Abstract

Adapun rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh budaya organisasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk. Cabang Pematangsiantar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Populasinya adalah seluruh karyawan tetap PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk. Cabang Pematangsiantar yang berjumlah 41 orang. Data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner, metode wawancara dan metode dokumentasi. Kemudian teknik analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan metode deskriptif kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian: 1. Budaya organisasi yang dilaksanakan oleh karyawan dan komunikasi serta kinerja yang dihasilkan sudah baik. 2. Hasil regresi berganda diperoleh persamaan regresi sebagai berikut: Ŷ= 10,054 + 0,357X1 + 0,514X2, artinya terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara budaya organisasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk. Cabang Pematangsiantar. 3. Analisis koefisien yaitu r = 0,728 yang artinya terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara budaya organisasi dan komunikasi dengan kinerja karyawan PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk. Cabang Pematangsiantar. 4. Nilai koefisien determinasi (KD) 0,530, artinya tinggi rendahnya kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan sebesar 53% oleh budaya organisasi dan komunikasi, selebihnya 47% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain seperti komitmen, kepribadian, motivasi, pemberian insentif, dan faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. 5. Uji hipotesis H0 ditolak, artinya budaya organisasi dan komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara simultan maupun parsial.

Abstract

Employee engagement in the creative industry in North Sumatra is an important concern, considering the contribution of this sector to the regional and national economy. The creative industry, which is full of innovation and high dynamics, requires competent human resources and a strong emotional attachment and commitment to work. This study analyzes factors influencing employee engagement, especially through the work-life balance and perceived organizational support approaches. Using quantitative research methodology, this study aims to identify the relationship between these two factors and employee engagement in the creative industry sector in North Sumatra. The number of samples used was 210 respondents, as determined by the purposive sampling method. The study's results confirmed that work-life balance and perceived organizational support positively and significantly affect employee engagement. These findings are expected to provide insight for companies in designing more effective and sustainable human resource management strategies, especially in this innovation and creativity-oriented sector.

Abstract

Optimizing the performance of a teacher is very important to support a quality learning process. To support the improvement of a teacher's performance, a crucial role in the leadership style of the principal, and the competence of teachers in a comprehensive manner is needed. This study aims to analyze the effect of principal leadership and teacher competence on teacher performance. This research uses a quantitative approach to causality. Data were collected through documentation and questionnaires. This study used a sample of 98 respondents with the determination of the sample size using the saturated sample formula. A partial least square is applied to examine the relationship between teacher performance, principal leadership, and teacher competence. The results of this study indicate that the principal's leadership variable has a significant contribution to improving teacher performance. Furthermore, the competencies possessed by a teacher also have a significant contribution to improving teacher performance.

Abstract

MSME actors are starting to be concerned about management governance and trying to improve their abilities by participating in several competency-based training held by the central government and regional governments. Even so, only some MSMEs can develop their business competitiveness. This study mainly aims to analyze the increase in the competitiveness of MSME businesses through entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial orientation, and customer relationship management. This study used a library and field research design with a causal associative approach. This study used a total sample of 170 samples. Data analysis confirms that entrepreneurial competence, orientation, and customer relationship management significantly affect MSME Competitiveness. The implications of this research highlight the importance of developing entrepreneurial competencies for SMEs. The implication is that MSMEs must invest time and resources in training and developing entrepreneurial skills to increase brand competitiveness. Furthermore, the importance of customer relationship management (CRM) in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs. Furthermore, MSMEs need to pay attention to relationship management with their customers. They must understand customer needs, provide quality service, and build long-term customer relationships.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan sangat dibutuhkan oleh organisasi agar tujuan yang telah dutetapkan dapat tercapai dengan harapan dapat terjadi melalui kemampuan intelektual karyawan dan pelaksanaan disiplin kerja yang ada. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan intelektual dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Sapadia Pematangsiantar yang berjumlah 45 karyawan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa kemampuan intelektual dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan Untuk uji parsial kemampuan intelektual terhadap kinerja karyawan berpengaruh kinerja karyawan, variabel disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini bermakna ketika kemampuan intelektual karyawan baik dan juga penerapan disiplin kerja yang baik maka akan mampu menghasilkan kinerja yang baik juga pada karyawan, karena tujuan organisasi dapat tercapai dengan kinerja yang baik.

the potential for failure. Most business actors just starting their businesses experience the stigma of fear of failure, which can hinder innovation. In the context of MSMEs in the Lake Toba tourist area, the relationship between organizational creative climate (OCC), Self-Efficacy, and innovative work behavior can be very relevant. This research aims to analyze the mediating effect of organizational creative climate on the influence of self-efficacy on innovative work behavior. The results of this study confirm that self-efficacy has a significant effect on organizational creative climate. Organizational creative climate has a significant influence on innovative work behavior. The results further confirm that organizational creative climate can mediate the relationship between self-efficacy and innovative work behavior. The practical implications of this research can be the basis for advocacy to the government and related parties to provide further support to MSMEs in the region. This can involve policies that support the formation of an organizational creative climate and increase Self-Efficacy among MSME players.

Abstract

Competitive advantage is realized through continuous sustainability (sustainable competitive advantages), so new strategies must be designed. The strategy designed will certainly be able to dominate both the old market and the new market. The main aim of this research is to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and customer relationship management on MSME competitiveness. This research uses a literature and field design with a causal associative approach. This study uses a research instrument test consisting of validity and reliability tests. The quantitative analysis consists of a normality test, regression test, hypothesis test, correlation test, and coefficient of determination. Data analysis confirms that entrepreneurial orientation and customer relationship management have a significant effect on MSME competitiveness. The implications of research on entrepreneurial orientation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on business competitiveness can provide valuable insights for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) owners and related parties. Research on entrepreneurial orientation and CRM can help MSMEs develop more targeted business strategies. They can understand how innovation and customer relationship management can be key drivers of their business competitiveness.

Abstract

The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) today has a basic value of work ethics and culture, this is known as CoreValue Berahlak, and is used as a guideline in the process of carrying out its duties and functions as a public servant. This research uses a qualitative method, which contains a description of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) as a public servant, and is always guided by the provisions provided by the government, which in this case are guidelines for the CoreValue Berahlak. By applying BERAKHLAK values (Service-Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative), ASN can work more professionally and quality in providing services to the community. BERAKHLAK Core Values are not just a slogan, but as the main principle that must be applied by every ASN to create quality, professional, and community-oriented public services

Abstract

The ability of an organization to be able to achieve its goals cannot be separated from the ability of employees to always be involved in their work and apply work discipline that applies in the organization. The results of a study of civil servants of the Regional Secretariat of Samosir Regency as many as 118 people, using Slovin formula were obtained by respondents 91 employees. For instrument validity tests, valid results are found, while for reliability, reliable results are found. The equation of multiple regression found that work involvement and work discipline found a positive direction coefficient on employee performance with the results of the equation. Then for a partial test, it was found that employee involvement had a positive and significant influence on employee performance, the influence of work discipline on employee performance found positive and significant results on employee performance. Simultaneously, the results were obtained that work involvement and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. When employees are always involved in their work and are able to follow all work disciplines applied by the organization, it will directly produce good performance as well.

Abstract

Abstrak – Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan merupakan langkah strategis bagi perusahaan untuk menjamin kepuasan konsumen, khususnya apabila pelayanan yang diterima dan dirasakan (perceived service) sesuai dengan harapan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Café Jerapah di Kota Pematang Siantar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan bahwa instrumen untuk variabel kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan konsumen memenuhi standar validitas. Uji reliabilitas juga menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut reliabel. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Dengan demikian, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan secara langsung berpengaruh dan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen di Café Jerapah.   Kata kunci: kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan konsumen, café     Abstract – Improving service quality is a strategic step for companies to ensure customer satisfaction, particularly when the services received and perceived align with customer expectations. This study aims to examine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at Café Jerapah in Pematang Siantar City. The research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive approach and simple linear regression analysis. The validity test results indicated that the instruments for both service quality and customer satisfaction variables met the validity standards. The reliability tests also showed that both variables were reliable. The regression analysis revealed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Therefore, enhancing service quality can directly give effect and improve customer satisfaction at Café Jerapah.   Keywords: service quality, customer satisfaction, café
