Abstract

Madrasah Aliyah Al-Irsyad in Demak district in Central Java is one of the madrasahs that conducts skills-based programs. Good educational administration may be an essential component of the school. School management may be effective when it combines numerous traits, such as organizational leadership, curriculum leadership, supervisory leadership, and management. It is envisaged that establishing a skills program would help students develop their human resources while also improving the quality of education in general. Skills education that is well executed will become a particular attraction and will have value for the community to enrol their children in MA. Gajah al-Irsyad.

Abstract

Spiritual intelligence is essential for students in this generation because it influences the development of attitudes such as values, morality, and self-awareness. This study investigates how extracurricular activities like Dhuha prayer, Islamic studies, princesses, and others might enhance students' educational experiences by developing their spiritual intelligence. This study employs qualitative methodologies with a descriptive-analytic methodology. Thus, the researcher will explore the field to see how spiritual activities occur at Junior High School 1 Asembagus. The researcher's data-gathering approaches include observation, interviews, and documentation. The researcher's data-gathering approaches include observation, interviews, and documentation. According to the findings of this study, teachers implement Islamic spiritual extracurricular activities and school environmental support in the form of spiritual activities in the school environment, and students participate in daily, weekly, and annual activities, encouraging students to be more obedient in worship, carry out religious commands, and avoid His prohibitions. Enhancing their piety, faith, and tolerance and teaching them decent manners. This practice not only makes youngsters more religious, but it also helps them behave better in ordinary situations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh penerapan sistem e-filing terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi. Disamping itu, dilakukan pula pengujian moderasi pemahaman internet atas pengaruh penerapan sistem e-filing terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai dasar untuk mengumpulkan data. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan kriteria wajib pajak orang pribadi yang terdaftar di KPP Pratama Purwakarta yang melaporkan SPTnya. Jumlah responden yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Pengujian variabel penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.2. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa penerapan sistem e-filing dan pemahaman internet berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi. Pemahaman internet juga memoderasi dengan memperkuat hubungam penerapan sistem e-filing terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi. Kata Kunci : Penerapan Sistem E-Filing, Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi, dan Pemahaman Internet.

Abstract

Human resources play a critical part in accomplishing a company's aims and goals. Efforts to recruit professional individuals are inextricably linked to how leaders manage their human resources to meet organizational objectives as a company engaged in selling various series cars, PT. Agung Toyota Pangkalan Kerinci Branch has been committed to delivering incentives and punishments to its personnel in its activities. In actuality, the company's product sales target has been decreasing year after year. As a result, this research aimed to see if coupling Reward and Punishment had a substantial impact on staff performance at the PT. Agung Toyota Pangkalan Kerinci Branch. The study followed a quantitative approach, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect. Questionnaires and interviews were undertaken to acquire primary data, and some extra data was used as preliminary data. According to the findings, rewards have a considerable impact on employee performance, and punishment has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The Simultaneous Regional Elections (Pilkada) in Indonesia aim to enhance democratic processes by increasing electoral efficiency and effectiveness. Governed by Law No. 10 of 2016, Pilkada allows citizens to directly elect regional leaders, thereby shaping local governance and development. Banten Province, characterized by its unique geographical and demographic conditions, participated in the 2024 Pilkada to elect its Governor and Deputy Governor. With a high urbanization rate, particularly in the Tangerang metropolitan area, and a diverse voter composition, the election dynamics in Banten reflect broader political trends and challenges. This study employs a qualitative approach to analyze the 2024 Banten gubernatorial election, focusing on voter participation factors and the political implications of the election results. Data collection was conducted through literature reviews of relevant books, scientific journals, official reports, and media sources. The research finds that the election was highly competitive, with two prominent candidate pairs: Airin Rachmi Diany–Ade Sumardi and Andra Soni–Achmad Dimyati Natakusumah. The election results declared Andra Soni and Achmad Dimyati Natakusumah as the winning candidates, securing 55.88% of the votes. Voter participation reached 66.19%, an improvement compared to previous elections, with Serang Regency recording the highest turnout (73.76%) and South Tangerang City the lowest (57.08%). Female voters dominated participation at 53.18%, while disabled voters had a significantly lower turnout at only 36.98%. The study suggests that election organizers, particularly the Banten Provincial General Election Commission (KPU), should conduct targeted outreach in low-turnout areas and provide better accessibility for disabled voters to enhance electoral participation in future elections.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Menurut organisasi kesehatan dunia, diperkirakan 17,9 juta orang meninggal akibat penyakit kardiovaskular pada tahun 2021. Deteksi dini pada penyakit kardiovaskuler dapat dilakukan salah satunya dengan pemeriksaan yang paling terpercaya (gold standard) yaitu kateterisasi jantung. Katerisasi jantung merupakan tindakan invasif non bedah yang fungsi utamanya adalah mendeteksi gangguan pembuluh darah dan jantung secara spesifik. Pemeriksaan ini dapat menimbulkan reaksi berupa stress dan kecemasan. Diperlukan cara untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, salah satunya adalah dengan pemberian informasi melalui video edukasi. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat kecemasan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian V-edu pada pasien pra kateterisasi jantung di RSUD dr.Soedarso Kalimantan Barat. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasi eksperimen (Pre dan post test Design) tanpa kelompok kontrol. Teknik  pengambilan  sampel  yang digunakan  adalah probability Sampling dengan jenis Quota Sampling. Data  diambil  meliputi karakteristik  responden  dan  tingkat  kecemasan  dengan  skala  Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (Z-SARS), dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner (google form) dan dianalisis menggunakan Uji Marginal Homogeneity. Hasil: Uji statistik didapatkan hasil nilai p value sebesar 0.000 < 0.05, artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum dan setelah mendapatkan intervensi V-edu pada tingkat kecemasan pasien pra kateterisasi jantung di RSUD dr.Soedarso Kalimantan Barat. Kesimpulan: Pemberian V-edu dapat menurunkan tingkat kecemasan pasien pra kateterisasi jantung di RSUD dr.Soedarso Kalimantan Barat melalui peningkatan informasi dan pemahaman tentang prosedur katetrisasi jantung.

Abstract

It comes from the routine activities of an MSME Nyiur Gading community, a social gathering which is called Arisan. It has been running for 3 years, and all members have felt the benefits of the arisan. It turns out that there are members who are en tangled in illegal online loans (pinjol). Due to the need for fast and relatively large funding but the ability of the arisan to be relatively small, the idea arose to turn the arisan into a business that could help finance its members in the form of sharia microfinance. The main purpose of this activity is to enhance the role and improve the welfare of members, as well as to help free themselves from financial dependence on parties outside the community. The Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR) method is used in this service activity because it is community-based and involves the community members themselves. In the service activity, the material was also given about understanding Islamic finance and Sharia microfinance, as well as financial literacy about personal financial management as a guideline to becoming financially independent. The 30 participants in this activity, who are members of the Nyiur Gading MSMEs, agreed to improve the financial management of social gatherings in a more professional manner and agreed to form a Sharia financial services startup as a source of financing to overcome dependence on parties outside the community. The team provides an application for this Sharia financial services startup, which is based on Ms. Excel, so it is easy to learn. After running for two months with assistance, this Sharia financial startup has helped its members get financing quickly and easily, and the payment process runs smoothly. Providing material on understanding the impor tance of personal financial planning has also been proven to increase participants’ financial literacy from 70% to 91%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the types of figurative language and its meaning in the novel "The kite Runner." This research uses a qualitative approach with content analysis. The main data source is the text in the novel "The Kite Runner." The data analysis technique in this research consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research, the researcher found 64 sentences of figurative language from five types of figurative language put forward by Leech (1981), namely personification indicated in as many as 18 sentences, similes indicated in as many as 18 sentences, metaphors indicated in as many as 4 sentences, hyperbole indicated in as many as 14 sentences, and metonymy indicated in as many as 10 sentences.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the efforts of MTs. Nurul Huda Ranuyoso Lumajang in developing madrasas to be highly competitive, namely by branding the image of the Madrasah with Maqamad (Quran and Ma'had Madrasah) and Sasusi (One Child One Achievement). This research offers an alternative solution to develop madrasas that were previously uninterested and become popular. The research approach used is qualitative with a case study type. The results of this research are: First, the programs developed are the Habituation program, Tahfidz and Tahsin al-Quran (TTQ), Learning the Yellow Book, and One child, one achievement through class meeting activities. Planning the program begins with analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the madrasah, formulating goals, creating programs, forming management, and utilizing social media. Second, the habituation program is carried out every day at 06.45-07.00. Especially on Fridays, the habitual activities are replaced with istighotsah activities and praying for the qubur expert. The TTQ program is held every Monday-Thursday at 07.00-08.00. Class meeting activities are held after semester exams. Third, the above programs are evaluated every month in conjunction with the madrasah's monthly evaluation meeting activities. The technical aspects include presenting the results and explaining the obstacles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada aplikasi mobile banking Livin by Mandiri yang merupakan salah satu aplikasi perbankan digital terkemuka di Indonesia, khususnya di kalangan Generasi Z. Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 114 responden yang berasal dari wilayah Jakarta Timur dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling, yaitu purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode statistika deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji t dan uji F. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, variabel kepercayaan (X1) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan, dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,091 (> 0,05), dengan demikian Ha1 ditolak sedangkan H01 diterima. Variabel kenyamanan (X2) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan, dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,791 (> 0,05), dengan demikian Ha2 ditolak sedangkan H02 diterima. Variabel kepercayaan (X1) dan kenyamanan (X2) secara simultan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan, dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,238 (> 0,05), dengan demikian Ha3 ditolak sedangkan H03 diterima. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan dan kenyamanan hanya menjelaskan 0,6% dari variasi minat penggunaan. Semakin baik sistem kepercayaan dan kenyamanan yang diberikan oleh aplikasi Livin by Mandiri, tidak secara signifikan meningkatkan minat pengguna Gen Z.
