Abstract

Masalah yang dihadapkan produk cepat makan berupa sosis daging dan ayam dari PT Z dengan merek X adalah kalah besaing dengan pesaing dipasar serta penjualan yang cenderung fluktuatif sepanjang tahun. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan yang dirumuskan dari uraian latar belakang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal perusahaan dalam pemasaran produk sosis siap makan merek X tersebut, (2) Memformulasikan strategi yang dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk meningkatkan pemasaran sosis siap makan pada pasar yang menyangkut produk, harga, promosi dan distribusi, (3) Merekomendasikan strategi terbaik dari beragam alternatif strategi yang dapat dirumuskan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Rumusan alternatif strategi pemasaran yang didapatkan berdasarkan faktor-faktor eksternal dan internal adalah bekerjasama dengan partner, diferensiasi produk, promosi gabungan dengan grup Y, serta promosi edukatif. Berdasarkan hasil SWOT-ANP didapatkan bahwa promosi edukasi merupakan prioritas strategi utama yang direkomendasikan.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Kabupaten Musi Rawas menempati posisi kedua terbanyak ibu hamil dengan anemia yaitu 28%. KABAR (Kombinasi Jambu Biji Merah dan Jeruk) adalah upaya peningkatan kadar Hb melalui pemberian jambu biji merah dan jeruk pada ibu hamil dengan anemia di Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai rata-rata kadar Hb sebelum dan sesudah diberikan KABAR. Metode : Quasi eksperimen tanpa grup kontrol. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 30 ibu hamil dengan anemia dengan cara accidental sampling. KABAR diberikan selama 7 hari berturut-turut dengan rincian satu buah jambu dan satu buah jeruk dikonsumsi setiap hari. Hasil : Responden terbanyak dengan usia kehamilan pada trimester 2 dan status gestasi G2P1A0. Derajat anemia yang diderita ibu hamil mengalami penurunan. Rata-rata kadar Hb saat pre test adalah 9,2 dan rata-rata kadar Hb post test adalah 10,4. Terjadi peningkatan signifikan rata-rata Hb Ibu hamil setelah diberikan jambu biji dan jeruk dengan nilai p=0,006 (p<0.05). Kesimpulan : buah jambu biji merah dan jeruk yang dikonsumsi rutin setiap hari dapat membantu meningkatkan kadar Hb pada ibu hamil dengan anemia

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran majelis gereja dalam pelaksanaan disiplin gereja berdasarkan Matius 18:15.  Gereja ada karena kehendak Tuhan dan menjadi komunitas orang percaya untuk mengalami pertumbuhan rohani. Walaupun sudah menjadi anak-anak Allah, faktanya kuasa dosa tidak secara otomastis hilang dalam diri anak-anak Allah. Melakukan dosa berarti melenceng dari aturan Tuhan dan akibatnya adalah keterpisahan dengan Allah, walaupun seperti dekat dengan-Nya. Oleh karena itu majelis sebagai pemimpin gereja memiliki tanggungjawab tidak hanya mengawasi pertumbuhan rohani jemaat, tetapi juga menolong supaya jemaat meninggalkan dosa. Disiplin gereja merupakan sarana untuk menolong umat yang kedapatan melakukan dosa dengan tujuan supaya kembali di jalan Allah, namun jika disiplin salah dalam penerapan,  justru menimbulkan masalah baru. Dengan meneliti Matius 18:15 sesuai dengan prinsip hermeneutik, penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan prinsip-prinsip dalam pelaksanaan disipilin gereja bagi jemaat yang kedapatan melakukan dosa sesuai Matius 18:15. Hasil penelitian, disiplin adalah bentuk kasih kepada saudara seiman yang bertujuan menolong mereka untuk meninggalkan tabiat dosa dan mengalami pertumbuhan rohani. Sedangkan majelis sebagai eksekutor harus memiliki kedewasaan rohani.

Abstract

Purpose of this research is to design a tool analysis in prenatal care management for midwife in rural area. The case study will conduct at Kampar Regency, Riau Province, Indonesia. Data collection methods divided into three aspects: policy, legal and financial. Finding of this paper are points in questionnaire and clustering analysis on midwife based on background, knowledge, and working experience. This paper will become a tool to measure service level of prenatal care management in rural area. Further research will measure prenatal care management through spread of questionnaires on midwife

Abstract

Bedhaya Ketawang dance is a dance developed in the Surakarta Palace. This dance in ancient times should only be performed when Jumenengan sinuwun. The development of this dance can then be danced outside the palace walls. The problem in this study is how the philosophical values contained in the Bedhaya Ketawang Dance and how the existence of the Bedhaya Ketawang Dance existed in the past with the present. The benefits of this research are entitled Philosophical Values in Bedhaya Ketawang Dance (Its existence in the past with the present) is to find philosophical values in the Bedhaya Ketawang Dance and see its existence in the past with the present. Research on Philosophical Values in Bedhaya Ketawang Dance is a type of library research. Library research is a study carried out by examining a number of libraries that are used as references. Abstract

The majority of Automatic Identification System (AIS) equipment used on ships, harbormasters, and monitoring stations utilizes antennas that possess an omnidirectional beam pattern, covering all directions in a 360-degree range. One limitation inherent to omnidirectional antennas is their susceptibility to signal dispersion, resulting in suboptimal signal gain in certain directions. In the context of using omnidirectional antennas at Port AIS stations or other Monitoring Stations situated in expansive terrestrial regions, it is observed that the monitoring range is reduced. The objective of this study is to develop a prototype of a directional antenna capable of enhancing the monitoring range of ship traffic monitoring stations in alignment with the specific direction requested by land-based monitoring stations. The approach  being utilized  is the prototype method. This methodology encompasses the sequential steps of data collection, material and issue identification, planning, modeling, building, testing, and implementation.

Abstract

Temperature and humidity are aspects that need to be considered in cultivating oyster mushrooms. Previously, Fungi House in Genting Village, Semarang, implemented an automatic temperature, humidity, and watering monitoring system, but manually filled the water. This new system's design and development aim to simplify the monitoring and control of temperature, humidity, and water level for managers. Managers determined temperature, humidity, and water level thresholds via the web page. This system used the agile scrum method. The test results showed that the temperature measurement accuracy was 96.85%, humidity 99.35%, and water level 98.99%. With this system, the quality of baglog (mushroom growing medium) increased by 4.62%, while dead baglog decreased by 99.01%. Black box testing demonstrates that all features perform well in web testing. In the load activity test, with low bandwidth (6.71 Mbps), the average load time was 1.32 seconds, and with high bandwidth (37.15 Mbps), it was 0.878 seconds. These two conditions indicate excellent system performance and provide optimal user experience.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) provides solutions and innovations regarding the implementation of a temperature monitoring and control system in a closed chicken coop with a capacity of 12,000 broiler chickens in Wonolopo Village, Mijen District, Semarang City. This activity was carried out with the target of this program being broiler chicken breeders, namely Ikhsan chicken coop owners, and community groups. The main problem with Ikhsan broiler cage farming is that temperature measurement and operation of control equipment still need to be revised. The inability to monitor and control the temperature in the cage automatically and continuously causes low cage performance. The still high death rate of chickens due to illness due to hot temperatures in the coop (heat stress) is one of the causes of crop failure or high FCR (Feed Conversion Ratio) or less than optimal productivity so that the performance value achieved is no more than 350. For this reason, system implementation is essential. Monitoring and controlling the temperature of the chicken coop is closed and can be monitored via the internet network. This service aims to provide training and assistance in implementing a closed chicken coop temperature monitoring and control system. With this system, farmers can monitor and control the temperature of the broiler chicken cage at any time, even though they are outside the cage, by utilizing the internet network via their smartphone. This temperature monitoring and control system will increase chicken production.

Abstract

In the past, people watched a theater called Ludruk on the mobile stage and on television. However, currently Ludruk's art is almost out of date. From this phenomenon, the researchers formulated the problem, namely how the local story artworks of Sawonggaling content can be transformed into a motion comic animated film using a three-act structure. The method of making comic motion animation for the legend of Jaka Berek uses two approaches, namely the method of making animation and the method of making comics. Both of them are done in 3 stages, namely pre-production, production and post-production. The results of the making of this motion comic animation show that the effort to bring back the legendary story that has long been drowned requires some appropriate medias that is easily understood by the current generation. The making of motion comics originating from legendary stories must be based on research and literature studies in order to give the spirit to the artwork that will be produced.

Abstract

The making of embroidery and needlework motifs on art-wear that inspired from Sedap Malam (Sedap Malam) is the attempt to create an exclusive embroidery and needlework motifs as the identity of Pasuruan Regency, East Java. The creation of this motifs is the response from the need to develop, enrich, and design an embroidery and needlework motifs belongs to Pasuruan that would boost the sustainability of embroidery and needlework industry that is lately decreasing. Therefore, an experiment method in the form of innovative re-production is required to create an art-work with re-interpretation concept. The method in art creation used in this study is artistic research where the artist undergo several practices or creating process in the field study with emic approach, In this case, the process are developing the local potential in Pasuruan Regency (Sedap Malam) and identify what and how meaning inside it. The creation sages consist of data collection from various resources like field data and direct observation on Sedap Malam, literary study, and extensive interview with Tourism and Culture Department of Pasuruan Regency. The next stage is experimenting tuberose motif using reinterpretation concept. The motifs created during the experiment are stillation of Sedap Malam as the main motif, as well as complementary motifs generated from flora in the surrounding such as pandan leaves and rose balsam flower as the flower commodity in Pasuruan Regency. The inspiration in using Sedap Malam in creating embroidery and needlework motif on ready to wear results to ready to wear design with Sedap Malam motif that is made using embroidery and needlework technique, where Sedap Malam is presented as the main motif in the ready to wear.
