots for each predictor variable. This model has a coefficient of determination of 85,54437% and MAPE of 2,65595% so that it has a very good ability in forecasting.

Abstract

In the 2000s until now, e-commerce systems have continued to develop throughout the world and even in Indonesia. PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (PT Tiki JNE) is a freight forwarding company that provides convenience for the public in carrying out online shopping activities, and shipping other goods. The large volume of shipments makes PT Tiki JNE have several problems in service that have led to several kinds of responses from users. Sentiment analysis on Twitter social media can be an option to see how PT Tiki JNE’s users respond to services that have been provided. These responses are classified into positive sentiments and negative sentiments. In this research data processing is performed using text mining as the initial source of numerical data from document data which will later be classified using the Artificial Neural Network model with the Resilient Backpropagation algorithm. Data labeling is done manually and sentiment scoring. The test results show that the best model obtained is FFNN 867-7-1 by using the evaluation model 10-Fold Cross Validation to get an overall accuracy performance of 80.27%, kappa accuracy of 39.13%, precision of 69.04%, recall of 70.56%, and f-measure of 69.8% which can be interpreted that the model used is quite good. Analysis of the results using wordcloud shows the tendency of opinion sentiment categories depending on the words used in the tweet.

Abstract

The Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) is a composite index of all types of shares listed on the stock exchange and their movements indicate the conditions occurring in the stock market. CSPI movement is an important indicator for investors to determine whether they will sell, hold, or buy a stock. One of the factors that influence the movement of CSPI is Inflation (X1), Exchange Rate (X2) and SBI rate (X3). This study aims to obtain the best CSPI model using a multivariable nonparametric spline regression approach. The approach is done by nonparametric regression because the regression curve obtained does not show a certain relationship pattern. Spline is very dependent on the order and location of the knot point. The best spline model is the model that has the minimum MSE (Mean Square Error) value. In this study, the best spline regression model is when X1 is 4 order, X2 is 2 order and X3 is 2 order. The number of knots on X1 is 1 knot at 8.22, X2 is 2 knots at 13066.82 and 13781.75 While X3 is 2 knots at 6.6 and 6.67 with value of MSE equal to 6686.85.Keywords: Composite Stock Price Index, Multivariable Spline Regression, MSE

Abstract

Investing in gold is a flexible choice because it can be sold at any time and used as an emergency fund. Investors should have the knowledge to predict data from time to time to achieve investment goals. One of the statistical methods for time series data modeling is ARIMA. The ARIMA model is strict with the assumptions that the data must be stationary, the residuals must be normally distributed, independent, and with constant variance, so an alternative model is proposed, namely nonparametric regression model, which has no modeling assumptions requirement. In this study, the daily world gold price data will be modeled using a local polynomial nonparametric model as an alternative because the assumptions in the ARIMA are not fulfilled. The data is divided into 2 parts, namely in sample data from January 2, 2020 to November 30, 2020 to form a model and out sample data from December 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020 used for evauation of model performance based on MAPE values. The chosen best model is the local polynomial model with Gaussian kernel function of degree 5, bandwidth of 373, and local point of 1744 with an MSE value of 482.6420. The local polynomial model out sample data MAPE value is 0.61%, indicating that the model has excellent forecasting capability. In this study, Graphical User Interface (GUI) using R software with the help of shiny package is also built, making data analyzing easier and generating more interactive display output.

Abstract

Lately, the wavelet applications are widely used in statistics, one of them is discrete wavelet transform (DWT) which is a non-parametric method for signal analysis, data compression, and time series analysis. As technology becomes more advanced, a software is necessary to support the statistical analysis by such method, one of them being the open source based R. It is often used in statistical computing with command line interface (CLI) which requires the R user to remember the names of syntaxes and functions. It becomes less effective when there are many related statistical analysis involved, so graphical user interface (GUI) is needed to access all of them easily. The testing of multiresolution analysis by DWT for Haar, Daublets, and Coiflets filters with levels 1-6 had been performed by using the inflation data in Indonesia during October 2007-May 2018 taken from Bank Indonesia website. The result shows that the sixth level of DWT gives the best estimation for each filters, and Daublets 20 is the best filter for overall estimation with MSE, MAPE, and MASE values are 0.05755, 3.40678, and 0.35343 respectively. The packages for GUI construction in R are wavelets and shiny. Based on its usage, the GUI is capable of processing the chosen analysis and showing the valid output.

Abstract

Stocks are one type of investment that promises return for investors but often carries a high risk. Value at Risk (VaR) is a measuring tool that can calculate the amount of the worst loss that occurs in a stock portfolio with a certain level of confidence and within a certain time period. In general, financial data have a high volatility value, which causes the residuals are not normally distributed. ARCH/GARCH modoel is used to solve the heteroscedasticity problem. If the data also have an asymmetric effect, it is modelled with Exponential GARCH model. Copula-Frank is part of the Archimedian copula which is used to solve empirical cases. The data on this study were BBCA and KLBF stock price return data in the observation period 30 December 2011 – 6 December 2019. Furthermore, to test the validity of the VaR model, a backtesting test will be carried out using the Kupiec Test. The results showed that the best model used for BBCA stocks was ARIMA (1,0,1) EGARCH (1,1) and for KLBF stocks was ARIMA (1,0,1) EGARCH (1,2). The amount of risk with a 95% confidence level used a combination of the EGARCH and Copula-Frank models was 2.233% of today's investment. Based on the backtesting test used the Kupiec Test, the VaR model of the portfolio obtained was declared valid.
