Abstract

Pulau Semambu village has potential sources of fishery products for the Indralaya area. This program aimed to socialize the manufacture of processed catfish (Clarias batracus) products. This activity is one of the efforts to fulfill nutritional needs and increase family income which is an effort to empower the creative economy through the participation of the Pulau Semambu villagers. Data and information from this service were obtained through observation and interviews. The method has used the PLA (Participatory Learning and Action) method. This service program was attended by 30 Semambu villagers. The product making was easy implemented for Semambu villagers. The post-test score in this activity were 83.36% (fish jerky) and 75.58% (fish bone cracker) regarding the understanding of the product started in definition, making, and advantages. The applicable of product making was a alternative income-generating efforts, in addition to fulfilling nutritional intake.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini merupakan program MBKM yang mengintegrasikan pengabdian masyarakat dengan praktik lapangan mahasiswa. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah agar siswa fokus mempelajari dan menerapkan cara pembuatan keripik pangsit teri dengan baik dan benar, memperhatikan sanitasi dan higienitas saat membuat keripik pangsit serta bersosialisasi dengan masyarakat. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan di masyarakat Desa Pulau Semambu, Indralaya Utara, Ogan Ilir, Sumatera Selatan. Keripik pangsit merupakan produk makanan ringan ekstrusi yang sudah ada dan banyak disukai oleh masyarakat. Salah satu ikan yang berpotensi untuk dijadikan bahan baku pembuatan keripik adalah ikan teri (Stolephorus sp.), karena ikan teri mengandung kalsium sebagai sumber kalsium pencegah tulang keropos serta memiliki kandungan protein yang cukup tinggi. Pembuatan produk kering berupa pangsit goreng yang difortifikasi dengan ikan teri dapat menjadi upaya untuk meningkatkan harga jual dan nilai tambah pangsit goreng. Karena selain menambah rasa juga dapat meningkatkan nilai gizinya. Selain sosialisasi langsung ke masyarakat, kegiatan ini juga disebarluaskan melalui YouTube yaitu melalui https://youtu.be/coDX-bUJJyU. This activity is an MBKM program that integrates community service with student field practice. The purpose of this service activity is to focus students on learning and applying how to make anchovy dumpling chips properly and correctly, paying attention to sanitation and hygiene while making dumpling chips and socializing with the community. The socialization activity was carried out in the community of Pulau Semambu Village, North Indralaya, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. Dumpling chips are extruded snack products that already exist and are much liked by the public. One of the fish that has the potential to be used as raw material for making dumpling chips is anchovy (Stolephorus sp.), because anchovies contain calcium as a source of calcium preventing bone loss that is resistant and not easily soluble in water and has a fairly high protein content. The manufacture of dry products in the form of fried wonton chips fortified with anchovies can be an effort to increase the selling price and added value of fried wonton chips. Because in addition, adding taste can also increase the nutritional value. In addition to direct socialization to the community, this activity was also disseminated through YouTube, namely https://youtu.be/coDX-bUJJyU.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the not yet optimal application of differentiated learning where teachers have not accommodated students' learning needs, in the form of learning readiness, learning interest and student learning profile (style). This study aims to improve student learning activities and outcomes. Data collection techniques using instruments: (1) student activity observation sheets, and (2) learning achievement tests. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis and descriptive analysis. The results showed that: The average percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes in cycle I was 92%, increasing to 96% in cycle II. While the percentage of student learning activities in cycle I reached 90.25%, an increase of 92% in cycle II. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the application of differentiated learning through the Problem Based Learning learning model can optimize student learning activities and outcomes.

Abstract

Learning style refers to a student's preferences in obtaining and processing information, whether through sight, hearing, or physical movement. Meanwhile, the Multiple Intelligences learning approach is a learning approach that combines various aspects of learning, including combining several learning styles in the learning process. This research aims to determine the relationship between students' learning styles and Multiple Intelligences learning approaches on learning outcomes in mathematics subjects. The learning styles observed in this research are visual learning style, auditory learning style, and kinesthetic learning style. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis, where data is collected through learning style questionnaires filled out by students and the results of the students' Mid-Semester Exams. The collected data was then analyzed to see the relationship between learning styles and students' Multiple Intelligences approach. Based on the results of data analysis in two schools, it was found that students at SMP Negeri 5 Panukal were dominated by a visual learning style while students at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang were dominated by an auditory learning style. Meanwhile, students' learning outcomes at these schools are not dominated by certain learning styles. In conclusion, student learning styles have an influence on learning outcomes in mathematics subjects. Students with visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles have good learning outcomes. However, students' ability to combine their learning styles has a better impact on their learning outcomes. Therefore, educators need to understand the importance of Multiple Intelligence in the learning process and adapt appropriate learning methods to improve their learning outcomes.

Abstract

Perceraian di Indonesia dianggap wajar oleh masyarakat sekitar, diatur dalam KHI Pasal 113 tentang putusnya perkawinan. Perceraian sah apabila dijatuhkannya talak suami, maka talak yang tidak dapat dirujuk yaitu talak ba’in, talak ba’in dibedakan menjadi dua yaitu sughra dan kubra. Keduanya memiliki perbedaan, ba’in sughra membolehkan rujuk, sedangkan ba’in kubra tidak membolehkan rujuk apabila rujuk kembali maka harus ada muhallil. Untuk mencapai maksud penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif, yang mana didapatkan dari literatur yang relavan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan dua berspektif yaitu antara ulama mazhab fikih dan kompilasi hukum islam. Dalam perspektif ulama mazhab fikih mengharamkan rujuk talak ba’in kubra karna telah diatur dalam QS. Al-Baqarah 229 meskipun perucapannya di luar pengadilan. Berbeda dengan perspektif KHI mengenai rujuk talak ba'in kubra yang diputuskan di luar pengadilan tidak memiliki kekuatan hukum di negaranya. Dari kedua hukum muncul beberapa konsekuensi apabila mempunyai keturunan dari rujuk tersebut yaitu mengenai status anak, wali anak dan ahli waris.

Abstract

Tekstur dan viskositas merupakan indikator tingkat kelayakan ikan dalam industri pengolahan pangan. Kandungan protein di dalam daging ikan tersusun atas gabungan beberapa asam amino yang memiliki kontribusi dalam pembentukan tekstur dan viskositas di dalam daging ikan. Namun, belum diketahui secara spesifik asam amino apa yang berpengaruh dalam pembentukan tekstur dan viskositas. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi asam amino yang berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan tekstur dan viskositas ikan belida (Chitala lopis), ikan patin (Pangasius pangasius) dan ikan gabus (Channa striata). Penelitian ini dilakukan secara eksperimental laboratorium dan diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Parameter yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah asam amino, tekstur, dan viskositas. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode PCA (Principal Component Analysis) secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kandungan asam amino lisin mempengaruhi tingkat kekerasan (tekstur) yang dihasilkan pada daging ikan yakni ikan belida 156,4 gf, ikan patin 163,1 gf, dan ikan gabus 108,5 gf. Sedangkan kandungan asam amino prolinmempengaruhi viskositas yang dihasilkan pada daging ikan yakni ikan belida 0,77 Pa.s, ikan patin 1,06 Pa.s, dan ikan gabus 1,07 Pa.s.

Abstract

Success in the pursuit of knowledge is determined by the ethics possessed by students. Therefore, students are required to have good ethics to get this success. If students do not have good ethics, efforts to determine knowledge will be in vain. Improving student ethics in studying is the same as improving existing education. This is because ethics in studying cannot be separated from education. This study uses library research methods with the aim of collecting data or scientific papers related to the research title. This study aims to examine the verses that explain the ethics of students in studying. These verses are studied using the interpretation of Al-Misbah by Qurais Shihab which is related to education. From this study resulted in an explanation of the ethics that must be possessed by students. These ethics include: 1). Be patient; 2). obey the teacher; 3). not interrupting the teacher's explanation; 4). ask people who know about the science being studied; 5). gentle when communicating with the teacher. Through this research it is hoped that it will become a reference source for literacy for readers, especially students, to be able to have ethics when studying.

Abstract

Sengon-wood sawdust (SWD) is the waste generated from the sawmill industry and can be utilized as making ethanol and pulp because the waste contains high fiber. The material is processed through biodelignification by white rot fungi. The purpose of this study was to observe the growth of Phanerochaete chrysosporium (PC) and Trametes versicolor (TV) in the biodelignification process of wood sawdust Sengon with a single culture and mixed culture with the growth of white rot fungi macroscopic (spread of the mycelium, the color powder, texture powder) and microscopic (surface properties and thickness of mycelium) using Flat Digital Microscope and SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope). This research method used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with one factor: the type of white rot fungi; J1: Phanerochaete chrysosporium, J2: Trametes versicolor), J3: a mixture of PC + TV, with each 3 repetitions. The results showed that The growth of single-culture Phanerochaete chrysosporium in the process of biodelignification of sengon sawdust (SWD) is best compared to single-culture TV and co-culture PC+TV. The results of this study provide information on the selection of types of fungi that have the potential to release lignin, which facilitates the process of pulping or alcoholic fermentation for biofuels.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman komprehensif tentang penguatan ketahanan keluarga bagi ibu berusia muda di kecamatan Pujon Kabupaten Malang. Pengabdian ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan masyarakat yang berada di lingkungan masyarakat Pujon yang secara faktual banyak terjadi pernikahan pada usia muda. Kasus yang terjadi di daerah tersebut, akibat dari pernikahan adalah maraknya terjadi perceraian pada pasangan muda dan lahirnya anak-anak dengan status stunting yang cukup besar. Metode pengabdian dilakukan melalui metode ceramah, diskusi dan simulasi. Pengabdi berupaya untuk menyiapkan langkah-langkah dan materi-materi yang akan dipergunakan untuk mengedukasi pasangan muda sebagai bagian dari masyarakat. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan masyarakat memiliki pemahaman komprehensif tentang ketahanan keluarga, memahami pentinganya manajemen konflik yang sehat serta memiliki kompetensi aplikatif dalam komunikasi bersama keluarga. Hal tersebut tergambar dari hasil pretest dan post test yang dilakukan serta diskusi interaktif bersama peserta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of the Inquiry method on student mathematics learning outcomes on the tube surface area material in class IX SMP Negeri 1 Muara Telang. This type of research is experimental research using true experimental research design. The subjects in this study were class (experimental class) and class (control class) SMP Negeri 1 Muara Telang. Based on the data analysis, it was obtained that the learning outcomes of mathematics using the classroom inquiry method, totaling 31 students, received an average value and a standard deviation . While the results of learning mathematics using the class expository method, which amounted to 31 students got the average value and standard deviation . Based on the t-test statistic, it is found that and with the degree of freedom and this significant level it means that it lies in the area of ​​rejection which means t is accepted. So, it can be concluded that the application of the inquiry method is more influential than the expository method on student mathematics learning outcomes on the tube surface area material in class IX SMP Negeri 1 Muara Telang.
