Abstract

Perusahaan PT. COLLEGA INTI PRATAMA merupakan perusahan yang bergerak di bidang Teknologi Informasi dengan spesialisasi layanan pada Core Banking System & Data Center. Pada saat pelaksanaan proyek, perusahaan PT. COLLEGA INTI PRATAMA sering menemui permasalahan yang menyebabkan waktu selesai proyek menjadi lebih lama dari seharusnya. Permasalahan tersebut dari internal dan eksternal. Misalnya, proses Business Requirement Document lambat diterima tim proyek dan pengembangan, ketersediaan perangkat yang belum ada dari pihak eksternal, perubahan pengembangan dan infrastruktur hardware dan lain-lain. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menghasilkan panduan manajemen risiko. Informasi untuk mendukung proses pengerjaan proyek pada perusahaan PT. COLLEGA INTI PRATAMA. Acuan yang digunakan adalah POJK, SEOJK dan PMBOK. PMBOK memiliki keunggulan dalam menginisiasi setiap fase dalam proyek, karena merupakan standar internasional yang telah teruji dalam beberapa industry secara umum dan khusus yang dapat digunakan pada manajemen risiko. Dengan hasil berupa panduan manajemen risiko maka dari kombinasi ketiganya setelah disurvei mengenai kemudahan penggunaan dan penerapannya di PT. COLLEGA INTI PRATAMA. Berdasarkan hasil survei 50% responden menyatakan setuju bahwa panduan tersebut mudah dipahami dan diterapkan. Dan dari penerapan panduan yang dihasilkan diperoleh 39 macam risiko yang berhasil diidentifikasi beserta level risikonya.

Abstract

Peran keluarga dalam proses pembentuk karakter anak terkesan merupakan perkara sederhana, akan tetapi jika ditelusuri lebih dalam karakter memiliki pengaruh yang besar dalam pembentuk karakter anak dimasa depan. Pendidikan karakter pada era disrupsi teknologi cenderung melupakan karakter yang baik. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pola asuh orang tua dalam upaya pembentukan karakter anak ketika berada di rumah. Pendekatan kualitatif fiterapkan dalam penelitian dengan tahapan analisis terdiri dari open coding, selective coding, dan theoretical coding. Subjek penelitian merupakan orang tua dari siswa yang sekolah di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Soco 2 Kecamatan Jogorogo, kabupaten Ngawi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh orang tua yang dominan termasuk dalam tiga kategori diantaranya otoriter, Permisif, dan Autoritative. Idealnya dalam mengasuh anak menggunakan pola asuh yang bervariatif, agar pembentukan karakter anak dapat maksimal terbentuk dengan baik

Abstract

Pelimpahan otonomi diberikan kepada pemerintah daerah agar rentang kendali dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dapat meningkat. Pembentukan perangkat daerah bertujuan memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, salah satunya Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum yang berada di Kubu Raya. PDAM Kubu Raya merupakan unit dari PDAM Tirta Galaherang Kabupaten Pontianak. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni bagaimana bentuk pengalihan modal PDAM Tirta Galaherang ke PDAM Tirta Raya sebagai konsekuensi atas pemekaran wilayah Kabupaten Pontianak Dan Kabupaten Kubu Raya serta bagaimana akuntabilitas akuntansi atas pengalihan modal dari pemekaran wilayah. Bentuk pengalihan modal telah sesuai dengan amanat Undang Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2004 dan dapat dilihat dalam penandatanganan Berita Acara Serah Terima Aset, Kewajiban dan Ekuitas Antara Pemerintah Kabupaten Mempawah dan Kabupaten Kubu Raya Nomor (500/1278.A/EKON-C)/(500/0738/EKON-A) tanggal 21 Juli 2009. Sedangkan akuntabilitas akuntansi atas pengalihan modal berupa penatausahaan akuntansi atas yang diserahterimakan dari PDAM Tirta Galaherang ke PDAM Kabupaten Kubu Raya berupa laporan keuangan sesuai dengan SAK ETAP.

Abstract

To support the management of large-scale area potential such as rural spatial planning, Kaligentong Village uses area mapping as an effort in village development planning. The mapping is displayed in paper media which has limited access so that this is inefficient and hinders the Kaligentong Village government in managing the assets and potential contained in it. Therefore, an information system is needed that can monitor the assets and potential of Kaligentong Village in the form of web-based digital maps and android. This study aims to create a dynamic digital mapping of villages for Kaligentong Village so that it is more efficient in finding and managing information related to geographical conditions and potential of Kaligentong Village. The method used is waterfall which consists of the stages of analysis, planning, modeling, construction, and testing. The system is built using javascript leaflets, native PHP, QGIS, and MySQL databases. Based on data from black box testing, the village digital map application runs according to the functional system. The satisfaction rate of application and web users is 94.10%. The average response time per activity generated by the application was 1.44s at 96 Mbps bandwidth and 0.89s at 144 Mbps bandwidth for websites.

Abstract

Load demand forecasting is crucial in energy supply planning due to economic progress and territorial expansion, where land utilization transforms dynamically. An accurate sectoral load prediction can preclude the loss of beneficial opportunities arising from excessive load demand or excessive investment at a low-growth juncture. However, the particular area in this sectoral approach is still relatively large, rendering it incapable of precisely projecting load at minor points (micro-spatial). This study has proposed a micro-spatial load prediction strategy that categorizes identified areas into smaller grids or districts. This procedure includes clustering similar sites together for improved accuracy. K-Means is one of the partitional clustering approaches, a clustering algorithm utilizing object-based centroid-based partitioning approaches. The algorithm determines a cluster's centroid or centre as the average point for the cluster. This technique is advantageous as it can process extensive data efficiently and is appropriate for circular data. This technique can divide the data into multiple partitions, ensuring that each object belongs to precisely one cluster. Subsequently, mathematical modelling is used to predict the load of each cluster, which can then be utilized to more accurately evaluate the positions and sizes of prospective substations, transmission, and distribution facilities.

Abstract

Character education to foster discipline needs to be pursued and implicated in formal and non-formal education. School is a formal educational institution that has the authority to shape student character. So that students can be fortified from the bad influence of association that can erode morals and morals. This type of research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, with conclusions drawn using a deductive method that departs from general events and then reduces them to specific parts. The results of this study are; 1) Forms of Islamic activities to foster student discipline which are carried out at SMP N 1 Sukoharjo, namely by carrying out Dhuha prayers, holding outing classes, behaving well, and getting used to smiling, greeting and greetings. The form of Islamic activities at SMP N 2 Tawangsari is carrying out BTA (Reading and Writing the Qur'an) activities independently, independent and joint tahfidz, spiritual Fridays, and 3S habits (smiles, greetings and greetings), dhuha prayers and midday prayers and the third is the habit of reading the kafaratul majlis prayer. 2) The steps for cultivating student discipline to foster discipline are carried out at SMP N 1 Sukoharjo, namely by compiling a disciplinary program and conducting socialization with student guardians. While the steps used by SMP N 2 Tawangsari are by compiling programs to support discipline, conducting socialization with student guardians, getting used to setting a good example to teachers and giving educational punishments to students who violate it. 3) The effectiveness of Islamic activities to foster discipline applied at SMP N 1 Sukoharjo is to have a long lasting impact on future students. Whereas SMP N 2 Tawangsari in carrying out Islamic activities to foster discipline has long-term effectiveness.

Abstract

The increase in blood sugar is a common effect of uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (DM), which can cause serious damage to the nervous system and blood vessels over time. Research shows that due to time constraints, DM patients often have difficulty engaging in physical activities. Diabetic foot exercises have been recommended as a physical activity that can be done anytime and anywhere, including while relaxing with family. These simple exercises can help improve blood circulation, strengthen the small muscles in the feet, prevent foot deformities, and address the limited insulin levels in DM patients. This activity aims to introduce foot exercises to the community, particularly the elderly with DM issues so that they can engage in physical activity despite physical and time limitations. The method involves conducting simulations and health education three times a week. The results showed decreased blood sugar levels in the elderly who participated in this foot exercise program. Hopefully, these foot exercise activities can become an alternative and regular option, especially for the elderly in Ari Satan, Musi Rawas Regency.

Abstract

Chest X-Ray is one of the most popular imaging modalities. Chest X-ray has been a subject of various imaging-related research for years. Among the various research, Lung segmentation is one of the most prominent ones. Nowadays the trend of research in segmentation is moving toward deep learning however traditional segmentation has advantage of requiring less calculation resources thus still has potential to be explored. In this paper an alternative non-deep learning segmentation method using graph-based method to trace border of the Chest X-Ray lung region is proposed. Chest X-Ray image was treated as a graph with coordinate of the pixels as vertex and value of the pixels as edges. First the image was divided into 4 quadrants, then the border of lung region on each quadrant was traced by finding the minimum spanning tree of the graphs on each quadrant, then the pixels recorded as the tree was smoothed and optimized using Savitzky-Golay filter. The results were analyzed using the confusion matrix by comparing the proposed method results with manual segmentation by a radiologist. The proposed method is successfully segment lung area on lateral view of chest X-Ray with an average accuracy of 0.936. Two sample T-test also employed in order to show that there is no significant difference between the proposed method results and manual segmentation by radiologist.

Abstract

The world’s need for green energy is something that cannot be postponed any longer, where the transmission-distribution process requires power distribution in DC voltage. However, currently, the majority use AC voltage, so limited experience and lack of data regarding electrical cable aging under high voltage (HVDC) and their reliability are problems that must be resolved. Crosslinked polyethylene (XLPE) constitutes many insulation cables used today, so estimating the lifetime of DC XLPE cable insulation is urgent research, even though various model-optimization improvements are needed to obtain accurate results. This research begins with pre-processing for the input and output data. These results were then analyzed using two improved model schemes to accommodate the addition of variable space charge and thickness: backpropagation neural network (BPNN) and hybrid BPNN with inverse power model (BPNN-IPM). The learning process uses gradient descent (GD), genetic algorithm (GA), and Levenberg-Marquardt (LM) optimization methods. Finally, the proposed method was verified using experimental data from previous research. The results show that the hybrid BPNN-IPM with LM optimization method is the most accurate: training root mean square error (RMSE) achieved 0 days, and testing RMSE achieved 0.83 days. These results show that the method BPNN-IPM-LM used is most accurate in estimating the lifetime of DC XLPE insulation.
