Abstract

The police in terms of their duties as investigators can search for information from various sources and witness statements. Investigations can only be carried out if an event is believed to be a criminal offense and therefore, before an act of forced effort, then the data and facts are obtained carefully from the results of the investigation and thus the investigation is a follow-up to the activities of an investigation including an examination of Notary Public. The type of this research is normative legal research refers to library research or document study. Issues that will be examined in this study, namely the regulation of notarial summons by police investigators, the mechanism the use of denial rights and obligations of a notary public in terms of maintaining the confidentiality of the deed when examined, and the form of legal protection against the notary in terms of maintaining the confidentiality of the deed when carried out by police investigators. The results of the study showed that the regulation of notary summons by police investigators was regulated in Article 66 Paragraph 1 of the UUJN, the terms and procedure for notary summons are regulated in Article 26, Article 27 of Regulation Ministry of Law and Human Rights Number 7 of 2016 concerning the Notary Honorary Council. The mechanism is the notary can fulfill the summons after obtaining approval from the Notary Honorary Council. Legal protection for notaries is the existence of derivative proceedings

Abstract

Rumah Negara (Rumneg) yaitu bangunan yang dimiliki negara dan berfungsisebagai tempat tinggal atau hunian dan sarana pembinaan keluarga serta menunjangpelaksanaan tugas Pejabat, Prajurit, dan Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Rumah negaramerupakan barang milik negara yang dibeli atau diperoleh atas beban AnggaranPendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN), sehingga merupakan bagian dari keuangannegara. Sebagai aset negara yang pemanfaatannya ditujukan untuk kepentinganpenyelenggaraan tugas pokok dan fungsi instansi pemerintahan maka sudahsewajarnya diatur hal-hal mengenai pengadaan, penghunian, pengelolaan danpengalihan status hak atas rumah negara tersebut, dalam peraturan perundangundangan.Sebagaimana disebutkan dalam UU No. 4 Tahun 1992 tentang perumahandan pemukiman, pemerintah dapat menyelenggarakan pembangunan perumahan untukmemenuhi kebutuhan khusus dengan tetap memperhatikan ketentuan undang-undangmaka banyak instansi pemerintah telah melakukan kegiatan pengadaan rumahnegara.Dalam hal ini Pangkalan Utama TNI-AL V (LANTAMAL V) memiliki tugaspengelolaan serta pengendalian rumneg di wilayahnya. Dalam melaksanakan tugastersebut membutuhkan informasi rumneg, yang diolah dari data rumneg. Dengan belumadanya data yang terstruktur sehingga mengalami kesulitan dan membutuhkan waktuyang lama dalam pembuatan Surat Ijin Perumahan Negara (SIP), pembuatan laporantriwulan rumneg.Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, maka dirancang sistem informasi rumah negaradi Lantamal V yang dapat membantu dalam pembuatan dan pengembangan sisteminformasi rumah negara di Lantamal V. Sistem informasi rumah negara Lantamal V dapatmelakukan input dan update data rumneg, pembuatan sip, update sip, pembuatanlaporan triwulan rumneg, pembuatan Over Booking (OVB) rumneg serta dapat membantupengambilan keputusan yang tepat bagi jajaran pimpinan Lantamal V.Kata Kunci : Lantamal V, Sistem Informasi Rumneg, Data Sip.

Abstract

One of the factors that make loyal customers against brownies Amanda is a quality product. So is the case with product quality, service quality, promotion and customer satisfaction which can support customer loyalty. The population in this research is the customers Brownies Amanda Surakarta. Sample numbering 100 respondents with the formula Leedy. The technique of sampling was done randomly sampling with a deliberate method of sampling. Test instrument use test validity and reliability tests, methods of data analysis using classical assumptions of the test, a multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination (R2) and the absolute difference test. The results of this study showed that the quality of products, quality of service, promotions and customer satisfaction in partial effect significantly to loyalty customer loyalty Brownies Amanda Surakarta. Customer satisfaction the moderating influence of the quality of products, quality of service, promotions and customer satisfaction are partial toward customer loyalty Brownies Amanda Surakarta. Results the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) of 0,732, which means that the magnitude of the contribution to the influence of the variable quality of products, quality of service, promotions and customer satisfaction towards loylitas customers Brownies Amanda Surakarta is 73,2%, While the rest of 26,8% is affected by other variables not examined.Keywords: product quality, service quality, promotion. customer loyalty, customer satisfaction.

Abstract

PT. TASPEN (Persero) Surakarta Branch Office is a State-Owned Enterprise engaged in services in serving participants of Civil Servants and the State Civil Apparatus who manage welfare or old-age social security for employees and their families. PT. Taspen (Persero) Surakarta branch office is committed to improving the performance of the Surakarta branch office to become a superior branch office. The purpose of this study is to (1) analyze the significance of the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment, (2) analyze the significance of the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance, and (3) analyze whether organizational commitment mediates organizational culture on employee performance.This type of research is a survey of employees of PT. TASPEN (Persero) Surakarta branch office. The type of data uses quantitative and qualitative data. Data sources use primary and secondary data. The research population is all employees of PT. TASPEN (Persero) Surakarta branch office, amounting to 33 employees. The sample of this study was 33 people using the census method. The data analysis techniques using multiple linear test, t test, F test, direct influence test, indirect effect test, path analysis and coefficient of determination. The results show that organizational culture has a significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance, and organizational commitment mediates organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of motivation, compensation and work discipline on employee performance and analyze the independent variables that had the dominant influence on employee performance. This type of research is a survey of UNISRI Surakarta staff. The research population is the UNISRI Surakarta company. The sampling technique uses proportional cluster random sampling with a sample of 70 people. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that motivation is not significant for employee performance. Significant compensation for employee performance. Significant work discipline on employee performance. Work discipline is the most dominant variable influencing employee performance.

Abstract

Secara umum diketahui ada dua metode untuk proses pengupasan kulit kopi pasca panen, yaitu metode kering dan basah. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan proses pengupasan kulit biji kopi yang kurang memadai yang dilakukan pada dua mesin sekaligus (pulper dan huller). Selain itu, kurang efektifnya mesin huller yang ada saat ini mengakibatkan proses pengupasan harus dilakukan berulang-ulang. Faktor bahan bakar (BBM) juga menjadi permasalahan mitra karena harga dan polusi yang ditimbulkan. Berdasarkan permasalahan mitra tersebut, solusi yang diberikan adalah merancang sebuah mesin dengan menggabungkan antara mesin pulper dan mesin huller menjadi satu, yang disebut sebagai Mesin Huller dan Pulper Two in One. Penggabungan dua mesin tersebut dapat mengatasi masalah tempat yang menjadi permasalahan mitra selama ini. Proses pengupasan biji kopi dapat dilakukan sekaligus antara biji kopi kering dan biji kopi basah secara berkesinambungan yang dapat mempersingkat waktu pemrosesan pengupasan biji kopi. Solusi kedua adalah memperbaiki model pisau pada Mesin Pulper dan Huller Two in One dengan menyesuaikan kebutuhan mitra. Berdasarkan kajian kontribusi transfer teknologi dan implementasi inovasi, kegiatan ini berhasil memberikan nilai tambah bagi petani kopi saat ini dan secara jangka panjang berkontribusi dalam swasembada ekspor pada tahun 2020-2024 untuk kemandirian petani kopi lokal Indonesia.

Abstract

Minuman herbal merupakan minuman kesehatan dengan bahan-bahan alami yang tidak menimbulkan efek samping yang membahayakan ditambah lagi dimasa Pandemi Covid-19 ini yang dianjurkan mengkonsumsi minuman herbal untuk menjaga kesehatan tubuh. Konsumsi minuman herbal dipercaya dapat membantu menjaga daya tahan tubuh manusia. Produk yang dihasilkan dari UMKM Melati Losari berupa minuman herbal instan yang cukup terkenal yaitu Jahe Instan dan Kunci Sirih. Permasalahan yang dapat diidentifikasi dalam bidang produksi adalah keterbatasan dalam proses produksi minuman herbal hingga menjadi serbuk atau kristal. UMKM Melati Losari selama ini masih menggunakan peralatan dan cara manual dengan waktu yang cukup lama dalam proses produksi, sehingga tidak dapat maksimal dalam pengolahan produk. Dari kondisi diatas maka pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode berupa observasi, perancangan dan pembuatan mesin, uji peforma mesin, serta pelatihan penggunaan terhadap mitra. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilakukan mendapatkan hasil yaitu terbuatnya satu set mesin kristalisasi serbuk minuman herbal dengan kapasitas 15 kg. Selain itu juga telah dilakukan pelatihan penggunaan alat dan perawatan. Dengan adanya program ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, higienitas, kualitas dan kuantitas produksi Minuman Herbal Instant UMKM Melati Losari dari sebelumnya. Selaim itu dapat juga meningkatkan kuantitas produk dan pemasaran. Kata kunci— Minuman herbal instant, Mesin kristalisasi, Pelatihan alat Abstract Herbal drinks are health drinks with natural ingredients that do not cause harmful side effects, plus during this Covid-19 pandemic, it is recommended to consume herbal drinks to maintain a healthy body. Consumption of herbal drinks is believed to help maintain the human immune system. The products produced by Melati Losari SMEs are in the form of instant herbal drinks which are quite well known, namely Instant Ginger and Key Betel. Problems that can be identified in the field of production are limitations in the production process of herbal drinks to powder or crystals. MSME Melati Losari so far still uses equipment and manual methods for a long time in the production process, so they cannot be maximized in product processing. From the above conditions, this community service uses methods in the form of observation, machine design and manufacture, machine performance testing, and training on the use of partners. Community service that has been carried out has resulted in the creation of a set of herbal drink powder crystallization machine with a capacity of 15 kg. In addition, training on the use of tools and maintenance has also been carried out. With this program, it can improve efficiency, hygiene, quality and quantity of production of Instant Herbal Drinks for MSME Melati Losari from before. Abstract

Emissions produced by motorized vehicles greatly contribute to various environmental and health problems. One technology that is currently being developed to reduce the number of emissions in the environment is the catalytic converter. This technology is proven to be able to reduce exhaust emissions well, but how big the impact on engine performance (torque and power) still needs further research. The main objective of this study was to determine the impact of using chrome plated copper (CuCr) catalytic converters on engine performance. The vehicle used in the test is a Yamaha Vixion Lightning 150 CC. Engine performance (torque and power) was measured using the Inertia Chassis Dynamometer test instrument with the SAE J1349 standard. The findings of this study indicate that the use of experimental exhaust results in a decrease in vehicle torque and power. This is certainly a compromising factor that must be accepted, considering that installing a catalyst is the same as increasing the exhaust gas flow barrier. The decrease in torque and power is still in the acceptable category, considering that the average decrease only occurs at about 5% for torque and 7% for power. All these arguments show that since the main purpose of using catalytic converters is to lower exhaust emissions, it makes engine performance lower than expected.

Abstract

In this paper, Metallic Catalytic Converter (MCC) is installed in motorcycle exhausts to produce the minimum CO as well as to produce the optimum engine power. The results from previous research were collected and then used to predict the best MCC design using the Artificial Neural Network Multi-Objective Genetic Algorithm (ANN-MOGA). In addition, the ANN parameter tuning process was also carried out using the Taguchi method to find the initial weighting and bias that is able to provide the best and the most stable performance to predict the best MCC design. The best two sets of design solutions out of 70 sets of Pareto solutions were obtained by ANN-MOGA. Those two MCC designs are the optimum emission design and the optimum multi-objective design. The verification results show that the optimum multi-objective design tends to be superior in terms of CO emissions and engine power. In terms of CO emissions, the optimum multi-objective design gets a larger S/N ratio of -10.98, while the optimum emission design only gets an S/N ratio of -11.21. Meanwhile, in terms of engine power, the optimum multi-objective design gets a larger S/N ratio of 16.13, while the optimum emission design only gets an S/N ratio of 15.86 S/N. It is in line with the ANOVA test results which show that the optimum multi-objective design is proven to be better than the optimum emission design.

Abstract

Bisnis kuliner kini semakin berkembang dengan persaingan pasar yang begitu luas dan minat pembeli semakin bervariasi dalam bidang minuman. Saat ini para pengusaha mulai berinovasi terkait kuliner salah satu nya didalam bidang minuman kopi dengan berbagai cita rasa dari racikan kopi dan salah satu produsen kopi di Desa Toyomarto di Kecamatan Singosari Kabupaten Malang ikut meramaikan bisnis kuliner ini dengan mengkobinasikan kopi dengan aneka rempah-rempah dan buah-buahan yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 2020 dengan usaha KOPI WALI dan setiap hari nya memproduksi 30-50 Kg dan UMKM Kopi Wali ini mendapatkan banyak pesanan dikarenakan mengingkatnya peminat minuman kopi sehingga UMKM Kopi Wali ini harus meningkatkan produksi nya namun mengalami permalasahan Ketika pada proses roasting green bean yang dikarenakan masih menggunakan alat yang sederhana sehingga hasil dari biji kopi yang sudah melalui roasting memiliki kualitas yang berbeda beda, tidak adanya pengaturaan suhu didalam tungku roasting dan lamanya proses sekali produksi karena alat yang di gunakan mempunyai kapasitas yang kecil sehingga UMKM Kopi Wali ini harus membatalkan pesanan mereka dari kondisi ini kami dari tim pengabdian masyarakat ingin memberikan transfer teknologi berupa Automatic Coffee Bean Roaster Machine dirancang untuk meningkatkan kualitas produksi,kapasitas yang di hasilkan bertambah dan efisiensi waktu serta memberikan pelatihan penggunaan alat dan cara perawatan dari alat tersebut.
